@virginmedia when your marketing team ring you and tell you that you have internet issues, advised I didn’t have any issues and the rude call handler just hung up. Rang from 01484313420. Not the best reflection for the company is it.

@virginmedia Hi. Have reported to you here that independent engineer confirmed my connection is OK but hub 3 is faulty & needs replacing. You advised phone 150 again to book engineer. Your system does not enable that just offers fault trouble shoot txt message.

@virginmedia Told yesterday that it is a local problem due to be resolved by 12th August, however that seems to be a standard reply which is now becoming tiresome. We have to wonder if @virginmedia have fallen back in the hi tech department & that we should move on to a more reliable provider

@virginmedia Terrible as always, you cannot deliver in this area, you’ve promised for a few years now but nothing changes, I’ve had to put us on unlimited data on the phones as the WiFi is not fit for purpose, I am on the highest speed apparently… shocking

I never been so mistreated by @virginmedia like I was today, the staff on the live chat literally "hang up" on me mid support... absolutely gutted, saved all the conversation and I will seek citizens advice over this, that is no way of treating a 6+ years costumer

@virginmedia But that costumer service was abysmal, the person took ages to reply, and when it did, tried to sell me the same internet package I have for more than what I pay currently even...I don't want to have to upgrade my package to "fix" my internet, I just want the speeds I hired

@virginmedia On Wed the eng did arrive. Only to say the external work hadnt been done so he couldnt install. He left & I received no contact from Virgin until I made a complaint to ask what happened as i had stayed in all day for this. No resolution as yet, not impressed.

Just spent 3 hours on a chat with Virgin Media and have made no progress. A loyal customer of 16 years being charged 40% more for the same package than a new customer. What happened to loyalty? The price creeps up and you need to ask for a loyalty discount! Shocking!

@robertwlk @virginmedia I’ve got another 14 months of it . The governing body CISAS told me they will sort it out .Instead of £71 a month they take £146 . I can’t cancel because the bastards will f up my credit score ..the frustration is mental .

@virginmedia Yes but without wifi a lot of your services were inaccessible? I pay a lot of money every month to be without wifi because of problems with a faulty hub! The connectivity had been an issue for weeks also which the engineer said would of been through the fault
