@virginmedia 100s of times total waste of time, set questions & set answers just because they see the speed, they think it is good enough, you charge top rate for crap service especially the router, £500 a year with a £10 cheap router.

@virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

@virginmedia Oh we did all that, yet your staff still insisted slow internet was our fault for not using a cat6 cable.. My partner literally had to argue with your staff to get an engineer sent out, the issue turned out to be the cables in the street box were messed up..not our fault at all🙃
