@virginmedia And the sum total of welcome texts I received during my 7 night stay in Jamaica was 189. I never moved from the same hotel. I often got 4-8 texts whilst sat at the same restaurant table or in my room. @virginmedia get your act together

@virginmedia Unbelievable, you've sent me a dongle to connect a landline too the broadband on the 6th , so the phone line isnt going to work, though not much help on 150 as they abruptly cut you off. Website is also down.

I am *two days* into a whatsapp chat with @virginmedia which is apparently how they communicate now. I have had to repeatedly tell them my details, confirm I am the account holder, what I want etc. This is piss poor customer service

@virginmedia Your Indian call centre was useless, poor phone line, could hardly hear them. Just kept repeating it was due to construction outside my property, but there is NO construction. South African call centre much better, rearranged for today.
