    @virginmedia we have a loss of broadband in the M6 area. No notification but the automated service states it’s an update on the service. If you want to provide good customer service, prior warning would be good. I’m fed up of this. If I can’t work from home, I will lose pay!!!

    Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

    @virginmedia disgraceful- I am working from home and with no notice you are carrying out maintenance- because of you I have lost a day worth of money from work as no access to internet- disgusting company and have been poor since covid - bad customer service!

    @virginmedia This matter only occured as it took virgin FOUR days to actually action cancellation request. This is what took the final date past the end of my contract. It's unacceptable that this occured but to then over charge for a service you don't provide is just criminal.

    @virginmedia Yes its connecting to the hub & we can connect all devices to the hub. Service centre could see our devices were connected to the hub. Hub won't connect to internet, so no wifi, no productivity & no TiVo service Error (C133).
