    @virginmedia as a loyal customer for years I diligently upgraded broadband to improve it throughout my home. In a small home there are black spots that I am told I need to pay extra for to get boosters. So I need to pay even more to get your service to work? Hmmm...? CICAS @Ofcom

    @virginmedia up to their tricks again not providing the internet speeds. We on the super-fast broadband tariff and getting speeds of 50 in the same room as the router. Poor service and we being ripped off yet again

    @virginmedia Trying again to get through as desperately need to speak to someone as can’t access my account as it’s been hacked and my broadband service is shocking was on hold over an hour yesterday and been holding now for 30 mins, holding for an hour is not acceptable customer service!!!!

    @virginmedia, sabi mo the network will have essential works on the 25th of this month. That is tmoz! So why is it my wifi signal now is shite? It’s only the 24th! I need to release my shifts or else I won’t be paid! Pls make the £78 that i pay every month worth it!
