    @virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

    Thanks @virginmedia on hold for 1 hour and 4 minutes, finally someone answers abs immediately hangs up. You did this to me in March. Been a customer for over 15 years, not for much longer. Appalling customer service

    @virginmedia Yes, I have checked it again and exactly the same issue. Moreover it is clear that the issue persists since I am unable to perform my remote consultation work today because of the issue. I am really appalled by the way Virgin Media is handling this issue. @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Still absolutely no customer service whatsoever @MoneyTelegraph. Broadband still effectively useless. Such a pity Virgin media treats customers with such disdain.

    @virginmedia I have had no communication at all from Virgin Media so I am not even ware that you have logged the issue, nor even that you are doing anything about it. Presumably you will be refunding me for the days where I continue to effectively have no useful internet? @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Apparently there’s a fault in the area now, but I’ve seen similar tweets from Newcastle and London so it’s not just my area it’s the whole country. Really poor service these days.

    @virginmedia Yes, it is, and the situation has still not changed I am afraid. Virgin Media has not given any further information regards this, and Ai have no idea when the issue may be resolved. It is impossible to get any information at all!

    @virginmedia so you’ve run tests and there’s no fault - no tv or internet - not happy, I really don’t know why I bother torturing myself with your appalling service, and dire customer service. I know when I get through to Pune I’ll be told there’s nothing wrong. Aaargh

    @philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

    @virginmedia Hi, We have an issue with the broadband (LS8) being slow and laggy the past few days. The broadband is essential for work purposes. Can this be looked into and remedied as soon as possible please?

    @virginmedia Not this particular number, but I must have spoken to the majority of @virginmedia employees by now. Just phoned, was transferred to another department, then cut off due to system issues. Just another day with Virgin Media customer service I guess

    @virginmedia Both. I've had connection drop when I'm in the same room as the router, not very often but more an issue that apps seem to run slow or not function properly, Web pages are slow to load, has buffered a few times watching videos, and our apps such as WhatsApp say using mobile data

    @virginmedia internet speeds dropped from 500MB to 2mB. Can’t log into my account. Service tells me it’s my Wifi and then try’s to sell me wifi extenders. Chat to us Button on your website doesn’t work. Cache cleared reset box etc etc. Fancy admitting problems in BN3 area?

    @virginmedia why would you still want to charge me for your stream box (that you offered) when I’m happy to return it?? I don’t want it and I don’t want to pay £30 for it. You can hang up on me after 1hr 40 mins on the phone. I STILL DONT WANT IT

    @virginmedia is the worst provider I have experienced. I can't be bothered to ring most of the time when I get continued buffering. I have been told its because its peak time so its slower. I have spent 2 hours messing about with virgin now I don't even have wifi on my phone

    @virginmedia there is consistent network outage in Hampton for over a few weeks.. it’s no longer intermittent as it used to be.. is someone looking to fix this for good given the costs no longer justify not having internet access when one needs it

    @virginmedia I know this isn’t ur fault, but that is total and utter rubbish. Virgin media are not providing proper updates. We’re been treated with utter disdain. Been prompt on social media means nothing when you’re providing no customer service of substance and our internets down for days
