    @virginmedia Well we don’t have a tracking number and we haven’t heard anything back since we returned the faulty phone. We also tried the text messaging service but also takes ages to get a reply.

    @virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

    @virginmedia been a customer for 2 hrs and already rang up twice complaining. Was told I would get movies free for 3 months, I have the email confirming it yet customer service are saying they have no such email and I’m not entitled to it.currently on the phone to them #nothappy

    @virginmedia Just finished a phone call. No engineer until tomorrow which leaves my vulnerable mum without a phone. Completely unacceptable service. Spoke to a manager who wouldn't allow me to take this further.

    @virginmedia well come home from working away on Friday with a lot of emails to reply to. To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia absolutely atrocious - no service at all but earliest engineer visit is Thursday! Go with Sky and avoid if you're thinking of using them. Customer service asked why I wasn't with Sky???

    @virginmedia @LutzSchueler Technical Support in Capetown South Africa dont have any information on outage. Retention team in Manila, don’t know either. Ahmed Waseem from UK based Retention team is very Rude and disconnected the call when I asked for reference number
