Vinnie Davis (@vinnie_davis) reported from Portsmouth, England@virginmedia so not only do you cut off vunerabule 90year old lady cut off from all her friends and family. potentially putting her in harm's way, not having any emergency access. You then take away her phone number, cancel her account without contacting her.
