    @virginmedia broadband down again, getting beyond a joke now, pay nearly £100 a month for this service, get no loyalty discounts, only get increasingly larger bills all for a service to brakedown over the Christmas holidays 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia I've been trying for months now to change my email address. I've rang multiple times to be told its been change. It hasn't. With waiting times up to an hour long this is really frustrating. I took the account over from a previous customer when I moved in. Please help
