    @andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

    Urgh @virginmedia are the worst. Been hanging on for over half an hour, was on the cusp of wanting to leave, really want to now. Just can't as they have left us permanently on hold gggrrr.

    @virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

    @virginmedia A technician visited the 4th June, was told 48hrs emergency pull was required and then Recieved a text to say 11th July was the earliest! Spoke to a ‘manager’ who just infuriated me further by saying ‘it is what it is’

    @kevpender @virginmedia Kev it’s definitely their hub. Had the same issues once a few devices connect to it, it can’t handle sharing the bandwidth out to all the devices. Best thing I ever did was to switch it to modem mode and buy my own router for WiFi

    So @virginmedia are at it again. A few years ago I had to contact @BBCWatchdog because of over utilisation. The new scam is signing people up to 1gb deals only for the deals to not be available(3 months later not available to EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!!). Watchdog please help again 🙏

    @virginmedia I upgraded my mobile phone at the end of April and I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered, I have called numerous times and been told different things everytime I phone and the customer service I receive is terrible! How can I find out when I will get it?

    Dear @virginmedia - i've had 5 engineer visits, and my broadband is still not improved. Random connection drops throughout the day, poor wifi coverage in an average sized house. Problems occuring since 20 months, no resolution! Can I get a refund please?
