    @danyoung5 @virginmedia Hope it gets sorted soon, you can ask them for a copy of your customer notes their end to see exactly what the state of play is. Might be worth cross referencing that with what you’ve been told.

    @virginmedia I've 'expanded' for hours to customer service people who don't understand that we have no contract as the engineer failed to install a faceplate FIVE TIMES. No service was ever provided. Just pick up the kit we could never use and leave us alone!

    @MikeOxm44874882 @virginmedia Mine is due to go from £93 to £117. With everything going on with mortgages needing sorted etc i phoned them today to cancel. I had missed the deadline to cancel by 12 days. They offered me a package for £95. Sky have offered me a deal at £63.

    Hey @virginmedia , as lots of people are having issues today across the UK, wondering when you'll update the service pages. In my AL4 area it shows only TV issues but broadband doesn't work since midday!! Need to work but it's dropping every other minute + it's very slow!
