    Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

    @virginmedia you must have the most unreliable internet service in the UK. Several times a year it goes down for a full working day. Again today, "Unplanned Outage" yet your van was here within seconds. Unplanned my arse. Compensate my loss of earnings! #poorService

    @virginmedia I appreciate your advice, but rather than ask fellow customers for a fix I’d rather hope @virginmedia trained staff would be able to rectify this issue. I’ll try the forum, but this is not the way to run a business….@Ofcom

    @virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

    @virginmedia Been on the phone twice today in relation to this. My broadband is now being monitored (apparently) for the next 24 hours. An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

    Need to renew my broadband do I stick with @Plusnet or go to another provider .. in mind of that they all use @openreach network but @virginmedia I don't play online games

    @iamaafaq @virginmedia Mine is the same. Though I suspect it's my router rather than the actual connection. Been through the tech support nonsense and they keep saying it must be my device 🙄 funny that 3 laptops, 2 tablets, 3 phones, a few Alexas and a robot hoover called Bernard all go off.

    Virgin Media have been absolutely terrible since we recently joined them in October. Currently have no internet connectivity to the house and there is (apparently) nothing they can do about it until they send out an engineer. Absolutely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

    @virginmedia appalling customer service, very very rude lady didn't help at all, paying for 350mb getting that to router but only 90mb from router to wifi, what a rip off, shame on you @virginmedia😡 zero help, zero solutions.

    @virginmedia Why can you not warn of connection problem when the status is being checked?? All we want is information on time so we stay patient. What is the reason of this service problems? Tell us right now, not when it get fixed few days later. Enough of communication gaps.

    @virginmedia Hi John, thanks for your reply. As I’ve said previously I don’t blame you guys but the system. Being on hold for just over and hour and the line going dead on 5 separate occasions. Finally got through to Keiron this eve who was a huge help. Getting discarded mid convo isn’t great

    @virginmedia I wish I'd never signed up to virgin media. I notified my change of address over a month ago, and despite 12 phone calls, one if which was over an hour before they cut me off, I still have no internet. Complete waste of space. Furious with them

    @virginmedia I made a complaint this morning. I asked for the account to be closed as promised. I was told to call the 0345 number as the resolution. I spoke to someone 3 days ago who was arranging for a call back from a manager. That hasn’t happened. Your company cannot and does not care
