    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

    @virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

    @virginmedia This is for the initial engineer no show, plus an additional compensation as an apology for letting us down four more times-a total of £55. This was promised over phone but no cheques have arrived&virgin continue to txt about an engineer arriving.

    @virginmedia Broadband cutting out consistently in DD1 again today. Just completely dropping off for random amounts of time. What an absolute shambles of a week this has been. Your status checker says there’s only issues with TV here. Awful, awful service.
