    @virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

    @virginmedia Phone. Also your advisor laughed when he cut a channel off on purpose which I was supposed to get included. I have been waiting for a manager to get back to me today as promised. Nothing. Was told 72 hours. It's been over one week now. VM have been horrible to me for two months..

    @virginmedia I was promised a reply by a manager after one of your staff on Twitter did a live chat gave me a resolution which was complete and utter nonsense. She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

    @sky_support We have the full Sky Sports package on our Virgin Media box. How much would the cost come down by us getting rid of the F1 channel as I prefer watching paint dry. If it's worth it the golf one could go the same way as I only watch the football and cricket ? Ta

    @virginmedia Unfortunately the live chat once I logged into the account was extremely slow extremely and after providing answers to security questions I was asked to delete them from the chat which again unfortunately I was not able to do because the option wasn't there to do it

    @virginmedia Fine every day until 5pm speeds of 60/70Mbps. Then exactly 5pm it slows down to nearly nothing and this stays the same until midnight where it suddenly is fine again.

    To all you gamers out there. Is it just me or are internet servers for the Cold War zombies game crap ? Lost internet connection about half a dozen times today. It can’t be my internet surely I’ve got Virgin media 300mbps connection.
