@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

@virginmedia got a flashing Internet light on router that won't go away so my WiFi (and therefore TV/ streaming etc) not working. Tried rebooting, resetting, the works. Online help / faq no help. Are there any issues?

Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

@virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

@KojisRevenge @virginmedia That’s awful, my parents used to use virgin media but ended up getting fed up of it cutting out every 5 minutes and sometimes going out for days (one time over Christmas). Their customer service is horrendous (in my area but I’ve heard loads of people elsewhere complain).
