@LordTets @virginmedia Go to Ofcom... you have clearly given them ample time on numerous occasions to resolve your complaint. Life is too short to spend your time waiting for promised calls and web chats... let the ombudsman deal with them.

  • a8dullah_mulla
Abdullah Mulla (@a8dullah_mulla) reported from Dewsbury, England

@virginmedia well done 👏🏽 new way of resolving complaints! Offer a resolution that you know customer won’t accept so you can pass on to an adjudicator… all in a record time of 8mins!!!

  • guyrleech
Guy Leech (@guyrleech) reported from Wakefield, England

@KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

@virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

  • AndrewKerrison6

@virginmedia I tried to report a problem. The advisor was only interested in selling me a upgraded package. Miss selling packages to customers is not good practice

@virginmedia thanks for wasting more of my time. You don’t answer the phones, your chat bot repeats itself, you promise to call me at an agreed time & don’t bother ringing me !! Great customer service!!

  • GeekyHairy
    GeekyHairyBestia (@GeekyHairy) reported

@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Your lucky you got dial up speeds bro. I’m lucky if I get 3-6mb on the GB package and that’s when I have a connection. But yeah customer service has got worse and worse. To point you can not contract or make a claim. Good luck dealing with them,m. Lost my job because of them 🤬

Iran also claims two oil tankers exploded in the Strait of Hormuz. The attacks follow the deaths of two US service members who were killed in Jordan during missile and drone attacks by Iran. 📺 More on Virgin Media PLAY

  • RevQntmBigfoot
THE Rev. Quantum Bigfoot ♿️ #FLTG OG Anti-RGB OAP (@RevQntmBigfoot) reported

@sephiroth17181 @virginmedia Current ISP only supplies Eero routers & they are terrible but have to keep one on hand in case external connection drops to optical box as they won’t even raise an issue unless their router connected (configured it so don’t have to change anything on the network if have to)

  • DeviateDefiant
    R.L. MacMurray 🇬🇧 (@DeviateDefiant) reported

@DeviousPL @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Yeah their C/S is absolutely atrocious, I'm basically 'grandfathered' into VM from when their network was the only way to get more than about 8mbit down. These days the DOCSIS/coax setup is vastly inferior to any OpenReach FTTP, with fibre directly to the socket.

  • chris_speller
    chris speller (@chris_speller) reported

@Simon_Whale @virginmedia @richardbranson Never had a problem with them, they sent me the packaging when I left to send it back and it was free postage so hardly difficult , terms and conditions does state to send it back so if you choose not to then that’s your lookout ..

  • ConfusedFergie
    Adrian (@ConfusedFergie) reported

3 days in a row WiFi is down... @virginmedia you need to step up your game. Perhaps I won't pay you 3 months in a row and see if that gets you to get your act together...

  • MrProcter
    MrProcter (@MrProcter) reported

@virginmedia Thank you. And maybe consider disabling it for World Cups, Christmas Day etc? No-one wants their telly to shut down because they've been watching it. I know you understand this. Thanks.
