    @virginmedia It's pretty annoying to phone support, wait 30 minutes to get through, then listen to someone who only knows the basics, reboot, pinhole in the back of the router, plus we can't understand each other. No point in calling support, my contract finishes soon, I look forward to that.

    @VirginAtlantic Thank you! You are the only people I can get a reply from! @richardbranson & Virgin can do customer service, while @ExpediaUK @Expedia won’t reply to any social media or phones. It’s like you are sat with your fingers in your ears trying not to listen and hope this all goes away

    @stenev @MrEuanStewart @virginmedia Until the 3 kids scream that ‘the internet’s gone off’ and you reboot it. A reboot of the @virginmedia kit always sorts it - shame they’ve never explained why though.

    If you get a call claiming to be from @virginmedia technical support claiming they've noticed a fault with your internet, beware. Ask them to verify your account number or name. They can't, but then threaten to disconnect your service unless you update some settings. #ScamAlert

    @virginmedia the cancellation page has three options to cancel but non of them link to relevant information. The online chat never seems to work. I can spend an hour on the phone to cancel my account. Can you advise how to get onto online chat to cancel please?

    @virginmedia Just the television box my cousin works for Sky television as an engineer he said there is a problem with the TV box broadband is ok just not getting the tv service all the connections are ok .
