@spleenal Virgin Media is a strange beast for sure. When it works, it's superb. It's when it doesn't work and you have to deal with their customer service, they're a total nightmare. If you can actually get an engineer, they tend to be great. It's the CS that totally lets them down.

52 minutes and two escalations for @virginmedia call centre to agree the diagnosis I’d already made. ‘Your “intelligent” booster pod is not working. A new one will be with you in 3-5 working days’ No wifi upstairs for a week is unacceptable
