    @virginmedia The mobile no. of the customer services chap who sold us the package. I’m not bothered about the phone line I just don’t won’t to be paying for TV we don’t have and I can’t phone virgin without my phone line or I’ll be charged.

    Virgin Media have been absolutely terrible since we recently joined them in October. Currently have no internet connectivity to the house and there is (apparently) nothing they can do about it until they send out an engineer. Absolutely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

    @virginmedia Currently not so bad as of yesterday evening. But as @GGTVBD has stated, quite expecting that to change later today. I have noticed however that at a few points throughout the night it must have dropped again as parts of my cctv recording I've reviewed says 'Poor WiFi connection'

    @virginmedia We got the first bill, the customer service guy was still answering my calls and he promised we wouldn’t be charged for TV. We were! Our next bill still has TV on and he is not replying to emails, texts or voicemails. One of the reasons we agreed to switch was personal service

    @virginmedia what's happening with wifi at HD9 4 postcode? Its intermittent, keeps dropping off, logged in and it says no faults, reset router but it's still happening, i need it to work from home and its causing issues.

    @virginmedia Yeah he turned up unannounced and left then after several calls got another engineer out who said the fibre cable is snapped and needs replacing and he could not give me a date or time as his emails on his pda are not working so I guess it’s left in the hands of the gods

    @virginmedia the new router is a terrible design. Why are the airholes at the top, so now all the dust is going to easily get into the box and damage it quicker. There's no pull out tab to easily see WiFi password and the router is wider 🫠

    @virginmedia Spent an hour and half on the phone with your customer care team. They couldn’t tell me why they hadn’t turned up, no way of contacting them. Have booked another slot for tomorrow, the team wouldn’t even read the number I had just given them 2/3
