Last year obviously home internet use went up while business premises went down. We are held to ransom now as we have no choice but to use our home broadband for work

The boxes were removed by your engineer although customer services said they were not, but they were. And Virgin about 18months ago charges her £31 ish twice then upped it to £45, £46..
