    @virginmedia If that was the only issue than yes that would be the logical next step. But as you’ll see from the previous tweets and email sent on Wednesday it isn’t. All the issues need dealing with in the round or otherwise I’ll have to cancel and go back to sky.

    @virginmedia The guy I spoke to at VM yesterday said that she wouldn’t be eligible for a “disabled” phone line to be installed because it wasn’t claimed when they dug the front garden up 18 months ago. We were never given this as an option at the time, if we had we would have insisted on it.

    @virginmedia I spoke to your customer service team on 2nd January who advised all issues had been resolved and my sim card was being sent out by royal mail delivery. Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.

    I closed my account with @virginmedia. They sent me a cheque that I never cashed. I called to get it reissued and I was told it had been cashed. They couldn't tell me who cashed the cheque. They have sent me an email closing the case. Has anyone had this experience? #fraud

    @virginmedia Getting the 'invalid number and code' message when phoning vulnerable 89 yo FIL (from four different phones.) Call centre says there is no outage, they can hear ringing, and we have to be at his flat to diagnose it. What can be done? Can you do a webchat with us?

    @virginmedia Any chance of them at least emailing us to keep us in the loop then? Our contract ends in August, meaning our monthly amount will be increasing so we will have been paying for 5 months of WiFi with zero service. Someone needs to contact us immediately as we need answers.
