@virginmedia disappointing hour &45 mins spent on phone. You couldn’t rearrange installation, fair enough. But when I asked for a replacement SIM, mine had never arrived, inferring that I am lying, need to run a fresh credit check and my price would go up if I didn’t, scandalous!

@virginmedia I’m perfectly capable in setting my TV up. But I’m now required to take time off from work to stay home and wait for the engineer. At this point, I can’t even fight back after having spent weeks waiting for the devices and hours talking trying to resolve the issue.

@DosFox1 We left @virginmedia after our contract because we had so many issues. Once we tried to cancel, they argued with me because I said I could get cheaper access elsewhere and they refused to drop the costs. I’d even prefer talk talk over them (we use Vodafone with no issues!)
