    @virginmedia disappointing hour &45 mins spent on phone. You couldn’t rearrange installation, fair enough. But when I asked for a replacement SIM, mine had never arrived, inferring that I am lying, need to run a fresh credit check and my price would go up if I didn’t, scandalous!

    @virginmedia I am afraid not it always says connected - no internet. It is so frustrating as it will suddenly connect and then intermittently drop out. My printer is unreliable because of this and HP advised it is a wi-fi problem.
