    The worst company I have ever dealt with @virginmedia Not only does their internet service not meet their commitments they believe it’s ok for fraudulent activity to happen on your account and penalise the customer for this. Where do I go next to take further as @MartinSLewis ?

    @virginmedia 1. Had intermittent internet and first called 18th august. 2. New box to try help (which hasn’t) means we only get WiFi in same room as box 3. Had 3 engineers none of which solved the issue but not allowed to cancel as they were over 1 month ......cont

    @virginmedia @debzholmric I’ve spoken to ...7(!) of your customer service staff this evening. 2 dropped the call, most passed me on. None resolved a simple mobile phone issue. This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

    @virginmedia I’ve tried that and there has been no answer. After 40mins on hold I got cut off? It’s incredibly frustrating. Can you at least pass on to the relevant dept. That there is a serious issue in HX2?

    @virginmedia I have been without service for 20 days, during that time I have had 2 engineer visits, 8 times I have been promised someone will call back and haven’t, been promised 6 times my ticket has been escalated and have made 20+ calls to customer service.

    @virginmedia hi, my second box upstairs is mega slow. It's a tivo v6 box. Takes ages to do anything on it. Put new batteries in the remote and restarted the box several times

    @virginmedia I think I have a right to ask that question given the poor service to date but who can answer. You say you can’t, customer service say they can’t and blame IT, I can’t speak to IT. So who can help?
