    @BileysMullet @virginmedia We've had problems with utility warehouse and their solution always seems to be to pay to upgrade. Cant remember who we were with before that but we never had problems.

    @virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

    @virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

    @virginmedia A mobile number - it was 'removed' with no request or prior warning on 23rd April. Since informing you of the passing of my father and transferring the account to my Mum, the customer service we have received is beyond disgraceful and is causing severe stress to the whole family!

    Don’t get trapped by @virginmedia they arnt providing us a adequate service and making it impossible to work from home but they are refusing to let us leave. Appealing treatment. We have tried collaborating with them to fix the issue but nothing works but still they refuse.
