Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

Last phone call I repeated the issue 3 times, slowly & clearly, & the staff couldn’t understand. I gave up & hung up. We’ve established the box needs replacing but apparently you can’t send me a replacement until an engineer comes with it. I’m a home worker and this is a major problem 🤯 I’m left to try and buy a second hand one on eBay!
