@virginmedia how do I order a new hub please? My current one loses network access and needs rebooting every hour or so. Not ideal when working from home. There are no known service issues so I’m thinking it’s a hub issue.

@virginmedia Yeah that’s fine, or just a phone number / person to deal with? It’s my parents business and they have their property engineers coming out to view the issue on Monday. I assume they will be in touch themselves regarding the issues. Luckily it’s just rain water, and not sewage.

@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

@virginmedia Yeah it says there is an outage in our area and an engineer is supposed to fix it before the end of today. It has said that for the past 3 days and then each morning the internet has stopped working again

@virginmedia Not helpful. Even without an outage the service has been poor from day one, and way below what @skytv delivered (and they send boosters FOC!). I want out of the contract due to not getting what I’m paying for yet that costs £240. Ridiculous.

Watch out if you’re a @virginmedia customer. Dodgy call to say internet speed not as it should & getting new router & compo of £400!! When they were pushing for me to install bank app on my phones be seemed dodgy.
