    @virginmedia I've tried the customer service number 15 times this morning and it isn't connecting. The call just ends. I'm also worried you'll say you can't speak to me. I have a letter of authority but I can't be in my friend's house to call you while he's there due to Covid restrictions

    @virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

    @virginmedia It was scheduled for this morning. They still haven't sent me an email to reschedule. I checked the website and it changed to the 1st of May overnight. So rang customer service and they said it was always the 1st of May and said I was lying

    @virginmedia Yes complete loss. All we have is the spinning square or a green screen saying something about restarting system. But normally just the spinning square. On the site it says there's a problem in my postcode and then gives a fix date but it has been off for almost 3weeks.
