    @virginmedia Shame your customer service agents on the phone don't seem to feel the same. You cancelled my TV & BB before agreed date, agreed to re-instate which turns out to be a lie as now refusing to unless I agree to a long term contract. Astonishing awful treatmeant

    @virginmedia my router resets three times a day at the moment, 4 times I have tried to call and 4 times I have been cut off, it has just rest for the second time in half an hour as I write this. I have checked the service status but it won’t load, this is getting ridiculous now.
