    @virginmedia I’ve had enough we had a cable fitted to make our WiFi ‘faster’ and since then the WiFi has been down twice. And it’s not just this time there has been many other incidents in the past 😡🙄sort it out, sort it out

    @virginmedia Service status shows no issues. Wired / wireless through hub / wireless through separate router, all the same issue.

    @andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

    @virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

    @virginmedia I joined online on 13th November 2020, your acknowledging email stated I would receive a contract in the post. I was to sign and return a copy. I had enough trouble with a delayed installation and hands up never chased. Not on my online account either.

    @virginmedia Nope. I can't get past the team who tell me to reset. When I reset, it works briefly, but try to record or play a catch up programme or use an app, and off it goes. We also have to sign in to iPlayer/itvHub every time we try to use it, then 9 times out of 10 it won't play anyway
