    @BandageQueen @virginmedia I had Virgin for years at my old house with no problems and couldn’t wait for it to be installed here. It’s just a joke now…keep saying it’s going to be fixed and then change the date.

    @virginmedia Yeah, we have been charged wrong for the past two months even though the account was clear when we entered a new contract with you, now we been challenging it since August! Told manager will ring and then they don’t and then you charge us wrong, and then to make your customer

    @virginmedia i have just recieved really bad service from your customer service team. I have had no communication regarding my contract and was told i have to call back when there was ten mins left till closing.

    @virginmedia Been on the phone twice today in relation to this. My broadband is now being monitored (apparently) for the next 24 hours. An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

    @virginmedia this is ridiculous now! Broadband keeps dropping out, as usual you guys keep claiming nothing wrong at your end but social media says otherwise. There is people all other FB in particular saying they're had nothing but problems past couple of month.whats going on???

    @vmbusiness strike yet again!😠 Not only are they charging me £7/month for 4G backup that doesn't work, they are now charging me £4 for paper bills that I never asked for. Oh, and still say I owe them money despite me overpaying due a to a red letter that they took by DD later

    @virginmedia Yeah he turned up unannounced and left then after several calls got another engineer out who said the fibre cable is snapped and needs replacing and he could not give me a date or time as his emails on his pda are not working so I guess it’s left in the hands of the gods

    @virginmedia are you for real, I raised a complaint yesterday I’ve asked for a call from management, I’ve had an email to say it’s resolved, no it isn’t I’ve not spoke to anyone and my services are still in when I said I’m leaving

    @virginmedia You haven’t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

    @virginmedia None tbh - stated it was a known issue w/ newer routers, didn't explain why waiting a week would fix it - if they'd explained why, I might be more understanding - service has been dreadful, nxt wk it will be getting on a month, I expect some form of comp for the poor service

    @MrBenGrant @virginmedia They are absolutely awful, after we've recently had issues i rang and arranged for an engineer to come out, guess what? They never showed up! Not even a message to say sorry or a call to apologise for the inconvenience of waiting in..😡

    @virginmedia hi, my Virgin Media router has turned to the red flashing light twice in 3 days - Google says this can be causes by overheating. Surely not?! Please help as I can’t stream TV either until it sorts itself out. Thanks

    @virginmedia been on a call for over 5 hrs. They messed up my details with O2 now I pay for an account I can’t access have no SIM card for. The most pathetic customer service ever. I video recorded at lest an hour of the conversation to upload to tic tok

    @BENEFITS_NEWS I don't have a mobile. Virgin switched us over to digital so no calls if it goes down.Phoned them and told them I can't call for help it if goes down, they installed another phone thats works when the rest don't. Helpful Virgin media for once.
