    @virginmedia yet another broadband install cancelled at the last minute. Spent 10’s of hours trying to speak to somebody and today I was assured that the service would be connected. Despicable company. Blame COVID all you like, but you’re just completely useless. OFCOM claim!!

    @virginmedia Yes it is I regularly check cables and connections but this does not improve the signal in the upstairs of the property at all

    @virginmedia Thank you for pointing out what I already knew about my contract. Do you not have a response in relation to the actual issue?... The shocking service, & the obvious reason why an unhappy customer lacks any real desire to continue being a customer? Irregardless of the increase.

    @virginmedia Guys, this is happening again today and is worse than its ever been. There HAS to be something wrong with either the router or the cable, as I've done everything in my power to fix it. This is making my job impossible to do and I'm suffering with falling behind because of it

    @virginmedia Yep. Checked all that, used the app and it says everything is great. I called the customer service line yesterday and it said it needed to send something down the line but nothing happened.

    Been on hold to Virgin Media for over 30 mins. Internet has been so intermittent for months and this week is the worst I've ever known it. Impossible for me to WFH with it like this. Missing deadlines and not able to speak to service users. Beyond frustrating.

    @virginmedia You have a covid notice saying don't call unless its an emergency so I'm using chat.... 13hrs later still waiting.... customer care and satisfaction has never been a strong point with virgin media

    @virginmedia are honestly useless! Rang with the same issue I think 12 times each time they tell me there isn’t an issue, like I’ve got time to ring and tell them issues that aren’t there! I’m tempted to just cancel my direct debit and go to sky

    @virginmedia For months and months on end my WiFi has been in and out like the hokey bloody cokey. I've downloaded the signal check app and it tells me signal is great when it's clearly not. Trying my best to work from home but this is causing me unwelcome stress.

    @virginmedia I’ve got 3 separate issues! Nobody cares, I can’t use live chat coz that Isn’t working either! I’ve not had a stable connection for 24 hours, when it’s normally working I have to sit next to the router because the range is like 20 cm so I can’t use internet in any other room

    Virgin broadband down yet again! 4 months of the absolute worst service I've ever endured. Yet @virginmedia expect me to continue with them on the day of a massive price increase. I'd phone them, but don't really care for waiting an hour to get through for the 20th time #Yay2021

    @virginmedia Do you not understand it is absolutely nothing to do with speed? It's the constant outages! Pretty easy to work out how that is useless to me. Also, yet another outage with fix time tomorrow. Pls don't reply with another useless generic response as they are no help at all.

    @virginmedia 25/04/2022 - Calls customer care to enquire about refund of the bill and automatic compensation as mandated by Ofcom. After close to waiting 45 minutes gets connected to an agent who is junior enough not to understand the ask and transfer it to a senior agent. 12/n

    @virginmedia 22/03/2022 - Technician turns up. Blames the first technician for not checking the inbound connection as it is dead. As per him it needs a network engineer who is very confident that it can be resolved and will come on 23/03/2022 and will inform next steps. 5/n
