    @noonboots1 @virginmedia Cityfibre are down my street laying cables unless virgin media want to let me have it for price they are offering I be gone and I have been with virgin media for good 10 years.     @virginmedia Your lack of communication has and still is horrific. And i am fast losing confidence in @virginmedia - how can i plan a working day while having to chase the Supplier of my comms equipment. Issue was to be fixed at 8am, but now … who knows!😡

    @virginmedia @virginmedia an explanation would be good. To be left Monday 30th, Tue 31st with no communication by you is not good enough. I need reassurance by your company that you know how to fix this! The customer shouldn’t have to be chasing the vendor - not good service, Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia seriously, 7 days since BB transfer, complete outage since 1pm today! Utter rubbish - 8 hours. I work from home and also no TV. The latter i can tolerate, the former has been a disaster. 3 years with @TalkTalk not one hour off line.

    @virginmedia Your service is extremely poor. My mum passed away in February and I called up your customer services to cancel her Virgin Media account. The man on the phone told me I couldn't cancel it but I could transfer the account into my name, wait 30 days and then cancel it.

    @virginmedia @O2 We’ve been without broadband completely since Friday lunchtime. Fix time keeps getting delayed. All phones on o2 and all down to 3G, occasionally 4G so cannot use my hotspot in order to work. This is ridiculous considering how much money I pay out on airtime!

    Brand new @virginmedia customer. Generally impressed. But why is watching Disney +, Netflix etc through Virgin TV so clunky?! Really slow, takes forever to navigate and no ability to navigate these apps with voice… Have I actually downgraded..?!
