Sent them screenshots. They agreed there was a problem & told me to ring the helpline again. Head explodes!

@virginmedia The local council resurfaced the pavement outside of our front garden wall shortly before these problems arose, so we're wondering if they damaged the cables there. I informed the engineer who came and customer services about that.
