Just seen the @virginmedia “stay connected” ad on TV If only. I have been trying to get them to supply me a stable broadband for the last month You hang on an hour+ to get to speak to customer services they tell you nothing wrong Get real and provide the service I am paying for

@virginmedia no broadband since last Thursday, can’t get through to your customer service. Engineer came last week as we’ve struggled with your service for months, he put a new hub in and guess what.... it worked for a day! Now waiting for another engineer to come. Not happy 😡

@virginmedia 1 hour and 42 minutes queueing for a help desk operator to take a call from an 87 year old “shielding” old lady who can’t set up her self install box. Absolutely shoddy customer service. You should be ashamed.

The packet loss has been horrific right from the start and seems to be getting worse. BT was so much better I never got packet loss. So annoying

@virginmedia the main issue is she was promised her whole contract would be £52 but has been told repeatedly that it’s now £88. She then had an email saying with have knocked £21 a month as a continuing refund making it £67 not £52. She has been made to feel like she is a nuisance.
