    Nothing happens for days then today- a shooting in Brighouse; a large brown cow coming in the opposite direction on my walk through Bradley Woods; my dad being visited by a nurse in full PPE followed by a call from his neighbour to check he is ok and finally virgin media is down

    @virginmedia hi got an email saying I'm going to get charged for not sending back equipment, which I have and have the receipt to confirm. While I'm here my upgraded broadband is quite flimsy and drops connection more times then I drop my pants, and I'm a nudist! Help!!!

    @virginmedia Last time I tried to submit online, it wouldn't let me, it said ring!! You just go round in circles. Pointless exercise. Your customer service is not good, it used to be brilliant.

    @Mr_Mark_Taylor @virginmedia Can't remember the exact times but it was definitely in the evening (peak time). It was an engineer who told one of my neighbours what the issue was. Virgin wouldn't admit to it though.

    @virginmedia Hi. I've phoned and it says there are no problems in my area. The lights (2)on the TV box keep flashing red and 1 flashes orange. It's a pain as mobile coverage is awful here so I dont have any internet unless I'm pointing my phone at the sky like a loony!!!

    @reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

    Finally got an appointment for a @virginmedia engineer to visit today between 08:00-12:00. What a surprise, no show and no call to explain why they aren’t coming/turning up late. Best part of 2 weeks with an intermittent service now I’d unacceptable.

    @virginmedia I don't know when the next visit will be but they did say it will be 'sometime this week' whatever that means. The issue is the cable re-pull. Apparently, they needed access to the house but I was told by a Virgin Media operator that I didn't need to be home for this.

    @virginmedia Community forums and phone not accessible for everyone. First impressions are poor tbh, not even been a customer a week. Plus not checking i had correct wall socket before I joined. I had no idea would need it.

    @virginmedia do you get a free broadband speed upgrade if you are with o2 and enable VOLT? I'm about to hang up from being on hold for 20 mins and chat was useless.. I am on a 200M package and 1G is max available in my area.
