    @virginmedia called to obtain a new router for broadband, 12 mins to get to speak to a human then placed me on hold & never comes back. Ring back again & get told I will be charged, request to speak to a manager who when I say I will go elsewhere, asks me to hold then cuts me off

    @virginmedia i have been a customer for 24 years, i have o2 phone and recently changed my provider for broadband, i was assured this does not have any issue with my email as i with 02 .

    @virginmedia I am now 3 hours and 31 minutes into my attempt to find out what has happened to my service request. Plus the minutes looking on my online account first in case I can do it there. I'm grateful you have agreed to pay £60 /hour for my time for this.

    @virginmedia @EGX @ExCeLLondon How about you get the connection issues in Blackburn fixed before all this stuff. I work from home and haven't been able to all day thanks to having no Internet at all and nothing from yourselves as to when it'll be fixed. All of the area is out
