    @virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

    @virginmedia I 1st used web chat and was offered the same package then I rang explaining I'm struggling to pay and will have to cancel. No reduction in package or price. Just told to ring back

    @virginmedia Well I never, just as usual, tv back on just before deadline again, but still no wifi, the enq system wouldn't let me send the form, wanted my URL & told me to ring them. All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

    @virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

    @virginmedia As my 4g on my phone is for some reason very slow, or non existent I shall try when ( bring the operative word) my wifi/broadband is restored. I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!

    @virginmedia have some how managed to ***** up our broadband and TV! We are now in to day 2 with out them and they can't get anyone out until Friday to fix it😠 which now means I have to talk to my wife and the kids🤯 #oldskoolliving

    @virginmedia do you have a direct number to uk customer services as your staff in India are useless and do not understand I want my phone number changed to ex directory. 4 times I've been transferred to different departments and each one has poor english and really struggles.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Racing can be watched as a Virgin customer on tv and is part of the package that is paid for. The problem comes when accessing Sky Go via the Virgin Media sign in. Sky Racing isn't an option to watch. So my question is, can this be added by Sky to Sky Go for Virgin customers?

    @virginmedia I wanted to upgrade but the price offered was different to the final price. No one could help so I complained and got the response. There is no point taking it further, the whole process is frustrating and im clearly not going to get the deal I thought I could.

    @virginmedia By having an online (long) text chat someone agreed that the box was faulty & flagged our account. It then required another phone call to request help. A replacement box has arrived & old broken box is on its way to you by return.
