@iamaafaq @virginmedia Mine is the same. Though I suspect it's my router rather than the actual connection. Been through the tech support nonsense and they keep saying it must be my device 🙄 funny that 3 laptops, 2 tablets, 3 phones, a few Alexas and a robot hoover called Bernard all go off.

@virginmedia For three continuous days, despite paying for gigabit internet, my averge speed was aprox 1.95 mbps. This meant that the TV service I also pay for did not function and so have had ZERO actual service. It should come as no surprise that the engineer would follow that example.
