@andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

@virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

@virginmedia Yes and they told me that they can't do anything unless I pay monthly for boosters. I am not willing to pay an extra monthly amount when I should have full coverage as part of the service I am already paying for. This was when I was direct to the complaints team.

@KCOMcare @Ofcom I would like to move broadband suppliers but because of your monopoly I can’t! I would like not to be overcharged for the same level of service I can get with BT, Sky, Talk Talk and Virgin media but that’s not going to happen. So yeah can you help. Answer no. @Ofcom sort it!
