@virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

@virginmedia Tried everything asked everything, I have had VM for 10 years it's not been brilliant you seem to provide equipment that is not tried and tested, that hub 3 router has to be the worst ever you can't even open all the recomended ports on it, look at the hub 3 forums.

@virginmedia Yeh I got that the WiFi in my home is fine in the sense that there are no black spots. I have extenders and wireless and wired powerpoints so not an issue it’s the actual speeds I’m receiving that’s the issue.

@virginmedia Yep I keep checking and it keeps saying its down in my area. That's now since Saturday night. With no fix in sight. No hard wired no WiFi nothing. Alexa can't even talk. Not to mention my boiler works via WiFi which means I can't even turn my radiators on to dry my work cloths.

@virginmedia No consistent service after negotiating a new deal. Constantly losing internet. I've spent 3-4 hrs on the phone trying to remedy the problem + cost of the new hub/activation. Technician comes this afternoon, all supposedly fixed. Guess what internet dropping still.
