    @virginmedia And of she hasn't I still want a reply with an update. Courtesy we call it for us that work in customer services. You don't promise one thing then hope I won't chase this up. This is what I now expect it VM. Ombudsman next!

    @virginmedia just received letter saying you are doing nothing about complaint. It said it was about complaint handling. It WASN'T! It was about being told one thing on phone by two separate customer agents and billed differently on account! Im going straight to ombudsman #inept

    @virginmedia Some days its ok. Then throughout that day it drops its signal. Like today its had a 20 minute outage then starts back up we have a £4 booster we are paying for it's useless.

    @sky_support We have the full Sky Sports package on our Virgin Media box. How much would the cost come down by us getting rid of the F1 channel as I prefer watching paint dry. If it's worth it the golf one could go the same way as I only watch the football and cricket ? Ta

    @virginmedia a new Router has not made the slightest difference to our intermittent signal problem of some months. Phone call coming up to have our services removed. Sick of wasting my money and time

    @virginmedia Phone. Also your advisor laughed when he cut a channel off on purpose which I was supposed to get included. I have been waiting for a manager to get back to me today as promised. Nothing. Was told 72 hours. It's been over one week now. VM have been horrible to me for two months..

    @virginmedia I was promised a reply by a manager after one of your staff on Twitter did a live chat gave me a resolution which was complete and utter nonsense. She promised a manager would reply to me by e mail after 72 hours. That was last Wednesday. 148 hours ago!

    As a "loyal customer" of @virginmedia you wait approx 1hr 22mins to speak to someone but ring the sales line you get an answer in under 3 mins

    @virginmedia Speed is ok, but coverage is poor. Had boosters, independent visits, etc. I hate BT and don’t want to go to them, but the BT mesh system improved things. Boosters are a waste of time and have never been offered the Virgin pods. I’ve had enough of what we have

    @virginmedia I’m fed up of paying top whack for a 500mb broadband system that gives very poor coverage. I was never offered a Hub 4 and it seems like the Hub 5 isn’t available to me either. Numerous calls, visits, BT mesh system bought and it’s still no good. Also had engineer visits and more

    So @virginmedia are at it again. A few years ago I had to contact @BBCWatchdog because of over utilisation. The new scam is signing people up to 1gb deals only for the deals to not be available(3 months later not available to EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!!). Watchdog please help again 🙏

    @virginmedia Hello, the wired connections work fine, but the WIFI just drops, and sometimes disappears entirely, often several times per day, I've contacted your customer support and they can't see anything wrong with the connection in the system and therefore refused to help.
