@v @virginmedia Internet issue has been open since August and it’s been a comedy of errors. Several engineers have been round each setting off a chain of farcical call-outs. Clowns! Each time I get sent a survey that is designed to get the feedback they want. Not good enough!

@virginmedia half the speed from bt apparently, but a 100% improvement. The wifi complaints have stopped since we swapped. #sopeaceful. Years of being told the line is fine, without physically checking, clearly it is faulty. Only £59 of poor service to go🥳
