    @virginmedia I was heavily sold a renewal based on an engineer installing+configuring everything as we are meant to have the fastest Wi-Fi possible.I installed it and no sign of an engineer,no follow up from Virgin. As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

    Same old @virginhelp @virginmedia more important for them to send a driver to personally collect an old Virgin Hub than send the promised engineer to install the new one and optimise the Wi-Fi signal as had been sold to us. 🤷

    @virginmedia This should have been simply and readily resolved, as soon as your error was brought to your attention. Just because I can’t afford to pay for the top tier of services doesn’t mean I don’t matter as a customer. A very long term, loyal customer, I would note.

    @virginmedia I've got a bone to pick with you. We got a new box a while ago, and it's randomly wiping the recorded shows. Not one at a time, all at once. We've been in touch with customer services loads of times, but they all just took us through the same pointless (1)

    @Defencebrief @virginmedia I, too, am a previous virgin media customer. They put the price up ridiculously. When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

    I don't understand how Virgin Media stay in the business with their poor and slack-off customer service. The broadband is good but I've decided to leave them cause it is a nightmare to contact them. Small and easy problems could get fixed in a click if they at least do their job.

    @virginmedia This 'service' is utterly, totally rubbish. I need someone to call me and talk to. Not endless, pointless texts with yes or no - A, B, C, answers. And having to explain things over and over via what seems like auto-response texts. You really are having a laugh.
