@virginmedia my disabled/elderly mom has been without tv, bb &phone 4 a week now cuz you deactivated her early by mistake after she moved to sky. She's not active with sky until 18/04. Tuesday we were told it would take 72 hours to get her reactivated. Still nothing!! Please help
