    @virginmedia intermittent WiFi in Ashton under lyne all week, what is going on. You did works in the area last month and service has been worse than ever. Paying for the top broadband yet the service is appalling.

    @virginmedia Gaming is a joke, so called superfast, I played 1 game tonight, backed out of all others turned Xbox off totally waste of time but, every night every game you are crap mate @virginmedia total shite always have been I can't even get a signal upstairs.

    @virginmedia I was using NowTv so thats why the connection cut. I stream TV more than anything which is why I'm having so many issues as your broadband is so unreliable

    @virginmedia That requires the house number as well. I assume that's all you have. It would be good if you had a map or a list of streets. It would then help in looking for our next house.

    @virginmedia I'm looking for another ISP for a few months until my contract ends with your poxy company, @sky or @EE mabe, if you gave 100.000 GIG, you still have crap equipment like a £20.00 router it can't cope with today's gaming.

    @virginmedia It's not the services that is the problem, it is online gaming with the hub3 it can't handle gaming, it is a cheap piece of crap, I know internet companies don't give out good routers, but if it's the only one I can use, surely it should be good enough, I'm sick of resetting it.

    @virginmedia Sadly not. I was advised to wait until today when some quota/allowance kicked in for the 1st of the month to renew my contract. 'Ash' promised to call back between 9 & 10. Still waiting. And apparently its now costing me more because I never renewed! My fault then. Go figure.

    @virginmedia My contract ended, I am back on the open market so I am once again a new customer. Penalising loyal customers who have paid the initial amounts for hardware etc is wrong. I wasn't informed 1 month before, offered a new deal, just messed around for over a month now. Same old Same.

    @virginmedia I was asked to order my phone again after Virgin cancelled the order, in my opinion, a little prematurely. The issue appears to be as I’ve used the PAC code once and you activated then cancelled a SIM I can’t use it again

    @virginmedia @Ofcom I was on a 18 month contract which ended. I agreed a new contract £57 for 1gbit but it never happened, I never got the service and remain on 500mbits, this I didn't agree to. You now have 1gbit for £45 on 18month contract, why do I have to wait for BlackFriday

    @virginmedia It has been extended about 15 times at my last check. There is no communication to tell me why it is taking so long. I simply wish my internet to be fixed? To be clear I have to call up about 20 times to your customer care line with no results.
