@virginmedia Currently been on hold nearly half hour, I seem to be connected again now but bit late the rugby league game I was streaming has finished now I couldn't watch it as I wanted to keep the 1gb of phone data to last the weekend, its typical this this is twice lately ive raised issues

@virginmedia The ping is to slow when gaming, on my PC I get 350meg DL, on my xb1x I get 550meg DL, I think it's throwing my gaming out, it's just not worth bothering playing to get hammered because of ping, lag, whatever it is.

It took 1.5 hours to get hold of a @virginmedia tech .And no resolution with broadband box. So if you call a sales line 100s are ready to sell you the products but once you are their customer it’s of no value how they treat you ! @VirginMediaNews Happy Sunday 😀

@virginmedia Do you have any way of reporting network problems that are not at a customer residence? I have a high ping/packet loss fault I suspect is elsewhere in your network that your tests on home superhubs wont pick up so your support team on the phone can't/wont do anything

@virginmedia Thank you. Not to worry. 👍 I was hoping the issue would resolve itself. I don't think there are any local outages. It's been happening for a few days. I've switched to Modem Mode with no wireless enabled. I'll monitor it later using a brand new laptop to see if it persists.
