@virginmedia It’s a wireless connection. It’s the router that crashes- apparently an issue in the local area. It’s happened since the first week in December and now we’re on to the 4th date for it to be fixed. Nightmare with homeschooling and work.

@virginmedia They are. Already checked after 2hours trouble shooting. Tv was working till then. So if it’s not the cables causing the issue there is a fault. Upstairs box hasn’t worked for wks! It needs investigated
