    @virginmedia The extremely rude customer service guy had nothing to help me with, all he did was be rude. We did not have wifi for most days in those 3 weeks. Was very patchy intermittent service.

    @virginmedia When a technician came out, he called another team to fix the box and they flat out refused to come because the problem has resolved itself but if the same problem happens again has it really resolved itself ? Look at the comments you get about your service.. embarrassing.
