    @virginmedia I very much doubt it. It’s the constant passing from pillar to post. Every operator says something different and charges change every time you speak to someone. It’s shocking service

    @virginmedia My router power cycled again and now keeps looping back to no data connection - this happened about 3 weeks ago for 2 days constantly and when I did the outage checker it said there was problems with TV in my area - I don't have TV with you guys - please help

    @virginmedia No, I haven’t been instructed to do anything else & now I really don’t know what I should do, I’ve tried turning my iPad off and back on to see if that would work but unfortunately it still says “no service” what else can I try without phoning up for the 4th time 😭

    @virginmedia Had to get permission to dig up the road which was granted and she was work would start yesterday. She called today and was told November 18th. She works from home mostly, but has been unable to and your company have been no help.
