CLAIRE GROVER 🐝 (@ClaireabelleRed) reported from Bury, England@virginmedia Thanks for updating I've had my 82 year old dad on the phone as he only has the main tv channels so I guess its the same issue as the pixalation issues. I'll let him know
-
Mark Armstrong (@mark001282) reported from Manchester, England@virginmedia Don't give me your copy and pasted waffle. You have done nothing to help. You have been an absolute thorn in my side! "I'm so sorry you feel this way" is such an outdated and terrible response from a marketing point of view btw.
-
Jacko (@Jakes_7) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England@LeedsViking @virginmedia Ignore it mate, like their customer services will your question.
-
Simon Manning 🇪🇺 - SiManM20@mstdn.uk (@SiManM20) reported from Manchester, England@nrgloz @virginmedia Your paying 75% of what we are for 35% of the d/speed there. Neighbour has just switched to Brsk - it’s full #fttp so 1Gb both up/down rather than the 52Mb UL Virgin offer via DOCSIS. £40pm
-
яєαℓιѕт נανѕтαн 💻🖱 (@RHJOfficial) reported from Oldham, England@virginmedia No point, there is a problem but it shows there aren't any issues in the area.
-
JJ (@johnjoeoregan) reported from Manchester, England@stetopping Remember you did the piece late last year about Virgin Media Broadband being out for a day? It's now been down for six days in some parts of Manchester. Six full days and not a word from the company except automated messages.
-
Sean (@SeanKeyes) reported from Manchester, EnglandSame old @virginhelp @virginmedia more important for them to send a driver to personally collect an old Virgin Hub than send the promised engineer to install the new one and optimise the Wi-Fi signal as had been sold to us. 🤷
-
Reece Jordan Doonan, RN (@Lerounxi) reported from Salford, England@virginmedia can you confirm if there’s active engineer trying to rectify the service outage Manchester (M30). Widespread issues reported according to your service outage on website ?
-
David (@Aldehulme) reported from Oldham, England@virginmedia I need to speak to somebody regarding a broadband problem without you running a check that will cut me off the internet. How do I get past this to speak to a person?

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
🕷️🇪🇺 🇬🇧 Uitlander (@Uitlander) reported@virginmedia - They need to talk to someone about my account options. They will call me back "later". - They hang up while I am pleading with them to stay on the line.
-
Denise Swif5 (@DeniseSwif5) reportedVirgin media Day 18 no service #jokers
-
Jonathan Cantliff (@cantliff9) reported@virginmedia Well the service status is working again but now it's reporting intermittent issues check again in 24 hours, earlier it was supposed to be fixed by 5pm. Seriously I pay £170 a month for this nonsense
-
British and annoyed (@_J_8_7_) reported@trapdoor456 @virginmedia Definately going to look into them now. Worst part about Virgin is the inconsistent price rises as soon as the contract is up. Had to leave them and join as a new customer pretty much every year just to nearly half the monthly payment. ******* ridiculous.
-
Jackson Lamb’s Coat (@ape_steinUK) reported@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Same here, I was paying £36 for 1GB, end of contract price is £82 and “best” renewal price is £42 IF I take an O2 sim for another fiver a month. Customer price: £26.99 a month. Crooks.
-
Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reportedIt's becoming increasingly clear that @VirginMedia customer service is based on the premise that if you make it excruciatingly difficult to make a complaint and then follow it up, people will simply not bother.
-
Simon Vargeson (@Si_Vargeson) reported@virginmedia is it usual practice to delay installations without communicating to your new customers? You’ve currently missed 2 instal dates and no comms to let me know to avoid waiting at home for your arrival…. Customer service seem to be unable to provide any detail too😡
-
Doire Sheridan (@DoireSheridan) reported@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Ireland Derangement Syndrome on full display. Pointing out that a shoulder to the head, where the arm was pre-tucked, should have been a red card, and that slapping the ball down when there was a 2 vs 1 on the outside, should not send a grown-*** man into a fit of hysterics.
-
James Durrant (@je_durrant) reported@coveragechecker @virginmedia Was initially a local outage but turned into someone had unplugged my cable at the exchange and it needed replacing. Sh*t happens, I get it, but to leave someone who pays £1500 a year for a service without anything for a month is plain bad
-
invs86 (@DeviousPL) reported@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt It’s mind-blowing anyone is still using Virgin, they are absolutely awful, network is held together by string and tape and customer services do their absolute best to infuriate you - either dropping the call, long holds or arguing. “Technical faults” are a weekly occurrence.
