    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia The thing that confuses me is like now it is working fine, but I don’t have the gaurentee or reassurance that it will stay up so I put of completing big tsk at work. Then in the evening it totally dies. I am on hold as we speak. Hold music isn’t to bad to be fair.

    @virginmedia Done all of the above, other neighbours are having the same issue. It is working now but will stop working in a minute, I am currently WFH & this is causing issues with my work & the connection will drop out.

    @virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

    @virginmedia broadband and tv down in PO13. It appears to be nationwide as seeing tweets from all over the country. Also, your service status checker is telling me to order a new hub. I guess that this isn’t the problem?!

    @virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

    @virginmedia Only just come back on. Over 12 hours no wifi. Made me pay an extra £44 even though my bill isn’t due until next month. This will be my last month with virgin. Switching to BT. Absolutely terrible wifi & extortionate prices.

    @virginmedia No. They said it’s this months bill. but then also said i’ll need to pay an extra £50 before the month ends. But the whole area was off last night so it was obviously on your end and a technical issue. This package should only be £42 a month. I’m paying £120 a month. Ridiculous.

    @virginmedia They said it was most likely issues with the network. Yep, wired connections also go down. The thing is, I’ve tried to call, but I keep getting bots send me round in circles, tell me to check my cables visit the website then it hangs up

    @virginmedia I wanted to raise a complaint as all I keep getting is conflicting information from members of your team and I have got to the stage that I want to speak to Senior management. I have now terminated our contract from the 25th February and have been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs

    @virginmedia your support people told me to reboot my router because they could 'see' my WiFi working on their end (it wasn't here) so I did and *shock* it still isn't. It hasn't worked consistently since moving from Sky to you a few months ago. Regretting that decision.

    @virginmedia they also said unspecified work in the area to do with stability issues could be causing it and it may be back in 24hrs ...though couldn't tell me where the work was, what it was, or when it started.

    Trying to speak to the team handling complaint @virginmedia mobile is some sort of kafka-esque hellscape. Phoned number on letter THEY sent me with odd copy-paste nonsense. Person answering can see the team dealing with me but can't transfer me to them. they. will. call. me.
