  Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

Even Virgin media got handouts.

  I switched my network from EE to O2 because I wanted 1Gbps broadband for my home, and Virgin Media offered me a discount, including unlimited everything and unmaxed speeds on my mobile through O2, which I already had on EE. Tell me why O2 is so much worse than EE, and why I cannot get a signal in many places. #pissed

  @Benleo Just email @virginmedia cancel for breach of contract effective immediately. Make sure you contact your bank to cancel any DD. Virgin will be on the phone begging you to keep giving them your money. It's the only method known to get customer service from them.

  @Benleo Virgin Media has the worst customer service that i have ever experienced. It is almost impossible to speak to someone who speaks English well enough to understand what is going on. Its chat bots are a waste of space. Yet they continue to put their costs up every year without fail
