    Wow @virginmedia your standards of customer service have gone downhill this year.. All for the understanding of pandemic but even after the average wait of an hour to talk to someone to be cut off 4 times now and let down multiple times with guarantees is just not the normal!!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia yes we’re still having problems, the hub no longer reaches all rooms, signal strength is lower, when we get a signal. We’re on Fiber at above 100mgbs/Sec be guaranteed. So why did a get a text last month “good news we’ve upgraded you to 100mgb/s.

    Hi @virginmedia I have just spoken Customer service, very brusque and clipped and use the term “Sir”in a very passive aggressive way. my order upgraded service they was insistent that virgin didn’t it so I had to email her “Order ref: WS7344640 Order date: Wednesday, December 2”

    Virgin Media service back to absolute ****. Worked for a couple of weeks before going back to cutting us off. Their solution? Told us to buy an ethernet cable. Basically need to use my mobile data to continue working.

    @virginmedia I rang last week to cancel, was told no outstanding payment needed, in fact I was going to get a credit of £15. Yesterday you took a £62 DR payment. 4th man today finally said it was the payment for August! You take payments in arrears? So a credit of £15 but I owe £62? Reckon?

    @virginmedia Yes over both. There's is a known network issue in the area (separate from the one that's ongoing now) that I was assured would be fixed by the start of September yet here we are. One of a number of issues that are yet to be resolved on my account.

    @virginmedia I've spent 4 hours on phone with several of your agents and have been shunted around from one department to another. Account has been already marked active so pre-install team can't help me. The faults team can't help either as there's no connection for them to fix.
