    Great, another 35+ mins on the phone to @virginmedia only to just be cut off. 3 times this has happened now. Hands down THE worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

    @virginmedia Well, apparently, you are "improving the network" and because of this, there will be network interruptions today until 3pm. It would have been nice to have been warned so arrangements to work in office could be made. Not happy. For the amount we pay you, this is unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Hi, does anyone how how to actually speak to VM and get an accurate answer? Broadband due to be installed 22/7, still hasn't been. Told everyday when I call that it is happening on that day, nothing happens. Nobody can help, nobody cares. Awful customer service.
