    @virginmedia the cheek or virgin media staff complain about virgin router dropping out constantly call raise a complaint and tell them router is disconnected from network and request a hub 4 as been told this is what’s needed I get told I have to upgrade to 1 gig for new router

    @LordTets @virginmedia Go to Ofcom... you have clearly given them ample time on numerous occasions to resolve your complaint. Life is too short to spend your time waiting for promised calls and web chats... let the ombudsman deal with them.

    @virginmedia The TV that it glitches on cant reach the box to get it wired in (but its only 10 ft away) I can't hard wire my laptop in. It goes off all the time! And then keep texting me saying you are coming for the WiFi pod after speaking with customer service. Im paying a fortune for this

    @virginmedia finally after 5 days without a service no streaming tv, being unable to work from home and having to sit in Saturday teatime eaiting for engineer while family go to Halloween party It's finally fixed Now the impossible part making contact to discuss compensation

    @KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

    @vmbusiness strike yet again!😠 Not only are they charging me £7/month for 4G backup that doesn't work, they are now charging me £4 for paper bills that I never asked for. Oh, and still say I owe them money despite me overpaying due a to a red letter that they took by DD later

    @virginmedia I’m trying to resolve an issue with your collections team regarding an incorrect default and because I no longer bank with the same account and do not have those details, they won’t talk to me, yet they are happy to just take money off me without telling me why. It’s disgusting

    @virginmedia Please define "where possible"! I received nothing. It's not hard for your software developers to put something in place that automatically emails customers in an affected area! Basic customer care needs to be put in place, but as normal price increases come before cust service.

    @virginmedia @VirginMedia_TV virgin media have increased my bill from £40 to nearly £80 a month for the most basic package and numerous faults with the service! Retentions said they would call me back to sort this out, it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting!!!Avoid virgin media

    @virginmedia I wouldn't have a choice on what to watch. I've been having issues with your service for the last 6 weeks, with 7 engineers coming out and it still not working. Having to pay my full bill until resolved even though I cant use anything as keeps dropping and cutting out! 😡
