Missed a call from @virginmedia told to call back on 150, when I did was told I could not be put through to complaints team and would have to wait until they called me and they would attempt two more times before giving up. What kind of customer service is this @richardbranson

@virginmedia @Tyson_Fury Very please with my Sevice I have moved from Vodafone. To virgin mobile as well get my tv 📺 broodband home phone 📞 I moved from sky. But my Complaint is the boxing 🥊 is pay per view overnight again is it possible to Persuade Bt sport to there’s fights in the evening like 1/2

@virginmedia I've not received acknowledgement of the initial complaint, nor of the other complaints that have been made since in respect to the service received. I was told initially in the live chat that one of the complaints had been dealt with but I've had no comms about this at all

@virginmedia Yeah I have reset the box , there is no issue when watching on the firestick , I'm guessing the V6 box prine app hasn't got a high enough frame rate and is causing motion blur and judder when watching live sport

@virginmedia A priority customer left without a phone line so far 6 days. 93 yr old that lives alone, relies on her life line alarm - this alarm requires a line in order to work! Repair booked for 28th December between 8am and 1pm and STILL NO ONE HAS BEEN! Absolutely shocking!
