    @virginmedia I’m still having trouble with my internet and watching Netflix I was told to wait 48 hrs but I still having to keep unplugging the TiVO box for 3 minutes I order to watch and internet WiFi signal keeps dropping 😡 can you offer text services or callback please

    @virginmedia @BabakGanjei Tried this number-no broadband in the OL4 area for over 24 hours and lots of tweets went to @virginmedia to suggest not individual- and got informed ‘there are no reported issues in your area’. C’mon now VM. Texted the other number too-still no response!! Not a good service peeps

    @virginmedia disappointing hour &45 mins spent on phone. You couldn’t rearrange installation, fair enough. But when I asked for a replacement SIM, mine had never arrived, inferring that I am lying, need to run a fresh credit check and my price would go up if I didn’t, scandalous!

    @virginmedia after 23 year and 20 months of being a cable customer in various names I have just cancelled my subscription. You are offering new customers some very good deals yet I am not allowed them. I know your broadband is quicker but I don't need it.

    Finally got an appointment for a @virginmedia engineer to visit today between 08:00-12:00. What a surprise, no show and no call to explain why they aren’t coming/turning up late. Best part of 2 weeks with an intermittent service now I’d unacceptable.

    @virginmedia I have now been cut off 5 times in the past two days while on hold to your teams. I’ve wasted over 4 hours waiting in total. I have no problem with long wait times but constantly cutting people off is awful customer service. I need to speak to someone

I put order in Fri for broadband because my sky is so bad but I've been trying to add a phone line as well but I literally can't get through to anybody. I've sat on live chat for hours phone lines all just cut me off. I won't join

    @virginmedia we are experiencing regular loss of Broadband in our neighbourhood in Farnborough Kent again. This was supposed to have been solved by thenew network being installed but recently we have had intermittent faults and occasionally no service at all. #needsolutionnow

    @virginmedia Yes. Repeatedly. They’ve told me the only way to get WiFi in more than one room is to get one of your new WiFi spots. It’s mad. But I’m not paying even more money out for such a bad service, that’s why I’m cancelling

    @virginmedia been sat waiting on live chat for an hour. I know I'm stupid for even waiting but I only want to know my order hasn't gone through because I'm not even a customer yet and I can't get through for help with anything phone lines all tell me how busy it is then hang up

    @virginmedia Not been able to get through on phone all day. Tried all trouble shooting. Had independent IT advisor here and broadband coming into house has an issue is very slow. Trying to run 2 businesses and a home school here so do need some help please advise next steps.
