Hi @virginmedia . I gave a month’s notice to cancel on 24/6 that you confirmed via email. You haven’t yet cancelled/disconnected me & you’ve now sent me 2 requests for additional payment. I’ve tried contacting via phone & text numerous times with no success. Help please! 😳

@virginmedia getting sick of this now, got up this morning (25/08) no internet yet again. This is just a recurring problem, we are not getting a service and your overseas call centre is useless, how about a refund for lack of service every couple of weeks.

@virginmedia yet again no broadband 😡 the service is appalling, pay a fortune for broadband yet spend more time trying to connect than using it,now all WiFi enabled devices need to manually be reconnected (when you fix it) some of which require taking apart cameras to do so😡
