  @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

  @bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

  @virginmedia Well over 2.5 hours on hold regarding a total loss of service and no responses to DMs. Live chat also seems to be disabled on the app. Really shocking customer service. Can you tell me how much longer I should expect to be on hold? Or have someone reach out?
