    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    @virginmedia Eventually some did manage to help but it shouldn’t take 24 hrs should it? No one should be expected to have multiple 3 hr Wtsap with staff admitting they can’t help, multiple staff asking me the same questions/to do forms which I tell them in advance that I can’t answer.

    @virginmedia Since all help involves 1111 where do you suppose to direct me? I do not have another 3 spare hours to speak to 1111 to get the same outcome. Even complaints about 1111 goes to 1111. Perpetually circling the same foul drain. Please offer a different solution.
