    @TheRegister looks as if @virginmedia have a major outage affecting most if not all of Hampshire and into Dorset. Status page says all is good but tweets to them indicates otherwise.

    @virginmedia It is no good stating what we already know - ‘We are aware of a problem and our engineers are working to resolve it’ BUT what is the problem AND what is the time scale for resuming service. Keep customers informed!

    @virginmedia Why do you make it so easy to take my/customers money, so easy to join but the simple act of asking for a contract renewal cancellation requires blood and ink. Utter dishonest practice.sort it out or i will raise a complaint and contact the communications ombudsman
