    @LennieThevan @virginmedia That sounds terrible Lennie. If you want to change a plan and save money they go out of their way to be unhelpful. However, if you want to spend more their customers service Is better.

    @virginmedia I have phoned you at least 10 times this week. I’ve had a visit from a technician. My Wi-Fi still doesn’t work. I rang up AGAIN in the last half an hour, after waiting for 30 mins to speak to someone, they said they had ‘system issues’ and hung up on me. (1/3)

    @virginmedia Will they help if the Wi-Fi is working at the time I call? Because my issue is that when it is working, your advisors consider their work done despite telling them that it usually doesn’t last. And invariable, it doesn’t.

    @virginmedia You’re not understanding. I do contact when the issue is happening, your advisor then fixes it, but it then happens again within 24 hours. I need a ‘once and for all’ fix. Not this whack a mole approach you’ve had so far.

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

    @virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

    @virginmedia I was also promised a call back from a manager within 24 hours on a phone call on Friday afternoon. I did not receive this phone call. This is absolutely disgusting and I expect something to be done. I rely on your service for my income as I work from home. (2/3)

    @SkyUK My Sky package is slowly edging up. Some new customer deals from a couple of years ago have worsened discounts but... I'm still around £30 a month better off than when I was with Virgin Media. Never going back.

    @virginmedia how come your phone message can tell me there is a fault in my area, but when I speak to someone I have to go to faults team to raise it. I’ve had 4 months of intermittent broadband and I am constantly having to chase for a resolution.

    @RaeHaynes83 @virginmedia Pushed @virginmedia to cut cost of overall package, even if forced to pay for booster. Meanwhile have reported dangerous wifi booster to Citizens Advice and Reading Trading Standards (Virgin Media HQ). Lots of others doing so. Terrible customer service after defective product.

    @virginmedia She never asked me any alternative questions. I tried all my passwords to no avail, but she kept on and on getting nowhere. Didn't even get passed account security. And you are given 3 options, broadband, Tv or mobile, nothing about email.
