    @virginmedia -agents have disconnected calls when I have called & tried to resolved issues. -being over charged since May. -even since then and agreeing on a new tariff I STILL receive incorrect bill. - a relative of mine has the same package as me but pays £20 less for it (3)

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @virginmedia I was suppose to have install yesterday and numerous phone calls were promised Mateus was going to call at 9-00am today. You make sky’s customer service world class. Is there anyone out there who cares about customer service

    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia - after setting bill, I asked to be directed to cancellations as I’ve really had enough. It’s never ending.Only for the agent to tell me “I can reduce your bill from £54 to £44”....MY PACKAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE £44 ANYWAY. So I am STILL being over charged after a million calls (4)

    @virginmedia hi I've tried for over a week now to contact on the phone. Since changing to Virginmedia my Amazon Alexa wont work keeps saying broadband not set up purple light going on and off please help I've wasted so much time trying to contact I'm not happy with service at all

    @virginmedia I told your colleague two days ago that the bill was incorrect and I was not paying for it. I was promise I would receive a call from your manager within 24hours. I've received nothing and my Internet has been cut. Your company are horrible human beings

    @MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis I tried to move my mum to a social tariff for her broadband today with @virginmedia they advised that the speed would be slow and she can no longer have a landline & an online form to be filled out Things are being made so difficult for the older generation 💔

    So I organised internet with @virginmedia on the 21/10/2022 to be installed for my move in date on the 12/11/2022, 3 weeks in advance. Only to be told fish they’re moving it to the 30th. I work from home full time and stream for a living. Class. Really happy with the service..

    @virginmedia Unfortunately John, I've been conned by Virgin. Yous fixed the street cable problem, the engineers where great and convinced us to stay but unfortunately our bill is now £51 a month from £21

    Virginmedia are starting switching off the fixed line phone service to the Internet phone service, many will not be prepared for this.
