A second day of downtime thanks to @virginmedia a huge broadband outage in the office means no phones, no internet and £000's in potential losses. 20+ minutes on hold to be told that connection "could" be back this aft. Thanks @virgin @VirginMediaCorp

@virginmedia Shame your customer service agents on the phone don't seem to feel the same. You cancelled my TV & BB before agreed date, agreed to re-instate which turns out to be a lie as now refusing to unless I agree to a long term contract. Astonishing awful treatmeant

Twice now I've been let down by @virginmedia 2 holiday days taken and still no engineer has turned up despite receiving letters of install dates. Customer service didn't even seem to care #shocking 😡

@virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. Cancellation was due to never receiving a SIM card (I was told my details were not passed on to @O2 and no account was created), nor being able to setup a broadband connection without an engineer's visit at additional cost, never outlined beforehand.

@virginmedia Hi VM, looks like its a double NAT issue, my previous ISP were single NAT, and my VMobile service through vodafone was single nat. Now you've switched to O2 I seem to be behind a double NAT. I don't particularly want to pay for a static IP, so I guess im stuck using a VPN. Ta

@virginmedia I did not cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, as I spent those 14 days waiting for the SIM card to arrive and the service to start. When it did not, and I was finally able to establish no account had been made with O2, I cancelled the service.

@virginmedia I reported it on the phone. I keep checking and it still states no problem in the area. Someone knocked over the silver box in the street and since then she has had no phone. She is my aunt who is almost 80. The guy said a engineer would call back but they never did.

@virginmedia It turned out that after speaking to the team, my old account was closed, my new account(s) were opened and I never received my welcome pack so can't change anything until I receive that, the date was changed to April the 1st. But its ok, I found a solution.

@virginmedia It always says no issues found. This happens every single time. The last time we got put through the 3rd person... who then admitted there was an issue. I want a refund, there are people in my house that work from home. We've had to use our data for work. I want a refund.
