    @virginmedia internet is down I get it, supposed to be back up at 6 and then updated for 11 ! . I’m having to use my phone connection as a modem to do my job. This is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia I have gone through all of this already with @virginmedia on numorous occasion. I have a complaint reference and I still after 5 weeks hard a phone call as promised. The WiFi drop out, we can’t use any device on WiFi as it just does work.

    @virginmedia I’m having at least 5 internet drop outs a day in the last two weeks. It’s affecting my work and recreation after work. What is wrong with your service. Pay a fortune every month for constant drop outs. Absolutely appalling

    @virginmedia absolute rubbish service - no internet again. This has been on and off for months, no use calling to be told to reset modem, what I want is a proper fix, paying for a service I’m not getting.

    @mrconks I had a price increase email from @virginmedia Called the number to cancel- auto message saying they won't apply if I stay. Chose no. Went thru to an agent who tried to get me to stay. Too late- already arranged another provider. Try a loyalty bonus Virgin too keep customers 🙄

    @virginmedia @Cockleonius Been with them 7 years and the service and Internet was simply amazing that I recommended on many occasions. The last 18 months has been horrific. Internet has been poor but not as poor as the customer service. Wrote a complaint on my last call and heard nothing back.
