@virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

@virginmedia Oh an engineer eventually came out and fixed it. Make matters worse you've put the price up from £38 to £50.50. The £5 Doesn't even cover that. We were told we'd get a full months refund now anyone we ring denies they even have it on record that we had an issue.

@tom_exploring @GiganetUK @virginmedia Same. I had to tell Virgin Media repeatedly for *hours* that I did not want their services any more, whatever the price. That experience alone made me want to never deal with them again. Very happily I never have to now that I have Giganet :-)

@virginmedia It won’t log in. I’ve just spoken to someone and apparently my account isn’t registered but it was registered last week so I don’t know what has been done but I’m not happy. I took a chance staying with Virgin and it’s been nothing but problems.

@virginmedia Recently I became the victim of identity theft & mobile phone fraud with yourselves, @O2 and sky mobile @SkyHelpTeam . As I said before sky have resolved the issue, but I've heard nothing from you or o2. I have emailed, spoken to your customer services, but no help at all
