    @virginmedia I've texted repeatedly. I've called repeatedly. Virgin continues to not sort the problem. When I get promised a call back I do not get it. Also fyi discussing this over here rather than DMing just makes it easier for scammers to contact your customers and try and trick them.

    @virginmedia My 5ghz wifi signal just stopped working. When I went into the router I found my SSID had been changed to "1" and the password had changed back to the default. Is this a result of Virgin media performing maintenance or have I been hacked?
