@virginmedia Internet is back but patchy. My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

@virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

@virginmedia Everything that was suggested on your website. Rebooted the hub, checked cables are tight, scanned and optimised each room on the app, moving hub location. Both the channels are just as bad at the other and often cannot tell the difference when connected to 5G to 2g.
