Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.

When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

Sent the faulty router back but they argued I never sent it back… continued to charge me for over 6 months.
