@virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

@virginmedia Hi. We have 2 Virgin Mobile phone contracts. Both suffering from the same issue. When we receive calls we can't hear the other line. Then have to make a second call and the line works. Both using different phones and happens from different contacts. Any known issues?
