Extremely poor & I’m a long standing loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 20 years when it was called Cable Wireless (NTL)😡

The engineers suggested updating our boxes and getting some pods to assist with signal- just ring up. Which I did no good

When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

Double speed is £27 with sky broadband.
