@virginmedia how do you not have an email address for customer service? You are asking that we don’t call unless it’s urgent but then all other options (text bot in particular) are not fit for purpose.

@virginmedia my 80yo Grandma has been without use of her phone for almost 24 hours. This has been reported and the automated message keeps saying will be resolved by a certain time, but that time keeps getting put back. Unable to speak to an actual person. Can you help?

@virginmedia Done that. Looks like the TiVo box the likely problem. Needs replacing. So how do i do that? Phone leads to online help: online leads nowhere helpful, for just replacing a TiVo box. Ideas?

@virginmedia Looks like I’ve finally got it sorted out by talking to a chap earlier. Time will tell if the adjustment is on my next bill. Getting 2.5 days comp for 5 days outage!! Not really good enough but I’ve spent long enough on this now.

@jodielouiseart @O2 I’m similar. Was forced onto O2 via Virgin Media and it’s horrific since the change (Virgin was originally EE piggyback), got another 15 months or so left of my contract and I’m contemplating getting out of it early cus I can’t put up with the lack of any signal anymore!
-
Kevin O'Hara

@virginmedia Superb, so possibly maybe might get it resolved in 28 days! Which would be 60 days with no broadband. Well played virgin media!!! This is a joke, without doubt the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

@virginmedia Just so you're aware you're BB offshore teams are informing people "no one has reported this issue before". You can see yourself that isn't true if you check social media etc (or my link). We need a general fix (not a tech visit) fairly sharpish.

@virginmedia I am one one of the prestigious 1 Gbps broadband customers from Dartford, with 3 pods to my delight. I had reported terrible issues with network issues, and all I get every time are rough responses, like today’s from “John” the expert, Ref-32592277. Can someone help?

@virginmedia failed to disclose to new customers that their @O2 5G SIM for £12/mth was an optional add on - have now been cutoff 4x times by the O2 customer support team (as an existing customer) when trying to cancel subscription. Anyone else had this before?
