@virginmedia That’s the problem, your team really are not! Last night for example, the headset was on the desk when I came through, then they cut me off whilst just doing a postcode search! I won’t carry on as this is pointless. I will be leaving you.

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

@virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

@virginmedia Of course not! They have spent most of the week since last Friday denying any issues and apparently you don’t make announcements at all about intelligent Wi-Fi issues even though you provide it and there is no Wi-Fi without them. Have lost days of work.

@virginmedia Hey there, I'm having problems with my internet connection, it keeps disconnecting randomly throughout the day, I've made a complaint and the answer was that there is a problem in the area and that it should be fixed by 13th of March but it still hasn't been fixed.
