    @virginmedia They never spoke to me or changed anything this is the problem nothing should be resolved because on my side it isn’t, I’ve just had an email to say I’m getting charged £40 for installation from a box change which I was told was free

    @virginmedia Yeah he turned up unannounced and left then after several calls got another engineer out who said the fibre cable is snapped and needs replacing and he could not give me a date or time as his emails on his pda are not working so I guess it’s left in the hands of the gods

    @virginmedia ongoing intermittent issues with my broadband for weeks now and yet your website gives no option to get through to anyone to help despite it promising to do so. Keeps telling me to check back in 24 hours. Unacceptable level of service!

    @virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

    Slow glad to be moving from @virginmedia broadband this Friday. Their advertised speeds used to be unparalleled but since FTTP alternatives becoming available their appalling level of service and refusal to acknowledge or deal with faults has forced a once loyal customer

    @virginmedia The excuse is always to make further improvements in my area. I have only been with Virgin for around 12 months and this has happened a handful of times. It would be great if I had a consistent network connection. Had multiple engineer callouts to fix that issue to no success.

    @virginmedia Currently not so bad as of yesterday evening. But as @GGTVBD has stated, quite expecting that to change later today. I have noticed however that at a few points throughout the night it must have dropped again as parts of my cctv recording I've reviewed says 'Poor WiFi connection'

    @tina0402x @SkyUK VirginMedia are good when you’re a new customer, I’ve been with them since they took over NTL but once your contract is up, that’s when it turns into a nightmare. They don’t give a toss about existing customers. Every renewal is a fight & their offshore teams are useless.

    @virginmedia You should be keeping an eye out for this sort of criminal activity, creates profiles for most large UK companies so they can reply to any complaints and get the customer to download software so they can compensation…and rob them. Report them to X

    @virginmedia My Internet went out last night & the status page said it was out in my area. I got an update text this morning saying the issue had been logged and then right after that it had been fixed, however the status page still says it’s down and I have no Internet

    @virginmedia I sent a notice of cancellation on 16/03/26. So my service would end and be disconnected on 16/04/2026, as advised by one of your customer reps.

    @virginmedia You bill me for a paper bill £1.75 raised the issue feb 25th 2025 to which you promised a credit of £10 this never happened and have then continued to bill me on paper bill at £1.75 for 14 months, all chat logs have been kept, then tried to offer me £15 credit in total
