Hi @virginmedia, I rang 150 to say I wanted to leave. The person I spoke to instead offered me deals which I turned down. Then we finished the call. Have I left or would I have gone through a different process first?

Can’t wait to move over to @SkyUK in a couple of weeks, @virginmedia is the absolute worse now, internet used to be brilliant but know goes off and can’t pick up in some rooms anymore, had about 3 new hubs too, it’s just terrible! Don’t let me down Sky.

@virginmedia No I'm sure its never easy but right now is literally THE worst time and as a company you don't see it. Justify how a new customer can get the exact same package I have for literally half the cost im paying. Customer loyalty means nothing to virgin media! Fact!
