@virginmedia It’s back today. I’m not happy with your service at all. I clicked the link several times, it said everything was fine. Then I called the status line and it said there was issues. I’m still owed a refund if £9.98 due to two failed attempts to watch a rented film. Overall POOR.

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Disgusting!!! We tell Virgin that we change address on 3 March. They don’t cover the area. They asked us to pay £200+ of disconnection fee. We’ve been loyal customers for 5+ years. Please don’t make my mistake and choose another broadband service!
