I have only been with Virgin for around 12 months and this has happened a handful of times. It would be great if I had a consistent network connection. Had multiple engineer callouts to fix that issue to no success.

Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.
