Perhaps you can give them a nudge to let them know they have 3 days to get the outside work done. I’m sensing another let down, and I bet you won’t do anything about it!

Still get charged a month bill on 1 Mar & been told I'll both need to wait 45 days for my refund & that it will be credited the same day. Great help for budgeting & doesn't help that customer service chat couldn't understand the issue 🙄
