@virginmedia continually get cut off my broadband only to connect to box with no internet, its impossible to work from home with this level of service, issue getting worse. Got sent new box that wont connect too, time to leave I think before I loose my job!

This situation with the unstable and unreliable @virginmedia broadband service is unacceptable and untenable, my work and business depends on this service and I am unaware of any 'Act of God' scenario that has informed this situation, at least you have not bothered to contact me.

@virginmedia down again, line fault since Nov. Internet cuts off between 12/1am every night! Was told it was line check, this morning told I need all new equipment, £151 bills aren't acceptable for this service. I don't want new equipment months on, I'm cancelling.

@virginmedia The issue is this has been a daily problem, your customer wants this fixed, it's like taking your car to the mechanic everyday to fix whatever is wrong with it, it begs the question, what is the problem in Manchester that the engineer has had to return daily to fix, since Sunday?

I've had an unstable to non-working @virginmedia broadband connection in Manchester for about 18 hours. Whilst they are aware of the issue and trying to resolve it, it is untenable that in the era of working from home, a major infrastructure requirement will be down for 24 hours.

Dear @virginmedia, I've since Sunday registered at least 10 events of the loss of my broadband service, only Wednesday was problem free because I was not at home. Your portal provides an ETA to resolution only for the service to fail again. What is the problem in Manchester?

@virginmedia I was sold my new service on the promise I would be sent the QuickStart setup so I could have broadband ready yesterday. At 8:39am I get a text to say I have to wait until Wednesday. We work from home. Internet is vital. You lot have screwed us over big time.
