    @virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

    @virginmedia I am unable to contect to our broadband service either wired or via WiFi (rebooted a number of tunes) shocking service as the “contact us” services are not available. Looking to move provider.

    @virginmedia @richardbranson Ok...so after being sighed at on the phone by a "customer service" assistant 3 times on Monday evening and after the nice young man came to fix the broadband on Wednesday morning...it keeps going off yet again!!!! Leaving as soon as contract is up!!

    @virginmedia Ive been experiencing issues for months , and your customer service keep brushing me off, your in breach of contract as soon as I find a new provider im gone 10 years ive been a customer and im expected to pay for and put up with poor service

    @virginmedia as a loyal customer for years I diligently upgraded broadband to improve it throughout my home. In a small home there are black spots that I am told I need to pay extra for to get boosters. So I need to pay even more to get your service to work? Hmmm...? CICAS @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Webchat started as advised at 1543, time now 1645, and no initial response - it seems as though @virginmedia customer service is as poor on every channel - email, webchat, phone, and even social media.

    @virginmedia I never VM and Kelly's services to talk. I am doing VM and Kelly's job. Fyi VM sub contract to Kelly to carry out external installation. Only then can VM in house team carry out internal work. At this rate VM will not install till next xmas!

    @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia my internet has been terrible since the start of 2021. It keeps dropping out for 10 minutes Hub going green then overnight 12-5am it’s off? Trying to WFH but can’t if it keeps dropping out...

    @virginmedia My Hub3 works well in the front room but as soon as i go into the dining room which isnt far away at all ( probably 7-8 meters ) my wifi is none existent. Ive used your scanning app, and its the same upstairs, so poor

    @virginmedia I ended my contract a month ago and I was waiting for the pre-paid postal returns pack to send the hub back but I never received it. Now I’m living in the other side of the country and I asked to be send another pre-paid postal returns pack here and I’m still waiting

    @KieranAndrew93 @virginmedia @skytv Don’t get that many new channels with #virginmedia we telephone and broadband with two TiVo boxes paying £100 a month will be anything upto £110 a month. Think they’ve lost a long-standing customer .

    @virginmedia started chat 1543 and they have not yet responded to any message! In other news, the 150 line is now working and I've been waiting for 15 mins. It does say the wait is an hour. Such great customer service.
