    Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

    @virginmedia absolutely rubbish service since we left @skytv and went over to you. Tv/broadband/phone off again on the whole of our estate-not much help to people working from home. Wont be renewing our contract with you, and will be checking how soon we can cancel!

    @virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'

    @iamaafaq @virginmedia Mine is the same. Though I suspect it's my router rather than the actual connection. Been through the tech support nonsense and they keep saying it must be my device 🙄 funny that 3 laptops, 2 tablets, 3 phones, a few Alexas and a robot hoover called Bernard all go off.

    @virginmedia It’s technical issues with the broadband and network stability issues. No one wants to help, I’ve spoken to 3 technicians and no one has offered a resolution. Joke

    @virginmedia Our internet connection is intermittent (currently off) and has been rubbish for two weeks despite resetting the router on a daily basis. All the automated sequences tell me the problem is solved. It isn’t.

    @virginmedia No known issues showing up i#on the service status. Have used the app and the wifi seems okay. Have done a speed test and it seems it is the download speed on both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz settings

    @virginmedia 2 outages in my area in one week, one on Monday and one Today...most people are relying on their internet to work from home...shockingly there advance notification either and apparently I should have signed up for planned outage notifications?!!! That's appalling

    @virginmedia Just logging it here but I have the engineer booked for Friday again, went down last night at 6pm and also disconnected this morning at 10am? Check Status and says nothing to report in area.
