    @virginmedia how do I order a new hub please? My current one loses network access and needs rebooting every hour or so. Not ideal when working from home. There are no known service issues so I’m thinking it’s a hub issue.

    @virginmedia We got the first bill, the customer service guy was still answering my calls and he promised we wouldn’t be charged for TV. We were! Our next bill still has TV on and he is not replying to emails, texts or voicemails. One of the reasons we agreed to switch was personal service

    @virginmedia how do we get the new wifi extender pods or a new Virgin Hub? Our wifi signal and speed changes dramatically between the front and back of the house, the coverage is dreadful

    @virginmedia joined for broadband, being charged for Tv package which we don’t have and a phone line which doesn’t work!!! Mobile no. given to us to discuss account won’t pick up or reply to messages or emails!!! Disgusting service!

    @virginmedia you must have the most unreliable internet service in the UK. Several times a year it goes down for a full working day. Again today, "Unplanned Outage" yet your van was here within seconds. Unplanned my arse. Compensate my loss of earnings! #poorService

    @virginmedia got a flashing Internet light on router that won't go away so my WiFi (and therefore TV/ streaming etc) not working. Tried rebooting, resetting, the works. Online help / faq no help. Are there any issues?

    @virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

    @virginmedia The mobile no. of the customer services chap who sold us the package. I’m not bothered about the phone line I just don’t won’t to be paying for TV we don’t have and I can’t phone virgin without my phone line or I’ll be charged.

    Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

    @virginmedia We discussed the Oomph package which I initially agreed to then changed my mind within the 14 days, informed the customer service guy, by phone, text and email, he said he would cancel. The engineer came and documented that TV had been refused and therefore didn’t install

    @virginmedia Yeah that’s fine, or just a phone number / person to deal with? It’s my parents business and they have their property engineers coming out to view the issue on Monday. I assume they will be in touch themselves regarding the issues. Luckily it’s just rain water, and not sewage.

    @virginmedia I have tried this method and was speaking to someone yesterday for two hours after being on hold for 1 and half hours who couldn’t resolve the issue and stated that a member of the technical team was to call us back in 30mins - I am still waiting for this call 24hrs later!!!

    @virginmedia i have just spoken to the technicians and they tell me there is a known outage in my area from jan 7th...it will last until jan 15th... so i can not do any work at home now and noone even bothered to tell me about this.... its a really awful service

    @virginmedia Hi, yes, was told he would call straight back...he never did. I have finally spoken to someone, she was actually very rude and I have now put in a complaint so will wait for someone to call. I have now reluctantly given my 30 days notice having been with virgin more 10 yrs

    @virginmedia No as I have run your network test 1000 times to show me no problems. Although I have a 2mb connection today and I am paying for 100mb. Shocking customer service I will cancel and never use again....

    @virginmedia once again. Intermittent problems with broadband! Phoned 150, no help, followed steps as requested, still no help! Tried the website! Says my password is wrong and won’t accept the only security details I’ve ever had! Including my DOB! Are you being serious??!!

    @virginmedia such a bad experience with had service installed at home in July and cable is still unburied across our front lawn now 7months on. Since then I have made two written complaint that has not resulted in being able to speak to anyone to solve this. Service is shocking!

    @virginmedia Nice try but that won’t wash. Of course people have been using your service’s (for which they pay!) more. There’s been 3 lockdowns and people have been working from home!! As for the “free stuff”and “equipment upgrades”, I have received none of these, just a price hike! Thanks 😠
