@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@virginmedia My service is faulty because I don’t have it. We moved home two weeks ago and were told someone would be here yesterday to install. Nobody turned up. And now nobody can tell me exactly when I should expect someone!

Phoned @virginmedia on Wednesday unhappy with my payments and poor reception. Spoke to a nice young man in Newcastle who offered me a hefty reduction in my payments and said my router was very old and he would arrange to get me a new one. Would call me back on Thursday 1/2.

@virginmedia @ryryjanes I was on the phone with an agent to cancel home broadband, took 42 mins to get through to him then he ‘transferred’ me to cancellations and I was on hold again for 20mins before the call failed! (Which incidentally is a Virgin mobile that fails a lot too!)

@virginmedia Service status page is like an automated system that says no issues at first and then the issue is being dealt with next time. What's the point if theres outages everyday? I am beginning to suspect that Virgin media is controlling/throttling our usage. Other excuses don't add up.

@virginmedia Just called your customer service team again. Rep refused to go further with the call - I couldn't remember the password but had answer to security question, account no, email address etc. He refused to put me through to your complaints team & said he'd send me a letter!!!!!
