    @virginmedia I just get a recorded messsge saying we have a complex issue engineers are dealing with in the LS18 area and would I like text messages, which I have signed up for but nothing has come through since Thursday! Still no TV or internet! 4 days later 😡

    Well...an entire day of no internet connectivity today after ‘planned disruption due to network improvement engineering’ yesterday by @virginmedia. Amazing. 20min onhold to be told by support that my router is offline...thanks but that’s what the status lights are for. #shite

    @virginmedia Hi there, Thanks for your reply, you’re the nicest feedback I’ve had from virgin media so far! I have no clue why I’m not eligible; what does the customer have to go through to be eligible for a technician to come and examine why the signal from the hub keeps on dropping out

    @virginmedia @Ofcom I am charged unfair termination fee. VM does not provide services in the new area I moved to and was slapped termination fee £189.6.This is unfair. I am a VM customer for >3 years, yet they force unfair termination fee when they cannot serve in new area.

    @virginmedia We all work full time so we can’t help him with this. I will be writing to ombudsman tomorrow. I will be taking this to service watchdog and I will continue to tweet about this. I left a review on trip advisor and was told to call your company and still nothing resolved.
