    @virginmedia I know there is more to think about at the moment, but, my upload speed was down to 2.6meg and it fluctuates around 2meg to 6 it was 25meg last week is it something you are doing, I have reset everything many times but it makes no difference.

    @VirginAtlantic Thank you! You are the only people I can get a reply from! @richardbranson & Virgin can do customer service, while @ExpediaUK @Expedia won’t reply to any social media or phones. It’s like you are sat with your fingers in your ears trying not to listen and hope this all goes away

    @virginmedia It's pretty annoying to phone support, wait 30 minutes to get through, then listen to someone who only knows the basics, reboot, pinhole in the back of the router, plus we can't understand each other. No point in calling support, my contract finishes soon, I look forward to that.

    @virginmedia @Dinahmite1 Hi, I've been trying to help my friend Diane with her wifi. There are no known issues locally and this problem has been constant for her, not intermittent. Another friend has similar problems, about a mile from Diane. Paying for 350mbps, getting ~20mbps. Not good enough!
