    What a shocker, seems @virginmedia are totally inept at any and all forms of customer service, response or acknowledgement, across all media channels. So as a Virgin Media customer essentially be prepared to spend the rest of your life on hold for someone to ignore there too!

    Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

    @virginmedia An hour on hold and you hang up!! You install a tv box from the Jurassic period which is missing apps and channels!! Needs sorting please. And don’t blame a pandemic for your awful service, you were like it before!!

    @virginmedia The thing that confuses me is like now it is working fine, but I don’t have the gaurentee or reassurance that it will stay up so I put of completing big tsk at work. Then in the evening it totally dies. I am on hold as we speak. Hold music isn’t to bad to be fair.

    @virginmedia Done all of the above, other neighbours are having the same issue. It is working now but will stop working in a minute, I am currently WFH & this is causing issues with my work & the connection will drop out.

    @virginmedia Are you having a lot of trouble with wifi in PO5 area these days? Our wifi has either been down or really slow lately. Today it doesn’t work at all, which is very unfortunate when working from home.

    @virginmedia you are a joke. My hub is now consistently disconnecting. Trying to work from home is impossible and what we pay is just not worth it. There are no issues in the area so tell me what the problem is #virginmediaiscrap

    @virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

    @christop_hall @virginmedia Yes. Had Virgin cable TV for a number of years and enjoyed it but costs kept rising. When I reduced services the cost went up! So decided to cancel and just do Freeview. Then the real "leaving problems" began. Nightmare. Never regretted going though and Freeview is fine.

    @beverleyturner @virginmedia Get rid,go elsewhere! And, while you're at it,only have the internet, no TV. Cancel your licence. You can still watch on catch-up, watch videos, Internet programmes, read books. I haven't had alucence for years,and don't miss it

    @virginmedia No but as I said previously a manager just said it prob wouldn’t be done. I’ve called customer over 10 times and aren’t getting nowhere. All they keep doing is sending out engineers to check the connection even thou it’s a cable I need which is outside. I’ve had 5 engineers out

    @beverleyturner @virginmedia @skytv are the same! Our bill is going up from £64 to £89 a month! Apparently I’m a vip diamond customer and I have monthly offers which tbh don’t mean anything!! I would rather have a cheaper monthly bill! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years

    @LiamBrigden90 @virginmedia I've had exact same experience and internet down for 2 days. Unable to work and was lucky to have delivered important presentation before this all happened. Lost count of the number of times connection has been lost this year. Appaling service; will consider a switch after 6yrs.
