    @virginmedia I was moving house they said the bill would be different for the first three months, then back to normal, however apparently I agreed to a new contract @ £14 extra per month, I’d only had my previous contract for 6 months so why would I do this, oh and the house move was cancel

    @virginmedia The excuse is always to make further improvements in my area. I have only been with Virgin for around 12 months and this has happened a handful of times. It would be great if I had a consistent network connection. Had multiple engineer callouts to fix that issue to no success.

    @virginmedia Yes the external brown box, you scheduled a repair but the repair engineer never showed and you didn't suggest anything. I attempted to get it repaired twice both times you didn't show and no advice.

    @virginmedia I was told that it should be fixed on the 23rd Dec, but it obviously wasn't as this is the same issue I had a few weeks ago. No upload when testing and unable to connect reliably.

    @virginmedia So it says there isn’t a problem because there isn’t an issue atm however of an evening is when we have most difficulty. I think it is due to the wires
