@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

@virginmedia Ive been told I have a credit on my account applied too late. This still leaves me out by 100! Im so sick of VM. I got a pre contract of £34 for maxit, m500, calls, for your team to renege on this, then offered £40, this was reneged too. Poor service.

@virginmedia Hi, yes, I never change the WiFi password. I get either an error message saying IP address not found or password incorrect (which it isn't). The hub is still flashing white and then fading and then flashing again. It did this with the old hub too.
