    Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

    @virginmedia’s customer service is appalling. 3 hours to respond to a message has to be the benchmark for worst practice. Last weekend it took them 27 hours to sort out cancelling my account. Absolutely hopeless.

    @virginmedia hi virgin can you explain why you've referred me to a debt collection agency after I cancelled my service within 14 days snd returned equipment as it was a failed install and was advised I wouldn't be charged ? You also luckily never cancelled my sky .

    @virginmedia Yes, fault already registered - they’re aware of it. Each time they say the service will be down until 4pm. This has happened a few times this week and previously too. Totally unreliable so we can’t stay. Impossible to get through on phone too. Infuriating all round.

    This has gotten ridiculous. @virginmedia has pushed my broadband install date back for the second time. They made me wait three weeks. Then pushed it back another three weeks just days before. They’ve now added another TWO weeks to the wait. I’m canceling. This is stupid.
