@virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

@virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

@virginmedia I've submitted a complaint to that link twice now and both times, the complaint disappears. The reference number it gives is always "****" so that it can't actually be referenced and it always disappears from the tracker, so how are you actually supposed to complain?

@edward_baran @virginmedia My advice. Buy a log book. Make a note of time, date every single conversation. This won't help you get your problem resolved. But in 16 years time, the adjudicator will award your £50 and feebly admit you might have had a justifiable complaint. Pyrrhic victory though.

@virginmedia My internet installation was to be finished by 7oct (which anyways was a long wait since I got the service requested in mid Sep) they came and confirmed that there is some pre installation work required which finished on 31oct and now I have to wait till 22nov for installation
