    @virginmedia This is a small house, I have not had this problem in the 5 years we’ve had Virgin and, unfortunately, I cannot afford an extra £3 per month to see whether a booster is a solution.

    If you don't mind poor quality, low uptime, unhelpful service, zero compassion, clueless technical support, broken promises and sky high prices then @virginmedia is the broadband company for you. For everyone else, go with any other company.

    Nor do @virginmedia give a toss about their customers, so care and compassion also not their thing. Struggling during Covid? @virginmedia will happily do nothing to help you out, it might affect profits if they did anything even remotely kind.

    @virginmedia Checked all rooms - this is a small detached house - every room says cannot receive a signal except the living room. A conservatory is in direct sight of the Hub and maybe only 10 meters away; Kitchen Same distance with just one wall. In every room, it recommended a booster .

    Thanks @virginmedia on hold for 1 hour and 4 minutes, finally someone answers abs immediately hangs up. You did this to me in March. Been a customer for over 15 years, not for much longer. Appalling customer service

    @virginmedia I had an account which I closed a few months ago, I then opened a new account at a different address a few months later. When I try to login however my new account isn’t showing as it says that “I’m not with virgin media anymore”. Can’t follow up billing etc

    @virginmedia I can’t access that page from my home network when the internet is down, for what should be fairly obvious reasons. If I log in using a hotspot, no broadband errors are reported.

    @virginmedia @PJGoodmanJnr I’m having the same problem, became unable to access my email account at about 10am. Wife’s access to hers still working. Can’t reset my password either (in case locked out due to spam), as screen not accepting my birth date / mother’s maiden name combination.

    @virginmedia Yeah thanks for the reply on trust pilot. I said that the Internet is down so you send me instructions on where to place the router. GOOD JOB! The router position doesn't make a difference when there is no Internet connection.

    @virginmedia Terrible I have just spoken to “Rupert” the Manager of complaints team, in the Philippines was lied to again by him. He had us holding with no resolution whatsoever EXTREMELY unprofessional on call wasn’t listening to us. who can I complain to higher ???? @Bucks_SurreyTS in copy
