    Sorted a new rolling contract with @virginmedia for £96.12 got an email saying it will be £112 called them nothing on the system regarding the new deal still waiting for them to call me back not very good customer service

    @virginmedia Done that every time. Says service is running normal or can't find any issues. Also had engineers out 6 times who gave us the new router (and a replacement), but no issues. Its not even a "popular service time" as it happens at different times including 11am, 3am, 4pm, 9pm.

    @virginmedia ... apparently the area fault is a signal/noise problem but I still don't see how that would cause the hub to completely lock up like it did last night. I work in IT myself, and I know well - intermittent problems are just the worst :(

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
