    @SonosSupport Built a guest network for my Ring system but the Sonos is on the main network with all of the phones, laptops etc. Nothing has changed in terms of security etc - I'm not convinced that my Virgin Media equipment is not at fault, but literally everything else in the house is fine!

    Really dissapointed with virgin media 'service'. Taking over £500 in one month from our dad who has dementia. Thought we had sorted it out yesterday then today they once again cutt off his TV lifeline so now he can't watch TV. Going to set him up with SKY TV

    @virginmedia Hi. I tried rebooting the router but without any luck. It’s the only device I’m having an issue with. It should connect when I press the WPS button on the router but it’s not connecting and timing out.

    @virginmedia I spoke with a mendber of the support team today who told me that the price rise was due to Ofcom and out of Vigins control. Further the £21.50 was a standing price increase for everyone on the same package ie not individual as you state above. 1/2
