@Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

@virginmedia It's not even that, the initial installation was delayed from 25th of october to 8th of November , customer service lied to me saying someone would come fix the sloppy job and the exposed wires. I had to call Kelly's to do your job and now 2 and a half days of no internet. 🥲🥲🥲
