    @virginmedia Service status shows no issues. Wired / wireless through hub / wireless through separate router, all the same issue.

    @virginmedia Ran a test on the super hub itself. Its resolution to the Wi-Fi is to move close to it. Am 6 foot from it !

    @virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

    @virginmedia Non..it's either running too slow or the service becomes completely interrupted for some hours only to reconnect spontanously later. It's slowing a lot of things down.

    @andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

    @virginmedia No, they keep telling me they have fixed issue, but it's the same My box shows black screen on all channels except BBC 1 I've asked for an engineer or box swap and had no luck. I've made a further call to faults today and just been fobbed off with I've sent a signal takes an hour

    @virginmedia I have rebooted hub numerous times. As well as whilst on the phone to your customer service team, including putting pen in back to reset. It says there are outages. How long will these be going on for? This is an absolute ******* joke

    @virginmedia The latter and then the former, I assume. When I’ve raised this issue in previous calls the distant call center operatives simply state there’s no fault.

    @virginmedia No not for this problem, I had major WiFi issues through January and February, which was eventually resolved. So I would be confident that any connections and all problems where checked and secured.

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply, this is not due to area outage I’m afraid. This has been going on for nearly 2 months now. At first I thought it was my new tv but it has been tested and all working fine. It is something to do with my new 360 box.
