    Decided to leave @virginmedia today after ringing them up. Great service no reason to leave other than I need to be a “new customer” to access the best deals. My monthly bill more than doubled. Hello @NOWTV or @SkyUK I think.....

    @TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

    @virginmedia It's regarding a problem I reported with internet connection probably 7-8 weeks ago, and then further problems last week. The Executive team has not even bothered to follow up or have anyone contact me.
