@virginmedia Eventually, but my point is this: change your message. Clearly you can’t help people over the phone after 5pm. Your guidance on the website is misleading. Also, your engineers are great.

@virginmedia Dear VirginMedia I have inconsistent Wi-Fi within my house. In some areas, there's no signal. Your engineer visited last week. He said I need some intelligent Wi-Fi pods from you. I've tried ringing you for a week to no avail. Could you please help?

@virginmedia got cut off twice trying to cancel new contract with you while 'my details were checked' and having been on hold for 25 mins. Sent contract for cancelling in recorded post (delivered). Now had three calls from you that cut off as soon as answered. Appalling service

@virginmedia Not to worry, once I got through to the call centre the agent was able to transfer me to customer retentions and whilst on hold I had the automated offer. Whilst this has helped me surely you should be offering this to all customers automatically ?

@virginmedia I shouldn't have to. Marketing should be an opt-in, not opt-out. There was no option when I entered my number, and no indication that I would be hassled. Anyway, if that's how you treat potential customers, I don't want to be an actual one, so you've lost a sale.
