    @virginmedia According to ur website there aren’t any issues within my area so not only was I hung up on I was lied to as well. Now my password is apparently wrong and won’t let me change it on the website. Just wanna cancel the contract to be honest, no help whatsoever.

    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia Hi, no, I didn’t agree to the new deal. I’ve an 18 month contract till June. The price change happened start of this year and the support staff agreed that it was a mistake and said that they’ll apply the discount. I’ve been overcharged in Jan and Feb.

    @virginmedia Why does Virgin make it so difficult to contact its customer services? Been trying to close my account for a month and have made no progress despite calls, letters, complaint submissions. Probably the worst customer experience I have had from any broadband company.

    @rainworthgord @virginmedia I'll give it a try! I just want to now why a person on a new contract here will get a my deal for £27 a month when I as a loyal customer who has been signed up for FIVE years now will pay £37 a month. This sort of rubbish has now been banned for insurance policies.
