    @StueyDay @virginmedia @lionsgateplusuk The service is awful and customers find it too hard to get a prompt response. Last time this happened it took at least 8-10 emails before they got past the automated letter asking me to switch off, reboot and check all the connections.

    @mbird24 @virginmedia Hi Mark, hope you're well.Last night was just the straw that broke etc lol. Its been going on & off now for over a wk.Once it goes off 1st time its then hours of dropping constantly.Ive had issues since day1 but it seemed to get better....now gone again.     @virginmedia Well I don't know if the problem has been restored at virgins end I received help and advice from an outside source who showed show me how to work around the problem with manual DNS entries. But for me, working now. Thanks.

    @virginmedia I'm a new customer and cannot access my account. I've spoken to your customer service team a number of times and they haven't been able to sort my issue out. My account is tagged as a secondary account, but I'm the primary account holder!

    @virginmedia the cheek or virgin media staff complain about virgin router dropping out constantly call raise a complaint and tell them router is disconnected from network and request a hub 4 as been told this is what’s needed I get told I have to upgrade to 1 gig for new router

    @vmbusiness strike yet again!😠 Not only are they charging me £7/month for 4G backup that doesn't work, they are now charging me £4 for paper bills that I never asked for. Oh, and still say I owe them money despite me overpaying due a to a red letter that they took by DD later

    @alisonclay71 @virginmedia They’re the worst. I was a customer for over 10 years and moved house recently. They refused to move the service to my new house. Incredibly poor service. Also, be prepared for them to chase you constantly to return their kit or they’ll charge you for it!

    @virginmedia Yes it does and it’s a bad system. Your tortuous phone tree system makes talking to the right people very difficult, having to phone for the best deal instead of being offered it by daily is predatory and unnecessary, you know the problems so fix them
