    Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

    @markcharnock @virginmedia They are an absolute joke , been a loyal customer for 25 years , back when it was nynex and cable and wireless , you get nothing for loyalty, **** Turpin got done for less , beardy Branson has got a lot to answer for.

    @virginmedia @carl_kears Have you ever tried speaking to your offshore team? Ask them a question outside their script and you’ve no chance. The last time I tried, 3 different people cut me off. Useless service.

    @virginmedia Got a letter from a debt company saying we owe you £329 & your not even our internet/BB/phone/tv provider! Rang numerous time & been hung up on or we can’t proceed because we need your password, DONT HAVE A DAMN PASSWORD BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT!!

    @virginmedia For some reason I can’t log into my account either on your website or on my Virgin TV Go app. I’m now being told as I’ve put the password in wrong 5 times I can’t log in but even my security answer and DOB aren’t recognised!!! Help!

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone today and awaiting a call, again! I first raised complaint on 30th October, again on 4th Jan. These don’t appear to have been raised and documents requested not been sent.

    @virginmedia They never said they were free of charge. I said that any new contract would be on the condition that someone sorts out our patchy wifi. I was told that would be no problem. Now I’m being told that to fix the problem, you’ll be charging me. So you’ve broken that promise.

    @MartinSLewis I left Virgin Media in Sept due to house move, confirmed no extra fees bar 1 month DD. I’ve a bill £210 called twice to raise complaint and been ignored. They have now affected my credit score. I’ve even gone to CISAS, they want documents but Virgin ignoring me

    @virginmedia I keep getting cut off 13 1/2 minutes into the queue when trying to call customer service. Tried going via text but just told to call. Terrible customer service as per usual.
