@virginmedia Internet is back but patchy. My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@virginmedia PLEASE HELP: my Virgin Media account appears to not exist, despite the fact that I am paying a monthly contract to use your wifi. Whenever I try to “register”, it says you’re sorry to see me go. Your customer helpline doesn’t have an option to ask for help for this.
