    Having been a loyal customer for 4 years with @virginmedia, I have been lied to by customer service. They applied a different package than what agreed on phone. Violation of customer’s right! Rang 3 times since to complain but nothing has been done! Disgraceful @VirginMediaCorp

    @MrNickKnowles @virginmedia The main problem is that everything is scripted these days (as well as outsourced) so any comment or problem that is ‘off script’ completely knackers the workflow. Whatever happened to the ‘human’ touch eh?

    @virginmedia I've been checking & used the PSA website to trace the call and, seemingly, it is a number from a Dyson "contact us" website! Now, I did contact Dyson, a couple of months ago, but it was via an 0800 number, so I will contact Dyson to pursue the matter. Thanks for your help, John!

    @virginmedia You say it's a business number that I spoke to for 23 mins! I checked online & it's not a real area code, but a premium rate number, often used for scams. Thing is, I NEVER ring these people, or press 1, or whatever, I always hang up! But lady said there's nothing u can do, so...

    Virgin media is frustratingly slow. We pay around 33 each month. That’s more of what we pay for two months of internet, TV with all sports channels everything and Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime included. Might move back to India I swear.😭

    @virginmedia They took 19hrs to respond, insisted on 'upgrading' me for more TV that I don't want, said they couldn't offer me a better price and then passed me onto the 'customer service team' who aren't open on Sundays and had already failed to respond to me on Thurs, Fri and Sat.

    @Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

    @frankcottrell_b @virginmedia My son on Virgin has same problem Frank. Been going on for months. It’s a scam to encourage you to ring back and get charged lots for doing so. Virgin said they can block them but hasn’t made a difference. I’m thinking of switching his phone number.
