@ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

I think your customer was referring to various barriers in the way of cancelling her contract, not the difficulty involved in selecting call options. She’s still been unable to cancel and is being pressured her to keep her contract.

@virginmedia Yes, thank you. I have checked. I rang 150 and all they get me to do is to restart my hub. It works OK for a while, but problems come back. I am very upset. I videocommunicate with 100s of people and it is very embarrassing having to explain 2 them the problems caused by Virgin

@virginmedia It’s a wireless connection. It’s the router that crashes- apparently an issue in the local area. It’s happened since the first week in December and now we’re on to the 4th date for it to be fixed. Nightmare with homeschooling and work.

When did @virginmedia become little fascists? My friend moved back to Spain. Told them he was leaving. They never bothered to collect his router. I'm speaking to them now on his behalf, and they're still trying to charge him £40. He was never sent a collection box.
