@virginmedia I’ve been trying to do this via WhatsApp for three days now. I’m in a never ending loop of getting to the point where I’m referred to a agent, in the queue, & a couple of hours later, I get asked if I’m moving house, and the whole process starts again. It’s has just started again

@virginmedia Yes it’s an outage and not an issue with our modem, or else others wouldn’t be affected. I’m on your business line, and whilst I appreciate that might not be something you can look at directly, it’s clearly an issue that needs resolving for everybody.

@virginmedia once again your connection speed is shockingly slow. Not sure why I pay for m600 lucky to get 50mb. To make things worse your chat never respondes and the phone is a joke. 25 years of taking my money and the service is getting worse. Think I will move to #BT

@virginmedia engineer arrived just in time recable the phone,I asked him was he given notes of previous visits his answer “Absolutely not”So I had to explain to him what happened in the past, it’s not good enough when you’re told by customer services the engineer will have all the notes 😡

@virginmedia The technician came and said the wifi is terrible. 25 per cent in the bedroom and living room. He said he would put in his notes. Didn't bring a booster with him despite the fact that's the reasons he was there for wifi issues!! I'm no in week three of trying to resolve this

@virginmedia Should also add that the online "fix it" tool was not helpful either - just helpfully identified that there was a problem and didn't provide any resolution beyond "check the cables are plugged in" and "restart the router". Neither of those had any effect.
