    @virginmedia According to ur website there aren’t any issues within my area so not only was I hung up on I was lied to as well. Now my password is apparently wrong and won’t let me change it on the website. Just wanna cancel the contract to be honest, no help whatsoever.

    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia I have signed up to new deal over 3 weeks again which includes upgrading of V6 box which will not work! Phoning help and support and using virgin media app is no help whatsoever ever error message MA1/4/40 is all I get, can anyone advise on this
