@virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

@virginmedia We have, it’s fine for a while then happens again it’s been happening for months and months your broadband just doesn’t meet the service promises all the time! We complain, it works for a few months then goes awry again. We had so many engineers, a plug in thing, still happens

@virginmedia I’ve gone over this point already. I was told if I upgrade my broadband it would improve the WiFi issues. My tv package was changed but I was told it would be the same. The sales rep is either misinformed or misled me into purchasing a higher cost package. (1/2)
