    @virginmedia Change back our tariff, very good of you seeing as we never changed it in the first place. And £50 ‘goodwill’ refund, when you have taken £150 and counting on new bill for your mistake you owe us the full amount not a gesture of ‘goodwill’ !! Just shocking. No resolution on WiFi

    @virginmedia You can see at the top of the screenshot I’m logged in to my account. And yes, I understand the system and infrastructure very well, and have exhausted all trouble-shooting suggestions. There is a wider issue here outside my home which needs attention from your engineers.

    @virginmedia On your website faults/service-status, it states there are No known issues, but no option to report anything. I can even run a test, because we have the Superhub 4!

    @virginmedia no broadband since last Thursday, can’t get through to your customer service. Engineer came last week as we’ve struggled with your service for months, he put a new hub in and guess what.... it worked for a day! Now waiting for another engineer to come. Not happy 😡

    @virginmedia 1. Had intermittent internet and first called 18th august. 2. New box to try help (which hasn’t) means we only get WiFi in same room as box 3. Had 3 engineers none of which solved the issue but not allowed to cancel as they were over 1 month ......cont

    @virginmedia What is annoying is that we as consumers are not seeing the alleged investment in infrastructure in our services. Last year obviously home internet use went up while business premises went down. We are held to ransom now as we have no choice but to use our home broadband for work

    @leeharry100 @virginmedia Complaints, Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA write to cancel. Give 30 days notice then cancel direct debit. Meantime search alternative provider to switch. Send letter recorded delivery and say you could not get through to customer service on phone. Job done.
