    @virginmedia Yes I did and Tuesdays fault was shown and yesterday's wasn't so how about you provide the service I pay for. If this continues I will begin getting quotes from other service providers as I am fed up of dealing with bots and spammers claiming to be from you.

    @virginmedia recently downgraded my broadband package, but my Volt package hasn’t been reapplied to my account. Can you help as O2 show it’s active, but no options on your help site that direct me to someone to fix.

    @virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.

    @reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It's awful! I'm sick of calling customer services and getting through to someone who cannot understand basic English language and goes on talking about something else. Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

    @virginmedia John, please check my file. I’ve called several times, to be told somebody will contact you regarding your complaint. I ask to speak to a manger I’m told, none available. Appreciate this is not your fault buts it’s an utter **** show. I’ll let @Ofcom take the lead from here.

    @TerryBossons @virginmedia Since Covid no body answers phones any more crazy, shocking though that is @TerryBossons really bad costumer service and lack of information I had this with Sky very similar 2 very poor service providers with little thought of what’s going on in todays climate

    Ok so vigin tv is down and with error code they say ring 150, fine ring 150 as they cant tell us on line the problem but they then say ' right now we are busy, you might like to call us later......goodbye! Thanks a bunch @virginmedia, customer service not good at all

    @virginmedia please sort your service out... I have now been on the phone to you for almost an hour. The first person hung up on me, the second was rude and useless. All for £0.01 which I don't owe. No wonder the landlords are removing virgin from all of the apartments

    First World problems. Internet dropping. Or should I say, @virginmedia broadband. Its awful, drops completely three / four times a week. Sometimes several times a day for a few seconds. Can't wait until I can give notice!

    So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

    @reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It is awful! Virgin are very expensive compared to many other TV providers yet the customer service is very poor and does NOT suite the price. I'm sick of arguing with them to get the simplest of issues resolved

    @virginmedia @OmbudServices Just been hung up on!! ‘Darren’ in the call centre was furiously typing some notes of frustration on the account and now no one will talk to me!! Send me a number to call so that I can cancel my contract without being on hold or on the phone for hours!

    @virginmedia You'll forgive me for not having much faith in your estimated dates given current experience though? Seems weird to have a system that can't be overridded in a situation such as this-engineer visits, tv box stops working. With internet issue the system was manually overridded.

    @virginmedia I have said I was advised I would need my own router, you are saying VM have never done this, so yes you are saying I am lying. Just like yesterday, & low & behold, someone finally took the time to listen and go through all possibilities and realised the fault was with VM router.

    @virginmedia This is totally unacceptable! I have been hung up on AGAIN! I have wasted 2 hours doing this!! Explain HOW you cancel a contract without being sent to various call centres.
