    @virginmedia more of the same for the whole weekend - annoying, as I can't watch anything online, but totally inconvenient because I cannot complete the work I need to do. Phoned your helpline - they couldn't tell me what the issue was. *should* be fixed by the 14th. 1/2

    @virginmedia Thankfully all sorted. Webchat was the way to go. I will never ever call (150) on the phone again. It's pointless and far too bloody stressful. Erik on webchat was ace. 👍. Wish I'd done it on Saturday 11th to begin with.

    @virginmedia I have already tried that and it says there isn’t any network fault. However there is nothing wrong with the setup as it was working this morning, it’s also the second time it’s stopped in the last few weeks

    @virginmedia why is my broadband in BD2 still not working despite receiving a text to say it is fixed at 15:05. ...and when I look at the service status it says all is OK. Like it did this morning WRONG!! When is it going to be fixed and will I get a credit for it being out

    @virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

    @virginmedia what sort of fresh hell is your new “customer service” chat. Transferred to WhatsApp. 19 hours later, with huge delays to my responses. Then when I took 12 minutes to reply I was cut off and had to start all over again. Just woeful.

    @virginmedia Just renewed oomph bundle, Inc mobile. Renewal date is 3rd November. Emphasised didn't want new contract to start till Nov. Just received email from O2 that my new bill is ready 28/9. I haven't even received the SIM yet My phone should be free till 3rd Nov ! WTF

    @virginmedia You’re asking me if there is an area fault? You should ask your engineers that. I have disconnected all Virgin hardware as it’s completely useless given there is no broadband. I have never been more dissatisfied with a company. I’ve been with Virgin for 10 years. Never again.

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @virginmedia So day 5 with no TV, catch up or on demand. No reason just the "fix" time keeps changing. Has now changed to tomorrow at noon. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting but only compensation for Broadband and phone. What is the problem?
