@virginmedia Hi, for the 2nd time it appears you’re trying to charge me for a call out when I wasn’t supposed to be charged, I’ve already called once about this and was told it was corrected but it’s happened again? I’ve had to cancel my DD until sorted as due to come out 2morrow

@virginmedia Unbelievable, you've sent me a dongle to connect a landline too the broadband on the 6th , so the phone line isnt going to work, though not much help on 150 as they abruptly cut you off. Website is also down.

@virginmedia No it’s not, and it has now transpired that your customer services agent told me a direct lie that there was a fault in my area when there is not. Someone else has now booked an engineer to come out - next Wednesday. I can’t even have my heating on as that’s controlled vía wifi

  • roslers_vest

  • SeanKeyes
Sean (@SeanKeyes) reported from Manchester, England

Same old @virginhelp @virginmedia more important for them to send a driver to personally collect an old Virgin Hub than send the promised engineer to install the new one and optimise the Wi-Fi signal as had been sold to us. 🤷

  • nick_lowden
Nick Lowden (@nick_lowden) reported from Manchester, England

  • dantheman8t5

  • roslers_vest
Scott Moseley (@roslers_vest) reported from Rochdale, England

@virginmedia Submitting a complaint will probably result in an apology at best. Given I pay £1k per annum for an unreliable service it’s time to look for an alternative provider who can offer a more satisfactory customer experience

  • DomFitches
    Dom Fitches (@DomFitches) reported

@virginmedia incredibly poor customer service. Recently purchased a wifi router which has broken and isn't working and the earliest you can send someone out is Wednesday? To then have a customer service agent try and sell me a "priority" booking service for Monday is appalling.

  • OldPeopleFine
    Ken Bar Low (@OldPeopleFine) reported

@Dearme2_ You think when you hit rock bottom things can only get better but then your house burns down and virgin media take you to court for non payment of your wifi

  • SharonWill65057
    Sharon Williams (@SharonWill65057) reported

Tired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8K_Best_IPTV53 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies

  • Torexeon
    Torexeon (@Torexeon) reported

@wrighty1707 @virginmedia It was me who suggested this when I worked for them. I designed it to get you on the phone to retentions, because a huge percentage of customers would just sit out of contract or complain online about astronomical pricing. Granted not every customer is able to get a decent deal.

  • fahadiiae
a staunch advocate of things (@fahadiiae) reported

@Johnty14 @virginmedia That’s why i never walk out the front door, sends a signal to the burglars that im not in. Best to rappel down a garden side upstairs window

@virginmedia @MizzCQ I strongly urge anyone thinking of subscribing to @virginmedia to NOT do it. Took over a hour to get through to customer service & they still won't fix their mistake. Shambles of an organisation.

  • Truthwills26171
    Truthwillsetyoufree (@Truthwills26171) reported

@RakeLark @handsomedave32 @VirginMediaNews What personal issues, my disgust at the race baiting grifters and the morons who support them? If that’s a personal issue I’ll happily hold it. Where did I say it wasn’t a concern or problem? I stated facts about Virgin Media, & that many agencies can get state funds!

  • DianeRusse58708
    Diane Russell (@DianeRusse58708) reported

After saying good things about @virginmedia we have had no service since the storm about 9pm last night. Updated Info "if not restored in 21 hours contact us for and engineer appointment ". 21 hours???

  • xhatne
    mmhmm (@xhatne) reported

@Johnty14 @virginmedia Easy solution here, someone should invent a method to get the leaflet through the door, so it ends up in the house, but passers by can't see it so it isn't obvious that nobody is home.
