    Noooo heard on news please @O2 don’t merge with @virginmedia best thing we ever did was leave @virginmedia and I’ve been with @O2 for years with hardly any problems and on principal when the problems we had with @virginmedia we will have to change networks PLEASE Don’t Do it xxxx

    @virginmedia The system hasn't been updated in over a month. I know there is a problem. All I want is an update. But because of the complications involved in the fix, virgin media's words. We don't even get to talk to someone, it just tells us that and then hangs up.
