    @virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

    @virginmedia Morning CW. Still having issues after a reset of the Hub3. Ran test through website and there is a broadband issue into our home. Waiting on the line to get technical help, although website said to wait 24hrs! I can’t wait that long 😒
