    @virginmedia Iv asked lots of questions that have gotten me no where. To be hung up on over & over. They gave me a date of 17th December for it to have it installed no reasons as to why nothing explained I just think it’s a joke and the costumer service is dreadful. To have to wait 6 weeks!!

    @virginmedia No it’s not, and it has now transpired that your customer services agent told me a direct lie that there was a fault in my area when there is not. Someone else has now booked an engineer to come out - next Wednesday. I can’t even have my heating on as that’s controlled vía wifi

    @virginmedia Will they help if the Wi-Fi is working at the time I call? Because my issue is that when it is working, your advisors consider their work done despite telling them that it usually doesn’t last. And invariable, it doesn’t.

    @virginmedia Unbelievable, you've sent me a dongle to connect a landline too the broadband on the 6th , so the phone line isnt going to work, though not much help on 150 as they abruptly cut you off. Website is also down.

    @virginmedia I was heavily sold a renewal based on an engineer installing+configuring everything as we are meant to have the fastest Wi-Fi possible.I installed it and no sign of an engineer,no follow up from Virgin. As per usual.Was also sold some ‘VIP service’ line that’s never been shared!

    @bluecitygirl232 @virginmedia I had the same issue with them in December always down not reliable couldn’t WFH so binned them off went to BT and fingers crossed not had an issue to date

    @virginmedia your V360 upgrade system is broken. It took me 3 days of chat to arrange my upgrade and I’ve ordered it for my dad and he’s not received the remotes despite ordering on 2 May. I can’t face the pain of going through a chat and details authorisation again.

    @MartinSLewis Hi Martin. Are you aware of the scam between Virgin Media and 02? They hound you with calls, set you up as an existing VM customer, and then unknown to you, you have an 02 threatning letter asking for £30 a month. This was not agreed to or even known...help 🙏
