    @virginmedia I then mentioned about ur sky sports oomph bundle online at £46 n got told new customers only so no loyalty given n got told this was the same on media providers which again I know is a lie. So basically wanting me to pay an extra £30-40 a month because am not a new customer

    @virginmedia So started with talking to someone on online chat who said they can’t help as I have loyalty discount n am best talking to customer care team. So I rang them explained that my contract is running out on a couple of weeks n would like to see my offers n possible upgrade

    @virginmedia As to which they couldn’t help me line kept going quite so didn’t know if hung up or on hold. Then all of a sudden I was passed through to someone else who I believe was from ur cancellation team who again said couldn’t help n best been on my current contract.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the Information buts it’s clear that what I have told you hasnt been read correctly because the number you want me to ring is customer service or cancellation which is where the problem@lies anyways so not helpful at all

    @DoctorBeeching1 @virginmedia The call centre system is a nightmare. Outsourced I'm guessing. Never use the live chat whatever you do. I made a complaint after that experience which was closed down without any further contact. Gone with Sky for the new house.

    @virginmedia Sure I can try that.... Again. Was meant to have engineer today but it was cancelled as it was a 'network issue' then get a text to say it's fixed but actually isn't. Going round in circles here 🙄

    @virginmedia had text message to say network issue has been fixed, get home, restart router and still not working, can you confirm if there is an actual network issue, as the service status says yes but text message says no...

    @virginmedia On top of that a few year year ago at that time one of your lovely advisors but me through to the loyalty team gave me a great deal because said I been a loyal customer now I go through to cancellations/retention team who say can’t do anything. So what happens is you leave

    @virginmedia It was a marketing letter I received for free installation but I was charged fee on my first bill. Accounts team promised to refund after customer service passed me on to them but they never auctioned it.

    @helenmc46972890 @virginmedia Only reason I've been patient is because all the other times it seemed to be faults in my area. So other folk round here had the same problem and it kept getting fixed. Now it just appears to my broadband...I'm not so patient now. I've had enough. 😔

    @virginmedia Every other channel I’ve seen appears to be fine, it’s just these 3 channels on both TiVo boxes. I’ve done all the steps to fix it as advised on the site
