Decided to leave @virginmedia today after ringing them up. Great service no reason to leave other than I need to be a “new customer” to access the best deals. My monthly bill more than doubled. Hello @NOWTV or @SkyUK I think.....

@virginmedia Yes. O2 did have problems but they claim they're rectified. Guildford town centre for example. I visited the O2 store in Guildford and they were not aware of Virgin using mobile network and both working there knew of mast problems in the area. it's just a huge downgrade. ;-(

@virginmedia so, so upset with the poor service received. Broadband constantly dropping, customer service reps nigh on impossible to speak to, promised call backs and hear nothing. What a shambles of a service.
