@virginmedia Sure, office this morning at about 8am. No service and Internet access by 9.30M and popped back late morning and still nothing around 10.45am. So finished my admin at home with my own broadband connection. Didn't call or raise the issue as its a pointless exercise. Cheers

@virginmedia No one has informed me of this, I feel I have been misold again very poor. No one mentioned this previously I have been told it was a new promotional that was added, so again alot of tosh. Does anyone know what they are doing at virgin.

Moved to @virginmedia on Monday and router didn’t come. Then when it came Wednesday the internet wouldn’t connect. After 7 phone calls and an engineer called out it’s still not working 😡 and it seems if you are on hold for too long they just cut you off. So frustrating

@virginmedia broadband was consistently poor during January. Dropping out & pitiful single digit speeds! Couldn’t get through on landline on multiple occasions. Forced to use my mobile on a few occasions only to discover I have incurred £21 in excess charges! Outrageous service!
