    @virginmedia I'm a new customer and cannot access my account. I've spoken to your customer service team a number of times and they haven't been able to sort my issue out. My account is tagged as a secondary account, but I'm the primary account holder!

    @virginmedia I've checked and definitely not entitled due to the amount of days with no service. Like I said, a good will gesture. People who are working from home haven't been able to work for a start. Only been with you a few weeks and have nothing but issues.

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to your cancellations department since Saturday. In total, I have been on hold for 3 hours. 1 hour intervals before you cut me off. Your txt service is SH*T. Your agent introduced himself as working for Three, before he disconnected

    Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

    @virginmedia It’s strange because the online help claims there’s no problem but the phone says there’s a major problem in the area. Perhaps the online help needs updating because it’s no help at all

    @virginmedia the cheek or virgin media staff complain about virgin router dropping out constantly call raise a complaint and tell them router is disconnected from network and request a hub 4 as been told this is what’s needed I get told I have to upgrade to 1 gig for new router

    @virginmedia No and tbh no apology for my internet not working since the day after install Friday and now I've been threatened in in contract ! I have 14 days to cancel can you confirm please . Im not paying for a fault after 5 days plus it's not worked from install .

    @Ofcom @virginmedia virgin media has been totally down since 28th May at 10pm. Many people in my area are affected. The potential fix date has been moved forward several times. The latest is 1st June at 12. They haven't given any explanation and their Whatsapp is suspended. Help!

    Thanks @virginmedia for cancelling installation due today with less than 24 hours notice. Great you think it’s acceptable to now leave me for 2 weeks with no working from home or security cameras. Customer services can’t be bothered to call back, guess I’m leaving before joining
