    @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

    @virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

    @virginmedia Yes, tried last night and your service status page was actually down. Today I checked and it showed no issues, I run the diagnostic and no issues either. Came back up late this afternoon.

    @virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

    @virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

    @virginmedia We've been trying to get hold of Virgin Media for a week and a half regarding the price increase. No option for livechat either. If we can't speak to anyone, we're just going to cancel everything and cancel the direct debit. No doubt someone will contact us then.

    @virginmedia how long we will have to wait for your service to be back. It's now over 24 hours without an internet and TV. Estimated time for fixing this problem has been moved again to 21.01.21 20:00. Obviously I'm guessing you won't reduce our bills...#virginmediadown
