    Low and behold... @vmbusiness is down again on the first work day of the week. Makes me wonder how often this happens and I’m normally in the office so don’t notice... I can’t wait to one day move to somewhere where another provider can connect me to fibre optic internet

    @virginmedia I called up to sort a technical issue and ask about a new broadband as mine had expired. On your Live chat service I was sold a new deal which was a faster speed and was told this would sort out the technical issue out. The technical issue being the service keeps dropping out
