The prog aired last night for the 1st time & stated after ALL eps available afterwards. There will have been an issue uploading the programme that you need to get your DTV dept to investigate.

The call centre staff do not listen. The inept service is frustrating and staggering! I'm sorry we left BT!

All responses & times being monitored for collection of data regarding regular loss of service.

The problem is that without anyone touching the router it just goes into a cycle of resetting itself.
