    @virginmedia hi virgin can you explain why you've referred me to a debt collection agency after I cancelled my service within 14 days snd returned equipment as it was a failed install and was advised I wouldn't be charged ? You also luckily never cancelled my sky .

    @virginmedia It’s strange because the online help claims there’s no problem but the phone says there’s a major problem in the area. Perhaps the online help needs updating because it’s no help at all

    @virginmedia’s customer service is appalling. 3 hours to respond to a message has to be the benchmark for worst practice. Last weekend it took them 27 hours to sort out cancelling my account. Absolutely hopeless.

    @virginmedia I hung up the call, rang back and spoke with a lovely man. Reset my email, password and answered all my quedtions. All the men are when you call, the female was awful. But thank you for the response

Their service is terrible and their staff knows nothing .This company pretend they are in the UK but they are in India and their staff are rude and obnoxious O am changing to BT broad band .

    @virginmedia is the prime example of poor customer outcomes. Following their systems migration with @O2, they are issuing bills they cannot explain and charges for 'unreturned' equipment that has been returned. All this, while over relying on #ChatBots and operating process that leave them unable to verify customers based on data viewable within the customers' dashboards. How?! This reminds me the issue with the #PostOffice. Save yourself the hassle and find another provider. #VirginMediaI are useless and will frustrate you!

    @virginmedia Moving to 360 has completely destroyed my trust in Virgin Media, remote doesn’t work, engineer attended and just left, and the situation is worse then before. Disgusting. I want to cancel my contract as Virgin Media has broken it’s contract by not providing the service.

    @virginmedia I keep getting non stop sales calls from Virgin Media daily!! I’ve picked up and said I’m not interested in any new deals at the moment - I was rudely hung up on a few days ago…the calls continue. Not a great customer service tactic really, it’s now just v. annoying

    I’ve been stuck in a loop between @virginmedia and o2 saying the address isn’t the one they have on file for my Virgin Media O2 ID. Now seeing hundreds of people have this issue, and how I cannot pull out of a contract as I can’t even access my account, this really sucks
