Can't use live chat without it dropping out, can't phone because the menu system doesn't cover what you want to talk about. Do you even have an e mail address to contact. I have had enough!!!

We got there eventually.. but not after multiple upsell tries and much frustration. It's like the poor person on the end of the chat only makes money when he upsells...

Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

PerfectMe (@perfectme1122) reported@virginmedia Called to cancel contract. Given offer of £32 for 2 years. Checked contract to find it rose to £36 in April ‘27 and £40 in April ‘28. Customer service rep insisted it was inflation rise but contract states it’s in addition to. Contract now cancelled after 15+yrs 😕.

We have called multiple times and get told there’s been a fire causing the problem and told to wait 48 hours?
