    @virginmedia the company that’s only looks after new customers, not long serving ones. Me: paying £34 for vivid100. New customers £29 or £34 for vivid200. VM customer services, well you can have vivid200 for only £54. 😳🤬

    @virginmedia Ran a test on the super hub itself. Its resolution to the Wi-Fi is to move close to it. Am 6 foot from it !

    @virginmedia Yes, dispite your Call Centre saying no area issues your status page says otherwise. Fix at 10pm. Lost all services not just internet.
