@virginmedia Service even worse you demand full payment and then will credit our account for your error and breach of contract! Your customers service staff rude! Demanding money before we can speak to anyone well I wonder what a solicitor would have to say with copy of the breached contract.

@LordTets @virginmedia Go to Ofcom... you have clearly given them ample time on numerous occasions to resolve your complaint. Life is too short to spend your time waiting for promised calls and web chats... let the ombudsman deal with them.

@virginmedia You haven’t applied the contract you sent out and the balance on our account is double the contract charge and your advice said pay in full to speak to someone if not it tough. And then said it would then be credited on the account. Your advisor are no help.

@virginmedia Still not helpful once we have paid what you told us after not applying your contract! Been told it’s the agents error on a record call and then saying it’s invalid, and prepared to offer new customer better than current! Massive complaint in writing your staff on phone shocking!

@virginmedia when is someone going to ring us back after the failure to apply the package to our account we sorted on the phone yet still hasn’t changed or a manager ringing back to deal with the complaint. Shocking services but soon quick to mailing bills out!

@virginmedia The excuse is always to make further improvements in my area. I have only been with Virgin for around 12 months and this has happened a handful of times. It would be great if I had a consistent network connection. Had multiple engineer callouts to fix that issue to no success.

@KevEdwardsRetro I've been with them for years (Yorkshire Cable before that) but changed to the @vmbusiness service to get 4G backup only to find that it doesn't work when their device is in modem mode. Unable to get through to them though - worst support/customer service I've ever experienced

Why companies like @virginmedia use WhatsApp support I do not know. The system makes you wait an hour, if you don't respond in 10 minutes, it kicks you off the chat just to make you wait again

@virginmedia Apparently, the technical support couldn't even find my devices. Even after i gave my details, account number and the device number. After all that he said that he doesn't know what is wrong and a technician needs to come and check but they can only come next week.

@virginmedia We've had you guys doing routine work on your services today, and when we get the text through to say everything should be working fine, our tv and broadband are still not working. The only way it can be sorted is waiting till monday for a technician.
