@virginmedia hi, my 100mb connection keeps dropping out randomly. There is no set time or set amount of times but it does it every day, usually 3 to 6 times a day. I have reset the hub and it makes no difference. What can I do before I cancel the contract. Please help

@virginmedia . Just phoned and confirmed that there is an issue with the WiFi and should be fixed by 16:00. Might want to get that updated. No home Internet means no TV, no nothing while this is down. Also phone with Virgin and really bad phone signal and 4g is intermittent.

Not arsed #facebookdown but #whatsappdown is frustrating! I got elderly parents who rely upon their WiFi & @WhatsApp to send messages because @virginmedia signal at their house is utter garbage & they can't text! Don't make them install @Snapchat I can only imagine the horrors!
