    @virginmedia Estimate is 3pm, but its come back now, but being very slow so I'm using 4g instead. It's more than an inconvenience, every week the internet goes down for long periods of time and it's frustrating

    @virginmedia once again, internet is down, done everything I can and Virgin are as helpful as ever👏🏻 still paid last months bill despite the internet being down for over 24 hours, and will have to pay this one at an even higher price, despite the internet being down again

    @virginmedia Everything else working fine I think 🤔 it’s something to do with @YouTube app also dose the same thing on my @SonyUK smart tv vie Sony entertainment network and I found out this morning the app does some thing on @NOWTV box asking for add account on all 3 Devices

    @VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

    @virginmedia The advice given was call customer service on September 1st and ask for”transfer to voice over ip “ but as I’ve said can’t get through and I’ve had enough of sitting listening to terrible music for nearly 4 1/2 hours!!!

    @virginmedia Good morning, When we rang to take your TV service (already have phone and broadband) we arranged on 28/11 and confirmed the date 11/12. We then rang again on Wednesday 9/12 to check installation date and the agent confirmed 11/12. Really angry as my wife took leave from work.

If I were your customer I’d leave within contract, you’re clearly not meeting your end of the contract so good luck pursuing me for the amounts left.

    @virginmedia No internet service in TW9 since yesterday lunchtime. Your website says "no known issues" but 151 says engineers are working on a "really complicated" problem, without giving any timeline. When will we have internet again?

    @virginmedia Our broadband installation has been pushed back by over 2 weeks. I’m due to host a virtual company wide event so need internet. Customer services have been awful! I am told different information & lied to daily. I need to speak to someone urgently! @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia No...but even if they give explanation it wouldn't help me. I can't be without internet for the next 3 months. I have to find another service provider. @virginmedia I need my contract terminated without penalty. I should rather get refund as your service has been beyond worse.
