    @virginmedia Just rcvd text to say investigating network problem instead, so you've postponed visit. Your netwrk is great when working, but you really need to sort out Cust Srvc because it causes very damaging press on closed group social media. You need to "Think Customer's Perspective"!

    @virginmedia Says no fault in the area, but clearly there is. Whenever I do a service check it says no fault- something tells me you will never admit to a fault. How can this be an issue everyday and I’m not the only one having problems with your shambles of a service

    @virginmedia Don’t join them, customer service is non existent, got a problem? Go to a page..still got a problem? Pull everything out and plug it back in, still got a problem? Try our community, ie people who don’t even work for us. What a waste of money I’m off as soon as my contract is up
