So basically wanting me to pay an extra £30-40 a month because am not a new customer

Then all of a sudden I was passed through to someone else who I believe was from ur cancellation team who again said couldn’t help n best been on my current contract.

So I rang them explained that my contract is running out on a couple of weeks n would like to see my offers n possible upgrade
