    @LozzaFox @virginmedia Virgin media messed up my account when I wanted to upgrade and I lost all my benefits for being with them for over 10 years, then they charged me to cancel, then they got mad at me and hung up on me because I kept explaining what happened and they wouldn’t listen

    @virginmedia 19 hours ! Virgin are thinking Oh No, we didn't have enough TVs to cope with demand. Oh well, the customer can go somewhere else. We don't care. Fair enough. After speaking on social media, I think alot of customers feel the same.
