    @fatboy1988 @virginmedia @Tonester_7 The call centre rang me to try & sell me more services, she rattled through her script with a very heavy foreign accent, I didn't understand her, spoke too quickly, so declined the offer, shame I may have wanted the service, they'll never sell anything in that way! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer use this service as it states u can only do this 3 times. Which becoz it says phone fault as opposed to full service fault have been used!! 03 March is no good to me!!

    @virginmedia hi got an email saying I'm going to get charged for not sending back equipment, which I have and have the receipt to confirm. While I'm here my upgraded broadband is quite flimsy and drops connection more times then I drop my pants, and I'm a nudist! Help!!!

    @virginmedia We are dissatisfied with virgin medis. Poor delivery of streaming services and in House wifi. Numerous occasions where service is cut or slow. Please advise how we can improve this

    Dreadful service from @virginmedia. Internet & TV problems for almost a week now. Completely fed up with being asked to unplug, plug back in again & run the set up process. It doesn’t work! They’re happy to take £70 pm for a poor service but reluctant to send an engineer.

    @virginmedia I’ve run all the tests & it’s telling me the ethernet cable is unplugged. I’ve never had an Ethernet cable! I can watch tv & record but can’t access on demand or catch up services. It stopped working at 5.59am 27/2. Please send help! Like a real person. I’m getting fed up now...

    @virginmedia Yes, using smartphones in the same room don’t always run fast. I can try the Ethernet but the hub is located on the tv stand, there really shouldn’t be a connectivity issue.

    @virginmedia it says they need to send out a technician because the issue persists, but the soonest they can do is 3 days away - with this being the 4th day of intermittent wifi that just isn't good enough
