@virginmedia It’s back today. I’m not happy with your service at all. I clicked the link several times, it said everything was fine. Then I called the status line and it said there was issues. I’m still owed a refund if £9.98 due to two failed attempts to watch a rented film. Overall POOR.

Had to go into serious mode with @virginmedia to retain Broadband and cancel Home Phone to save £24 a month...
