    @virginmedia @virginmedia yes we’re still having problems, the hub no longer reaches all rooms, signal strength is lower, when we get a signal. We’re on Fiber at above 100mgbs/Sec be guaranteed. So why did a get a text last month “good news we’ve upgraded you to 100mgb/s.

    Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

    @hello_im_kris @virginmedia Kicked them into touch 2 yrs ago, fed up of extortionate price increases without improvements to service. Constant drop outs and poor tech support. Went with Plusnet for half the price and no hassles...

    @virginmedia irregular disconnects, usually around 2-5 secs, 10-20 times during the day. Tried all normal checks, connection, hub3 resets. Frustrating is getting few to customer service that can help, and not trying to upsell me to a new package.
