@virginmedia It’s back today. I’m not happy with your service at all. I clicked the link several times, it said everything was fine. Then I called the status line and it said there was issues. I’m still owed a refund if £9.98 due to two failed attempts to watch a rented film. Overall POOR.

@virginmedia We have the 350 router but never get more than 30-40mbps through WiFi even on devices close to the router. This would be manageable if not for the regular dropped connections meaning constantly having to reboot everything. We get no WiFi signal in bedrooms or kitchen.
