@virginmedia Unfortunately we can no longer use this service as it states u can only do this 3 times. Which becoz it says phone fault as opposed to full service fault have been used!! 03 March is no good to me!!

@fatboy1988 @virginmedia @Tonester_7 The call centre rang me to try & sell me more services, she rattled through her script with a very heavy foreign accent, I didn't understand her, spoke too quickly, so declined the offer, shame I may have wanted the service, they'll never sell anything in that way! @virginmedia

@virginmedia hi got an email saying I'm going to get charged for not sending back equipment, which I have and have the receipt to confirm. While I'm here my upgraded broadband is quite flimsy and drops connection more times then I drop my pants, and I'm a nudist! Help!!!

@virginmedia Thanks for reply. Router reboots so all 'net wired/wireless goes down until fully back. TV unaffected. Technician didn't identify fault but gave new charger. Didn't test router so asked for technician with new router from 150 but told to wait 72 hours to see if problem goes away

@virginmedia I have already checked there, that's how I knew the complaint had not been logged. If I go to the "my orders and appointment" section it says I have to phone VM to move my slot. As discussed above they were unhelpful and unable to get someone out before the 5th of October.
