    @philsid @virginmedia Me either mate. Was surprised actually. Only issue is the line speed was poor as they use the old bt phone lines so gaming ping could be a nightmare. I changed back soon as I could but thier name is mud up here mate

    @virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

    @Ofcom why are you still allowing virgin media to provide intermittent tv, broadband and phone packages without punishment. In our area over the last two year they have provided an awful service. Constantly going down or intermittent. Horrible customer service.

    @virginmedia so you’ve run tests and there’s no fault - no tv or internet - not happy, I really don’t know why I bother torturing myself with your appalling service, and dire customer service. I know when I get through to Pune I’ll be told there’s nothing wrong. Aaargh

    @virginmedia hey my internet isn’t working. Service status says it’s good but it’s not. Running a test on your site fails and just tells me to switch it off and on again like Your talking to your dad. Can you actually check it and fix it.

    @virginmedia I had an account which I closed a few months ago, I then opened a new account at a different address a few months later. When I try to login however my new account isn’t showing as it says that “I’m not with virgin media anymore”. Can’t follow up billing etc

    @virginmedia Its off more times than its on of late. I'm still getting an intermittent line issue on my bb which ive had pretty much from day one and the whole service goes off in wakefield/ dewsbury area at least once a week. Its off now.

    Trying to cancel @virginmedia TV package (they're putting up fees, advised we can cancel with no termination fee). My partner has rung FIVE times today. Keeps being put on hold to the same deranged Justin Timberlake song. More than one staff member has simply hung up on him 😳

    @virginmedia It appears that there is a problem in this postcode. It's a problem with the All4 app, no mention of @netflix, but it might be connected. According to your website, it should be fixed by tomorrow. I'll give you an update in a couple of days.
