    Been waiting over 2 weeks for a new V6 box as my TiVo box is so old! Nothing has arrived and nobody from virgin answers the phone or has replied to my live chat for a week! Shocking service yet again @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Trying again to get through as desperately need to speak to someone as can’t access my account as it’s been hacked and my broadband service is shocking was on hold over an hour yesterday and been holding now for 30 mins, holding for an hour is not acceptable customer service!!!!

    Hi @virginmedia, I rang 150 to say I wanted to leave. The person I spoke to instead offered me deals which I turned down. Then we finished the call. Have I left or would I have gone through a different process first?

    @virginmedia I have been trying for 2 days now to cancel my broadband. Started a text chat yesterday and going round in circles as they keep transferring me and no one replies, so they keep asking for same information. Ahhhhhh

    @SophieEB @virginmedia They’ve been giving my mate the runaround because she’s trying to cancel. She’s phoned every day for the last week, been put on hold for over an hour and then cut off! Awful service, I’m so glad I fcuked them off years ago 👍

    @virginmedia To be honest, this looks like gobbledegook. Her phone was working fine, now she can't access the internet and it is Virgin's job to give her step by step instructions to resolve the issue, not just send links for a chat room.

    @virginmedia I am astounded at your horrendous customer service. I waited on hold for an hour on Monday to speak to an agent. Was then informed that I would receive a call back on Tues or Wed to resolve the issues. Nearly a week later, I’ve heard nothing. Horrendous service.

    @virginmedia Done that a thousand times. Maybe even a million, I have lost count, it’s the obvious thing to do, turn it off and turn it back on again, and pray it’s works and i go away, but no, works for a few minutes and boom, wii fii signal gone again. HELP PLEASE 😒

    @virginmedia is the best contact for help with my UK virgin mobile account / SIM? My SIM has been disconnected (as new SIM was sent out) but I’m overseas. I can’t access my account or call without an active phone no. Going around in circles - PLEASE HELP.
