    @virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

    @LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

    @virginmedia It's absolutely ridiculous the time just keeps getting moved back and back without updates. It's Terrible customer service. It will have been a whole day out if they manage to fix it by their current predicted time which has moved 4 times already so I'm not hopeful
