@virginmedia Shame your customer service agents on the phone don't seem to feel the same. You cancelled my TV & BB before agreed date, agreed to re-instate which turns out to be a lie as now refusing to unless I agree to a long term contract. Astonishing awful treatmeant

@virginmedia Sooo disappointed I can not use my hearing aids correctly, has no WiFi since Thurs and no engineer til Monday evening. The customer service dept is no use whatsoever, after talking to 3 different staff, and took over an hour. Would not put me through to a manager.
