    @virginmedia Hi. I tried rebooting the router but without any luck. It’s the only device I’m having an issue with. It should connect when I press the WPS button on the router but it’s not connecting and timing out.

    @virginmedia No advice at all! There is a network issue in the area, was initially told would be sorted early/mid Nov, now told Dec 6th. Completely misled by call centre who said new router would be sent out and now no history of order placed! Waiting to see refund on bill, no sign yet!

    @SonosSupport Built a guest network for my Ring system but the Sonos is on the main network with all of the phones, laptops etc. Nothing has changed in terms of security etc - I'm not convinced that my Virgin Media equipment is not at fault, but literally everything else in the house is fine!

    @virginmedia The speed isn't the problem, the speed is brilliant, but the router for gaming is pathetic it's like having a Ferrari firing on two, the hub3 is firing on two it is crap.

    @virginmedia Essentially they have intermittent broadband and tv services, engineers have lied on their worksheets about attending their property to resolve the issue which your call centre has confirmed, no manager ever calls them to resolve and they are in limbo.

    You get a text from @virginmedia to say problem resolved, when it isn’t. You phone and you get a message to say they’re still working on it. Absolutely pathetic. 4 days without landline which is used for constituents to contact me. Unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Since the end of September we have tried to have you guys come and install broadband for our flat. We had our first engineer come out and say that the work cannot be completed. Since then, we have made it very clear that we need someone to come and do work in the road to help 1/
