@virginmedia day 4 without WiFi or TV in farsley. The TV is stuck on ‘starting up’. Rebooting doesn’t work. Not getting anywhere with customer services. There’s been a recorded message for 4 days saying they’re trying to fix a ‘complex issue’... yet still nothing. Annoyed.

@virginmedia I am asking you as the person who came to the house said he will have to report this back as they have been some major issues / spikes on the line. I don’t wish to keep looking into links when I am paying for virgin for a product and to provide a solution

@virginmedia 1/2At the time of the problem the Virgin media app wouldn’t even recognise that I was a customer, so I couldn’t access any information on the status of the service. The problem is that without anyone touching the router it just goes into a cycle of resetting itself.

@virginmedia I get this standard response EVERY time I notify you of any missing eps I find. The prog aired last night for the 1st time & stated after ALL eps available afterwards. There will have been an issue uploading the programme that you need to get your DTV dept to investigate.

@virginmedia more of the same for the whole weekend - annoying, as I can't watch anything online, but totally inconvenient because I cannot complete the work I need to do. Phoned your helpline - they couldn't tell me what the issue was. *should* be fixed by the 14th. 1/2

@virginmedia Sadly not. I was advised to wait until today when some quota/allowance kicked in for the 1st of the month to renew my contract. 'Ash' promised to call back between 9 & 10. Still waiting. And apparently its now costing me more because I never renewed! My fault then. Go figure.

@virginmedia you are guilty of entrapment in my opinion....Why don't you have email us on your website. How come I can only telephone you (if you can ever get through) to cancel my ridiculously expensive broadband contract at £67 per month in order to move to EE @ £28 per month.

@virginmedia The engineer came out yesterday and confirmed an issue on the line. The tv is still buffering now as it was done earlier. Please can you advise when the issue will be resolved as I am paying for a product which is not working correctly which I don’t think I should be paying for

@virginmedia I don’t advise losing connection. Who would advise connection loss?!?!. When the connection drops it’s all devices wired and wireless. Main issue is ps5 and it’s wired. I don’t need WiFi on my phone.

@virginmedia I’m reading lots of cases on here from people not just in London complaining about the same thing, it doesn’t reboot it just stops working for about half a minute then starts working again. I’m paying a premium price for this service and wouldn’t expect this to happen so often.
