    @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

    @virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

    @virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

    @virginmedia Yes, tried last night and your service status page was actually down. Today I checked and it showed no issues, I run the diagnostic and no issues either. Came back up late this afternoon.

    @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

    @MartinSLewis I'm not sure if you can help me but here goes , in August I ended my contract with @virginmedia & to cut a long story short they still owe me £87 .+ They sent me a cheque in my maiden name so I returned it with a second copy of my marriage cert same as in 2015 1.

    @virginmedia They were late. And were unable to fix it so another day no service. I'll go online and submit the complaint there after whatever happens tomorrow, the issue the engineer said is exactly what I thought, the same issue as previously which was not resolved 🙄

    @virginmedia Both. My wife was on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes. Eventually got a resolution hopefully but we thought that the previous 2x. Altogether probably been on the phone over 3 hours. Biggest issue is language barrier. Truly horrendous.

    @virginmedia 15 days without internet is a stupid huge outage and not a minor issue in the area. I should have received a prompt communication about this for the price I pay. You just don't care, and won't even compensate, I am pretty sure you'll find a work around.

    @virginmedia Well the system goes down randomly, It didn't go down when he was there but this evening we've had 6 outages of different lengths where as before it was like twice a day. Was told it should all be fine now and its so much worse.
