@virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

@virginmedia Tried to ring numerous times now. The first time he was very rude. When I finally got through to someone else yesterday the gentleman told me someone would ring me back and no body has. Now I'm stuck on hold... Again. I think I'll be leaving.

@virginmedia Had yet another fault with V6 box , called helpline , promised an engineer today between 12-4pm I’ve waited in from 9:30 am never left the house , a card was pushed through from engineer saying he’d missed me , he didn’t knock or ring the bell , fuming is an understatement

@virginmedia I called 150’to complain got passed around as always they told me@I’d have to reschedule and I refused as it was no fault of mine , after an hour on hold I asked for customer complaints and was put through , the lady was dealing with my issue and I was put on hold again

Would never recommend @virginmedia to anyone. I have been waiting since October to get broadband installed. It’s now January and I still haven’t been connected. I’ve also received an email today advising me that they’re going to be billing me as apparently I’ve been connected.

@virginmedia Hi ZP my complaint is still open. I checked earlier. My work order is also still open on my account. Its supposed to be resolved by 20th January. One of the managers has filed a form to the virtual techs to find out what's going on.

@virginmedia what’s going on with your technical service? Been on to them 4 times, promised new hub, booster pod & engineers visit on 4 separate occasions…NOTHING happens. Latest promise was pod to be delivered last Friday and engineer to install hub Wednesday 18th. Nothing.
