    @SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

    @virginmedia Hi. Is there a difference between cat 5E & cat6 & cat7 ethernet performance wise on your network 🤔. I'm using cat 6 ethernet from my hub 3.0 to your provided powerline booster . Then from powerline booster to my V6 box. I'm using cat7 ethernet from hub 3.0 to V6 🤔

    @LennieThevan @virginmedia That sounds terrible Lennie. If you want to change a plan and save money they go out of their way to be unhelpful. However, if you want to spend more their customers service Is better.

    @virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

    @virginmedia I was also promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours on a phone call on Friday afternoon. I did not receive this phone call. This is absolutely disgusting and I expect something to be done. I rely on your service for my income as I work from home. (2/3)

    @virginmedia Thanks. No, but it does generously offer me £0.01 credit. If this is just a change of name it would have been helpful to have a mail saying that rather than one wasting both our time trying to figure out what’s going on. And somebody needs to fix the contact links on website.

    I don’t think @virginmedia gives bad service. I think with their global (call centres) service providers they specialize in tormenting their customers. I’ve literally been going round in circles for 6 hours. Hearing the same BS and no one wants to take ownership. #virginmedia.
