    @virginmedia Excellent service this afternoon from Lee. Eventually e-mailed my request and within the hour he was in contact by phone. A cheery chap who not only sorted my request, made sure an up to date second TiVo box will be delivered and reduced my monthly payments. Thank you 🙏 👍🏻

    @virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

    @drummerwhitey @northernsky67 @virginmedia Steve it was a last resort for me but other avenues were fruitless, I ended up getting a visit from an engineer , a booster and a reduction in my tariff after I told them I’d leave , normal customer service is dreadful, keep on pushing them

    @virginmedia Yes. No human tone. No customer service. The usual have you tried changing the batteries in your phone, could it be your handset etc ( they bought new ones 6/7 week ago thinking it was them) may be they should ask Virgin Media to reimburse them

    @virginmedia I’m getting very frustrated with the very weak broadband signal I receive. You increase the monthly bill but since the turn of the year the service is beyond poor. I’ve completed many trouble shooting but it soon reverts back to poor signal!! Please support.

    .@virginmedia are great at making it hard to cancel your plan if you're moving and can't / don't want to keep your plan: 1. Website leads you in loops until you realise you can only cancel on the phone. 2. Phone lines are usually too busy and just reject your call outright. 1/

    @virginmedia 56mins earlier I waited on the phone to sort a home move issue, when I got through they said they needed to transfer me, another 15 min wait then to be cut off. Tried 5/6 attempts with the online message service which I’ve Waited a total of 2hours with no repsonse!😡

    @zubz76 @virginmedia Yep, unless, 6 months of a crap service paying nearly £100pm and they only offered me £20 compensation, I'm cancelling my contract.
