    @virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

    @virginmedia hi Virgin. We had an outage of broadband and TV services beginning 23rd Sept which lasted for 4 days. At the time we were told we would be compensated for this loss. As it hasn't come off our latest bill, how do we claim?

    @virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

    @virginmedia I was also promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours on a phone call on Friday afternoon. I did not receive this phone call. This is absolutely disgusting and I expect something to be done. I rely on your service for my income as I work from home. (2/3)

    @virginmedia Will they help if the Wi-Fi is working at the time I call? Because my issue is that when it is working, your advisors consider their work done despite telling them that it usually doesn’t last. And invariable, it doesn’t.

    @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

    @jake74 @virginmedia Never worked for me either. According to the person I ended up speaking to, it's the same for anyone on a non-current standard package (discounted, previously available package etc) which is pretty much everyone.

    @virginmedia I text your service Sunday morning and they got back to me early Monday morning. When I replied the yes the whole thing started again with the bot. So I answered the relevant questions and again got a response early morning . Just replied to it and the bot wants me to start again

    @virginmedia I have intermittent internet. Drops out for 30 seconds to up to 5 mins then back. Happens on and off all day and night. Not enough band width (no one else using it) I have 200mbps. Happening for 6months.! Excuse after excuse but no fix
