@virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

We moved house and there was a @skytv dish already there. We were fed up with @virginmedia's customer service so jumped at the chance to move to Sky. Big mistake. Virgin is so much better. The box, the menu, the channels, much better. We'll be changing back first chance we get 😕
