    @virginmedia No one has informed me of this, I feel I have been misold again very poor. No one mentioned this previously I have been told it was a new promotional that was added, so again alot of tosh. Does anyone know what they are doing at virgin.

    @virginmedia Third time it's been down today now. Yes completely down, we have no Internet at all. What other services do you mean? We only have broadband with you. Yes, I've booked but not until next week, we CAN NOT have this service for 3-5 days before someone comes out?!

    @virginmedia After been cut off twice by your call centre staff on Thursday no one has rang my dad back to resolve the issue. He has rebooted his system but the Internet signal always drops intermittently. He is now looking at alternative solutions as virgin seems to have no customer care.

    @virginmedia This just proves that you're not interested in my issue. I was talking to the girl for 2 hours. In that time she went on a 15 minute break and told me that I should have received a response. She did pass it on to someone else but I'd given up by then as it had been 3 hours.

    @virginmedia It's been down for 10 days now. A pop up appears when I open it up asking for my password. I input it then nothing. If I use the browser it directs me to a page saying my email is not available at the moment.
