    @virginmedia Yes both wired and wireless items are not working. I have rebooted the router and it makes no difference im still on hold as well we are now hitting the 45 minute mark!!

    @virginmedia The issue is something non your side, I have been told it will be fixed by Friday since mid may... The internet connection drops and the router gets stuck in a reboot loop. Your tech support dosen't seem to care

    @virginmedia Which was lies on the onset I was on the phone at one point 5 hours of calls was made by me call virgin media customer service.... no one offered a call back once!

    @virginmedia There is an SNR issue in my area,been going on since May, logged a complaint or two in regards to the matter, and it still goes down. Customer service team don't seem to care about it and just tell me to sit and wait for it to come up. Nothing they can do help me. 😠😠

    @virginmedia You expect me to pay £70+ per month on the dot or you’ll cut me off... if I complain about lack of internet and tv people at virgin media drag their backsides not to help or compensate us customers when it goes horribly wrong but you’ll demand to be paid in full every month !!

    @virginmedia The agent that I spoke to advised me that there is a SNR issue and it has been ongoing since 24th may. I think the 99.96% reliability you are quoting is a little bit of a lie!

    @virginmedia It happened every day for a month or more! It would start during the day I couldn’t access tv nor internet and twice of entire weekend at one point Virgin media said there wasn’t any issues until I kicked up a fuss .. I was assured I would be compensated because of this

    @virginmedia I have spent more than an hour in the last couple of weeks waiting for people in your "customer service" sections to answer my calls. I was trying to upgrade my package after the end of a current contract. But forget it, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

    @virginmedia I have tried everything when it comes to the connection, this is an SNR issue at the exchange meaning my internet intermittently fails. I have been told there is nothing I can do to restore my internet connection apart from getting my internet from another provider

    @virginnightmare @virginmedia I’ve gone to @BBCWatchdog you should do too! And the more of @virginmedia customers complain they might have to actually do something! And to stop their so called customer services lies! They need to held accountable for what they do and in many cases don’t do.

    @virginmedia You talk about SLA what about telling and training your staff about SLA and not to blatantly lie to customers in order to end and move on to the next customer... why can’t you lt do that! Instead of pontificate to me as a customer on SLA guidelines!

    @virginmedia I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and support and the constant contradictions staff give me every time I called I was promised a £20 compensation due to issues with internet and televisions service and was told yesterday I wasn’t getting it!

    @virginmedia And this is how you can get away with blue murder because it not consecutive interruptions but in my case it was in September and you move the parameters to suite your statistics even when I complained that my entire weekend with out internet and limited tv service

    @virginmedia It’s seem to be ok at the moment but we seem to be having many problems over these last couple of months and trying to get though to speak to someone is impossible I was waiting 1 hour and 45 mins all in all and nothing. It just seems to be poor at the moment. #nogoodenough

    @virginmedia @virgin @richardbranson @BBCWatchdog Yet again virgin media has Reneged on a promise! I was assured that someone was going to call me back today at 11 o’clock and now at the time of typing this it’s 1:10 customer service is nil! All they want is my money.

    @virginmedia You are probably setting yourself up for a fall, after speaking to your colleagues on the phone, they have said that it will take up to 7 days to amend the contract (no explanation why). If it can’t be sorted, I think I’l just cancel while I’m still in my cooling off period!

    @virginmedia I have made it very clear on each occasion the dissatisfaction in the service, or lack there of from Virgin Media. logging it again isn't going to speed anything up.
