@virginmedia Unbelievable, you've sent me a dongle to connect a landline too the broadband on the 6th , so the phone line isnt going to work, though not much help on 150 as they abruptly cut you off. Website is also down.

@virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

@virginmedia No I cannot . Done this already . Your latest advice was - as the complaint is now past 8 weeks old, complain to some other agency and call a difderent department to send an engineer (for £100). It is beyond incompetent. I'm tempted to rip out cable and hand deliver it to you.
