    @virginmedia I used the text service and was referred to WhatsApp, the advisor on WhatsApp tried to get me to reconsider and take a cheaper contract with yourselves. When I declined, they said they would pass me to the retentions team, I replied asking them to accept my notice.

    @virginmedia selling fraudulent Packages since 2022. Absolutely angry beyond belief. Now have an 18 month O2 package that wasn’t required or asked for. Really poor customer service laughing down the phone. Lied to.

    If anyone is even remotely considering changing to @virginmedia for their Wi-Fi & Broadband I would urge them to seriously reconsider - it’s is absolutely shocking and their customer service team don’t even respond - roll on March ‘23!!

    @virginmedia Hi, thank you for getting back to me. I have been trying to give my 30 days notice to terminate my current contract, I actually did this on 26th September but it hasn’t yet been acknowledged. I just need to confirm it so that I can sort out a new contract, please.

    @VirginMediaCorp I've had problems since I cancelled my service with virgin media on 28/5/21 I was in credit they used this then preceeded to take money out of my account and they do not provide a service have rang and gone through WhatsApp (automated crap) for months no avail
