Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

@virginmedia what an absolute **** show of a company. My wife renewed her sim only contract last month & was offered an iPad as a free gift as a loyal customer. 5 times she was sent new iPhone 14,s by mistake. She went out of her way to return them all with the incentive of 1/2

@virginmedia Not sure to which post you’re referring? As per thread above I don’t have a Virgin mobile. I was asked to text your help number which is a mobile number. But all it has done is ask for my details and promise someone will ring me – no one ever has – three days running.
