    @virginmedia Hi. My contract start date was the 26.04.19. I received my contract and link to T&C’s on 27.04.19. Cancelling the charges isn’t a resolution when I am not required to pay them. I shouldn’t have been threatened with them in the first place....if I had not quoted your own T&C’s

    @virginmedia I have been having problems with my WiFi for the last couple of weeks. I spoke to someone earlier this week and they were able to help short term however I have now lost both internet and tv

    @virginmedia I think 10 years + with you is enough now, I will have more choice, I can use my own router without messing with that cheap problem filled hub 3 and it is crap read the reviews.

    Imagine @virginmedia fitting your WiFi and the engineer hits a gas pipe. Then @BritishGas arrives to fix the gas pipe and hits a water pipe. Imagine having to chase VM to speak to a supervisor and still 4 days later no call back! Shocking!

    All ready to start streaming and virgin media once again decides to take a day off. Jesus Christ man. I pay £58 a month just for broadband. I’m seriously considering dropping this piece of shit company and going to sky.

    @vmbusiness hi guys,this is joke now,we have had constant issues with your internet for over several months,you have broken your SLA terms,and have not resolved anything,we are constantly chasing to get issue resolved,it is DOWN again we have entire office doing nothing!#failure

    @virginmedia I was told that due to the error nothing could be done and I won’t be receiving my PS4 I now have to disappoint my two young boys when they get in from school. Not a great service I must admit.

    11 days and counting to get my new FTTP Broadband, get this @virginmedia crap out of my house, so bad so so bad for gaming lag, lag, lag, even if my @BT is crap and I will let them know if it is, but I will never go with @virginmedia ever again!!!

    @virginmedia Not sure - we gave up and watched the football instead with the plan of trying catch up! Will try the reboot if all else fails but wasn't sure if it were a wider problem as it was only that one programme...

    @virginmedia Last night was a joke with gaming, the lag was stupid with @virginmedia but with @bt I will be getting 150mb down 40meg up, I can get 350meg down 50meg up, ipv6, I prob can use my own router if I need it, your hub3 lag spikes 150mb to 265mb in split seconds can't be good.

    @virginmedia No I didn’t as the service I was put through to was not an automatic reply system and even though I left a message have not heard back. I’m just assuming you don’t want to retain customers anymore

    @Leahk27Zia @virginmedia I would highly recommend getting your own router and only using virgin router as a modem. I was having issues until I bought a Asus gaming router, never had an issue since.

    @ewanbirney London N4. Virgin Media service was working fine yesterday but today I'm experiencing very peculiar problems: Twitter, Google, Wikipedia load fine but certain other websites time out and do not load. They are not high-bandwidth sites so not related to that aspect.

    @virginmedia Deal was £29.99 for exact same package I had And agent only offered me it at £58 and told that deal is for new customers And this was a deal that was on your web site and your saying new customers don't get treat different

    @virginmedia Actually, hold on - The best service you usually provide? The service you usually provide is abysmal and has been for the past 4 or 5 years. This isn't a new issue.

    @virginmedia each time I run the service checker because I am tethering my phone your system thinks nothings wrong. When I switch off my phone hot spot I get no BN access.

    @virginmedia 097533109 / Area: 15 (London, N1) has been offline for two days now (and with it, all my files and home security). Ran all the service and fault checks (about 50 times over two days now), no fault displayed. I'm in a different country, can't book engineer date.
