    @virginmedia No advice at all! There is a network issue in the area, was initially told would be sorted early/mid Nov, now told Dec 6th. Completely misled by call centre who said new router would be sent out and now no history of order placed! Waiting to see refund on bill, no sign yet!

    @virginmedia in the last week since I have asked to cancel broadband I have had 5 abandoned calls from numbers which seem to be from you 08000526736 and 0345451098. Sort out your autodialler settings it is frustrating to have you hang up on answer. Complaint made to @Ofcom

    @virginmedia You can if you want but that’s not the issue. I know how to check status, I wouldn’t go an hour, let alone a month without service without checking faults. Our fibre cable was damaged- and has taken month for someone to come fix it and reconnect us. BR7 6DB

    @virginmedia This whole process turned into a farce. The delivery was almost a week late, then before I even sent the activation SMS to switch out the hubs @virginmedia d/c old hub late at night, followed by an SMS at 7am saying new one was activated before I'd been able to switch. Terrible

    Once again @virginmedia internet not working. Week after week, month after month it goes down and today not working at all. Fobbed off with reconditioned hubs and boosters that make no difference if the service doesn't connect to start with. Can't work from home. A disgrace.

    @virginmedia A second day waiting at home. Still no broadband. Both Virginmedia's failings appear to be caused by 3rd party exterior cabling Co. then poor internal communication.
