    @virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    @virginmedia That is really poor. It should be for Virgin to sort not the public. I spent an hour on the phone on Thursday speaking to a next to useless overseas call centre.

    @itsadamuk @virginmedia Save your time, I had a technician out to fix my issue, he had to replace with hub 4, even put in the notes that he wanted a hub 5 sent to me as I can’t get the guaranteed speed, and customer care basically said, oh well… and didn’t help.

    @virginmedia Hi, yes both are down, both the WiFi and also anything connected by Ethernet directly from the box, we have also checked and it says nothing is wrong yet multiple neighbors an family haven't been able to access any TV, or Internet since midnight, it's definitely an area issue
