I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!

If you think you've experienced a loss of service, please register it as you may be eligible for bill credit if your service isn't restored within two full working days following your registration.

All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.
