    @virginmedia I just get a recorded messsge saying we have a complex issue engineers are dealing with in the LS18 area and would I like text messages, which I have signed up for but nothing has come through since Thursday! Still no TV or internet! 4 days later 😡

    @virginmedia Checked all rooms - this is a small detached house - every room says cannot receive a signal except the living room. A conservatory is in direct sight of the Hub and maybe only 10 meters away; Kitchen Same distance with just one wall. In every room, it recommended a booster .

    Just seen the @virginmedia “stay connected” ad on TV If only. I have been trying to get them to supply me a stable broadband for the last month You hang on an hour+ to get to speak to customer services they tell you nothing wrong Get real and provide the service I am paying for

    @virginmedia thieving scumbags. You set up a new contract for us which was agreed as £34 p/m. Now I find out the contract is £62 p/m which was NOT agreed to. I have a good mind to petrol bomb the virgin media building in wythenshaw. Will be more productive than your **** service
