@virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

@virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

@virginmedia It says there aren't any issues. I sat on a call with someone from Virgin for nearly an hour earlier trying to fix it and they said the speed should pick up but it's just got worse. I'm supposed to have 350Mbps, but I'm lucky if I get 10Mbps
