@virginmedia my TV and WiFi hasn’t recovered from a power cut earlier today (SK8). Done all normal checks/ procedures. Been on hold 1.5hours. Everyone in area having same problem and being told there’s ‘nothing wrong’. Nothing logged on postcode error website. Awful service!!

@virginmedia I believe you would terminate a call. It is well documented with virgin. Plus if call times exceed the call time average lines will be terminated by the advisor to keep their job. You can most certainly arrange an advisor to call me.
