@virginmedia day 4 without WiFi or TV in farsley. The TV is stuck on ‘starting up’. Rebooting doesn’t work. Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

@virginmedia The linked tool doesn't tell me anything. It says that there are no problems in my area, even though the customer service reps that I've spoken to say that there's an intermittent fault (a fault which currently prevents me from loading more than one webpage an hour).

@virginmedia Somebody responded to CISAS from VM objected to my complaint, and then CICAS reviewed it and rejected VM's response as VM tried to say the issue was with wayleave (my complaint mentions wayleave, and where it was never required for the construction - hence the complaint)

@virginmedia What can I actually do, about this whole wait since January? I've made a complaint, it got ignored, I referred it to CISAS, VM responded with something and CISAS rejected VM's reply. No one from VM has ever contacted me, I've always had to contact VM! 😭🔫
