Dad had all his recordings deleted and now his new recordings are recording and now, when he’s watched part of something he can’t go back and watch it because it says the recording has failed. This has happened on every recording. It seems to record fine then changes to failed. Get this sorted and get the broadband sorted. How @Ofcom isn’t all over this I don’t know. Pushing people to take the V6 and then a year later this happens. Shocking.

Ben Evans (@benev91) reported@virginmedia we have been without internet for a week now. Rinsed through mobile data. Fix date apparently (4th date given) now on 3rd June. We have received compensation but an easy fix would’ve been to give us unlimited data on our mobiles (both with o2) for the month.
