    @virginmedia Through and then hung up on... This also happened when I tried to ring the Saturday before (although I hadn't asked to speak to a manager)... It had just been a lot of issues and at the absolute most expensive time for them to have happened.

    @virginmedia yes it is, I have already contacted your Webchat team and was told it is a known issue that has been ongoing since 24th may. After 25 minutes on the phone (mostly oh hold) after 5 concurrent missed calls in 2 mins after requests to be contacted by email, I am awaiting a call back

    People often say how bad @virginmedia customer service is. I can't say that because actually getting through to a real person is only the first hurdle I've come across. I'm sure there will be many more.

    @virginmedia ordered new services on Saturday. Result - no updated service, new bill reflects old price and service. Tried to call customer service - too busy to take calls. And to cap it all Internet repeatedly down despite new Hub. Fuming.

    Long weekend. Last night our @virginmedia broadband went down (roadworks cut cable so not their bad). No internet. No Alexa. No Netflix. Kids realised that Dad was at home and the wife spoke to me. Strange times.

    @DeanEverest @virginmedia I waited in all day Thursday for an engineer and they auto cancelled but didn’t bother telling me. Half of wakefield is out but nothings being done it’s a joke. Plus no refund because they give you literally 15 seconds a day so it’s not classed as an outage. Useless.

    @virginmedia The experience is that you take money out of my bank every month and I have to hotspot from my phone and eat data and pay extra to my mobile phone provider to get internet because broadband is always broken

    @therealhpoom @robotnikhottake @virginmedia An engineer was in sandal on Thursday, said he had no idea what the outage was & said you know it’s bad as departments he had never heard of were looking into it but can’t work it out. Useless. I’m sure they could at least divert us to another company for a week

    @virginmedia That's the number I called but the call centre worker wasn't helpful at all. Seems to be a running theme with @virginmedia. I'm simply trying to speak to someone about different packages and unbundling options. The system seems set up not to help with that. 😡
