@virginmedia I assume as you know there is a problem in my area and we have no TV services or wi-fi that we will automatically be compensated? Many of us are still working from home and this is a massive problem for us!!! #badcustomerservice

  • ChrisLaws1 Chris Laws (@ChrisLaws1) reported from Cheadle, England

@virginmedia please sort your service out... I have now been on the phone to you for almost an hour. The first person hung up on me, the second was rude and useless. All for £0.01 which I don't owe. No wonder the landlords are removing virgin from all of the apartments

  • DeanCondliffe dean condliffe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia John, please check my file. I’ve called several times, to be told somebody will contact you regarding your complaint. I ask to speak to a manger I’m told, none available. Appreciate this is not your fault buts it’s an utter **** show. I’ll let @Ofcom take the lead from here.

  • martialartnerd Wayne Thomas (@martialartnerd) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia absolutely shocking treatment when trying to sort an upgrade out, asked to speak to the manager was told I can't sniggered at and the phone was then put down... we have three contracts Internet and tv with you safe to say we won't be renewing

  • S_Whitchurch Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England

First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

@TerryBossons @virginmedia Since Covid no body answers phones any more crazy, shocking though that is @TerryBossons really bad costumer service and lack of information I had this with Sky very similar 2 very poor service providers with little thought of what’s going on in todays climate

  • lvwlvs LVWLVS (@lvwlvs) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@virginmedia Everything is running fine then my devices can’t connect. It takes me switching the router off at the wall and on again for the connection to reestablish itself. First world problems but it’s a pain when I’m working upstairs and the router is downstairs. And it should just work!

  • sh33ran7 Ant Sheeran 🤙🏻 (@sh33ran7) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia I have yes and there is no problem detected. This has been happening for 3 days now.

  • MattBennett93 Matt Bennett (@MattBennett93) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia Well do you not think if I'm only getting a service for 80% of the time, I should only be paying 80% of the bill?

  • sh33ran7 Ant Sheeran 🤙🏻 (@sh33ran7) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia what is happening with your broadband?? I don’t pay stupid amounts of money each month for it not to work!!!!!

  • DeanCondliffe dean condliffe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.

  • J9PVFC J9PVFC (@J9PVFC) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia recently downgraded my broadband package, but my Volt package hasn’t been reapplied to my account. Can you help as O2 show it’s active, but no options on your help site that direct me to someone to fix.

  • timothyray Tim Ray (@timothyray) reported from Tean, England

@Cassetteboy @virginmedia Imagine being that crap a company that you don't realise the damage you do to @virginmedia's reputation when you piss off someone with 77k Twitter followers.

  • swoolly1970 Steve woolliscroft (@swoolly1970) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia I’m trying to watch @stokecity , I pay you good/ hard earned money for your service and this is what you give #shocking

  • andy_dickerson Andrew Dickerson (@andy_dickerson) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia Yes I did and Tuesdays fault was shown and yesterday's wasn't so how about you provide the service I pay for. If this continues I will begin getting quotes from other service providers as I am fed up of dealing with bots and spammers claiming to be from you.

  • andytideswell Cook Pass Babtridge (@andytideswell) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia absolutely awful service. So much for looking after elderly and vulnerable customers. Trying to sell services that are not needed or wanted.

  • Faeeeriee Kerys🐝🇺🇦🙏🏻 (@Faeeeriee) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

Think Virgin Media just **** the bed. What’s happened?

  • sh33ran7 Ant Sheeran 🤙🏻 (@sh33ran7) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England

@virginmedia Yes I’ve checked it each time it has occurred and there’s no problem showing, I’ve also restarted and rebooted numerous times over the last couple of days and it still intermittently just stops working.

  • lvwlvs LVWLVS (@lvwlvs) reported from Cheslyn Hay, England

@virginmedia That was the first thing I tried but nothing happened. It’s only when I power off at the wall, wait a minute then power on that it changes. Right now it’s working fine but this has been a recurring problem this week.

  • dale_archer Dale Archer (@dale_archer) reported

@virginmedia As I’ve said. Spent hours on the phone already. Forums are not the correct place for a complaint. You have my complaint reference no. You are the only person(s) that have responded. You must be able to raise my further complaint internally surely !

  • martineggleston Martin Eggleston (@martineggleston) reported

@virginmedia Your local team in India said it was fixed. It is not. If I cannot get the product I pay for, I want my money back. This is not complicated. Just fix the issue.

  • scott_wad_dell Scott Waddell (@scott_wad_dell) reported

Someone managed to get through the security on our @virginmedia and terminate our account on our behalf?? Without internet in the era of home-working is extremely frustrating, but the security breach is more agonising...

  • martineggleston Martin Eggleston (@martineggleston) reported

@virginmedia Like I say. If you want to help , then help, if not - then say so.
