    @virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

    @TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

    @virginmedia This is really interesting, because according to your web portal, my contract expires on 1 Oct, but when I spoke to somebody on the phone they said it was 30 Jul. Believe me, I really wish I didn't have to resort to your terrible customer service but your web portal is even worse

    @virginmedia Time for it to be fixed keeps moving with usual engineer on with comment 😬Even landline is down and I had phone calls to make that could not be done via mobile 😤 glad kept hold of radio now as all other Internet dependant devices sat idle now.
