I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

We spoke to somebody at virgin this morning and they said it would be looked at today but it's still not working. This has been 3 days without Internet or TV now and I work from home.
