I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

Their customer service are so inept that after multiple phone calls etc they still dont understand the situation and have passed the £500 pound charge onto debt collectors.
