@virginmedia absolute disgraceful service. WiFi went off Sunday. Engineer came Wednesday and said it was fixed. Neighbours WiFi off. Came today messed with a box on the street and now it’s off again. Customer service said they’ll come again Monday. A week with no WiFi!

@virginmedia It saying my postcode is invalid for some reason. A neighbour has said his is down too apparently a virgin team have cut through the fibre whilst doing repairs. Nobody can come till Saturday which is a joke I have 2 young children 1 that cant access her schoolwork. Nightmare.

Update on the above. You can’t actually get through to @virginmedia - you just get put in a loop that cuts you off after recommending a link. I have not been able to sort this out for over a year - I can’t go through a #complaint because I can’t speak to anyone. @Ofcom

@virginmedia i phoned your customer services at 3.15pm today, after 1 hour and 15 minutes of being passed around or put on hold I got disconnected. I then joined the online live chat and at 9pm gave up as I was put back to the ‘bot’ for the 5th time. Absolute shambles!
