@virginmedia 1 hour and 42 minutes queueing for a help desk operator to take a call from an 87 year old “shielding” old lady who can’t set up her self install box. Absolutely shoddy customer service. You should be ashamed.

Just seen the @virginmedia “stay connected” ad on TV If only. I have been trying to get them to supply me a stable broadband for the last month You hang on an hour+ to get to speak to customer services they tell you nothing wrong Get real and provide the service I am paying for

@virginmedia Our internet connection is intermittent (currently off) and has been rubbish for two weeks despite resetting the router on a daily basis. All the automated sequences tell me the problem is solved. It isn’t.

@MrNickKnowles @virginmedia The main problem is that everything is scripted these days (as well as outsourced) so any comment or problem that is ‘off script’ completely knackers the workflow. Whatever happened to the ‘human’ touch eh?

@virginmedia no broadband since last Thursday, can’t get through to your customer service. Engineer came last week as we’ve struggled with your service for months, he put a new hub in and guess what.... it worked for a day! Now waiting for another engineer to come. Not happy 😡

@virginmedia I wanted to take on a new 18 month contract but as an existing customer is apparently costs me £11 a month more than a new customer. Just seems stupid, it must cost more than £200 to win a new customer but VM r happy 4 me 2 join another supplier at 20 pcm instead of pay u 34 pcm

@virginmedia Today is the 3rd day in a row with a broadband outage in N15. Each evening it's marked fixed then back off next morning. Please let us know what's up, it's about to start really impacting my work.

@virginmedia Last technician said some of the connectors were old and she replaced them, spent an hour checking everything. Replaced some parts and it worked for 6 months. It's now the same and you guys can't see the issue. Was told it would be sorted in 48 hours and time is about up.

@virginmedia I've done everything I can, rebooted 10 times, all the things you are told to do I have done multiple times and I'm at my wits end with it. Last 2 years have been awful to say the least.
