@virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

.@virginmedia 6 days after I raised this & commitments from 3 different reps, no one has fixed this issue or got back to me. My elderly, vulnerable parents remain without a landline or internet because of YOUR error. Your inaction is making a bad situation terrifying for them.

@virginmedia Thanks I called 150 this evening. And it's seems there is a problem but it can't be identified. The operator said he will raise with ofcom and monitor my connection for 30 days. So I guess my 6mb download is acceptable when I am paying for 500mb.
