@virginmedia I raised a complaint and the response was due to the package I was put on the PS4 wasn’t available. I just can’t understand how it’s now my fault I specified I wanted the PS4 it was the main reason for signing up.

@virginmedia Hi we got sent a link to book an engineer which we've done. But as we haven't actually spoken to someone I'm not sure if they will have what they need to replace the cable or router? As it's not a technical fault it's literally just a broken cable. Thanks
