@virginmedia yet again I have no service estimated repair tomorrow! Absolutely shocking service looking to change provider now. Would never ever recommend Virgin to anyone. It’s the 8th time in 3 weeks we have lost all service and I pay for top speed it’s simply not good enough!!

@virginmedia your internet is getting worse by the day, when we placed the order in february 2020, we were supposed to get 500mbps. Instead, we get around 50mbps wireless and 100mbps wired. We have a booster too, but the wifi on that is awful, cuts out every few mins.

@virginmedia you need to fix your online ordering system. Twice now I’ve tried to add a V6 to my elderly mums account. Twice she’s got a confirmation email back, and twice no one has turned up. She’s waited in for 4 days for no reason. Spent 40 minutes on the phone to be cut off
