    @virginmedia Its off more times than its on of late. I'm still getting an intermittent line issue on my bb which ive had pretty much from day one and the whole service goes off in wakefield/ dewsbury area at least once a week. Its off now.

    If you don't mind poor quality, low uptime, unhelpful service, zero compassion, clueless technical support, broken promises and sky high prices then @virginmedia is the broadband company for you. For everyone else, go with any other company.

    @philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

    Nor do @virginmedia give a toss about their customers, so care and compassion also not their thing. Struggling during Covid? @virginmedia will happily do nothing to help you out, it might affect profits if they did anything even remotely kind.

    @virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

    @virginmedia I had an account which I closed a few months ago, I then opened a new account at a different address a few months later. When I try to login however my new account isn’t showing as it says that “I’m not with virgin media anymore”. Can’t follow up billing etc

    @Ofcom why are you still allowing virgin media to provide intermittent tv, broadband and phone packages without punishment. In our area over the last two year they have provided an awful service. Constantly going down or intermittent. Horrible customer service.

    @virginmedia 1 agent disconnects the call with me to answer his mobile and another doesn't bother calling back when the phone fails on his end? This is after spending 40+minutes on hold. On top of this, you're trying to charge £240 to cancel my contract? Terrible customer service

    @virginmedia They are. Already checked after 2hours trouble shooting. Tv was working till then. So if it’s not the cables causing the issue there is a fault. Upstairs box hasn’t worked for wks! It needs investigated

    Hey @virginmedia what's going on with your support line? 40 mins to get through to 1st line support, then 1 hr on hold waiting for 2nd line before I was cut off. And listening to the same 4 songs on repeat the whole time...my ears hurt.
