@virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

@virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

@virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

@virginmedia Me too. I need to do some very important work tomorrow a.m. I have a live meeting to attend! I hope Virgin sort it out. They say they have found the problem! Plus it's really annoying when the TV comes on for a minute then goes off for hours. Makes me think my broadband is back!

@virginmedia why when I try to watch BBC iPlayer through my set top box it cuts out immediately, but every other smart device I have is able to connect to and stream iPlayer? It just set top box that’s having an issue. Any ideas?

@virginmedia 2/2 the site said I could order a new box as the diagnostic kept saying it wasn’t plugged in but it was. I’ve tried to call, I’ve tried chat, I’ve tried online, no one will help us because she can’t remember her password. She’s very very frail. They need TV! Help!
