    @philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

    @virginmedia Had problems with our WiFi, engineer turned up at the door we asked shouldn’t he be wearing a mask 😷 he answered “nah we’ve run out” seriously Virgin you’re sending out engineers to peoples homes without masks!!!!

    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @Ofcom why are you still allowing virgin media to provide intermittent tv, broadband and phone packages without punishment. In our area over the last two year they have provided an awful service. Constantly going down or intermittent. Horrible customer service.

    @virginmedia Its off more times than its on of late. I'm still getting an intermittent line issue on my bb which ive had pretty much from day one and the whole service goes off in wakefield/ dewsbury area at least once a week. Its off now.

    @virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

    @virginmedia yes obviously done a reset and made absolutely no difference. I have a flashing green light on both tv boxes and a flashing green light on my WiFi box. There is obviously some sort of connection issue that needs to sorted! don’t have online account!

    Hi @virginmedia and @NOWTV. I've got a a 300mbs Virgin fibre connection, speed test coming up fine, but watching different apps on NowTV stick has been awful for weeks. BT Sport, Sky Sports, All4, BBC iPlayer. Doesn't make a difference. What's going on with you two?
