    @virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

    @virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

    @virginmedia Yes. Even though I was texting through the same Whatsapp thread from the same number, I was denied alternative methods of verification multiple times. I'm absolutely furious about this. I've now spent an entire nine hours on to your customer service trying to rectify this.

    @virginmedia Hi I did check. Didn’t come back till 5pm. Was advertising works until 3pm. Was checking the Service updates during the day but this wasn’t updated with the delay. Understand works can overrun. But this info needs to be up to date so I can plan my work and day.

    @virginmedia How has my Broadband speed dramatically dropped. I was on 200mbps and always was able to achieve it. Recently I was notified that I was being upgraded to 350mbps and now my speeds have dropped down to around 22mbps..... What is going on.

    @virginmedia I was assured two weeks ago that the issue was resolved but I've now been charged for a phone line that's no longer connected. I've now lost FOUR days of work because I need to keep taking days off to get through to your team because they're so bad at their job.
