    @virginmedia Hi there, Thanks for your reply, you’re the nicest feedback I’ve had from virgin media so far! I have no clue why I’m not eligible; what does the customer have to go through to be eligible for a technician to come and examine why the signal from the hub keeps on dropping out

    @virginmedia This is a small house, I have not had this problem in the 5 years we’ve had Virgin and, unfortunately, I cannot afford an extra £3 per month to see whether a booster is a solution.

    @virginmedia 1 hour and 42 minutes queueing for a help desk operator to take a call from an 87 year old “shielding” old lady who can’t set up her self install box. Absolutely shoddy customer service. You should be ashamed.

    @virginmedia It came back at 9am. I did check connections and rebooted multiple times so I think it was a network issue though not mentioned on your status checks.

    Well...an entire day of no internet connectivity today after ‘planned disruption due to network improvement engineering’ yesterday by @virginmedia. Amazing. 20min onhold to be told by support that my router is offline...thanks but that’s what the status lights are for. #shite

    @virginmedia I’m trying to cut off services at my late fathers house, But your customer service team and bereavement team won’t let me do it? This is because I didn’t have the direct debit date to hand to pass security?

    @virginmedia really poor customer service. My sister died, I kept her broadband for her lodgers. Months later, house is sold and I’m told I should have returned the router. £40 fee. I live 200 miles away and I’m not psychic! You never told me about this at the time.

    @virginmedia I sent an email complaint to Virgin Media on behalf of my late father’s estate about his Virgin Media account, then got a reply from the O2 resolution team addressed to my father not me saying they can’t find his O2 account - but it was Virgin Media.

    A man in his 20s has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a house in Co Galway during the August bank holiday weekend. A man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after gunshots were reported at a residence in Dunlo, Ballinasloe on Monday 3rd August at around 3.15am.  Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the Cúlán Eiscir Riada area between 2.30am and 4am, and who may have witnessed the incident or has camera footage, to come forward.     @virginmedia Plus convenient for you to get out of the compensation clause, restoring it for a few hours. The latest update showing is fix by 5 August at 16:08, so another whole day without internet. Is this a new fault or the last one not fixed properly?
