Nothing happens for days then today- a shooting in Brighouse; a large brown cow coming in the opposite direction on my walk through Bradley Woods; my dad being visited by a nurse in full PPE followed by a call from his neighbour to check he is ok and finally virgin media is down

@virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

@virginmedia Call to cancel and after 4 menus are told the call centres are closed due to covid and to go online. Go online and you have to call. What a shower, can't keep blaming covid for you poor customer service.
