Oh @virginmedia yesterday I upgraded my broadband speed for the kids & I to WFH effectively (double what it was) & sure enuff it’s now not working at all 😡 & been on hold 20 mins plus to a special tech line you bundled in for me ... kids next lesson in 10 mins!

@virginmedia No, because complaining won’t get the b/b to happen any faster. Install supposed to be happening tomorrow after letting us down on 7 Dec and all the talking etc in between. Feel there’s absolutely no point complaining. We just want b/b and don’t want to go to Sky.

@virginmedia as a loyal customer for years I diligently upgraded broadband to improve it throughout my home. In a small home there are black spots that I am told I need to pay extra for to get boosters. So I need to pay even more to get your service to work? Hmmm...? CICAS @Ofcom

@virginmedia on hold with Virgin Mobile over 1 hour only to be cut off, no decency to even call me back? Spent over 4 hours in the week holding for Virgin Media to be cut off twice! Again no call backs? Appreciate waiting times are longer but this is appalling service. Fewming 🤬

@virginmedia How about I just pay when you fix all the issues? I’m sure that if I don’t fulfil my terms of the contract regards to payment you will disconnect me but you are ok to not provide me with internet or TV services that I pay for

@virginmedia Thought it was tough to connect to someone on phone (57 mins wait) and another 36 mins convincing your helpdesk colleague that there is a problem - they sent someone within 12 hours to check and that talented technician found and fixed the issue in 20 mins.. all sorted !! 👍🏻👍🏻

@virginmedia I’ve got 3 separate issues! Nobody cares, I can’t use live chat coz that Isn’t working either! I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

@virginmedia Please could you provide an update as to why there’s no internet in the Wilmslow area again? I rely greatly on broadband to carry out my job, it’s unacceptable for this to happen without warning, time and time again, with no idea of when the service will resume.

@virginmedia you can always tell the type of company you are signing up with. Time for a live chat agent regarding signing up, around 3 mins. Time for a live agent regarding technical faults, service failures or cancellation, currently coming up to 90mins.
