    @virginmedia No they wont.... I was on hold for over 3o minutes before someone answered and when he did he said he'd give me a default Password and then he hung up.... wtf. Your customer service and service full stop is an absolute joke!

    @virginmedia Yes, rebooted as per advice we receive every time 😒 We've experienced the same issue repeatedly since the "Intelligent Wi-Fi" upgrade. Repeated outages however status always reports that there is no issue.

    Recently moved from a city centre apartment to suburbia. Had to lose my ever reliable @Hyperoptic connection for a @virginmedia package. Been working from home a few days in the last fortnight and it just likes to randomly cut out for periods without reason. JOY.

    @virginmedia Just finished a phone call. No engineer until tomorrow which leaves my vulnerable mum without a phone. Completely unacceptable service. Spoke to a manager who wouldn't allow me to take this further.

    @virginmedia The ping is to slow when gaming, on my PC I get 350meg DL, on my xb1x I get 550meg DL, I think it's throwing my gaming out, it's just not worth bothering playing to get hammered because of ping, lag, whatever it is.

    It took 1.5 hours to get hold of a @virginmedia tech .And no resolution with broadband box. So if you call a sales line 100s are ready to sell you the products but once you are their customer it’s of no value how they treat you ! @VirginMediaNews Happy Sunday 😀

    @virginmedia You need to keep your service status page updated. I checked that first, no issues apparently, then did the 10 min test, still not working so contacted you to be told there's a fault - very frustrating to be told to check the service status but it's incorrect!

    @virginmedia been a customer for 2 hrs and already rang up twice complaining. Was told I would get movies free for 3 months, I have the email confirming it yet customer service are saying they have no such email and I’m not entitled to it.currently on the phone to them #nothappy

    @virginmedia Yes they are very aware that one of your staff set it up in error. However I am still being treated like an automatic service! Have to go through a million calls and processes to end the service and waiver my bill. …. Still not done!

    @virginmedia Hi, well either get o2 fix the network so it actually works, or let me out if my contract with o2. I have virtually none or no data at my home address at peak times.o2 acknowledge that the mast is ‘busy’, my term is ‘congested’ or ‘not working as it should’, my term ‘broken’

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia I have to say that Sky acknowledged my low speeds and sent an engineer within 2 days. Problem sorted and new equipment provided. Compensation also arranged. #skybroardband

Fill in an online form & it's all done for you Only thing is waiting for the engineer but BT have got a LOT better at this in the last few years. Big push on customer satisfaction in Openreach (who look after the network/engineers) apparently
