    @virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

    @virginmedia Service status shows no issues. Wired / wireless through hub / wireless through separate router, all the same issue.

    @andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

    @virginmedia Ran a test on the super hub itself. Its resolution to the Wi-Fi is to move close to it. Am 6 foot from it !

    @virginmedia Finally managed to speak to an agent on the phone. I got 2 sentences in and she hung up on me. This after the auto service somehow transferred me to faults after making multiple billing selections and needing to then be passed around. This really isn't on.

    @virginmedia I should have a call in the next 48hrs? I emailed a couple of days ago to your credit file email and feel this is only reason complaint raised? At the point of cancelling I confirmed clearly with yourselves no other charges, this was confirmed on the phone, no other charges!

    @virginmedia Thanks. We have now accepted an offer which is £3 per month more than yesterday's offer and £11 more than Monday's but slightly enhanced content. But call handler having trouble with his system so is calling back tomorrow ..... 😱

    @virginmedia disconnected the number I have had for more than 20 years. refusing to register the complaint, making me wait on call for obvious questions and then on purpose disconnecting call after 25 mins… not a way to get new customers or in my case keep existing ones..
