Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

@virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

@virginmedia Hi. Since you did maintenance on B/band in our area 3 weeks ago. It keeps cutting out. At least once a day. Some times router needs a restart. Some of my smart devices need a restart every time it cuts out. As it is a blip I can't see issue via status. DMed details.
