    @virginmedia The engineer came out yesterday and confirmed an issue on the line. The tv is still buffering now as it was done earlier. Please can you advise when the issue will be resolved as I am paying for a product which is not working correctly which I don’t think I should be paying for

    @virginmedia day 4 without WiFi or TV in farsley. The TV is stuck on ‘starting up’. Rebooting doesn’t work. Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

    @premierinn. I’m staying at your Leicester City Centre hotel this week. No Wifi. Told reception at 8am on my way to work. They told me I have to report the fault myself. So at 6pm in ring Virgin media and they can see that there is an issue. Talk about poor service. 👎👎👎👎👎

    @virginmedia why oh why did I move over to VM. Ordered 4 boxes, got 2. Ordered the top package but can only speak to a 'special oomph team' about the package who I can never get through to. Need wifi boosters as I only get wifi in about 2 rooms and I can't speak to them EVER! 😒

    @virginmedia After over 2 and half hours I was cut off.... However got hold of them by text. 2 dates for new cabling been missed (without being informed - just waiting for them all day). Still no new date given. Like I say, so poor.
