    A friendly engineer from @virginmedia unexpectedly came round today. - looked at bbband issue, ran some tests, waited for said time of normal bband crash. Nothing happened. Leaves, 15 mins later - outage occurs! Ring him, tells me spoken to network people and is following up.

    @virginmedia why’s it taken since 10 on hold between calls and still no answer. Service tests and outages all ok. Smart TV works but WiFi on 4 devices not working. Turned it on and off all day and lasts 10 mins. Really doesn’t help working on smart phone which can’t see!!

    @virginmedia I will let you know in the morning when I log back on......had to give up today as couldn't get anything done 😪 WIFI seems to be working ok on my mobile but let's see what it is like in the morning on the laptop. To be honest the connection has been terrible for days.......

    Just to keep you updated @virginmedia , service has been lost AGAIN (3rd day running!) 😴 (your e-bill came through no problems though, you can stick that up your backside by the way as no way will I be paying for service which is constantly unreliable!!)

    @virginmedia how do you actually cancel a contract with Virgin? Tried calling for hours on end. Tried the chat option several times still no further forward. Sent a letter recorded delivery again, no response. Feeling extremely frustrated 😫 we aren't even in contract.

    @virginmedia Hi there, how come my internet connection is unstable when using a wired connection on a device? The connection drops in speed for some strange reason. Is there any idea of why this happens?
