    Same old @virginhelp @virginmedia more important for them to send a driver to personally collect an old Virgin Hub than send the promised engineer to install the new one and optimise the Wi-Fi signal as had been sold to us. 🤷

    @virginmedia Oh, my bad. Apparently the wiring outside my house has a fault, someone did come last Monday to work on it,and someone was supposed to work on it for Thursday, but it keeps being pushed back (order ref 55230469).

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia They never said anything about wanting our broken 2nd TiVO back (had been broken unknown amount of time, so cancelled), and we were going to take it to get WEEE'd. Seeing this I'm glad we put it off long enough that we needed a VM engineer for something else and gave it to him!

    @virginmedia Hi, I have done. Someone said they would call me back then didn’t as your colleague said he couldn’t find a good deal for me… great customer service. You also then tied me into a new contract when I moved home. @Ofcom would be interested im sure Please let me know deals for me

    Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man and woman in their 70s were killed in a two-car crash in Co Louth. The incident happened on the R173 at The Bush yesterday afternoon after 3pm.     So @virginmedia customer service is appalling! Was told I had a default, which they had never made any attempt to contact me about. Called and was told I was up to date and to email to get it removed. They replied to email to say that I had to pay despite being told on the 1/2
