    @virginmedia 1/2At the time of the problem the Virgin media app wouldn’t even recognise that I was a customer, so I couldn’t access any information on the status of the service. The problem is that without anyone touching the router it just goes into a cycle of resetting itself.

    @virginmedia The engineer came out yesterday and confirmed an issue on the line. The tv is still buffering now as it was done earlier. Please can you advise when the issue will be resolved as I am paying for a product which is not working correctly which I don’t think I should be paying for

    @virginmedia I understand why you cannot help, but neither can anyone else, or explain what the problem is. I am documenting & recording my calls/emails/tweets ( yes I do tell the operator I'm recording, just as they do, it's the law, you would be surprised at some of their reactions)

    @virginmedia do you have a direct number to uk customer services as your staff in India are useless and do not understand I want my phone number changed to ex directory. 4 times I've been transferred to different departments and each one has poor english and really struggles.

    @virginmedia I get this standard response EVERY time I notify you of any missing eps I find. The prog aired last night for the 1st time & stated after ALL eps available afterwards. There will have been an issue uploading the programme that you need to get your DTV dept to investigate.

    Come on @virginmedia I’ve got lots of files to send and receive, there’s no outage in my area but the signal is so weak. I pay for the highest speed available!! Frustrating and maddening to say the least!......

    @virginmedia Well I never, just as usual, tv back on just before deadline again, but still no wifi, the enq system wouldn't let me send the form, wanted my URL & told me to ring them. All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

    @virginmedia you are guilty of entrapment in my opinion....Why don't you have email us on your website. How come I can only telephone you (if you can ever get through) to cancel my ridiculously expensive broadband contract at £67 per month in order to move to EE @ £28 per month.

    @virginmedia numerous phone calls, 1 involving 5 different people and every time its having to explain the same issue to each and every one. The call centre staff do not listen. The inept service is frustrating and staggering! I'm sorry we left BT!

    @virginmedia As my 4g on my phone is for some reason very slow, or non existent I shall try when ( bring the operative word) my wifi/broadband is restored. I expect Virgin to sort things out, they are saying they have an issue, but no one there know why this happening. Not my job! I pay you!

    @virginmedia you have an exposed wire that goes down the side of my house and across my back garden so you’re able to provide a service to some houses below. I can’t find any written consent from the previous owners of the house. Major work will be starting soon...

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Yes, that said they would get back to me in 10 days - hardly fighting for new customers! The quality of customer service on the telephone was disgusting. I’ve now gone with a different provider, I couldn’t deal with that customer service centre ever again!

    @virginmedia I used the virgin connect app to scan each room and it says it's great but I keep getting network issues when I play either ps4, Nintendo switch or even certain mobile games in my room. My nephew's room has a gaming pc and he gets the odd issue, less worse than mine.

    @virginmedia Yes. I only have one account/log in and I have not changed anything since I first registered with Netflix via my @virginmedia set top box. FYI - I have just spent 1hr16m on a call to your customer service and then they cut me off. That's the third consecutive time. Coincidence?

    @virginmedia I'm now trying on my phone (Galaxy S10), watching Sar vs Exe rugby side by side with the tablet. Streaming is clear/smooth on the phone, but the screen is much smaller and the processing requirements are likely to be lower than on the Galaxy Tab 3. Bad 16s lag respect to live TV.
