@virginmedia no broadband since last Thursday, can’t get through to your customer service. Engineer came last week as we’ve struggled with your service for months, he put a new hub in and guess what.... it worked for a day! Now waiting for another engineer to come. Not happy 😡

@virginmedia 1 hour and 42 minutes queueing for a help desk operator to take a call from an 87 year old “shielding” old lady who can’t set up her self install box. Absolutely shoddy customer service. You should be ashamed.

Just seen the @virginmedia “stay connected” ad on TV If only. I have been trying to get them to supply me a stable broadband for the last month You hang on an hour+ to get to speak to customer services they tell you nothing wrong Get real and provide the service I am paying for

@virginmedia NW has been with no internet since Friday the 2nd, customer service said it will be back on the 12th. I work from home and all they could offer was a SIM to do tethering, hence a new contract. In the meantime, I'm paying my usual monthly amount. Disgusting service!

@virginmedia Checked&confirmed, I also called on Sat and yesterday, a complete waste of time. 10 days of interruption is too much for people who work from home, I'm losing money because of you, so at least offering a temporary solution would do, instead you were just rude and didn't help me.
