    @virginmedia down again, line fault since Nov. Internet cuts off between 12/1am every night! Was told it was line check, this morning told I need all new equipment, £151 bills aren't acceptable for this service. I don't want new equipment months on, I'm cancelling.

    @virginmedia I already know the services are not in the area because it is not connected to the property. Thats why an engineer needs to visit to inspect the property. What is going on? This would not happen in Thailand that's for sure. What kind of service is this?

    @virginmedia I have called 6 times today trying to cancel my broadband which is out of contract. I just get passed to different departments and eventually it hangs up. Blatantly trying to make my life as difficult as possible. Reporting to Ofcom now.

    @virginmedia I just hope they find something and fix it. Because with the huge price rise that you have just imposed on us sky,s new package is looking very good. Even BT is looking good. And we have been with virgin since before it was NTL world .
