    @virginmedia Then please at least have the grace to tell me so. I’ve been a customer so long you’d think I might be due some support, but this last year has just been dreadful. I’ve taken a phone contract I don’t want and been unable to get explanation for billing variances. It’s just ****.

    @virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

    @virginmedia I’m hoping to speak to the movers team on WhatsApp. I’ve now had an actual human being the line, who says I’ll be connected soon. But that’s what the messages about have said every time. 🙄 I can book in for 1.30 on Monday, but I’ll cancel if I speak to someone sooner, ofc

    @virginmedia Seems your business model is never answer when someone wants to leave. 8 hours on WhatsApp yesterday totally ignored by Retentions. Queuing on phone again 30min probably get cut again after 1 hour.

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to do this via WhatsApp for three days now. I’m in a never ending loop of getting to the point where I’m referred to a agent, in the queue, & a couple of hours later, I get asked if I’m moving house, and the whole process starts again. It’s has just started again

    @virginmedia I have not been able to talk to anyone. When I call I get sent a text to a link. Fir the last 4/5 days the service checker says there’s a problem with tv service in my area and it will be fixed by end of day. It hasn’t.

    @virginmedia Yeah, but the time just gets pushed back and back every single time it's met. I rely on the broadband to work and £8 a day compensation to miss out on a daily wage is pretty damning. An actual estimate of time fix would be ideal, not just a number plucked out of thin air.

    @virginmedia I appreciate that but this is another fault after 4 days of no service of any kind and before that there were other issues. Feels like there isn’t a prolonged time without a fault. It’s frustrating as I hope you can imagine

    @virginmedia Wix’s tech team has told me that there are IPS issues that need resolving on Virgin’s end as websites made with Wix are currently not loading. Are you able to let me know when this is getting resolved? Thanks

    @virginmedia We have been told this was part of an area fault but our neighbors on virgin now have internet connection and we are still without. We were also told something about our account, so have no clear information about the actual cause or reason. Again, poor customer service
