We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

You should of disconnected the services from my old house one month ago but I’m still getting billed . Spoke last month and you said it was your error but nothing was done.

Mine doubled to nearly £80 a month literally just for 500gb fibre, no phone line or TV package. Don't take first answer. It took me 3 or 4 calls to knock it back down to £40 odd a month
