@OireachtasNews @kodonnellLK @eir That would have me contact ( disconnections) straight away. I recently had to contact virgin media and Bord Gais and both answered immediately and had the problems sorted the same day.

So @VirginMediaIE think it’s ok for a so called supervisor to deny somebody’s customer rights and tell me there is no further than him when you’re trying to sort out their issue for over a year stay away from virgin media it’s bad when @eir are better
