    @virginmedia You expect me to pay £70+ per month on the dot or you’ll cut me off... if I complain about lack of internet and tv people at virgin media drag their backsides not to help or compensate us customers when it goes horribly wrong but you’ll demand to be paid in full every month !!

    @BBCWatchdog Virgin Media - great when it works, and super quick. However, lots of outage, awful customer service and no form of compensation for prolonged loss of service despite promises. I will not be renewing at the end of the contract!

    @virginmedia Yes both wired and wireless items are not working. I have rebooted the router and it makes no difference im still on hold as well we are now hitting the 45 minute mark!!

    @virginmedia It happened every day for a month or more! It would start during the day I couldn’t access tv nor internet and twice of entire weekend at one point Virgin media said there wasn’t any issues until I kicked up a fuss .. I was assured I would be compensated because of this

    @virginmedia You talk about SLA what about telling and training your staff about SLA and not to blatantly lie to customers in order to end and move on to the next customer... why can’t you lt do that! Instead of pontificate to me as a customer on SLA guidelines!

    @virginmedia I have tried everything when it comes to the connection, this is an SNR issue at the exchange meaning my internet intermittently fails. I have been told there is nothing I can do to restore my internet connection apart from getting my internet from another provider

    @virginmedia Which was lies on the onset I was on the phone at one point 5 hours of calls was made by me call virgin media customer service.... no one offered a call back once!

    @virginmedia There is an SNR issue in my area,been going on since May, logged a complaint or two in regards to the matter, and it still goes down. Customer service team don't seem to care about it and just tell me to sit and wait for it to come up. Nothing they can do help me. 😠😠

    @virginmedia I have spent more than an hour in the last couple of weeks waiting for people in your "customer service" sections to answer my calls. I was trying to upgrade my package after the end of a current contract. But forget it, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

    @virginmedia And this is how you can get away with blue murder because it not consecutive interruptions but in my case it was in September and you move the parameters to suite your statistics even when I complained that my entire weekend with out internet and limited tv service

    @virginnightmare @virginmedia I’ve gone to @BBCWatchdog you should do too! And the more of @virginmedia customers complain they might have to actually do something! And to stop their so called customer services lies! They need to held accountable for what they do and in many cases don’t do.

    @virginmedia sorry to bother you but might you be able to help? My wifi has been down since 9pm last night and was supposed to be fixed first by 2.45am, then 7.05am today. Now service status says not until 6.05pm! Can’t do work or make video calls or use TV. Feel very stressed

    And we're off to a terrible start with Virgin Media. It seems they just don't want to talk to people. Their Contact Us page doesn't work because of client side errors and their knowledge base is useless. I guess I'll sit on the phone again...

    @virginmedia Let us know how the call back goes isn’t bringing a solution to an I immediate problem I’m afraid. How therefore do I get my suggestion enacted so my son can start school as you’re saying you can’t do it over social media? Not really bothered about waiting for the TV tbh
