    @virginmedia another horrendous customer service experience today. Extortionate fees, vastly inadequate communication, hours on the phone listening to hold music, impossible to even log a complaint..for a company that’s premise is to ‘connect’ you’re doing a pretty atrocious job.

    Come on @virginmedia you really need to sort out the issues. Intermittent internet, patchy TiVo box connection, virtually no YouTube connection. Having to restart the box multiple times a week

    @AndreaFiltri @virginmedia @Ofcom It is really frustrating to have internet going up and down (well, mostly down!) for such a long time, especially when working from home. They have 30 days to fix the issue before being in breach of contract, how could this be allowed in this day and age?!
