@virginmedia Internet is back but patchy. My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

@virginmedia Yes I always use the service status tool... But still signal is constantly dropping, which results in resetting the router . Not happy to say we pay £45 a month for just broadband alone and can hardly get online most of the time... It's frustrating

@virginmedia Broadband and TV down again in TW2 which is about the 5th time in two weeks. Can't get on to My Virgin Media either. Something is systemically wrong with the VM Network in the area. Reliable during lockdown and now so unreliable. Come on VM, sort it out properly.
