@virginmedia Thanks so much! All devices are recognising the WiFi but it’s not actually working. There are no lights on the hub 3.0 apart from 2 arrows that are flashing. Service status for my postcode says it’s all good so must be my box. Already reset once :) thanks for your help

@virginmedia hi got an email saying I'm going to get charged for not sending back equipment, which I have and have the receipt to confirm. While I'm here my upgraded broadband is quite flimsy and drops connection more times then I drop my pants, and I'm a nudist! Help!!!

@virginmedia Spoke to customer service today. Advised my complaint couldn’t be escalated. I asked about cancelling and they said I would be charged an early termination fee and wouldn’t be reimbursed for lack of internet for 2 months. I am being held hostage in a contract with no service?
