    @ryanricardo76 @virginmedia Having problems on and off with mine again. It works for three months... problems for six, etc. Can’t even steam a movie on one device atm. Call for support. Same thing every time. Always say there’s no issue. Must be our devices. Think, at £50 a month... time to change.

    @virginmedia If you really wanted me to stay and you valued me as a customer you would have respected my original request when i was first called and we wouldn't be here now Learn the lessons from this - do what customers ask show them some respect and stop bothering them with unwanted calls

    @virginmedia £100 per month for WiFi that is virtually unusable and tv where five of my paid sports channels and three movie channels are unwatchable.Shocking service

    @virginmedia So now I can't get into my account YET AGAIN to pay my bill. I changed my password but now I'm told I only have a secondary account and can't access billing. I went through all this crap last year and had a nightmare with your woeful call centre. Had enough now.

    @williamtm @virginmedia 1&1, bt, EE, sky, zen and talk talk all support v6 afaik. The ONLY major (by number of subscribers) ISP that doesn’t is virgin. The smallest of the big 4 is talk talk and numbers 5-10 of the top 10 added together are still half the size of talk talk.

    @virginmedia Didn’t think your service could get worse.Wifi is now completely unusable.Getting 3mb wired into a Xbox one.Still got considerable amount of tv channels not working.All for £100 per month.What an absolute disgrace

    @TrekinTech @virginmedia I gave up with Virgin media router after so many of these. It’s is single handedly the worst WiFi router man (or woman or it) has ever invented. But it’s a pretty ok modem TBF..

    @virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

    @virginmedia all of yesterday and still today I have no internet. It's been switched off, reset etc. Last month I went nearly a week without service. This needs resolving or I'm leaving.

    @williamtm @virginmedia So virgin media don’t support it then. that is not “nothing supports it” Yell at virgin. BT is fine, although they do need to differentiate their treatment of ipv4 vs ipv6 icmp in their default firewall rules

    @MartinSLewis virginmedia 🤯😡. Price hikes letter. Told to call but only voicemail saying try again later! Seems a lot of other people have same issue getting hold of them. Maybe its a scam so you can cancel and jump ship to a cheaper deal 😩.

    Boring question, but anyone here who has hopeless @virginmedia been experiencing an "outage" for about 2 weeks? Every time I call them they say it's going to be fixed but no. We are unable to access any apps (On Demand, catch-up eg: Iplayer, Netflix etc). It's a ******* joke

    @virginmedia got an email yesterday19 days after complaining, telling me the problem, not the one I had complained about, was resolved by "education" and If I wasn't happy I should phone the CS team on the number I had raised the complaint about in the first place. Incompetent.

    @virginmedia So you increase prices, but reduce CS capability? What if you don't have data to view the link because the internet is down. How do you check status then? Silly response all round. Price increase during lockdown, yet daughter can't join zoom lesson.
