@virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

The WhatsApp took 5 hours to talk to someone that doesn't pay attention and passes you off to someone else. The options are all terrible, good luck getting a fix
