    @virginmedia how do I get to speak to someone or complain? Poor #CustomerService I need a replacement WiFi booster as mine has died. Tried troubleshooting,resetting, new plug socket, still not working - no lights on it. No WiFi or hub issues. Useless chat service. Come on virgin!
