    @snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Depending on your mobile, why not activate WiFi calling on your device where you can make calls through your virgin media router. Such google for you device and add WiFi calling and go from there to get signal.

    @virginmedia hello area 14 is there an issue as had no internet since 2pm I have all the checks etc 5 times I can't book an engineer so normally an issue, I work from home not ideal and no way of watching TiVo either without internet

    @virginmedia But can deal with EASY problems on earth. You could literally offer me everything for FREE & Id still say no. Your company is going bust for a reason. Tell Branson you know how to fix it, tell him ‘our customer service is horrendous, we need to change’, then maybe VM will survive

    @virginmedia Yes, tried it. For the past year. Unless you’re paying top dollar for fibre optic, the service is just shocking! The wifi strength is naff - trouble connecting in a room next the it. And streaming on the FireStick - can’t watch Live TV and all the videos out of sync with audio!

    @virginmedia A fault, however, the router was “updated”.... Worked okay for a couple of weeks, then went back to being out of sync / tinny sound I thought it may have been down to my Gramps TV - but I bought a new TV and used the FireStick on there - but still issues!!

    @virginmedia @O2 Signal normal drops out due to signals from other routers would and can cloud your signal. The intelligent WiFi of the HUB 3.0 will switch between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wnd there is where you will experience the drop connection. My recommendation is a pin hole reset. 👍

    @vmbusiness @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp have tried multiple ways of getting in touch with you no response or help. We have looked online & the router we have in our office doesn’t even match the ones on your website. I will be looking at moving supplier 24 hours of no internet

    @virginmedia Hi, it continually buffers via wifi. Whereupon I have to reboot either the smarttv or the tivo box depending on how we access the streaming services to watch the programmes. Also recently, any series link programmes we try to watch via tivo continually fail due to an error 603!

    @virginmedia Yes done it 10 times .... tbf it’s never been brilliant but we have persevered with it but my lad can’t get online in his bedroom upstairs so it’s starting to get annoying now... I pay £130 a month already so I’m not willing to pay anymore and will move provider if necessary

    @virginmedia So when vm say ring 15 hours later over 5 weeks, I speak to agent who usually tells me contrary news to a previous agent. Ring vm, it has said email us to save time. Have emailed it says you need to ring. Seriously bad customer service
