    @virginmedia No issues locally reported. The box is resetting itself intermittently, and despite doing manual resets the issue of not being able select channels, or no guide at all. Seems like something is knackered.

    Hi @virginmedia you’re network issues in Reading appear to be resolved this morning. But because your website couldn’t tell me there was a network fault it forced me to book and engineer which I now can’t cancel. I’m not paying £25 because I can’t fill your process. Pls advise
