Finally got an appointment for a @virginmedia engineer to visit today between 08:00-12:00. What a surprise, no show and no call to explain why they aren’t coming/turning up late. Best part of 2 weeks with an intermittent service now I’d unacceptable.

Absolutely appalling customer service from @virginmedia. Trying to charge me, as an existing customer, MORE THAN DOUBLE what a new customer would be charged for the same deal. Utterly reprehensible. This is how you lose customers. #ByeByeBadBroadband
