@virginmedia Not any more, someone came out to ‘fix’ our wifi on Monday, found an issue with the cable outside. We have been told someone will come back every day this week and no one has. They fixed the cable we are just waiting for someone to come and connect to the house again.

@virginmedia So I need to use the rubbish hub 5 or have crap Internet. Thats a bit of a poor get out clause. Hub 4 was fine for 2 years. Hub 5 requires master reset once a week. Why have option to put in modem mode.

@virginmedia The landline is now a VOIP service via the hub, it doesn't use the onld landline style connection. VM still charge a line rental that originally was because they had to pay BT for the line, that is irrelevant now, but they still charge for it, this seems a bit of a scam.
