    @TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

    @virginmedia Nothing has happened today, I'm just commenting on your offer to give all broadband customers free mobile 4g when your broadband goes down. Whenever my broadband had gone down, so has my cellular connection also.

    @virginmedia It won’t let me run a service status as I have a new hub so I can’t test it as you’ve yet to update that after 6-8months. Also it will say the broadband is fine (like it did last time) as the problem is intermittent so it doesn’t spot it! It’s a never ending circle of problems

    @virginmedia I did an Ethernet reset on my office computer and now have internet but though the WiFi connects to my hub showing it’s name MBC-Services the Ethernet just says network connected but no name
