    @virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia tv service was down on Friday & again today, so I assume the issue was not correctly fixed on Friday. Feeling rather frustrated. Hope this is not going to be an on going issue.

    @virginmedia Hi VM, I've complaining about my broadband being almost useless for weeks and weeks and kept being told there was nothing you could do as the congestion outage was being fixed on 28th. Yet today its exactly the same and thinkbroadband showing the same extreme latency

    @virginmedia I got a reply went through all my details and then it went dead and sent me a questionnaire to rate the service to which I gave it 1 out of 5 in reality it’s - 5 out of 5 diabolical service I’m amazing Virgin Media is a thing 😱
