    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @virginmedia That is really poor. It should be for Virgin to sort not the public. I spent an hour on the phone on Thursday speaking to a next to useless overseas call centre.

    @virginmedia I appreciate you trying to help. The issue is with the virgin contract being 18 months and the "new" o2 deal being 24 months and how this would impact as I looked to renegotiate in 18 months

    @virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

    @virginmedia Your service is appalling. Numerous broadband issues over the past few months in G77 and unable to reliably work from home. Not good enough and not even an apology or reduced bill to compensate 😡

    @virginmedia Yes, I checked the status on my phone app and it says there are issues in my area. Seems a bit better now but spent the first few hours of my working day reconnecting. Not ideal when busy but thanks for contacting.

    @virginmedia You should be paying me to stay! Your service didn’t go live to begin with and required an engineer and 2 weeks later it’s down and has been since 7am. How is anyone suppose to work from home when the basics of an internet connection cannot be provided?

    @virginmedia Have had the box maybe 5 years (can't remember). It's connected via wired ethernet from an IP over Power unit connected to VM service > 200Mb/s so no issue with speed. The Samsung apps use the same connection and don't have this problem.

    The worst customer service I’ve ever had to endure. #virginmedia 2 hour WhatsApp dialogue, no call back as arranged, complaints form that resets when submitted, and finally 2 mis-sold contracts, now being charged 50% more than when I started!
