@LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

Just to keep you updated @virginmedia , service has been lost AGAIN (3rd day running!) 😴 (your e-bill came through no problems though, you can stick that up your backside by the way as no way will I be paying for service which is constantly unreliable!!)

@endaburke81 @virginmedia I had an awful experience with them! Switched over to BT as soon as the contract ended and not had an issue since! Not to mention 180Mbps+ speeds!

@virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

@virginmedia - worst customer service I’ve ever had. Our box stopped working in June. Two promised replacements - neither was ever sent. Now it seems we need to go through all the checks, again. That’ll be another half hour wasted. Then we’ll just go round again I expect…

@virginmedia No outage all green ticks all connected can go through the guide and settings abs everything but as soon as i press ok for the channel the channel failed code pops up. Reset everything to. Also a black square bottom right of screen on the guide page. Not really a fast setup.
