    Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

    @virginmedia failed install which worked for 2 hours and I cancelled within 14 days . I've now got a a bill for £62 ! Your staff just cut me off and I'm disabled and need help

    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

    Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

    @virginmedia hi, I was on the phone to Virgin on hold after being passed to technical, and after 40 mins I was just disconnected without speaking to anyone. Trying to do that while homeschooling and working, so was quite frustrating. Issue is poor Internet for last year! Thanks

    @virginmedia broadband has been down in DN15 since 4am this morning. Cannot connect beyond the gateway, internal network is all okay, so its an issue your end. WFH has been almost impossible.
