    @virginmedia Estimate is 3pm, but its come back now, but being very slow so I'm using 4g instead. It's more than an inconvenience, every week the internet goes down for long periods of time and it's frustrating

    @VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

    @virginmedia are you deliberately causing me stress by not even trying to rectify my issues? Numerous calls (and hold times) and a 5 hour text chat and this morning back at square one. I'm a new customer from October and have had issues (that I've reported) from the outset.

    @virginmedia Could you let me know how long "ASAP" is, as I have not received the letter. Given some have been refunded without going through @Ofcom I don't understand why I'm being made to waste so much of my time to get a refund for a service that @virginmedia sold me but failed to supply

    @virginmedia There were queues hours long on the night with your call centres and I complained via Twitter to Virgin Media on the night. My Saturday night was already going badly due to your bad service, strangely I didn't also want to spend it waiting on the phone to a call centre.
