    @virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why I’m leaving. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia what is going on with your internet. Been with you since July + never known a service with so much down time. Went down yesterday, went down again today with a known issue and an engineer out to fix. Back an hour before it drops again and now there's no known issues

    @virginmedia Yeah I did - and I used the ridiculous online assistant. However the problem is my wifi signal is really bad. But because they can’t see a problem their end they won’t help. Plus the queue to try get help is really bad. Your call is in a que because we’d rather employ telesales

    @virginmedia I do have a reference bit this is exactly the standard (or total lack) of service I have received for the last 4 weeks, hence the open complaint. Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

    @virginmedia I have just spoken to collections team who told me they cannot deal with my issue. They passed me to cancellation team who said they cannot deal with it only collections can. The issue is that I cancelled in July but you have no record of my call or letter.

    @sfc_rich @virginmedia You’re absolutely right. Cancelled my account in July yet they’re still billing me claiming they’ve no record of my phone call OR letter. Refuse to cancel my account unless I pay £101.50 which now has gone up to £148.50. #neverlisten #zerocustomerservice

    @virginmedia how many times do I need to contact you before you send a engineer to sort out my connection issues. Paying for up to 500mbps, getting 160mbps on wired connection and the hub dies at least once a night giving me no internet. Freezing the payments until its fixed.

    So angry first Virgin Media again! Another night of dropped Internet connections, resets to Router and poor Internet speeds. Not quite sure what they are testing for on their status page had one test tell me everything was fine but I had no access to the Internet at the time

    @virginmedia I was calling to report my broadband not working. The box on a street was reported 5 months ago and still in this poor state of repairs; It’s an example to show virgin media neglect & indifference. Ie not to be trusted to maintain service
