@virginmedia I get this standard response EVERY time I notify you of any missing eps I find. The prog aired last night for the 1st time & stated after ALL eps available afterwards. There will have been an issue uploading the programme that you need to get your DTV dept to investigate.

@virginmedia day 4 without WiFi or TV in farsley. The TV is stuck on ‘starting up’. Rebooting doesn’t work. Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

@virginmedia The engineer came out yesterday and confirmed an issue on the line. The tv is still buffering now as it was done earlier. Please can you advise when the issue will be resolved as I am paying for a product which is not working correctly which I don’t think I should be paying for

@virginmedia I have already tried that and it says there isn’t any network fault. However there is nothing wrong with the setup as it was working this morning, it’s also the second time it’s stopped in the last few weeks

@MAdryjek @virginmedia I had exact same thing in the same area. Kept ringing to be told it was an outage in the area and to be patient, repair date after repair date. Eventually someone listened and got an engineer, turned out after all that, it was a faulty cable in the router (only joined in July)

The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

@virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

@virginmedia Been through this before, your very sorry etc etc copy paste etc. Look at the complaint ref number COM104326885 requests info on 8th Nov under GDPR since no one was dealing with anything from virgin. Your call centres are closed, chat is useless I will be taking legal action.

@virginmedia 150-160mbps when connected to booster via ethernet. I think it's to do with the walls in my house that block most of the signal and there is no way for me to move my pc closer to the router.
