    @virginmedia internet is down I get it, supposed to be back up at 6 and then updated for 11 ! . I’m having to use my phone connection as a modem to do my job. This is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia I’m having at least 5 internet drop outs a day in the last two weeks. It’s affecting my work and recreation after work. What is wrong with your service. Pay a fortune every month for constant drop outs. Absolutely appalling

    @virginmedia Called CS today and once again spoke to CS agent. Helpful but then on hold for 10 mins and transferred to another CS agent ( in another call centre)- absolute useless. No TV for 2 days and all in same building has access. Earliest date to fix - October 25th- Is this a joke?

    @virginmedia No one is ever able to explain to me what works are being done or what improvement it’s meant to have. The only change to end user experience has been a worse service. I pay over £60 a month for something I can’t rely on which as I work from home is a necessity.
