We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

@NOWTV so good to be with you, such a relief to get away from @virginmedia who, when you cancel by phone (because of rip off prices!) they offer to reduce your bill by £3.50 with no catches lol The word Derisory comes to mind. They need to sort how they treat customers first.
