  @virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

  @virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

  @FuzziePieRat @virginmedia Mate, we had exactly the same same thing. Tried to reduce packages down (we were paying £131 a MONTH at the time) and we were assured our package had changed and we were paying SIGNIFICANTLY less. Our bill came through, no change…
