Hi @virginmedia . I gave a month’s notice to cancel on 24/6 that you confirmed via email. You haven’t yet cancelled/disconnected me & you’ve now sent me 2 requests for additional payment. I’ve tried contacting via phone & text numerous times with no success. Help please! 😳

Nor do @virginmedia give a toss about their customers, so care and compassion also not their thing. Struggling during Covid? @virginmedia will happily do nothing to help you out, it might affect profits if they did anything even remotely kind.

@virginmedia getting sick of this now, got up this morning (25/08) no internet yet again. This is just a recurring problem, we are not getting a service and your overseas call centre is useless, how about a refund for lack of service every couple of weeks.

@virginmedia @carl_kears Have you ever tried speaking to your offshore team? Ask them a question outside their script and you’ve no chance. The last time I tried, 3 different people cut me off. Useless service.
