@virginmedia Checked all rooms - this is a small detached house - every room says cannot receive a signal except the living room. A conservatory is in direct sight of the Hub and maybe only 10 meters away; Kitchen Same distance with just one wall. In every room, it recommended a booster .

Well...an entire day of no internet connectivity today after ‘planned disruption due to network improvement engineering’ yesterday by @virginmedia. Amazing. 20min onhold to be told by support that my router is offline...thanks but that’s what the status lights are for. #shite

Our #VirginMedia #Tivo box is rubbish. Slow, clunky, keeps buffering, takes ages to load and we can’t get through to Virgin they don’t answer the phone.
