    @virginmedia - after setting bill, I asked to be directed to cancellations as I’ve really had enough. It’s never ending.Only for the agent to tell me “I can reduce your bill from £54 to £44”....MY PACKAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE £44 ANYWAY. So I am STILL being over charged after a million calls (4)

    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia To be fair the reliability has always been good in Manchester. HOWEVER when you fix it can you finally give me the speed im paying for ? The connection speed to my services stayed the same between 200 and the upgraded 500meg packages

    @virginmedia Connection was basicly off for me from around 1am and has been on and off form that point some sites can be accessed, some cant, DNS problems and bad service from a very expensive provider, I have been trying to upload to creality cloud to get prints underway, but cant connect.

    @Addy_Phillips @virginmedia You'd think they would have tested it before just rolling that **** out and breaking everything for 12+ hours. Doubt they even have a ******* clue what's wrong tbh. Judging by their performance the engineers are just **** covered monkeys with wrenches.
