    @virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer use this service as it states u can only do this 3 times. Which becoz it says phone fault as opposed to full service fault have been used!! 03 March is no good to me!!

    @virginmedia Well I never, just as usual, tv back on just before deadline again, but still no wifi, the enq system wouldn't let me send the form, wanted my URL & told me to ring them. All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

    @fatboy1988 @virginmedia @Tonester_7 The call centre rang me to try & sell me more services, she rattled through her script with a very heavy foreign accent, I didn't understand her, spoke too quickly, so declined the offer, shame I may have wanted the service, they'll never sell anything in that way! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia good morning, it appears that your service is poor yet again!!! No tv,broadband or phone since yesterday. A call to customer services reveals 03 March for service t return in full. 👏👏👏

    @virginmedia I understand why you cannot help, but neither can anyone else, or explain what the problem is. I am documenting & recording my calls/emails/tweets ( yes I do tell the operator I'm recording, just as they do, it's the law, you would be surprised at some of their reactions)

    @virginmedia We are dissatisfied with virgin medis. Poor delivery of streaming services and in House wifi. Numerous occasions where service is cut or slow. Please advise how we can improve this

    @virginmedia Yes - the complaint is about no tv service and no contact in 6 months despite paying £800/year - the letter asks me to ring customer services - I have x 100. Never get through to anyone

    @virginmedia As my 4g on my phone is for some reason very slow, or non existent I shall try when ( bring the operative word) my wifi/broadband is restored. I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!

    @virginmedia I have contacted credit amendment and they have said they will take off missed payment off my credit file but I have found more missed payments and I have them wrote down and they needs taken off as well as I wasn't told this would go on my credit score or anything like

    @virginmedia I’m not sure that you understand how virgin status updates work then.... it’s been saying the problem will be fixed in 2 hrs every 2hrs since 8am yesterday morning. These status updates mean nothing as they are an automated reply.

    @virginmedia You say the fix is for today? How do you know this? The virgin status updates suggest it will be fixed every 2hrs and keep on adding 2hrs to that time.. the first messages said engineer on site now the messages say engineer on the way....

    @virginmedia Well,new customers would have the newest box available so why replace mine with another TiVo which is glitchy. The engineer came, no problems with installation
