@virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

@Rachel_FMN @virginmedia We sacked them off. Hours and hours on the phone every time there was an issue. Trying to cancel even worse. Even when we returned the equipment they didn’t turn up for it then said they were going to fine us!! Jokes. Plus I’m over £1000 a year better off now too! Xx

@virginmedia contacted today as we have a Wi-Fi issue where it needs a Wi-Fi booster. Apparently you want to charge us £5 a month extra to supply one Wi-Fi booster. Why doesn’t the system work properly anyway? I am paying for #broadband but cannot get it across our home.
