@virginmedia My concern is that you disconnected me on Saturday and 6 days later and about 5 hours of calls later and 3 times being promised it would back on. I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE! I am not concerned I am annoyed by your inability to act!

@virginmedia No thanks we will just cancel our contract. You haven’t kept your side so we see that we can walk away especially as we can get a better deal and more reliable service elsewhere. We will ring and do this as soon as the phone service is available

@virginmedia Called and no one can tell me if there's going to be a fix , instalcom techs today said its never going to happen. Construction are saying it might be a area manger problem (meaning a cable audit) and call centre are saying the works booked in for the 14/3. Help

@virginmedia Yes it is on there as it was all day yesterday all day Saturday and all day Friday and the Saturday previous. All services off on 5 occasions all during the day but never any explanation from you lot or any thought to the customer experience
