    Just got my bill of @virginmedia they gave me some wi-fi boosters for free, because the hub3 is so bad, but they have charged me for them, "what" I know they were free, but I have a trick up my sleeve, I'm out of contract, you knobheads!!!

    @virginmedia I know there is more to think about at the moment, but, my upload speed was down to 2.6meg and it fluctuates around 2meg to 6 it was 25meg last week is it something you are doing, I have reset everything many times but it makes no difference.

    @virginmedia made the mistake of taking your services back up back in April. No end of problems again. Awful waits for online contact centre. Biggest mistake Iv ever made. Should have paid more money and gone else where

    @virginmedia I am sorry. The current situation cannot be an excuse for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is a business connection, and our jobs getting interrupted everyday. The Manager was supposed to call me back in "15 minutes". Now it's 15 days still waiting for a call back. Not helpful...

    @virginmedia my complaint COM104302278 has not been resolved completely. You have sent me a letter falsely saying that you tried to contact me, but you never did. You have me a text number to contact which I did and they just keep asking you random questions without providing solution!!
