    @virginmedia I am a new customer with intermittent signal. It is not good enough. 7 days ago I was told the manager would call me back within 4-6 hours. I am still waiting.

    @virginmedia Yes. But not recordings and keeps buffering. Also now having problems streaming on my phone. We have just upgraded our broadband and it is WORSE THAN EVER.

    @virginmedia I have had no problems and made no contact here’s the latest text Hi it's Virgin Media. A technician will be with you 14/05 8am-12pm. If your services start working, reply FIXED to cancel our visit. If not, see you then.

    Seems @virginmedia is having issues again and my father can’t get into emails at the moment. So told him to leave it. He even complained about not getting any spam emails.

    @virginmedia Yeah I did - and I used the ridiculous online assistant. However the problem is my wifi signal is really bad. But because they can’t see a problem their end they won’t help. Plus the queue to try get help is really bad. Your call is in a que because we’d rather employ telesales

    @abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what i’m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so it’s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

    @virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why I’m leaving. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia can you sort out the internet in Leigh Park, Havant Po9 please? It’s constantly dropping out but when I run a service check it says it’s fine. It’s not fine. I pay over £60 per month and am struggling to WFH. Not just me, it’s regularly on local FB how bad it is.

    @lambertnigel @virginmedia I have only been with virgin for since November last year. And I agree. I have the same issues with thr phone lines. If anyone gets through, then it's a miracle in itself

    @soojahpah @virginmedia Absolutely bollox, I cancelled my whole account with VM as the service was an absolute disgrace. Never ever again will I ever go to VM even for a jar of fresh air.

    @virginmedia Ok so did what u suggested. Tells me it doesn't support landline on messaging platform!!!! That I have to call! I am now withholding payment for all services until it is resolved
