    @virginmedia She is in the process of cancelling but made her decision. The boxes were removed by your engineer although customer services said they were not, but they were. And Virgin about 18months ago charges her £31 ish twice then upped it to £45, £46..

    @virginmedia @virginmedia yes we’re still having problems, the hub no longer reaches all rooms, signal strength is lower, when we get a signal. We’re on Fiber at above 100mgbs/Sec be guaranteed. So why did a get a text last month “good news we’ve upgraded you to 100mgb/s.

    @blue5456 @virginmedia @Virgin B4 Virgin we had Voda, Sky, BT and they all promised 71mbps, they were all crap and Voda only provided 7mbps at peak times. Try get Fibre to the house (FTTP). Makes a massive difference than the fibre to the cabinet then copper from the cabinet to the house which degrades it.

    @virginmedia Thanks for getting back to me. Our promotional period had ended and I really dont want to cancel our service but £54.00 a month is a bit steep after paying £29.00. Is there anything you can do to help my dad out as we are moving out in August and he needs internet service.

    @blue5456 @virginmedia @Virgin What package you got mate. We've got the 1gig and never once had a prob. Tbf Virgin are the only provider we haven't had a problem with. Depends if your FTTP or to the Cabinet then copper to your house. If Copper to your house then all providers will be crap.

    @virginmedia , I am into hour 25 of a messaging and WhatsApp 'customer experience'. I have been transferred to 'an agent' on eight different occasions during this 'experience'. I just want a price for different services. Your customer service is utterly ludicrous.
