I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

Leaving as soon as contract is up!!

Ajaz (@_ajaz_a) reported@virginmedia I never VM and Kelly's services to talk. I am doing VM and Kelly's job. Fyi VM sub contract to Kelly to carry out external installation. Only then can VM in house team carry out internal work. At this rate VM will not install till next xmas!
