@virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

@virginmedia No, your service agent Colin told "we guarantee broadband speeds, not WiFi". That's when I asked for my notice cost and duration. Still on hold to try to see why the broadband technician wouldn't talk to me because I'm currently "disconnected". It's been two calls & over an hour.
