    @virginmedia internet is down I get it, supposed to be back up at 6 and then updated for 11 ! . I’m having to use my phone connection as a modem to do my job. This is ridiculous.

    @josh_hardie @virginmedia We had exactly the same problems for over a year - regular wifi drop out, system down for a few days with no explanation or assistance. After one too many challenges like yours and a similar response moved to Plusnet and no problems since then

    @virginmedia Yes it is all wired and it cuts out for 2-3 minutes everytime a plane passes.. strange I've reset my rota still having the issue!! It's effecting my job position and cutting me out in very important work calls!!

    30 mins on the phone with @virginmedia just to get told they have a problem on there end that’s why it’s taking so long. I just need a technician sent out I’m now 3 weeks without broadband that they will still be expecting me to pay. It’s a joke. Con men.
