    @virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

    @st_eppel @virginmedia Sigh. We couldn't even get through to cancel so ended up just cancelling direct debit, which did it. Went back to Sky who are just million times better - but appreciate not always a choice you can make. Good luck!

    Virgin Media . I’ve been without access to my e mail account since August 23rd and virgin media have been absolutely useless in sorting it out. Four different fairy tales as to why it’s not working but the end result, nothing!

    @puntofisso @thedatacity will have come across this problem (some telco egs, VirginMedia are in Hook, EE Hatfield, 3 Maidenhead, O2 Slough, Vodafone - a HQ in Paddington but campus is in Newbury)
