    @virginmedia @virginmedia yes we’re still having problems, the hub no longer reaches all rooms, signal strength is lower, when we get a signal. We’re on Fiber at above 100mgbs/Sec be guaranteed. So why did a get a text last month “good news we’ve upgraded you to 100mgb/s.

    @virginmedia moved house last Friday and have brought my package with me. Engineer came to check all ok. Why a week later am I still not able to receive calls on landline. I have notched up 6 hours on your holding system thus far and spoken with 1 'assistant' Grounds to cancel?

    @virginmedia There were 6 people in different houses that I know in Waterloo, Bermondsey and London Bridge all talking to each other and experiencing the issues still. FGS put your hands up in the air and say, "We told people it was fixed a little early...it was near to fix we jumped the gun!

    @virginmedia I don’t understand what is happening, the people I talk to don’t make it clear what is happening. One person said they need to wait for the handset to be returned (yodel are returning it to sender)then cancel the order then wait 15 days to re-order.
