    @virginmedia Yes, thank you. I have checked. I rang 150 and all they get me to do is to restart my hub. It works OK for a while, but problems come back. I am very upset. I videocommunicate with 100s of people and it is very embarrassing having to explain 2 them the problems caused by Virgin

    @virginmedia just joined this week, broadband isn’t fit for purpose. Two of your staff have hung up on me because I want to cancel. Please arrange for someone to contact me to cancel as your staff obviously don’t like the word cancel.

    @virginmedia On demand still not working and every time I sign in it’s been moved on three days for repair in my area. This has been ongoing for two weeks now which I find unacceptable especially when all bills have just gone up in price.

    @virginmedia We discussed the Oomph package which I initially agreed to then changed my mind within the 14 days, informed the customer service guy, by phone, text and email, he said he would cancel. The engineer came and documented that TV had been refused and therefore didn’t install

    @ReetNortherner4 @DawnSunrise1 @virginmedia They are poor, I was constantly doing "tests" on the line for a month before they agreed to try and fix it. Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

    @virginmedia The mobile no. of the customer services chap who sold us the package. I’m not bothered about the phone line I just don’t won’t to be paying for TV we don’t have and I can’t phone virgin without my phone line or I’ll be charged.

    @virginmedia It’s a wireless connection. It’s the router that crashes- apparently an issue in the local area. It’s happened since the first week in December and now we’re on to the 4th date for it to be fixed. Nightmare with homeschooling and work.

    @virginmedia absolute #farce - internet has gone down again & yet again their “Register loss of service” page *conveniently* doesn’t work. Tried it over a dozen times on previously, including when the internet was down for over 3 weeks. Complaints & compensation pathetic too

    @SurajG_ @virginmedia Expect nothing - internet was down for 3 weeks & they admitted it’s problem caused by engineering works & then denied it’s a lack of service issue 🤔 Complaints failed 2 respond properly & compensation offered was laughable (I rejected it & made counter offer that’s been ignored)

    @virginmedia Yes, can understand these things happen, but 3 consecutive days seems excessive. On each of those, the status page shows there's a current fault, rather than an equipment issue All appears to be working again now
