An engineer will then be booked, depending on the results. It’s not good enough when I’ve had nearly as many engineer visits than months using your service!

Tried logging into the router to fix and the tools were all broken. Finally an hour later it just came back on by itself.

I have noticed however that at a few points throughout the night it must have dropped again as parts of my cctv recording I've reviewed says 'Poor WiFi connection'
