@virginmedia Hi, just signed up for your tv service and it doesn’t work. Your colleague on the phone helpfully arranged a technician but didn’t mention the £25 charge you’ve sneaked onto the text message. Do all new customers suffer this?

@MrNickKnowles @virginmedia The main problem is that everything is scripted these days (as well as outsourced) so any comment or problem that is ‘off script’ completely knackers the workflow. Whatever happened to the ‘human’ touch eh?

@virginmedia really poor customer service. My sister died, I kept her broadband for her lodgers. Months later, house is sold and I’m told I should have returned the router. £40 fee. I live 200 miles away and I’m not psychic! You never told me about this at the time.

@virginmedia Hi. I am due to have broadband disconnected today following me giving 30 days notice to cancel on the 26th of June. I've had no confirmation of this other than texts trying to get me to stay. Can someone come back to me and confirm please?

@virginmedia Our internet connection is intermittent (currently off) and has been rubbish for two weeks despite resetting the router on a daily basis. All the automated sequences tell me the problem is solved. It isn’t.

@virginmedia @Ambo2005 I cancelled mine under the 30 day terms (on 3rd try) and my service was immediately disconnected. Now I’m told I have to wait up to 72 hours to be reconnected. Clearly not good enough but what can you do?

@virginmedia It was confirmed on your check status service. I am now in contact with your lack of help desk who has now advised me that the issue is now expected to be resolved by the 30th not the 27th and thinks that is a satisfactory conclusion to the customer service

@virginmedia I renewed in February. You billed me incorrectly for 2 month. You make me agree a new package to fix the issue but bill me incorrectly again. Then you make me agree a new price which again you incorrectly charge me for. I spoke with someone in SA and believe I am leaving you now.
