    @virginmedia Currently not so bad as of yesterday evening. But as @GGTVBD has stated, quite expecting that to change later today. I have noticed however that at a few points throughout the night it must have dropped again as parts of my cctv recording I've reviewed says 'Poor WiFi connection'

    @ladyjaney75 @WhichUK When Virgin Media install VOIP phone lines I believe they stick some kind of SIM in for if the network is down, when the engineer knows it is a vulnerable/elderly user from when I asked previously.

    @virginmedia I've received a bill for April but I never actually used your service as I didn't have a compatible socket so cancelled. Trying to sign in, I'm told my email address and account number are not recognised.

    @virginmedia really poor customer service. My sister died, I kept her broadband for her lodgers. Months later, house is sold and I’m told I should have returned the router. £40 fee. I live 200 miles away and I’m not psychic! You never told me about this at the time.

    @virginmedia There were no outages in the area, every time I tried to use the system to fix the problem an error or maintenence page came up. Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

    @skytv are proper jokers account due for renewal and only offered to know it down by £7 per Month... That's the £7 increase they put on... Virgin media can get same package for 30 cheaper!

    @sky_support We have the full Sky Sports package on our Virgin Media box. How much would the cost come down by us getting rid of the F1 channel as I prefer watching paint dry. If it's worth it the golf one could go the same way as I only watch the football and cricket ? Ta

    @virginmedia No, it wasn't clear that a different socket was needed, so rather than have to arrange for an engineer to visit, I cancelled the service. I still have the hardware and am happy to return it

    @virginmedia I was moving house they said the bill would be different for the first three months, then back to normal, however apparently I agreed to a new contract @ £14 extra per month, I’d only had my previous contract for 6 months so why would I do this, oh and the house move was cancel

    @virginmedia Been on the phone twice today in relation to this. My broadband is now being monitored (apparently) for the next 24 hours. An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

    @virginmedia Just that they are now expecting to fix it by 8pm. Before that it was 4pm and before that 12 and before that yesterday! Just want an honest answer - if you’re short staffed due to the weather just say so, rather than your engineers are working on it when they clearly are not.

    If you want good customer service then @virginmedia is not the place to call..THEY hang up on you and don't have the decency to call back. You tell them that you have no connection to ANYTHING online yet they ask you to check details online.. looks like the heat has got to them!
