@virginmedia hi virgin can you explain why you've referred me to a debt collection agency after I cancelled my service within 14 days snd returned equipment as it was a failed install and was advised I wouldn't be charged ? You also luckily never cancelled my sky .

@virginmedia’s customer service is appalling. 3 hours to respond to a message has to be the benchmark for worst practice. Last weekend it took them 27 hours to sort out cancelling my account. Absolutely hopeless.

Since I joined #virginmedia I’ve had more times without internet and tv then with. Don’t join them. I paid more with sky but never had any issues.. faster internet isn’t worth anything when it’s constantly offline!!!
