    @virginmedia are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only does their internet service not meet their commitments they believe it’s ok for fraudulent activity to happen on your account and penalise the customer for this. Where do I go next to take further @MartinSLewis ?

    @virginmedia broadband down EVERY day at some point. Screenshots to prove it. No response to complaints a MONTH ago. Broadband & TV currently off completely. Being told three different things over the phone. Planned maintenance, outage in the area and support can fix remotely

    @virginmedia Change back our tariff, very good of you seeing as we never changed it in the first place. And £50 ‘goodwill’ refund, when you have taken £150 and counting on new bill for your mistake you owe us the full amount not a gesture of ‘goodwill’ !! Just shocking. No resolution on WiFi

    @virginmedia First thing we thought of, hence numerous customer service calls which conveniently seems to get dropped mid conversation when problem can’t be fixed!! Such a waste of time trying to fix issue. I am not paying mobile data to use as backup for Virgin Media failures.

    @virginmedia @O2 Virgin Media how about prioritising fixing broadband issues!!!! I work from home and haven’t had internet access for 5 days now!!!! Using my phone data as hotspot. The dropped calls from your service desks and also of your engineer not turning up when they should is a shambles 😡

    @virginmedia Just doesn’t work, we were without service for over a month earlier this year. It’s been on and off since really. Not matter how many cables are changed and engineers come out the problem still isn’t resolved. The last engineer appt booked I stated we would be cancelling

    @virginmedia My elderly mother is a customer of yours and has received a call from someone claiming to be you and I suspect a scam. Is there a number I can call to discuss if it is legitimate or not? My mother is elderly and vulnerable and I'm concerned she's disclosed things.
