    Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

    @virginmedia Giving a realistic ETA for it to be fixed would be a good place to start, also I hope customers will be compensated as such because ironically now you're passing into the area of compensation for loss of service it seems this is the only line of communication that is working.1/2

    @iwiizkiid @virginmedia Yeah they definitely are. Was going up and down late this morning around 10-11am, accessed the app and it said it'd be fixed by 3pm. Now the app just says there was an issue opening it and doesn't let you go any further (BD8, Allerton area)

    @virginmedia No they don’t, they fill in a form to get in touch with the technicians. I’ve still not been contacted today as promised. I’ve not been able to work, it’s been 4 days. I need an answer today, the service line is atrocious and have no ability to do anything to help
