    @virginmedia I’ve had enough we had a cable fitted to make our WiFi ‘faster’ and since then the WiFi has been down twice. And it’s not just this time there has been many other incidents in the past 😡🙄sort it out, sort it out

    @virginmedia At the moment I'm back up to decent speeds, but when it does dip right down (usually mornings & evenings) it's just as slow on wired. Hub is a Super Hub 2.

    @virginmedia for the past 2-3 weeks I have had issues with on demand content, and the broadband. When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

    @virginmedia Because 2 weeks time is apparently the next available slot after you screwed up yesterday’s appointment. The call back was offered by customer “care” to (a) explain the mess better and (b) let me know if anything earlier could be arranged. An empty promise it would seem.
