    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    @virginmedia any known issues broadband off S65 area pc hard wired no internet . phone connected to WiFi without internet. Re booted router etc my status no known issues

    @virginmedia The TV that it glitches on cant reach the box to get it wired in (but its only 10 ft away) I can't hard wire my laptop in. It goes off all the time! And then keep texting me saying you are coming for the WiFi pod after speaking with customer service. Im paying a fortune for this

    @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk Wish I could enjoy this but my so called 500mb service is so poor I’ve virtually been without internet for a week. Finally your team viewed it as urgent because I do work from home on Zoom and…an engineer is coming on Tuesday. When BT Reach put full fibre in my area it’s bye bye

    @StueyDay @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk The service is awful and customers find it too hard to get a prompt response. Last time this happened it took at least 8-10 emails before they got past the automated letter asking me to switch off, reboot and check all the connections.

    @virginmedia got a flashing Internet light on router that won't go away so my WiFi (and therefore TV/ streaming etc) not working. Tried rebooting, resetting, the works. Online help / faq no help. Are there any issues?

    @virginmedia very unhappy failed install and had no service since Saturday and I'm within my 14 days to cancel yet your staff don't understand this and want to charge me for a fault call !! When do you become so crap !!!

    @KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

Its been going on & off now for over a wk.Once it goes off 1st time its then hours of dropping constantly.Ive had issues since day1 but it seemed to get better....now gone again.     @JShine06 @virginmedia I really feel for you they are the worst’s ever provider I had two years of complaining that we had problems with our internet and all they ever said was there are no problems in your area why don’t you upgrade no thanks we went to BT we have never had any problems with them

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Having the same issue with @virginmedia I just have the internet with them and they have just doubled my price and won’t offer anything where as a new customer can get the same deal for just over £20 it’s disgusting no incentive to remain a customer with them
