@virginmedia I have. Someone tried to transfer me and it was a silent line for 25 minutes. I've tried the number to cancel a few more times but I get an automated "Thanks for calling" then it ends the call (options 2 and 3).

@virginmedia So when you're agent said I had to upgrade my package at significant extra cost in order to use hub 4, that wasn't true? I doubt the forums can fix the noisy fan, poor range, wildly variable speeds and lack of support but I will try given I have no support from VM. Thanks.

@virginmedia I’m really annoyed. Nearly 2 weeks of intermittent internet connection drops. Finally spoke to an advisor yesterday, who says it’s a fault but no ETA on a fix. The service status page incorrectly says there are no broadband problems.

@virginmedia Currently using my PS5, and I use wireless. But I’ve tried wired and it makes no difference. I’ve never had an issue beforehand. But it’s not just that, when I’m trying to watch something on my phone it always buffers, anything to do with loading something takes a long time
