@virginmedia thank you so much for leaving our family without WIFI for the next 2 weeks... Poor Customer Service , No Letters about “A Survey” rang customer services to cancel and obliviously they didn’t understand we wanted to cancel after 30 minutes on the phone!!!!!

Once again no tv and broadband from @virginmedia. So I ring up and their is a recording saying they are improving the service and it may be off till 6.00pm. Does no one work nights when it would disrupt less people. #justsaying

@virginmedia It just drops out all the time. Using your online checker it says that there is a network issue coming into the home. Told me to check the connections / reboot rooter etc (which I've done several times) and nothin has improved.
