I just need to dump the overpriced VM service as soon as possible.

We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

You were advised to contact me via email, which you have totally failed to do despite saying you have tried to contact us "on a number of occasions". The last letter we had was 20/08/19.

And maybe since I never got her unconditional love as she loved only through money. I wanted to use the only thing she gives me now. Since she wouldn't call virgin to explain. As she cares more about my brother's partner's mother having cancer. Than that I may have cancer. So virgin media get their payments. And I have finally given up. That is all.
