I reckon their own staff are also suffering with poor connections due to not responding after requesting info... they are currently arguing the toss on chat saying, you sure its not in the box?   @youfibre After being with Virgin Media / Diamond Cable / NTL for over 3 decades.. I was worried about switching. Well, I made the switch. 1000mb Up 1000mb Down £25 for a 12 month period. Zero downtime as I post. AMAZING. Keep this up. TOP TOP Service Provider.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around £300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for £25 outstanding bill lol
