@virginmedia Hi, done a few tests and reset router etc and it’s still the same. Speed drops on Ethernet and wireless. It’s very intermittent though. It can be fine for a couple of hours and then have a few minutes of really slow speeds.

@virginmedia Well we don’t have a tracking number and we haven’t heard anything back since we returned the faulty phone. We also tried the text messaging service but also takes ages to get a reply.

@virginmedia well come home from working away on Friday with a lot of emails to reply to. To discover my router is broken wife phoned up Friday afternoon customer service said they would send one out by Monday shocking service I’m out of contract so will look elsewhere 😡😡😡

@virginmedia @davelay22 I'm in the same situation. Was sent a price increase email (from £33 to £56) 16 days before my contract ends. Tried to cancel. Now saying I had to give 30 days notice (Why? My contract ENDS. Effectively a 18 month contract is actually 19 months.
