Long weekend. Last night our @virginmedia broadband went down (roadworks cut cable so not their bad). No internet. No Alexa. No Netflix. Kids realised that Dad was at home and the wife spoke to me. Strange times.

@virginmedia I have written a formal complaint to your head office, about 2 weeks ago but heard nothing. How long should I expect to wait for, at least, acknowledgement of receipt of my letter? Or should I expect no reply at all, which would align with the standards of your telephone agents?
