    @virginmedia Change back our tariff, very good of you seeing as we never changed it in the first place. And £50 ‘goodwill’ refund, when you have taken £150 and counting on new bill for your mistake you owe us the full amount not a gesture of ‘goodwill’ !! Just shocking. No resolution on WiFi

    @virginmedia instead of having to pay people to fire fight your poor customer service, why not pay a little more and create a better product with some qualified service handlers. I’m sure these people have shovelling **** all day and must get totally stressed out. Do better!

    @virginmedia ever since we upgraded to the ultimate oomph bundle our WiFi connection has got worse and the sound cuts out during programmes. Never had this problem before we upgraded 😡 meant to be the best one you have yet we've had nothing but problems. Biggest mistake ever

    @virginmedia Why on earth have you installed the main cable for the broadband underneath our flowerbed! You never told us you were putting it there, plus we weren't in the house when you did, no protection to the cable, when your engineer comes tomorrow no way I'm paying for any work!!

    @virginmedia Virgin Media customer service is worst in the business. I regret moving to Virgin media who cannot sort my internet issues since I joined. The speeds are shocking, just 2-5Mbps just 10steps away from the router. Called number of times but resolution.

    @virginmedia They said they'd get an engineer to call me first & never did. Seems to have stabilised for now. Still laughable that you'd try charge someone when an issue on Virgin's side had left me without internet for a week & lost me work though. The fart down the phone just topped it.
