    A lesson in terrible customer service from @virginmedia: 1) Tell customer their new home is Virgin Media ready 2) Send the wrong wiring to new address 3) Don't send a technician over for 2 days 4) Promise the technician will be there between 8am-2pm 5) Technician arrives at 5pm

    @virginmedia There seems to be a problem in the bd10 area that's effect the TV and internet when your engineerds are fixing the problem or so the automated voice saying but this has been going on since Friday

    6) Technician says nothing he can do & that, despite Virgin promising it was, tell customer their house is not in fact Virgin Media ready. 7) Wait for disgruntled customer to ring them. 8) Tell customer earliest they can get another technician out is 2.5 weeks.

    @virginmedia Thanks 4 replying, every call is diverted 2 collections despite not being behind on payments & choosing technical issues 📲 - it’s constantly buffering on any OD sky film we choose. Netflix is fine. I’m on hold again but I’ve given over an hour to this already & my child needs me

    @virginmedia dreadful service, I am trying to close an account of a family member who has passed away, it is shocking! I have all the legal paperwork yet that’s not good enough so you’ll send a letter to his house, where he no longer lives as he is not with us anymore.
