@virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

@virginmedia Hi. Is there a difference between cat 5E & cat6 & cat7 ethernet performance wise on your network 🤔. I'm using cat 6 ethernet from my hub 3.0 to your provided powerline booster . Then from powerline booster to my V6 box. I'm using cat7 ethernet from hub 3.0 to V6 🤔

@virginmedia I was also promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours on a phone call on Friday afternoon. I did not receive this phone call. This is absolutely disgusting and I expect something to be done. I rely on your service for my income as I work from home. (2/3)

@SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

@virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

@virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

Tivo fault. Appalling service from @virginmedia (again) have been trying to get through since 5pm, 3 calls around an hour waiting each time before being cut off. Wait times are outrageous enough but to be cut of 3 times! @Ofcom should investigate the shocking level of service.

@virginmedia It's ok I cancelled my direct debit with my bank. Customer services don't answer the phone, I got through to the cancellation team via the sales team. They've deactivated my account. As I'm within my 14 days cancellation period I expect to receive my deposit returned.

Absolutely awful customer service at @virginmedia no broadband, been holding for 2 hrs last night and another 2hrs today and couldn’t get through.. when I finally did was promised engineer call and it never happened, now been holding another 2 hrs
