@virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

@staffsbrewery @unicom @openreach I walked away from BT Infinity in my Hixon village as soon as Virgin Media was available the Service from BT was not good to say the least and i safe money with VM compared to my monthly charges from BT and Sky

Virgin Media customer service is non existent. 6 times today I’ve called to make changes to my package. I’ve waited on average 50 minutes each time only to be cut off each time. You can add to your package on line but you can’t remove anything. Just wait till normality returns...

Not surprised re @virginmedia especially on the TV side - my issues remain unresolved following my attempts to reduce my tv package without being given the assurances or certainty of what channels would actually be removed and what would remain!

@virginmedia Nope, you still won't pick up the phone. Cancelling the direct debit means you won't get your increased price and seen as though I haven't been home in, nearly, 5 months and haven't used your service since then (whilst still paying you every month on time) I won't miss you.

@virginmedia my virgin media is pixelating on most channels. If I disconnect-the splitter and put the cable straight into the box it works fine. I have bought another splitter but this still doesn’t solve the issue.

@virginmedia I’ve just bought your services and can’t quick install due to the wrong face plate on the wall. Was told when I signed up if this was a problem then you would get an engineer out to me in 1-2 days but have told me the 18th of jan?? my services have been activated but can’t use
