    @virginmedia My concern is that you disconnected me on Saturday and 6 days later and about 5 hours of calls later and 3 times being promised it would back on. I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE! I am not concerned I am annoyed by your inability to act!

    Very disappointed with @virginmedia @richardbranson got told to ring back in a couple of months but 2 staff members when I complained I could not afford the rise in price £44 now £61.50. No help at all

    @virginmedia I’ve not received anything. To confirm there was no phone call yesterday, despite the customer service agent being adamant it would happen. I also stated that i wished to file a complaint, this was ignored as well.
