@Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

@virginmedia Appalling customer service. I’ve called multiple times over a period of months to investigate a decline in broadband performance. I’ve been promised multiple call backs but no one ever calls back. I have logged a formal online complaint and still no contact.
