    @virginmedia My service is faulty because I don’t have it. We moved home two weeks ago and were told someone would be here yesterday to install. Nobody turned up. And now nobody can tell me exactly when I should expect someone!

    @virginmedia We signed a new contract with you on 24th July 2022 and in the contract it stated we have a minimum period.of 18 months and if we cancel before 23/01/2024 we have to pay an early disconnection fee. We have not had one day in over a month where we have been able to use broadband

    @virginhelp @virginmedia Just spent twenty minutes talking to someone on “Virgin Technical Support “ who hadn’t got a clue about anything. The power cable to the transformer for my Virgin hub has melted and only sheer luck prevented it setting light to the house.

    @virginmedia You were doing work in my area yesterday (NG16) from 10-4pm. It’s now 8:42am and the service is still pants! WiFi is back, but pathetic. TV is back, but pathetic! What am I paying £150 a month for?
