    Once again let down by @virginmedia waited in for engineer to come fix V6 box again , only to have a card pushed through door saying I wasn’t home , absolutely fuming 😤 better get this sorted

    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia Tried to ring numerous times now. The first time he was very rude. When I finally got through to someone else yesterday the gentleman told me someone would ring me back and no body has. Now I'm stuck on hold... Again. I think I'll be leaving.

    @virginmedia Terrible I cant get above 90 ish, nothing changed inside and everything wired, has to be the exchange again, took weeks last time this happened

    @virginmedia : so for a new customer diff between Big Bundle and Big bundle + drama & Docs is £4.99. For me, a customer of MANY years if I want to upgrade TV bundle you want to charge £20 extra! Now is that reward for loyalty or taking the mickey?
