@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

@virginmedia no TV or internet all day. Even my phone internet been playing up, hardly had that as I'm on 02, which you are partnered with. 10am tomorrow it says to be fixed now, no other updates on the issue or help. Very poor.

@the_pieface @virginmedia Mine used to be the same mate constant drops and cutting out has multiple engineers tell me nothing was wrong, then I switched the BT Gigabit had it for around 6 months now without 1 single issue mate
