@virginmedia But can deal with EASY problems on earth. You could literally offer me everything for FREE & Id still say no. Your company is going bust for a reason. Tell Branson you know how to fix it, tell him ‘our customer service is horrendous, we need to change’, then maybe VM will survive

@virginmedia keeping a close eye on my bills from now on as the last one was £27 more but can't work out why? Tv is the same old **** and the broadband has been very poor and inconsistent ever since i was fobbed off with the new 'superhub 4.0'

@virginmedia Our internet connection is intermittent (currently off) and has been rubbish for two weeks despite resetting the router on a daily basis. All the automated sequences tell me the problem is solved. It isn’t.

@virginmedia Hi John, I believe they have the new 360 stream box. My mother in law has spoken to customer services and explained so they should be listed as vulnerable with dexterity/ eye site issues but they have sent the same standard remote again.

@VirginMediaCorp lets move all our customer service to another country to save money. Also virgin media, lets pick one where they don't speak English that well when most of our customers speak English. waste of time..................

@virginmedia They said there was an issue in the area on the phone but it doesn’t say there is on your website (Bd194le). As regards to the heating override it isn’t possible as each smart thermostat has a child lock on which can only be turned off with an internet connection.

@virginmedia Sadly not, it shows as no issue in the app unfortunately and the screen i get to is a dead end i cant click anywhere but back from it. All options lead me to this page so far and its rather frustrating.

@virginmedia A 22% increase is a joke to a monthly bill investing in your network , but 1GB download speed service constantly gets you less then 500mbs definitely be leaving with this increase.

@virginmedia Possibly John, but this is hardly encouraging me to stay. Would you rather I spent an entry tarrif with Virgin Media or go somewhere else. Think about long term gains and customer relations as apposed to short term profits.
