    @TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

    @virginmedia Unfortunately as expected @virginmedia did not reconnect our services after the 72 hour period and when calling today I have been advised that I have to wait for a further 72 hours for today’s reconnection request. All Christmas without service. Absolutely diabolical!

    @virginmedia If your service was any good you’d offer me a route via our this as it is your doing the same as when i call in, pass through to a call centre, end up in the phone for an hour & get more frustrated than before I called so no! I will pay the extra & get BT BB & Sky Tv tv next time

    @BLUCHIP_STUDIO @cssc0der @virginmedia They’ve completely lied to me. I’ve had 7 weeks of it. Resolution date 15th jan. They are also throttling my speeds. Can’t get more than 50% of headline speed. They are breaching the broadband code of practice. I’m going to OFCOM👍🏼
