    @virginmedia I know there is more to think about at the moment, but, my upload speed was down to 2.6meg and it fluctuates around 2meg to 6 it was 25meg last week is it something you are doing, I have reset everything many times but it makes no difference.

    @MsEmilyMorris I’ve got Sky Q so not sure if that makes a difference but defo call and see :-) I had horrendous customer service from Virgin Media once so vowed never to go with them again!!

    we have a virgin media box on the outside of our house. You told me you send a surveyor to add it to the list: never god damn happened! We have been without wifi for months, and in your customer service centre the head does not know what the arse is doing!!!!

    @virginmedia You owe us about £50 now, and we keep counting. We tried to call (was on the phone for two 2hours, was connected to literally every person in the bloody building and then just disconnected, this happened multiple times and you never called back)
