Had it with the so called “Superhub” from @virginmedia. Google Nest WiFi ordered. The service is great - the router is terrible.

@virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

@LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

@endaburke81 @virginmedia I had an awful experience with them! Switched over to BT as soon as the contract ended and not had an issue since! Not to mention 180Mbps+ speeds!

@virginmedia No they have not, I asked for a complaint to be raised previously and was passed over to the complaints department only to be told that as the service has not been installed yet that I cannot raise a complaint.
