    @virginmedia Speed is ok, but coverage is poor. Had boosters, independent visits, etc. I hate BT and don’t want to go to them, but the BT mesh system improved things. Boosters are a waste of time and have never been offered the Virgin pods. I’ve had enough of what we have

    @virginmedia But that costumer service was abysmal, the person took ages to reply, and when it did, tried to sell me the same internet package I have for more than what I pay currently even...I don't want to have to upgrade my package to "fix" my internet, I just want the speeds I hired

    @virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

    @virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

    @virginmedia absolute terrible customer service. Not only did it take 50 minutes to get through, they then cut me off so had to wait another 30 mins. 12 years of loyalty and all you could offer was £5 discount! Good bye Virgin, hello Sky 👋

    @TravelodgeUK your @virginmedia WiFi is the biggest scam going and I fall for it every bloody week. £3 for a ping of about 200ms and download speeds at like 5mb. TERRIBLE.

    @virginmedia how unreliable can you be ? Total loss of service since Saturday and engineer pulls a no show today. What amazing service ... now what’s even better is it’s been rescheduled twice from the 1/08 to the 3/08 ?!!! Is this some kind of joke #virginmedia ?
