    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    @virginmedia what's the issue with answering a call? Line went dead, my mum can't receive incoming texts and is due an upgrade. Your customer service is terrible, God only knows what will happen when I call for TV

    @virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

    Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @virginmedia This has never happened MH. I think there is a massive disconnect in your (and mine!) expectations of basic customer service and experience and how virgin operate. My case is bounced around, no one owns it. I have to explain the issue again. We are closing in on 10hrs of calls.

    @virginmedia I have done this several times throughout August, it seems there is no accountable team or person looking at it and every person I speak to says they will own it but never does. Is there no complaints department I can speak to? I've even asked for a manager call back and get none

    @virginmedia My broadband is completely down AGAIN. I have experienced service issues for over 12 months. You’re never able to advise on a resolution, you just say I need to wait for the issues to be resolved. It’s completely unacceptable and your customer service is appalling.
