    @SonosSupport Built a guest network for my Ring system but the Sonos is on the main network with all of the phones, laptops etc. Nothing has changed in terms of security etc - I'm not convinced that my Virgin Media equipment is not at fault, but literally everything else in the house is fine!

    @virginmedia No advice at all! There is a network issue in the area, was initially told would be sorted early/mid Nov, now told Dec 6th. Completely misled by call centre who said new router would be sent out and now no history of order placed! Waiting to see refund on bill, no sign yet!

    @virginmedia I checked the web site. There was an outage in the BN13 area and others in Worthing Most annoying as I have to arrange for drivers to collect veterans on Remembrance Sunday and was unable to do so before having to leave the office today

    @virginmedia Thank you for replying. I have done all this. It’s the same problem as earlier this year. Last time I was given a new password and everything worked. Now suddenly that password does not work. You need to give me a new password which you enter at your end. Let me know when done.

    @virginmedia Yes , I ran the connect app and both places state no wifi reception and wifi boosters needed. The horrible person on the text service I spoke too was no nelp and actually sarcastic in attitude. I have taken his name and actually reporting him. I have the top Virgin package .
