  • John_murphy1
John Murphy (@John_murphy1) reported from Sheffield, England

@virginmedia how do I order a new hub please? My current one loses network access and needs rebooting every hour or so. Not ideal when working from home. There are no known service issues so I’m thinking it’s a hub issue.

  • GaryFretwell1
Gary Fretwell (@GaryFretwell1) reported from Wakefield, England

@virginmedia I appreciate your advice, but rather than ask fellow customers for a fix I’d rather hope @virginmedia trained staff would be able to rectify this issue. I’ll try the forum, but this is not the way to run a business….@Ofcom

  • Callum_SEND
Callum 🏳️‍🌈 🔴⚪⚫ 🔰 (@Callum_SEND) reported from Brampton Bierlow, England

@virginmedia I appreciate you trying to help. The issue is with the virgin contract being 18 months and the "new" o2 deal being 24 months and how this would impact as I looked to renegotiate in 18 months

@bmstewart2004 This is exactly why I cancelled my Virgin Media subscription and moved to BT over 5 years ago. My bill went down from over £100 a month to £42 a month. When my contract is up for renewal I make contact and negotiate a deal. I am now paying £39 a month for broadband & TV package.

@virginmedia There’s no point in me DM because you won’t change it just for me however I hope you take notice of the number of customers raising this as an issue, I would ask you to consider elderly folks like myself with joint and mobility issues who don’t wish to keep pressing the remote
