    @virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

    @virginmedia Yes its intermittent. Sometimes feels fine but then the issue returns. When I connect on my phone, it tells me the signal is weak. Can you help me get an engineer back asap please?

    @virginmedia Yep wired is fine, just WiFi we've got issues with. Tried all the reset and reboot, the lights show it as working on the front wires are in tight there's just no signal even with a booster upstairs
