@virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

@virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

@virginmedia As I couldn’t get any interest from Virgin, I got an independent TV Engineer in who could see the drop in signal on his dB meter. He checked the system at home and could only conclude it is something in the signal to the house which would need a Virgin engineer.

@virginmedia You should have installed a Virgin Media Hub 3 in March 2020 but used my old hub. We’ve had poor wireless ever since (thicker walls than last house I guess) but every time I’ve complained the BOTs say the service is OK but it really isn’t!!

@virginmedia In general the only time I call is 'end of contract' so I don't get ripped off. But the experience is one of pain and stress. Listening to crap music and excuses, then being put through to a farmed out call centre. Net result an 18 month contract and pay more then new customers.

I’ve had intermittent wireless service issues since March 2020 - every time I try to get them resolved the BOTs say it’s all working fine. (Though it isn’t!) Turns out @Virginmedia were meant to install a Virgin Media Hub 3 but didn’t.
