@virginmedia (1) That the necessary roadworks for the connection have not been done - engineer used a splitter to get me swapped on to Virgin in Dec. (2) wifi signal is too poor for video calling in my office, so I've to move my laptop etc to lounge when delivering training/taking vid calls.

@virginmedia It didn't get fixed by 4pm as stated, now the new time slot for when it will be fixed is 8am tomorrow. Really? N u call yourselves the best and fastest broadband service. Do you the amount of hassle with no Internet and trying to work from home.Time to switch the service provider

@virginmedia Sadly no and quite predictably, I was advised to monitor the situation for 7 days... Literally no further forward. Internet access is essential for what we do. We produce TV shows and this is causing no end if problems... Just staff clearing call queues not fixing problems
