    @virginmedia Here is an idea ; proactively acknowledge that WiFi connections down for over 12 hours and suggest that the next bill we all receive reflects the loss of ‘service’. Look forward to seeing that!

    @virginmedia @brum1985 Why is your status page still broken. Surely you should have updated with some static text mentioning widespread issues. Phone line the same . No issues. We know there is. You need to step up to communicate on those other channels. Poor show currently

    @virginmedia The TV took 3 hours to sort out but fixed now. The broadband was more annoying as I work from home, was off from 1030pm last night until about an hour ago today. Also the service status on your website doesn't work either! Not a good service for the price we pay each month 😩

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

    @virginmedia It is no good stating what we already know - ‘We are aware of a problem and our engineers are working to resolve it’ BUT what is the problem AND what is the time scale for resuming service. Keep customers informed!

    Honestly can’t believe the service from @virginmedia expecting me to wait until 31st of December to get an engineer out to resolve the issue they have created , my internet was fine up until today , until their engineer was working in our street and now we have NO INTERNET !!!

    @virginmedia Yes i have, I was getting Cr £14.00 now it's gone down to Cr £11.20 for some unknown reason. Not happy about this as my service has been off for the best part of a week then find out the bill has risen👎
