@virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

@virginmedia No. And it never was during the entire 11 days of it being down. Still it started working few hours ago, so fair's fair. Now I await the call from a manager about my cancellation date dispute... Only 3 days overdue.

@virginmedia my internet is down, my phone line isn’t working, #virgin’s systems are down so they can’t even look into the problem. The ‘overseas’ gentleman couldn’t help me or even tell me when their stystms are working! Poor service

@virginmedia Centre then got told my plan will be properly sorted out, I asked for a complaint to be put in about the advisors,got told I’ll hear back in 30 days, I never heard back at all. Then….I got a phone bill for 60 pounds for all the calls I made to virgin media!!!

@AFitzgerald1992 I see what you mean, although you could have a very fast connection that drops out a lot e.g Virgin Media a few years back in some areas of the country was terrible for this. Also unreliable routers. WFH video calls make this especially key as well.
