@virginmedia appalling service virgin media! On 24/12 v6 box broke. So far, 4 telephone calls, 3 promises of calls back (not received), told new box posted to us but it wasn’t, engineer appointment cancelled by virgin with no explanation. Week later & still cant watch tv

@virginmedia I'm moving to sky, saving a tenner a month and adding sports and movies. I might be back in 18 months. Seems like hopping between providers is the only way to get a decent deal. It's perverse logic. Surely cheaper to retain a customer than gain one? But no, so I'm off.

@virginmedia Yes after 1.5 days I heard from tech team who said I need faster broadband, they put me in queue for customer relations who upgraded me last night but today we've lost internet 4 times 🤬 Will give it another day but probs spending tomorrow night onwards trying to get through 😡

@iamaafaq @sky @virginmedia Point of principle now. Been with virgin for over a decade and the deal is awful. They don't reward loyalty. Grwat package from Sky. Only are that's worse is speed but for our purposes it's fine. We don't game online and i no longer download torrents etc

If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

@virginmedia when are you going to start issuing people the Hub 4 as the SH3 is useless for delivering wifi. Doesn’t help that you seem to be constantly having issues and massive speed problems over the last month. Any chance of us actually getting a service that we pay for?!

@virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

I think your customer was referring to various barriers in the way of cancelling her contract, not the difficulty involved in selecting call options. She’s still been unable to cancel and is being pressured her to keep her contract.

@virginmedia continues to provide the WORST customer service EVER! Every agent I have spoken 2 REFUSES 2 pass me through to a manager! REFUSES to log a complaint! REFUSES to listen to previous calls! Take previous account notes (that I have no control over) as GOSPEL! DISGUSTING!
