    @virginmedia Service even worse you demand full payment and then will credit our account for your error and breach of contract! Your customers service staff rude! Demanding money before we can speak to anyone well I wonder what a solicitor would have to say with copy of the breached contract.

    @KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

    @BandageQueen @virginmedia I had Virgin for years at my old house with no problems and couldn’t wait for it to be installed here. It’s just a joke now…keep saying it’s going to be fixed and then change the date.

    Outage on @virginmedia since yesterday morning, get a text message this morning saying it’s fixed. It’s not. Ring up to be told it will be fixed by 2nd November what good is that to anybody?

    @virginmedia Yeah, we have been charged wrong for the past two months even though the account was clear when we entered a new contract with you, now we been challenging it since August! Told manager will ring and then they don’t and then you charge us wrong, and then to make your customer

    @virginmedia please can you stop sending an engineer to my address, 1st time he said someone at this address had enquired about providing a service online (no they didn’t) that day I was on a work call, today I was in the shower. Car reg: YT18SXL. He’s just left.

    @virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

    @vmbusiness strike yet again!😠 Not only are they charging me £7/month for 4G backup that doesn't work, they are now charging me £4 for paper bills that I never asked for. Oh, and still say I owe them money despite me overpaying due a to a red letter that they took by DD later

    @virginmedia You haven’t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

    @virginmedia are up there with the worst companies for customer service. Their IVR is infuriating, they hang up on you when you do manage to get through and then tell you there is no way to make a complaint ! @Ofcom do you regulate these clowns 🤡

    @virginmedia Well this is certainly very interesting, I just checked on that site and it says it has no issues for my account, despite me logging the complaint using the form on your website. It was in regards to charges to replace my faulty booster and the fact the CSR cut me off.

    @virginmedia Honestly why don’t you just admit your network cannot cope with demand instead of sweeping customers under the rug and forcing them to use your forums. This is not a discussion. We need actual support because your service doesn’t deliver.

    @TalkTalk 3 hours spent on this so far, including last night and this morning - it’s so bad we’re in shock here. 4 promised call-backs that were essentially just your (non qualified) staff wanting to drop the call. I’m a @virginmedia customer myself, and they make @TalkTalk look horrendous

    @virginmedia Monitor connections (done) update after WiFi pod installed (done) post live BQM (done) Have checked the service status again, no issues showing. Have just rebooted but this is now becoming between 3 to 7 times a day. Impossible to watch a 30 min. program on Netflix without reboot

    @virginmedia I'm sorry I'm still having issues too. The forum have been unable to help. Wiring tightened, new hub, WiFi pod. Still the same problem. Connection down again and the BQM isn't even showing any packet loss, nor are there any error lights on the hub. Been like this for a month now.
