@Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

@virginmedia For some reason I can’t log into my account either on your website or on my Virgin TV Go app. I’m now being told as I’ve put the password in wrong 5 times I can’t log in but even my security answer and DOB aren’t recognised!!! Help!

@virginmedia I understand but how is this going to be resolved? The hub is clearly not working. And as for the ips. They are suppose to be dynamic but because you don't release it is static. I can have the ip for up to maybe 8 months without it changing
