    @virginmedia why is my broadband in BD2 still not working despite receiving a text to say it is fixed at 15:05. ...and when I look at the service status it says all is OK. Like it did this morning WRONG!! When is it going to be fixed and will I get a credit for it being out

    @virginmedia So spoke to Paul eventually. He went all Del Boy on me and we reached a deal, you did good this time @virginmedia but you really do need to get offers out to loyal customers that are just as good as the new customer deals

    @virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

    @virginmedia more of the same for the whole weekend - annoying, as I can't watch anything online, but totally inconvenient because I cannot complete the work I need to do. Phoned your helpline - they couldn't tell me what the issue was. *should* be fixed by the 14th. 1/2

    @virginmedia I have already tried that and it says there isn’t any network fault. However there is nothing wrong with the setup as it was working this morning, it’s also the second time it’s stopped in the last few weeks

    @virginmedia customer of 14 years. Call regarding an offer online... this is for new customers and end up quoting £5 more a month than we paying now haha joke. Cancel the lot. Nowt for loyalty nowadays

    @virginmedia It was a few months back so I don't remember. It's not a technical issue though. It's the account issue that the holder moved to another country, and as a current tenant, I'm taking care of it. Both he and I don't get the password - that's the problem.

    @virginmedia And told there would be no fee to cancel as you have tried…speaking online last night and they are still saying I have to pay £210 now we have cancelled. We have given you guys the chance and you are still trying to penalise us for your services not working it’s crazy…

    @virginmedia @O2 Shame your customer service is so appalling. Charging cancellation fees when people move into a property outside of your network? Wow, seems like you need to improve your network coverage to 100% of the country or you need to review your policy of trying to rob poor families!

    @virginmedia @O2 Virgin Media how about prioritising fixing broadband issues!!!! I work from home and haven’t had internet access for 5 days now!!!! Using my phone data as hotspot. The dropped calls from your service desks and also of your engineer not turning up when they should is a shambles 😡

    Just got a £208 bill from @virginmedia for having the cheek to move out of their service area after 12 months. Either don't charge this fee, or offer all packages on a rolling contract transparently; the signup was (and still is) the opposite of transparent.
