    @Niall_Boylan @ThreeIreland Had the same problem with @VirginMediaIE this morning but to be fair, I’m with them a few years and this is the first time I’ve ever lost service. On contacting them on WhatsApp, they didn’t seem to know what was going on. checking the coverage on my virgin media,waste of time.

    So @VirginMediaIE think it’s ok for a so called supervisor to deny somebody’s customer rights and tell me there is no further than him when you’re trying to sort out their issue for over a year stay away from virgin media it’s bad when @eir are better

    @virginmedia 4) from downstairs upstairs to my office and it worked immediately on all TV's and monitors with the same cables and connections - tried the original V6 box and again it was not working - tried the downstairs again & it was fine so the fault is definitely the V6 box

    @virginmedia fixed the problem. The solution from the 'help' desk was to reset my hub to factory settings every time it drops out and they won't send another engineer. I just need this fix as i'm unable to do my job.

    @virginmedia #virgin just paid £200 to end the nightmare of being a customer - I called and sent a letter and they don’t cancel - avoid taking a contract with these thieves - service was rubbish

    @virginmedia It's still a little wobbly. I ran a diagnostics test and it says "your home network has a few problems" I can't even remember the last time I lost connection but it's SO weird it happened and then I get a call from Sky offering me new broadband haha.
