Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

@Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

@MacReadys_Beard @virginmedia Yep, me too. I've built all my businesses around top customer service. I personally deal with 20+ customers a day online/email etc 9am/9pm. Usually within 2 minutes of being messaged. The disbelief & thanks I get is beyond me. But highlights just how crap everyone else must be.

Time to say byebye @virginmedia. Forced to put our phone line thru the router now we have no incoming calls, can dial out on only 1 of 3 phones & call quality is like a 1950s public phone box. Expensive rubbish service.
