I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!

Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

I am documenting & recording my calls/emails/tweets ( yes I do tell the operator I'm recording, just as they do, it's the law, you would be surprised at some of their reactions)

All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

Please can you advise when the issue will be resolved as I am paying for a product which is not working correctly which I don’t think I should be paying for
