@virginmedia According to ur website there aren’t any issues within my area so not only was I hung up on I was lied to as well. Now my password is apparently wrong and won’t let me change it on the website. Just wanna cancel the contract to be honest, no help whatsoever.

Decided to leave @virginmedia today after ringing them up. Great service no reason to leave other than I need to be a “new customer” to access the best deals. My monthly bill more than doubled. Hello @NOWTV or @SkyUK I think.....

@virginmedia Virgin media must be providing the worst customer service. Put on hold for hours and ask you the same questions but no answers. only communicate by text I need someone to fix my issues but you are put through to call centres who are a waste of time. Virgin Media please sort this.

@virginmedia One rep yesterday told me we had an update on our account and the work was completed. Then told there was no update and more work was needed. Why cant we just get some clarity on this issue. If its going to take another 8 weeks you can do one and I'll go elsewhere.

And home schooling/working troubles begin, 3 laptops, one desktop, 7 mobiles plus one digital tv trying to use the shitty @virginmedia wifi at home. Never seen a wifi so temperamental! On/off, high speed the snail speed, then nothing. This home schooling will be cancelled shortly

You can tell how classy @virginmedia is when a customer moving abroad is told they will get their account balance paid by cheque weeks after they've left the country. I know they rely on customers to not cash the cheques Sky didn't seem to have an issue paying direct to bank.

@virginmedia (2/2) who then told us you’d never see this problem until you send out an engineer as it’s a transmitter or something problem in the main junction box not the house or connection.......but I guess I will just have to wait again hopefully not weeks again like last time
