  @SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

  Do not use @virginmedia Twitter - they are scammers. Spoke on the phone to VM call centre who said VM would never ask the questions this X account and the WhatsApp account they connect you with would ask. AVOID!!!!

  @tvrski @virginmedia Yeah. After disconnecting with their human support, I switched to another browser. This time, their web deal page worked, but the price was 50p higher per month than the one i initially seen. Still, it was significantly better than the offer the human agent gave me, so I just went ahead with the renewal.

  @virginmedia Useless. Moved house and sent self install kit. No socket. Fine. Help me then. Nope I’ve sat on hold three times for an hour so and then cut off and their chat bots also just keep cutting me off. I’m paying to be ignored for help a service that doesn’t work!

  @virginmedia your engineer came yesterday and lied about someone coming today to solve an issue he couldn’t fix. Now your online booking system not working. Been on hold for an hour now trying to speak to someone. Still no WiFi. Great way to treat a customer of 20years
