Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

You didn't send me an email with my ticket details of the complaint, got back to the page to make a note 20mins later and the page had gone. Absolute shambles. Broken service & broken support!
