    Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

    @virginmedia Can someone contact me about my internet? I’ve had no service since early Feb. I’ve been given 10 different repair dates and each one gets pushed back. It was due to be fixed today and now it’s moved to the 13th. Not acceptable
