@virginmedia what an absolute **** show of a company. My wife renewed her sim only contract last month & was offered an iPad as a free gift as a loyal customer. 5 times she was sent new iPhone 14,s by mistake. She went out of her way to return them all with the incentive of 1/2

What #InternetSpeed does a one person household with a laptop /mobile & Roku streaming stick need? I sometimes watch HD movies while on my laptop, but I never play video games. I'm thinking of changing my @virginmedia package (price increase!) & am currently on M250 broadband.

@CruseSupport Virgin media were appalling had to ring several times to advise my father had died. They were totally unsympathetic & carried on ringing him trying to sell add ons to his Virgin media account. I was so angry I made a complaint they then sent a letter to my father to acknowledge!

@virginmedia Yep. Cleared it all. Still persists. Mum's an old lady and simply want to find what package she currently has. She's never registered her account. Watches BBC and not much else, has a mobile and internet but is paying £100 a month. Technician was shocked.
