    @virginmedia Can we have a chat about the aggressive individual who has come 2 my door the last 2 nights trying 2 sell me a service I know you can't provide? Appreciate he has a job to do but not everyone he will try & bully will be a former employee or know your planning team.

    @virginmedia Been on the phone twice today in relation to this. My broadband is now being monitored (apparently) for the next 24 hours. An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

    @virginmedia I've received a bill for April but I never actually used your service as I didn't have a compatible socket so cancelled. Trying to sign in, I'm told my email address and account number are not recognised.

    Virgin Media have been absolutely terrible since we recently joined them in October. Currently have no internet connectivity to the house and there is (apparently) nothing they can do about it until they send out an engineer. Absolutely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

    @virginmedia this is ridiculous now! Broadband keeps dropping out, as usual you guys keep claiming nothing wrong at your end but social media says otherwise. There is people all other FB in particular saying they're had nothing but problems past couple of month.whats going on???

    @virginmedia . C-230122117, my complain is pending with you, which you suppose to resolve with 30 days. Now 30 days have passed and you have not redolve my complaint and been overcharging me for last 2 months. Please resolve.

    @virginmedia There were no outages in the area, every time I tried to use the system to fix the problem an error or maintenence page came up. Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

    @virginmedia I was moving house they said the bill would be different for the first three months, then back to normal, however apparently I agreed to a new contract @ £14 extra per month, I’d only had my previous contract for 6 months so why would I do this, oh and the house move was cancel

    @virginmedia Hi in LS28 7TU vigin services are down. We have no phone, TV channel services. It is giving v53 error code. Can you please sort this out. Thanks

    Need to renew my broadband do I stick with @Plusnet or go to another provider .. in mind of that they all use @openreach network but @virginmedia I don't play online games

    @virginmedia Currently not so bad as of yesterday evening. But as @GGTVBD has stated, quite expecting that to change later today. I have noticed however that at a few points throughout the night it must have dropped again as parts of my cctv recording I've reviewed says 'Poor WiFi connection'

    @virginmedia No, it wasn't clear that a different socket was needed, so rather than have to arrange for an engineer to visit, I cancelled the service. I still have the hardware and am happy to return it

    I’m pretty sure Virgin Media is run my clowns! Absolute shambles of a company. I wouldn’t advise anybody to get internet with them. They’re quick when you first go with them and then you get slow speed issues after 5-6 months. Avoid and go elsewhere @virginmedia

    God, I hate @virginmedia. You talk to someone online and tell them you only want information, you don't want to change anything (Which he confirms) and then he goes ahead and cancels my contract. Talk to woman on phone, tell her same thing, she doesn't fix anything.

    @virginmedia The broadband came back on the 28th randomly and no engineer mentioned what was wrong. We do get area issues in se24 historically.

    @virginmedia We have a hub 3 router there was a fault in our area apparently. Our area being Ashton Under Lyne our area code is 20 on our account. This apparently has been fixed but since this fault we have not had any internet service.

    @elondems The service was outstanding a few moments ago after @virginmedia read my other tweet. I’ve never had a company respond so quickly to my complaint. Beats being on my mobile having to wait 20 mins on a 0330 call that isn’t free,to do the job they’re supposed to do. Need 2 do better
