When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

I've just got upgraded free from the hub 3 to hub 5 and so far haven't had any drop outs. Give the customer services a call and ask for an engineer (free) and when they come, it's ifs the hub 3, they'll change it for free.

Now when my broadband's down, which happens weekly, I check their online service checker and it bounces me to a virgin02 sign in page.
