@virginmedia Lol deals been a virgin customer for 5 years my contract run out last week so they hiked the prices up £12 and said theres no deals on at the moment... but we can give you a £4 discount. Customer service is shit at virgin, when I said ok I'm thinking about leaving he said ok lol

@virginmedia The advice given was call customer service on September 1st and ask for”transfer to voice over ip “ but as I’ve said can’t get through and I’ve had enough of sitting listening to terrible music for nearly 4 1/2 hours!!!

@virginmedia Clearly my complaint was not linked as you had the nerve to send a complaint resolved letter. You were advised to contact me via email, which you have totally failed to do despite saying you have tried to contact us "on a number of occasions". The last letter we had was 20/08/19.

@virginmedia Yes service checker saying issues fix not due until 1500 it’s not good though two full days of work lost. Especially as 99% of my time is now working from home, and I find the service is not as good as you advertise hence my looking at using other providers at a cheaper rate
