@virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

@virginmedia It's wired and wireless. Was working fine this morning then all of a sudden, just stopped. TV seems ok but getting a C133 error there about network availability. The router's white light keeps going off and on.

@virginmedia It hasn’t reset to default settings. If it had I’d be able to login. The Wifi has reset to its default VM number but the password has t. It’s still our chosen password. The hub has gone tits up. The admin password has changed too. Not ours. Not default. It’s frazzled.
