    @virginmedia I then mentioned about ur sky sports oomph bundle online at £46 n got told new customers only so no loyalty given n got told this was the same on media providers which again I know is a lie. So basically wanting me to pay an extra £30-40 a month because am not a new customer

    @virginmedia Nothing really. Usually it my phone or my wife’s phone but never your equipment. The same issue happened a few weeks ago and we were told it was a local fault and they were fixing it. Which it did get fixed but yet again it’s not working now.

    @virginmedia So started with talking to someone on online chat who said they can’t help as I have loyalty discount n am best talking to customer care team. So I rang them explained that my contract is running out on a couple of weeks n would like to see my offers n possible upgrade

    @virginmedia On top of that a few year year ago at that time one of your lovely advisors but me through to the loyalty team gave me a great deal because said I been a loyal customer now I go through to cancellations/retention team who say can’t do anything. So what happens is you leave

    @virginmedia As to which they couldn’t help me line kept going quite so didn’t know if hung up or on hold. Then all of a sudden I was passed through to someone else who I believe was from ur cancellation team who again said couldn’t help n best been on my current contract.

    @virginmedia I have done the diagnostic check several times and have accessed your web page all comes back with no problems, I have even tried it with the flashing green WiFi on the router but obviously because I can't access the internet the diagnostic fails, so what's the next step ?.

    @smudger2005 @virginmedia I used the Eero mesh to solve my wifi issues; best to have the router in modem mode - but then you loose their support. upto you? as their support is rubbish, then again my network has never been better!

    @virginmedia I’m losing patience with you! I’ve had WiFi issues for months now. I can’t get through on the phone, the last time I was on hold for 1hr40mins! I’m out of contract and am looking for a fast reliable service. If you can’t help I’m off!

    @PFhunting @virginmedia Good luck with that. 7 months down the line I am looking to take legal action. I cant talk about an account I don't have yet am being billed and now a debt recovery agency are asking for Virgin Media's money!!

    @virginmedia My internet works, but I can’t access my employers website still. My post is on the forum and the moderator tells me I’m not the only one with the issue. There is a fault with Virgin’s DNS name resolved affecting Teesside, Wearside and Tyneside. I’d be grateful if it was resolved
