    @virginmedia I appreciate your advice, but rather than ask fellow customers for a fix I’d rather hope @virginmedia trained staff would be able to rectify this issue. I’ll try the forum, but this is not the way to run a business….@Ofcom

    @virginmedia It’s technical issues with the broadband and network stability issues. No one wants to help, I’ve spoken to 3 technicians and no one has offered a resolution. Joke

    @virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia Hi - I haven’t had chance to check if the Ethernet devices are affected when it happens but I will. It’s an intermittent issue... the green WiFi symbol keeps flashing on the front of the hub.

    @monkeydogify @lkloop @virginmedia Haha, damn, and to think tech support is what I live for :P (Seriously, though, try the DNS thing. You can just try it on your phone via the app and if it’s better you can go through the hassle of setting it up on your router once and then forget it.)

    @virginmedia The internet will come on for a few minutes then disappear for the rest of the day, it’s completely unusable for sending emails, streaming media and Zoom meetings etc. Not only am I angry that it doesn’t work (with no fix date arranged). I’m also angry you guys are charging me!

    @virginmedia I will pay the month until I spent 9 days in a queue trying to cancel but not the month after that it took you to realise I hadn’t paid. There’s no further options so you may be surprised but I am not given the complete inability of your company to answer customers.

    @virginmedia No I haven’t moved, same address. I’m not happy the fact if I phone you to get this sorted it will cost me and every time I try contact you through online chat I never get connected and now they is no way to put in a compliant all I’m asking is my refund to be given

    @virginmedia On the phone with the operator I was speaking with. He confirmed it was raised as a complaint. When I spoke to a different operator later that day he said he could see that a complaint had been raised.
