    Been through 16 mths of lockdown, 3 working from home & hardly a glitch on the broadband. Last 8wks its gone down for several minutes a day between 10am and 1pm. Only on weekdays & its supposed to be a problem with our hub, really? An engineer could find it @virginmedia #shoddy

    @virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'

    @virginmedia I have tried the status but its saying the service is fine. Yet all the people on out estate are complaining they cannot get onto Virgin internet. We cannot book an engineer as isolating. Why is it constantly broken or speeds so slow?

    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia This is the second such incident of abuse in a week and there have been several other calls. What makes them plausible is our internet service from Virgin is poor and they phone saying they are investigating a problem.

    @GrahamHyde @virginmedia The ****** thing about this is that we have recently had to change an elderly relative’s number after he had been scammed several times, including one who was specifically and repeatedly targeting him. The distress and wasted time from this theft and deception is horrible.

    @virginmedia That is really poor. It should be for Virgin to sort not the public. I spent an hour on the phone on Thursday speaking to a next to useless overseas call centre.

    @virginmedia @wizkidayo Virgin Media are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Won’t let me cancel even though they’ve not upheld their part of the contract. Internet has been intermittent for 6 months yet want to charge me £140 disconnection fee. Do not enter into a contract! You’ve been warned

    @virginmedia Done chat through WhatsApp as my Wi-Fi was down last night and told 15 minutes waiting time which I get but 20 minutes later told 15 minutes waiting time and then same again tried different ways to try get Wi-Fi working but still not working right .

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment
