Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers
