@virginmedia Hi. I tried rebooting the router but without any luck. It’s the only device I’m having an issue with. It should connect when I press the WPS button on the router but it’s not connecting and timing out.

@SonosSupport Built a guest network for my Ring system but the Sonos is on the main network with all of the phones, laptops etc. Nothing has changed in terms of security etc - I'm not convinced that my Virgin Media equipment is not at fault, but literally everything else in the house is fine!

@virginmedia I have just spoken to Damian who is based in S. Africa call centre regarding my very poor service. This man deserves to be your top person when it comes to speaking with customers, he's polite, funny and understanding. Although he can't fix the problem, he was great.

Had to deal with @virginmedia for a business account this week. Awful customer service, failed engineer visits, 6 day wait times and failing to uphold contract agreements. Safe to say they won’t be getting a personal account with them. #virginmedia #CustomerService
