  @SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

  @bazza141 @virginhelp @virginmedia Join the club. I spent over 1hr 30 mins trying to get a issue resolved . I kept getting through to their over-seas call centres . It took almost 20 call re-tries to get through to a young lady over in Newcastle 😳😞. It's rediculous that they got call centres in 17 countries.

  @virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

  @virginmedia if Virgin paid me £5 for every time the wifi went down, I’d be a wealthy man. I am anyway, but not quite enough to sue under the trades description act for diabolical service. Absolutely awful. The new provider can’t get in our area quick enough.

  @virginmedia With all due respect, the engineers have been there all day, I saw two of them having a 40 minute lunch break at 10am at Greggs. Can you push these engineers to get this completed today? Compensation isn’t a valid response to not being able to work - ridiculous service
