@Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

@virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

@virginmedia Hi KF. I gave notice to cancel a month ago. Days later I got an email to say my contract had been 'changed' to just telephone. I called back two weeks ago to cancel this, which was confirmed on the phone but not by any other means. I have no confidence or proof it has been done.

@robotnikhottake @therealhpoom @virginmedia One of my neighbours asked about compo. As we get around 15 seconds a day of working broadband it’s not classed as a 48 hour total outage. It’s in the small print. We’re getting nothing.
