    @virginmedia No, it wasn't clear that a different socket was needed, so rather than have to arrange for an engineer to visit, I cancelled the service. I still have the hardware and am happy to return it

    It feels like @virginmedia and @VodafoneUK are having some weird competition to decide who has the most inept and frustrating customer experience competition. No one is perfect but to be this consistently terrible is almost admirable.

    @virginmedia Yeah, we have been charged wrong for the past two months even though the account was clear when we entered a new contract with you, now we been challenging it since August! Told manager will ring and then they don’t and then you charge us wrong, and then to make your customer

    @virginmedia There were no outages in the area, every time I tried to use the system to fix the problem an error or maintenence page came up. Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

    @virginmedia are up there with the worst companies for customer service. Their IVR is infuriating, they hang up on you when you do manage to get through and then tell you there is no way to make a complaint ! @Ofcom do you regulate these clowns 🤡

    @virginmedia Can we have a chat about the aggressive individual who has come 2 my door the last 2 nights trying 2 sell me a service I know you can't provide? Appreciate he has a job to do but not everyone he will try & bully will be a former employee or know your planning team.

    @virginmedia I've checked and definitely not entitled due to the amount of days with no service. Like I said, a good will gesture. People who are working from home haven't been able to work for a start. Only been with you a few weeks and have nothing but issues.

    @virginmedia Hi, John, is it possible to find out if anyone rang me just before that call was made? I'm wondering if I've responded to something I shouldn't have? I'm normally very careful about unsolicited calls and, usually, hang up, but I'm only human & we all make mistakes! It was April.

    @yatin_suvagiya @virginmedia Sky are rubbish 3 weeks I have been calling them to sort out an issue and now the managers that are promising to call me don’t call me back shocking service from @SkyUK can’t wait to leave and virgin have offered me a cheaper deal with more add ons that sky can give me

    @virginmedia You haven’t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

    @virginmedia The excuse is always to make further improvements in my area. I have only been with Virgin for around 12 months and this has happened a handful of times. It would be great if I had a consistent network connection. Had multiple engineer callouts to fix that issue to no success.

    @virginmedia really poor customer service. My sister died, I kept her broadband for her lodgers. Months later, house is sold and I’m told I should have returned the router. £40 fee. I live 200 miles away and I’m not psychic! You never told me about this at the time.

    @KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

    @O2 since joining virgin media the coverage in Milton Keynes is terrible. I’m almost always on 1 bar. You’ve gone from being the best signal in the area to probably the worst.

    I think the @virginmedia customer services agents are like computers rather than human beings they are unable to have any conversations and comprehend on what is being said to them by a human being. They are working from a script and are unable to deviate from a script.

    @virginmedia when is this wifi issue going to be sorted ******* **** show from you as a company 10 days at least now which started as a global issue to a local issue to a software issue to a problem with a box near me which still hasn't been sorted dates keep getting pushed back

    @O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!

    @Tony_Minter @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Yes you are correct. I was thinking of a delay to service starting. The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.

    @virginmedia Intermittent or no signal in my area for weeks. It's not acceptable to be paying the amount we do and be limited to 10 MBPS. If we didn't have to dig up the driveway to change service, we'd of already done so.

    @virginmedia I have had 3 conversations with your representatives on the phone in the last week promising a change on my account/ complaints email and none of them have followed through? Is anyone else finding the virgin media team to be totally USELESS. Will never be using again
