    @MsEmilyMorris I’ve got Sky Q so not sure if that makes a difference but defo call and see :-) I had horrendous customer service from Virgin Media once so vowed never to go with them again!!

    @virginmedia It's pretty annoying to phone support, wait 30 minutes to get through, then listen to someone who only knows the basics, reboot, pinhole in the back of the router, plus we can't understand each other. No point in calling support, my contract finishes soon, I look forward to that.

    @virginmedia I know there is more to think about at the moment, but, my upload speed was down to 2.6meg and it fluctuates around 2meg to 6 it was 25meg last week is it something you are doing, I have reset everything many times but it makes no difference.

    @VirginAtlantic Thank you! You are the only people I can get a reply from! @richardbranson & Virgin can do customer service, while @ExpediaUK @Expedia won’t reply to any social media or phones. It’s like you are sat with your fingers in your ears trying not to listen and hope this all goes away

    @virginmedia is there a reason why my 1gb ‘super fast internet’ as you put it never seems to work! Struggles to load anything and in fact is slower than the one I’ve uograded from! And to add to that now the sky sports hd channels also don’t work!

    Epic fail @virginmedia I'm a new customer and just spent 2hours 30minutes in the phone to 6 different agents just to book an engineer and track down my missing welcome email. Is this you usual standard of customer service? Not impressed.

    @virginmedia Continuous problems with dropping to very low speeds and the router just doesn’t cover the whole house. Unfortunately I get told by your help team that given it’s never completely dropping out it’s not a big concern
