    @virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

    @virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

    @virginmedia well done, after over 10 years with you, Virgin Media have sunk to the their lowest level of service and support ever. Roll on November and the end of my contract. Appalling, ignorant, clueless, almost as bad as BT.

    @LennieThevan @virginmedia That sounds terrible Lennie. If you want to change a plan and save money they go out of their way to be unhelpful. However, if you want to spend more their customers service Is better.

    @SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

    Wow @virginmedia your services have gone off thu no fault of mine yet I have to wait 6 days for you to fix your faulty equipment!! Cancellation pending due to total lack of customer service! I have been a customer since day one and never have I exp such a lack of cust care

    @virginmedia It is still showing the same in status since the early morning. There is no any other update or any estimated time. At least I would expect another update saying about the outage and estimated fix time.

    Good @Ofcom 28 million fined to the parasites that are Virgin Media. Good. I have been victim to this horrible pass on pass on (6+ hours on the phone) department to department and back to start again, as well as a 2 year new contract without my consent (early termination £500 being chased for, after 2000+ disconnections in a month, email proof, text proof, delayed line fixes) list goes on. Parasites, charging elderly people £70+ for like 100mb Maybe @MartinSLewis applied some well deserved pressure. If I'm not mistaken @dshensmith had issues too.

    @virginmedia @MichelleBeckett People shouldn't have to post on social media to get decent service from you. Condolences don't cut it when all thats needed is for your numpty call centre staff to have the ability to deal sensitively with the issue. They clearly see your clients as admin not human beings.
