A neighbour has said his is down too apparently a virgin team have cut through the fibre whilst doing repairs. Nobody can come till Saturday which is a joke I have 2 young children 1 that cant access her schoolwork. Nightmare.

Came today messed with a box on the street and now it’s off again. Customer service said they’ll come again Monday. A week with no WiFi!

Tim Campbell (@Timbobuk) reported@virginmedia Yes, I’ve completed the test over and over this week, and again just now. The issue is never resolved, it just goes round I’ve checked all the wiring and router over and over. We had an engineer on Tuesday, he replaced the router so that’s not faulty.
