@virginmedia That link is no help at all, as it says no issues. I've just rung VM for the 7th time today and the automated message says there is an issue for my postcode and they are dealing with it. The same message as yesterday and the day before!

@virginmedia Did it on 10/10...nothing showed, called again 17/10 and yes it finally showed online but till this date it still isnt actioned as no new bill has been generated either. Told not to pay and now arrears and bad mark on cred file.

@virginmedia in the last week since I have asked to cancel broadband I have had 5 abandoned calls from numbers which seem to be from you 08000526736 and 0345451098. Sort out your autodialler settings it is frustrating to have you hang up on answer. Complaint made to @Ofcom

Never use @Brightstar or @virginmedia again they push you into upgrading your phone and trading in your old phone only then to be told its not worth what they already told you and won't give you the money they quoted you! The phone was fine when posted only they tell u its not
