    @virginmedia have you thought about letting people know beforehand that broadband will be down for 7 hours when some of us do our sales online at this time but are unable to do so!!!! Why do we have to ring you first??? Been with you 12 years but seriously thinking about moving.

    @markcharnock @virginmedia They are an absolute joke , been a loyal customer for 25 years , back when it was nynex and cable and wireless , you get nothing for loyalty, **** Turpin got done for less , beardy Branson has got a lot to answer for.

    Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

    Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

    @virginmedia @AggaTheBlagger My service has been playing up since July and caused me more in having to buy more data from Vodafone in order to have continuous data when broadband stops. Tethering off my phone has become the norm for meetings, just to ensure I don’t get cut off. Please sort it!

    @virginmedia I want to keep the kids products, I have problems/issues/reassurances that I need to be advised of during the installation process which seems an impossibility for the customer service team, at this stage I may just need to cancel, I have been a virgin customer less than….

    @O2 I’ve spoken to Shabaz in your customer service team who was very helpful and says he’s cancelled it and issued a refund. Unlike the @virginmedia team who seem to hide behind menus and then try and be as unhelpful as possible if you eventually get through.

    @virginmedia We really wanted advice on the best option to get better signal & all we got was trying to sell us a booster or increase to the cost to £14.00 when it is on our Virginmedia account as £9.05.
