@virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

@TheMontyDon Watched my @virginmedia recorded @GWandShows this morning, started with that lovely lady talking about her roses, so annoyed, iPlayer here we come. @virginmedia why can't your box adjust the recording times when a series link show starts at a different time, happens a lot v poor.

@virginmedia you can't make your existing customers happy... It's been 7 months my Wi-Fi is not working each time I call I get same answer "there is work going on in your area we can't do the check." And if we don't pay on time £7 penalty... Late payment charges.
