Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

Been through the tech support nonsense and they keep saying it must be my device 🙄 funny that 3 laptops, 2 tablets, 3 phones, a few Alexas and a robot hoover called Bernard all go off.

Currently have no internet connectivity to the house and there is (apparently) nothing they can do about it until they send out an engineer. Absolutely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I spoke to someone 3 days ago who was arranging for a call back from a manager. That hasn’t happened. Your company cannot and does not care
