    @virginmedia On the online chat, the response was that there's no ETA for the fix, and service will be intermittent until the 3rd. It's not really good enough, as I need the wifi for work.

    @virginmedia having issues with broadband in Leeds LS15 area now after tv issues Fri. Nearly £1200 pa & no service! Hope not going to give the "we're working hard to resolve" line then leaving things as they are until Monday. This is unacceptable compensation should be paid

    @ohhollygosh @amy_everett_ @virginmedia Stuff like this makes me block numbers. Great customer service revolves around your customer’s needs and wants. The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

    @gffcontwitch @virginmedia Many times the front line staff or "apologists" as I call them are out of their depth. There is no such as customer service any more so I repeatedly ask, just put me on with a supervisor and they are just there to deny and indemnify.

    @virginmedia there appears to be an issue with your tv guide. The Great Britain Rugby League v @NZRL_Kiwis starts at 3.30am yet is only showing at 5.30 -6am on @BBCTwo I would like to record the whole game but can't due to this issue

    @MAdryjek @virginmedia I had exact same thing in the same area. Kept ringing to be told it was an outage in the area and to be patient, repair date after repair date. Eventually someone listened and got an engineer, turned out after all that, it was a faulty cable in the router (only joined in July)

    @MrSaffron I wish it did... @virginmedia fibre drops out multiple times a day so speed becomes irrelevant when uptime is so poor. We consistently rely on mobile data to make it through a single working day

    @virginmedia The service status page says there are no known issues with broadband, but i still have no service and there's no option to receive updates

    @virginmedia I am not sure what your reps did remotely but it did not work but they tried 4 times! The problem is with the dual band as I told you earlier.

    @ClipsbyH @virginmedia If your having is problem I recommend changing your dns server to primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4 it should help till the fix this problem

    @Nemeses667 @virginmedia Ours is dropping constantly. One week it dropped 73 times. Virgin were monitoring it for us. We’ve now got a major complaint lodged with them.

    @virginmedia £80+ pm 350mb broadband, struggling to connect more than 2 devices at once, Internet speed stupidly bad,customer service kept saying same thing, and apparently I've used all of my allowance even tho it's unlimited, thinking of leaving now tbh it's soooo bad

    @Angela_Griffin @virginmedia I never had any problems with sky, wish I'd never changed to virgin with thier "good deals" which they've charged me 20 pounds more per month than what I agreed to and I've been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks now from my latest complaint and still nothings been done 😤

    @Angela_Griffin @virginmedia We've had great service from @cuckoointernet, they have a 1 month rolling contract with no tie in, so if they mess up, you can just leave.
