@virginmedia when are we going to finally have some functional WiFi service from yourself? 3/4 days constant issues... pathetic

If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

@virginmedia Well this is a cracking start. A call back tomorrow rescues the situation. Been a virgin customer since broadband came along. Fingers crossed.

@AssistanceVm @TranslatioNinja @virginmedia That’s a bit of a salty reply. I think your customer was referring to various barriers in the way of cancelling her contract, not the difficulty involved in selecting call options. She’s still been unable to cancel and is being pressured her to keep her contract.

@virginmedia Cos I've been a customer for well over a decade and I'm sick of seeing new customers get given the moon on a stick to join. I reckon your sales team would let a new customer have a night with their wives to sign them up. But loyal customers get nothing.

Dealing with ongoing @virginmedia connection issues whilst trying to work is bad enough, but then repeated issues whilst trying to watch #sheffieldUnited lose again is just too much. Especially as my bill is pushing £50 a month. Can't work, can't suffer the footie. Come on virgin

@virginmedia On demand still not working and every time I sign in it’s been moved on three days for repair in my area. This has been ongoing for two weeks now which I find unacceptable especially when all bills have just gone up in price.

@virginmedia Hi, Liam said someone would call back tomorrow. No issue with service, just can't have in the new build. The service is not in the area. Let's see if we get the call back tomorrow. Shouldn't treat a leaving customer like ****.

@virginmedia when are you going to provide a functional service? Having to constantly reboot your pile of **** “Superhub 3” multiple times a day because you’re saying that’s the fault... what exactly am I paying for? #Virginmediaisshite

@mouthwaite @virginmedia I had awful internet for years with them best thing I ever did was change to sky and not only do I get more for my money it’s cheaper than what I was paying roughly three years ago xxxx

@virginmedia I'm moving to sky, saving a tenner a month and adding sports and movies. I might be back in 18 months. Seems like hopping between providers is the only way to get a decent deal. It's perverse logic. Surely cheaper to retain a customer than gain one? But no, so I'm off.

@virginmedia Not really. He said that there had been an outage in the area. That seems to happen nearly every day at the moment. Resetting the box multiple times, running a test, waiting then hoping.

am not best pleased with @virginmedia in the uk. we told them my mum had passed and needed to pass the account as it was to my dad. they then told us this was possible but there would be a larger bill to cover the use of service from mam to dad. this isn't acceptable

@virginmedia Numerous times. Last time few days ago. You are saying no issues with signal coming to router. But WiFi keeps dropping out numerous times a day. You said that you can't guarantee WiFi signal strength due to walls etc. However my router is right next to me..

@virginmedia I've spent several days trying to tell you I'm moving. Called, tried on website, WhatsApp. I've cancelled my direct debit and you're not getting another penny out of me as I have no time to continue to try to get you to move or cancel my services. Had enough.
