    Once again no tv and broadband from @virginmedia. So I ring up and their is a recording saying they are improving the service and it may be off till 6.00pm. Does no one work nights when it would disrupt less people. #justsaying

    @virginmedia been without broadband or TV for 3 days now. Your information line advises “ it’s a complex issue ...taking longer than expected”. I work from home, I NEED broadband for email, Skype and data access. It’s not bloody good enough!

    @virginmedia thank you so much for leaving our family without WIFI for the next 2 weeks... Poor Customer Service , No Letters about “A Survey” rang customer services to cancel and obliviously they didn’t understand we wanted to cancel after 30 minutes on the phone!!!!!

    @virginmedia so please explain the 20% hike in my bill every month just because you are discontinuing my chosen plan and offering me exactly the same plan for an extra £3 per month, been a customer longer than I care to remember but utterly disgusted by this #virginmobile

    @virginmedia The hub switches itself off and on occasionally. Not a major issue. I don’t understand why I have not been automatically upgraded. Why has Virginmedia had at least 3 models of hub since mine? Long term customers are treated badly by Virginmedia. No access to new offers etc.

    @virginmedia WiFi has been down all day, even when rebooted, and connection checker says the router isn’t “connected properly”. This has never been a problem before. The product is far slower than the speed and quality we pay for and I have been totally unable to use it all day.

    @virginmedia Tested waited for chat and eventually had to answer call after waiting for chat for ages. Seems nothing wrong with service into property, wired working but simply no WiFi. Can’t be bothered to keep answering pointless questions. Reset several times still not working

    @virginmedia There is no activation. Last guy gave me some hopeless advice and said call back. Nothing works because I had a Netflix account on the same email apparently. 3 calls no help. They’re doing their best but not got any idea what to do
