@virginmedia I’ve run all the tests & it’s telling me the ethernet cable is unplugged. I’ve never had an Ethernet cable! I can watch tv & record but can’t access on demand or catch up services. It stopped working at 5.59am 27/2. Please send help! Like a real person. I’m getting fed up now...

@Mr_Mark_Taylor @virginmedia Can't remember the exact times but it was definitely in the evening (peak time). It was an engineer who told one of my neighbours what the issue was. Virgin wouldn't admit to it though.

Finally got an appointment for a @virginmedia engineer to visit today between 08:00-12:00. What a surprise, no show and no call to explain why they aren’t coming/turning up late. Best part of 2 weeks with an intermittent service now I’d unacceptable.
