    @virginmedia That never happened. Just received an email stating that my online form had been received and it wa with the resolutions team. Apparently my complaint was never received as it doesn’t show on my account, yet I have email confirmation it was, although no contact from resolutions

    @mascotmike @virginmedia I'm fuming with them. I have never experienced such awful customer services in all my life. We're going to cancel with them and go to the national press if they can't prove the "so called phone call". I think half their customers have similar problems.

    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    Oh my god @virginmedia you installed our super fast 500mg broadband this week and since then we have had HALF the download we had before. You are impossible to reach by phone. Been on hold for over an hour to be cut off. Today zero internet. Sort it out or we cancel. #hopeless

    @virginmedia Ive worked in customer service all of my working life (multiple roles inc manager of a Nandos -which is testing 🤪) I have the patience of a saint, I understand mistakes happen, but this is honestly a joke.

    @virginmedia - after setting bill, I asked to be directed to cancellations as I’ve really had enough. It’s never ending.Only for the agent to tell me “I can reduce your bill from £54 to £44”....MY PACKAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE £44 ANYWAY. So I am STILL being over charged after a million calls (4)

    @virginmedia worst customer service I’ve ever received on hold for 20 minutes to then receive the news il be without WiFi for 24 hours and there’s nothing which can be done. Worst customer service going

    @IanSlaterPhoto1 @libertygal72 Nope, the bank issue you a new PIN, it's not the same as knowing what your old PIN was. The issue isn't do much the post, it's storing passwords in plain text which @virginmedia have repeatedly claimed they don't do.

    Thanks EE. Do you do home broadband cos @virginmedia are shockingly bad and has the WORST #customerservice I’ve had the misfortune to experience. #jobsworths apparently the machine Einstein “won’t let them” send out an engineer to fix the prob they caused.

    @virginmedia -agents have disconnected calls when I have called & tried to resolved issues. -being over charged since May. -even since then and agreeing on a new tariff I STILL receive incorrect bill. - a relative of mine has the same package as me but pays £20 less for it (3)

    @virginmedia Media. I've never experienced such awful customer service in all my life!! If this isn't resolved I will be going to the national press. It seems a lot of people are experiencing the same problem. Your company should be ashamed of themselves!

    For the second time today @virginmedia we have no #internet. Your super fast broadband is super slow. Your customer service is non existent. We have rang all week. Every day. Have not spoken to a human. We are cancelling your awful service. People #beware of #vigrinmedia.

    @virginmedia Your ‘efforts at customer service’ don’t appear to be working since I’ve not had a reply to my last tweet or Facebook message. But I am nothing if not persistent so I WILL keep trying until someone at virgin takes responsibility for offering some customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I am paying over 50 pounds a month on a basic package and I am not even getting connection around my whole house. Virgin is only known for its name and not the service. Terrible service

    @virginmedia how are you gonna delay my instillation when I’m a student, offer to reimburse me for one of your dongles and then have none in stock?! I’ve been a loyal customer for almost two years. This is appalling.
