@virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer use this service as it states u can only do this 3 times. Which becoz it says phone fault as opposed to full service fault have been used!! 03 March is no good to me!!

@virginmedia I’ve run all the tests & it’s telling me the ethernet cable is unplugged. I’ve never had an Ethernet cable! I can watch tv & record but can’t access on demand or catch up services. It stopped working at 5.59am 27/2. Please send help! Like a real person. I’m getting fed up now...

@virginmedia hi got an email saying I'm going to get charged for not sending back equipment, which I have and have the receipt to confirm. While I'm here my upgraded broadband is quite flimsy and drops connection more times then I drop my pants, and I'm a nudist! Help!!!

Dreadful service from @virginmedia. Internet & TV problems for almost a week now. Completely fed up with being asked to unplug, plug back in again & run the set up process. It doesn’t work! They’re happy to take £70 pm for a poor service but reluctant to send an engineer.

@vmbusiness what is going on? On countless occasions in the past 3 weeks, my entire area in north London has an outage. No #VirginMediaBusiness internet - with the service down since 1205pm Friday - 5 days. No explanation on Twitter and no-one answers the 'phone. Dire service.

@virginmedia no further forward and my complaint sent to complaints department. Honestly I’ve spoken to at least 10 people now. Straightforward complaint with Virgin refusing to increase their £100 offer to cover the entire £138 cost.
