@virginmedia another horrendous customer service experience today. Extortionate fees, vastly inadequate communication, hours on the phone listening to hold music, impossible to even log a complaint..for a company that’s premise is to ‘connect’ you’re doing a pretty atrocious job.

@LewisClayy @virginmedia She then put me through to customer services who she said will be able to process the order. 1/2 hour later they answered to be told that technical will need process the order and will have to put me through. I have to say @virginmedia I’m sick of BTS and Carly Rae Jepson now

@virginmedia Hi I called again today and they have a vague response. Said I just have to wait. I’ve been without reliable broadband since April, some days have none at all and still being charged. They haven’t been very helpful. In fact I’m some cases rude. Even though I would never be.
