    @virginmedia still not working! Done another reboot, pinhole reset. Been waiting on the phone for another 30 minutes with no answer. Website still says no problems. Will 100% be leaving your services after this awful performance and lack of communication around a problem

    @mascotmike @virginmedia I'm fuming with them. I have never experienced such awful customer services in all my life. We're going to cancel with them and go to the national press if they can't prove the "so called phone call". I think half their customers have similar problems.

    @virginmedia my TV and WiFi hasn’t recovered from a power cut earlier today (SK8). Done all normal checks/ procedures. Been on hold 1.5hours. Everyone in area having same problem and being told there’s ‘nothing wrong’. Nothing logged on postcode error website. Awful service!!

    @virginmedia Media. I've never experienced such awful customer service in all my life!! If this isn't resolved I will be going to the national press. It seems a lot of people are experiencing the same problem. Your company should be ashamed of themselves!

    @virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

    @virginmedia Still not working after pinhole reset. No tv and green bar flashing on router. Spending silly amounts on data in an attempt to contact you when I already pay a lot of money each month. Next door just told it will be fixed Monday. unacceptable service!

    @virginmedia worst customer service I’ve ever received on hold for 20 minutes to then receive the news il be without WiFi for 24 hours and there’s nothing which can be done. Worst customer service going

    @virginmedia Ive worked in customer service all of my working life (multiple roles inc manager of a Nandos -which is testing 🤪) I have the patience of a saint, I understand mistakes happen, but this is honestly a joke.

    @virginmedia -agents have disconnected calls when I have called & tried to resolved issues. -being over charged since May. -even since then and agreeing on a new tariff I STILL receive incorrect bill. - a relative of mine has the same package as me but pays £20 less for it (3)

    Oh my god @virginmedia you installed our super fast 500mg broadband this week and since then we have had HALF the download we had before. You are impossible to reach by phone. Been on hold for over an hour to be cut off. Today zero internet. Sort it out or we cancel. #hopeless

    @virginmedia That never happened. Just received an email stating that my online form had been received and it wa with the resolutions team. Apparently my complaint was never received as it doesn’t show on my account, yet I have email confirmation it was, although no contact from resolutions

    @virginmedia - after setting bill, I asked to be directed to cancellations as I’ve really had enough. It’s never ending.Only for the agent to tell me “I can reduce your bill from £54 to £44”....MY PACKAGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE £44 ANYWAY. So I am STILL being over charged after a million calls (4)

    For the second time today @virginmedia we have no #internet. Your super fast broadband is super slow. Your customer service is non existent. We have rang all week. Every day. Have not spoken to a human. We are cancelling your awful service. People #beware of #vigrinmedia.

    @virginmedia @HISTORYUK i was also supposed to be offered compensation by the colleague named lloyd who offered 60 monthly for the last few months which i have had horrible broadband and tv services and nothing is still done i’m sick and want to leave and they didn’t let me go to the cancellation team

    Which ever of your staff's initials PZ are is not helpful at all. This staff of yours with the PZ name initials said WiFi was reinstated again but guess what IT WENT DOWN AGAIN! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia @Tgay24866907 It’s not the game it’s the whole soton area. It says online that no one is having issues in soton but in highfield I don’t know someone with virgin media who’s thing is working, devices connect to the router but then say no connection after that.

    @virginmedia My internet is slow af I can't even load up a YouTube video without it taking 50 years and then just crashes. I can't even scroll tiktok without waiting a whole hour for one video to load, this is unacceptable

    @virginmedia my uncle is trying to cancel his contract with you. He has been with you for over 15yrs now + new prices sent to him are extortionate for *just the internet*. Could get sky TV package for it! What is the number he can ring to cancel as the no. he has is not working?

    @virginmedia Hi, on day 3 of no internet or TV now. Have run multiple checks and reboots but with no success, hub still flashing red. Service check says TV issue in my area but no broadband issues. Is there point in booking a technician as this seems to be a widespread issue?
