    @virginmedia Shame your customer service agents on the phone don't seem to feel the same. You cancelled my TV & BB before agreed date, agreed to re-instate which turns out to be a lie as now refusing to unless I agree to a long term contract. Astonishing awful treatmeant

    @virginmedia My house requires the cable pulling in under the road, however you did know about this. My problem is I've been given 2 dates and I've used 2 holidays. 1st date engineer turned up but didn't do anything 2nd date didn't turn up at all. Useless!!

    @RishiPersad1 To be honest, I think the guy’s now working for Virgin Media on their web chat service. He asked me 1483 times today if resetting my router had fixed my problem. Didn’t even stop when I thought I’d be ‘clever’ and just say Yes to shut him up. Never told a bot to **** off before
