@virginmedia I'm moving to sky, saving a tenner a month and adding sports and movies. I might be back in 18 months. Seems like hopping between providers is the only way to get a decent deal. It's perverse logic. Surely cheaper to retain a customer than gain one? But no, so I'm off.

@virginmedia when are you going to start issuing people the Hub 4 as the SH3 is useless for delivering wifi. Doesn’t help that you seem to be constantly having issues and massive speed problems over the last month. Any chance of us actually getting a service that we pay for?!

@virginmedia when are you going to provide a functional service? Having to constantly reboot your pile of **** “Superhub 3” multiple times a day because you’re saying that’s the fault... what exactly am I paying for? #Virginmediaisshite

@virginmedia Cos I've been a customer for well over a decade and I'm sick of seeing new customers get given the moon on a stick to join. I reckon your sales team would let a new customer have a night with their wives to sign them up. But loyal customers get nothing.

@AssistanceVm @TranslatioNinja @virginmedia That’s a bit of a salty reply. I think your customer was referring to various barriers in the way of cancelling her contract, not the difficulty involved in selecting call options. She’s still been unable to cancel and is being pressured her to keep her contract.

@virginmedia are the absolute worst company I have ever come across. 18 days trying to get them sort their shambolic internet dropping & still being passed from 1 agent to another in same team. Don't waste your time with this company. They have no idea what customer service is.

If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

@koffee_truffles @virginmedia It admits it’s not working .. says my coverage of a **** .. then offers to fix it for another £60/year .. same week they send me a letter to say my bill is increasing anyway .. clearly forgotten we’re in a pandemic!!!

@iamaafaq @sky @virginmedia Point of principle now. Been with virgin for over a decade and the deal is awful. They don't reward loyalty. Grwat package from Sky. Only are that's worse is speed but for our purposes it's fine. We don't game online and i no longer download torrents etc

@virginmedia On demand still not working and every time I sign in it’s been moved on three days for repair in my area. This has been ongoing for two weeks now which I find unacceptable especially when all bills have just gone up in price.

@virginmedia To my mobile. As I've said I appreciate updatds to marketing preferences can take up to 30 days. But regardless of a customer's marketing preferences you shouldnt be hounding me this often with the same call. You would probably call me less if I stopped paying my bill!

@virginmedia Over time we called Virgin media to discuss contract ending and possibly cancelling or renegotiating contract many times. Everytime we call they put us on hold to check acc and drop . Asked for a call back if it cuts off everytime and never got a call back fed up

@virginmedia Yes I do. I have always had issues with O2 signal hense why I'm not with 02 as a network operator. Is it possible to get out of my 2 year contract as I wouldn't of renewed if I knew this was going to occur

@virginmedia Yes, can’t be done, apparently! I have a land line and broadband. Don’t use land line. Never have . Paid for that since 2018. Charged £63. Neighbour pays £30 for just broadband. I was told I had to have LL. I’m offered a £9 discount to remove , because I’m already a customer 😡
