    @virginmedia I've tried rebooting router. You have to select alexa in wifi settings and that's when it says your internet may not be connected. My mobile no problem.

    @virginmedia It came back at 9am. I did check connections and rebooted multiple times so I think it was a network issue though not mentioned on your status checks.

    @virginmedia hi I've tried for over a week now to contact on the phone. Since changing to Virginmedia my Amazon Alexa wont work keeps saying broadband not set up purple light going on and off please help I've wasted so much time trying to contact I'm not happy with service at all

    Finally got through to @virginmedia to cancel. Apparently it takes longer than normal as theyve just put prices up. Oh and day 7 of no broadband but dont worry it SHOULD be back on by 17th Sep. Role on october with @SkyUK

    @virginmedia Currently waiting in the Q Turns out you ring and it tests then asks you to reset. Once that dosent work you ring back. System recognises at that point your still having issues. And offers to talk with a person. Thanks again for your attention in this Paul

    @virginmedia I phoned on mobile, automated message say call centre closed and has been everytime I've ohoned. The link you gave me takes me back to square one. I can't ring 7165on my landline because it not working! I need a zone it's ridiculous that none can arrange a technician to fix it.

    @virginmedia virgin media are quite possibly the worst internet providers in history pay for 100gb internet and what do I get? 1.5gb yep that’s right 1.5gb internet router constantly turns off and on I want my contract cancelling immediately useless!

    @virginmedia Your team was supposed to install internet connection on 5/12, and the pre install team failed to notify there won't be installation. It was then rescheduled for today, and again pre install team have not attended. Now looks like its been booked for 15/12 customer.
