    @virginmedia It’s back today. I’m not happy with your service at all. I clicked the link several times, it said everything was fine. Then I called the status line and it said there was issues. I’m still owed a refund if £9.98 due to two failed attempts to watch a rented film. Overall POOR.

    I’m so fed up with @virginmedia. Three days now I’ve tried to call to pay my bill. And for three days I’ve been sat on hold for a stupid amount of time. I’m bloody busy for god sake I don’t have time for this nonsense! So glad I’ve left.

    @virginmedia I’ve been on WhatsApp trying to cancel my contract & extra box which wasn’t delivered as agreed. It’s like pulling teeth! I will try again tomorrow,no use trying to phone either,the wait is interminable! Thought I was supposed to have a ‘named agent’ too from initial sign up too?
