    So @VirginMediaIE think it’s ok for a so called supervisor to deny somebody’s customer rights and tell me there is no further than him when you’re trying to sort out their issue for over a year stay away from virgin media it’s bad when @eir are better

    Hey @Nightline I’m having a very bad experience with your company. Spent 10 minutes on the phone there to an 1890- number and credit ran out. Didn’t even get a call back. Sitting in home for the last two days for a delivery from @virginmedia

    @CocaCola and Virgin media advertising on @RTEplayer instead of playing an ad at half-time they play these brands through live footage of the Ireland U-20. That's awful for any brand. I am feeling very negative about the brands as I'm being denied live game footage.

    @virginmedia had to move house unexpectedly & after being a very loyal customer for over 10yrs the location I’ve moved to is not serviced by virgin media.Having to pay the cancellation fee & have zero room for negotiation on it has made me not want to ever sign up to virgin again

    @O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!

    Really good point from Steve. 0345 454 1111 How did I find the number? Went to the “accessibility support” tab on the My Virgin Media app. Always imagine you have a disability. Did they ask? Did they arse. Goes straight to the helpline.
