@virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

@virginmedia @richardbranson Ok...so after being sighed at on the phone by a "customer service" assistant 3 times on Monday evening and after the nice young man came to fix the broadband on Wednesday morning...it keeps going off yet again!!!! Leaving as soon as contract is up!!

@virginmedia I'm connected by hub 3 its all fine on the rooter but on my phone it keeps connecting then disconnecting saying authentication problem then when I try too connect it back it just comes up as saved it was fine when first got it then every other month
