  • martyn_driver
Martyn The Driver (@martyn_driver) reported from Rochdale, England

@virginmedia after 26 years as a loyal cable customer it is time to say goodbye. It would seem that loyalty is not rewarded, and you don't want low use customers

@beverleyturner @virginmedia Virgin Media had gone ****. Poor broadband, crappie TV channels and half don't even work.

  • anttaylor23
Anthony Taylor (@anttaylor23) reported from Manchester, England

@virginmedia The what's app line is fine, your advisers don't seem like they want to keep me as a customer. Well not for a decent price anyway 👀

  • SeanKeyes
Sean (@SeanKeyes) reported from Manchester, England

Same old @virginhelp @virginmedia more important for them to send a driver to personally collect an old Virgin Hub than send the promised engineer to install the new one and optimise the Wi-Fi signal as had been sold to us. 🤷

  • dantheman8t5
Daniel McDermott (@dantheman8t5) reported from Dukinfield, England

@virginmedia Hi. Is there a difference between cat 5E & cat6 & cat7 ethernet performance wise on your network 🤔. I'm using cat 6 ethernet from my hub 3.0 to your provided powerline booster . Then from powerline booster to my V6 box. I'm using cat7 ethernet from hub 3.0 to V6 🤔

  • Rik_Ashton
Richard Ashton 💙🇺🇦 (@Rik_Ashton) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

  • AckersStorm
Chris Atkinson (@AckersStorm) reported from Middleton, England

  • JoshuaBurns

@virginmedia Yes, tried last night and your service status page was actually down. Today I checked and it showed no issues, I run the diagnostic and no issues either. Came back up late this afternoon.

  • ClaireabelleRed
CLAIRE GROVER 🐝 (@ClaireabelleRed) reported from Bury, England

@virginmedia Thanks for updating I've had my 82 year old dad on the phone as he only has the main tv channels so I guess its the same issue as the pixalation issues. I'll let him know

  • SiManM20
Simon Manning 🇪🇺 - SiManM20@mstdn.uk (@SiManM20) reported from Manchester, England

@nrgloz @virginmedia Your paying 75% of what we are for 35% of the d/speed there. Neighbour has just switched to Brsk - it’s full #fttp so 1Gb both up/down rather than the 52Mb UL Virgin offer via DOCSIS. £40pm

Tiffers (@Tiffers1973) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

  • paz565
    Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported

@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

  • derekryan2026
    Derek (@derekryan2026) reported

@john_mcguirk Matt cooper is boring. He lacks a personality. His left progressive woke conversation is predictable and monotonous. At least you and Sarah speak your minds. The odd bad language is thrown in but we get a different view on your show. RTE,virgin media , bla bla bla

  • waughzone
    Duncan Waugh (@waughzone) reported

@virginmedia Your customer service is a disgrace. I have had intermittent broadband for 4 weeks but you make it almost impossible to get it fixed. I finally managed to connect to a human on a chat who was next to useless and then sent me an email to say everything was resolved.

  • Nichola09215766
    Nicholas (@Nichola09215766) reported

@virginmedia Are you able to contact the staff that used to work on them because I have a long running complaint and despite forum staff having access to info nobody at 150 can help and apparently the ONLY time my problem got identified and fixed nobody can find except for forum staff.
