    @virginmedia are up there with the worst companies for customer service. Their IVR is infuriating, they hang up on you when you do manage to get through and then tell you there is no way to make a complaint ! @Ofcom do you regulate these clowns 🤡

    @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

    @virginmedia @O2 what's the point Virgin is as bad as BT I was supposed to have Virgin Broadband & phone installed on Friday got told yesterday it was delayed til December 1st earliest with no reason as to why asked for a 5G router to get me by til then was put on hold for 20 mins then cut off.

    @virginmedia I have 2 main boxes have been told if I want to have 2 main I’d have to pay extra when I already have 2, I raised a complaint but next day it said resolved I’d like to know how as I was never contacted, told my services were cancelled but they weren’t so I don’t know where I am

    @virginmedia The TV that it glitches on cant reach the box to get it wired in (but its only 10 ft away) I can't hard wire my laptop in. It goes off all the time! And then keep texting me saying you are coming for the WiFi pod after speaking with customer service. Im paying a fortune for this

    @virginmedia And waste my time again... your engineer came after making complaints constantly and he admitted after replacing router and cable that there might be an issue at cabinet end. Was told senior engineer will be arranged..didnt head anything for weeks.When called back was fobbed off

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @virginmedia been a loyal customer for years. Couldn’t start new contract several months ago as knew moving before end of year and may not be able to use it after that. They refused to keep the package at same price so I’ve been having to pay £30 MORE a month since then. Terrible

    @virginmedia @giveussomenews Same issue. No real offer made by retentions team. Was told by one person that it’s industry standard to charge existing customers more! And I’ve never got the speed advertised and struggle to get anyone to believe me when I say the service is worse when it rains!
