@virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

@virginmedia do you have a direct number to uk customer services as your staff in India are useless and do not understand I want my phone number changed to ex directory. 4 times I've been transferred to different departments and each one has poor english and really struggles.

@virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

@virginmedia As my 4g on my phone is for some reason very slow, or non existent I shall try when ( bring the operative word) my wifi/broadband is restored. I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!

@virginmedia I understand why you cannot help, but neither can anyone else, or explain what the problem is. I am documenting & recording my calls/emails/tweets ( yes I do tell the operator I'm recording, just as they do, it's the law, you would be surprised at some of their reactions)

@virginmedia Well I never, just as usual, tv back on just before deadline again, but still no wifi, the enq system wouldn't let me send the form, wanted my URL & told me to ring them. All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

@virginmedia @virginmedia absolutely horrible service. The virgin media cable was laid across a walk way / driveway where people could trip over it and cars are driving over it and you won't send an engineer even though its clearly dangerous!

@virginmedia I can not login in to my email, always says try after an hour, this is going on 2 months. Called customer service, waited an hour and finally answered the call, then he transferred to another person. Both of them saying “my email account is deleted and advised to create another.

@sayfulyg Just had a very pleasant chat with Kevin @virginmedia - seeing if theres anything he can do to change my mind (nope) buuut he did mention it sounded like I needed an engineer to come and check out our signal settings and box. Wish they'd offered that before! Maybe worth a shot?

@virginmedia COMPLAINT - I ordered a quick start broadband package from you which was meant to be delivered to collect+ today. I have just called to chase the order to be told it’s been cancelled for no reason. I was then cut off when I asked to be put through to complaints!!
