    @virginmedia a new Router has not made the slightest difference to our intermittent signal problem of some months. Phone call coming up to have our services removed. Sick of wasting my money and time

    @virginmedia absolute terrible customer service. Not only did it take 50 minutes to get through, they then cut me off so had to wait another 30 mins. 12 years of loyalty and all you could offer was £5 discount! Good bye Virgin, hello Sky 👋

    @virginmedia Yes after waiting almost an hour..... It turns out the price increase doesn't apply to me as was stated in the letter......it's an hour I will never get back! Maybe @virginmedia need to be more careful about who they are sending these letters out to.....

    @virginmedia I was told that if I have 3 technical issues in 30 DAYS that I could leave without penalty. I currently have a 14 day cooling off period. I'll be checking the small print (App N I believe) VERY carefully.

    @virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

    @virginmedia just received letter saying you are doing nothing about complaint. It said it was about complaint handling. It WASN'T! It was about being told one thing on phone by two separate customer agents and billed differently on account! Im going straight to ombudsman #inept

    @virginmedia if I use a TP Link powerline adapter (one TP Link unit connected to hub by ethernet, one TP Link unit connected to PC by ethernet), I get a steady signal. If I connect the PC directly to the router via the ethernet cable, the connection cuts every 5 mins. Solution?

    @virginmedia I have complained, I’ve also spoken to an advisor over the phone who wasn’t very helpful. I’m paying my bills and the issue isn’t ever going to be resolved. It’s a joke.

    @chloemphoto @virginmedia Even if the ethernet works, the WiFi issues are still there and you need it sorting. It's in the @virginmedia contract to ensure all equipment is working and functioning as it should. Faulty equipment should be replaced and remember, you're paying for the service.

    @Sarah_J_Fuller @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Keep all of your call logs/messages etc. between yourself and the company, as well as these tweets, and cancel your direct debit. They won't be able to do anything against you for doing so because you have evidence of trying to cancel your package and not being allowed.

    @virginmedia talk to someone about my complaint. You've emailed me saying you tried to reach me, which you didn't, I've had no missed calls and only have my mobile listed with you. I've been told multiple times that you don't have a complaints team to stop me even talking to them. Crazy.
