@virginmedia Look I’m not doing that. This isn’t an account specific issue. I worked in the Digital Management Centre in Langley for a decade until made redundant 2 years ago so it needs passing to the VOD department to investigate.

@virginmedia On the online chat, the response was that there's no ETA for the fix, and service will be intermittent until the 3rd. It's not really good enough, as I need the wifi for work.

@ohhollygosh @amy_everett_ @virginmedia Stuff like this makes me block numbers. Great customer service revolves around your customer’s needs and wants. The customer tells you they’ll call you, don’t pester as they will do transactions their way (web chat, app, website etc.) companies need to listen to their customer

@MAdryjek @virginmedia I had exact same thing in the same area. Kept ringing to be told it was an outage in the area and to be patient, repair date after repair date. Eventually someone listened and got an engineer, turned out after all that, it was a faulty cable in the router (only joined in July)

@mrconks I had a price increase email from @virginmedia Called the number to cancel- auto message saying they won't apply if I stay. Chose no. Went thru to an agent who tried to get me to stay. Too late- already arranged another provider. Try a loyalty bonus Virgin too keep customers 🙄

@virginmedia Where do I start. Internet was very poor. Told after speaking that I needed the virgin booster. Ran with this (and extra cost) for a year. Still issues . Phoned to cancel. Told it wasn't due to needing booster but package wasn't sufficient. Told i needed m300 ?? Ran it

@virginmedia This seems to be a weekly occurrence. My internet has gone again. Says no known issues in area when i check, and rebooting doesnt fit it. I’ve booked an engineer to come out 4 times now and noone ever shows.
