    @virginmedia I am absolutely fuming I’ve just called your customer services spoke to somebody who clearly didn’t have a clue what they were doing he kept saying that there was no Internet connection between the TiVo box on the TV that’s why I can’t watch Netflix

    @virginmedia I called your call center to get help regarding @NetflixUK problem watching via TiVO box I’m have to reboot every day for past 2 weeks in order to watch Netflix. I explained this and I was told can I call back tomorrow 😡 Bad customer service.

    @virginmedia I have now been cut off 5 times in the past two days while on hold to your teams. I’ve wasted over 4 hours waiting in total. I have no problem with long wait times but constantly cutting people off is awful customer service. I need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia No I’m not in the areas that are experiencing issues. I live in Leeds it’s been happening every day for the past two weeks I’ve been having to switch TIVO off & it wait for rebooting sometimes it’s twice a day 😡 and he didn’t give me a chance ask callback! I’m fuming.

    @virginmedia How can @virginmedia sleep at night. Knowing that There are people with many complex issues and that isn’t enough. I’m trying my hardest but when I get overwhelmed my brain just gets fuzzy and I cannot deal with what could be considered simple tasks.

    @virginmedia Hi. I've phoned and it says there are no problems in my area. The lights (2)on the TV box keep flashing red and 1 flashes orange. It's a pain as mobile coverage is awful here so I dont have any internet unless I'm pointing my phone at the sky like a loony!!!

    @virginmedia disappointing hour &45 mins spent on phone. You couldn’t rearrange installation, fair enough. But when I asked for a replacement SIM, mine had never arrived, inferring that I am lying, need to run a fresh credit check and my price would go up if I didn’t, scandalous!

    @virginmedia Not the case. When I rang customer service before and asked if my line could have 500mbps i was told it wasn't capable of receiving it yet your online checker shows my street as capable of 500mbps so there's clearly some misinformation or incorrect information

    @virginmedia I’m still having trouble with my internet and watching Netflix I was told to wait 48 hrs but I still having to keep unplugging the TiVO box for 3 minutes I order to watch and internet WiFi signal keeps dropping 😡 can you offer text services or callback please

    @virginmedia Been there, done that. Can somebody please tell us what the issue is in WN1 area because keeping changing the estimated times is passing me off. Tell me the problem and how long it will take so I can decide whether to wait or go to BT, it's beyond a joke now

    @virginmedia I am currently in Spain and have had no service for the past week on my mobile. The WiFi is strong but my phone is not connecting the majority of the time. I also don't have the choice to use my data due to having no signal. I have tried to call but can't connect.

    @virginmedia BT Sport Ultimate signal keeps breaking up on both my V6 boxes. Was working fine a few weeks ago and Virgin Ultra HD is still working fine so it's not my setup. Is this a known issue? Is a fix in the works?

    @virginmedia Well, how long do they need to investigate?Either the message saying “our technicians are aware of the issue and are working to fix it” was accurate last night, which means they know how long it’ll take to fix… or it wasn’t accurate and Virgin has no idea what the issue is.

    @virginmedia Yesterday at 1830/1900. Your team didn’t confirm anything, the automated line confirmed there was an outage. It’s still persisting, with no further information on what the nature of the fault is or when it will be resolved.

    Ridiculous service from @virginmedia two appointments cancelled over last two months now a install date of October. Can’t even get through to any help because they have no systems apparently. How can you expect new customers to keep rearranging their lives for you? #virginmedia
