You also luckily never cancelled my sky .

I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

Multiple failed engineer visits (Dec 24, Jan 22) and internet is still broken. you demand an illegal cancellation fee? I have raised a formal complaint: C-010626172 (Yeliz Guven Bilgin). Sort this out under Ofcom rules.
