@virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

@virginmedia Today, after an email saying you were going to dispatch self-install kit on 30/04/2021 I got on live chat again to say completion isn;t until 14/05, we need to delay. Why did no one get back to me? Terrible customer service made me decide to just cancel the order. They refused.
