    @virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

    Watching @virginmedia engineers install cabling to a property opposite. Residents moved in yesterday. They’re not in, nor is their neighbour. Didn’t stop the engineers lifting the neighbour’s lawn to drill and feed through cabling. Terrible.

    @virginmedia had packet loss for a solid four days now in the ST16 area (Stafford)…any chance of a fix? It’s impacting my ability to work from home and in the evening I’ve not been able to watch YouTube/Netflix/etc without it buffering constantly.

    @virginmedia It appears to have been resolved. However it is rather alarming to hear members of our village had been told by your customer service team “the earliest fix would be 6th Jan 2021”.

    @virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

    @virginmedia I have a Quest2 and would really like a HUB 5 as my current wifi (HUB 2!) isn't up to the task even in the same room as the HUB. I called support and was told that I can't have a HUB 5 as you are only giving them to new customers and upgrades. Can you do anything for me?
