    @OireachtasNews @kodonnellLK @eir That would have me contact ( disconnections) straight away. I recently had to contact virgin media and Bord Gais and both answered immediately and had the problems sorted the same day.

    So @VirginMediaIE think it’s ok for a so called supervisor to deny somebody’s customer rights and tell me there is no further than him when you’re trying to sort out their issue for over a year stay away from virgin media it’s bad when @eir are better

    @Niall_Boylan @ThreeIreland Had the same problem with @VirginMediaIE this morning but to be fair, I’m with them a few years and this is the first time I’ve ever lost service. On contacting them on WhatsApp, they didn’t seem to know what was going on. checking the coverage on my virgin media,waste of time.

    @virginmedia ….the broadband has been down since 11pm last night. Cannot get through to anyone in customer service to book an engineer visit. When I did, the earliest appointment I got was Next Tuesday. This service isn’t worth £147 a month.
