@virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

@virginmedia the company that’s only looks after new customers, not long serving ones. Me: paying £34 for vivid100. New customers £29 or £34 for vivid200. VM customer services, well you can have vivid200 for only £54. 😳🤬

@TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

@virginmedia The 5GHz band had forgotten its name and was using what looked like a MAC address instead. So it was broadcasting but I couldn't connect because the SSID was wrong. I don't know why. I reset the network name in the control panel and now it's showing again on my devices. Thanks!

@virginmedia Well I would if I can actually speak to someone from Virgin. Are you able to arrange a call as I have several questions about this? Eg 1. We have the new router Gig 1 router plugged in. Can you confirm this is activated your end? If activated - why is the connectivity so bad?
