    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @virginmedia No problem, and thank you for sorting it out quickly. May be worth making sure telephone staff tell customers about call out charges as I had no idea they applied in this situation.

    Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

    @virginmedia That is really poor. It should be for Virgin to sort not the public. I spent an hour on the phone on Thursday speaking to a next to useless overseas call centre.

    @virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    @virginmedia Another day... another outage in M33. But of course, because it's not 48 hours straight, it means nothing. I work in tech, I understand things go wrong, but when it's this regular surely you can agree that a specific explanation and remediation action should be provided?

    @virginmedia I requested a new account number as the one provided is only 8 digits and does not let me setup an online account. Rather than sending a new account number, as your advisor said, they sent me a letter confirming my account number. Please help!
