As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.

I will give it a couple more months if it continues as it has done in the past I will cancel it. I have been with virgin for over 20 years.
