    And I know others are having the same issue and yet according to the @virginmedia tech staff there are no issues and even on the websites service checker, claims there is no issues either.

    Virgin media says you can only do test 3 times a day for faults lol. Say come back tommorow lol. A absolute joke their services is. They have the worst possible staff to clueless chickens.

    @virginmedia We had the tech come in today and looks like he was able to work out the issue. Appears that the old NTL junction boxes we had were at the ends of their life’s and he replaced them for us. Will keep an eye to make sure it stays stable now.

    @virginmedia Loads of times. I even have a letter from ur complaints team. Still doesn’t fix it. I am at the point where I want to try and get a hub2 superac and see if it’s better

    @virginmedia When you say between 1-6pm why don’t you at 1pm say you’re 175th and will be there at 5.59pm, then I can do shit, without sitting here waiting and no f**king internet. It’s a very simple thing to do, text me please 👍

    @virginmedia I have been through to 4 people so far who each time forwarded me to the wrong next person to talk to to cancel. This is not a question of just waiting, it is also a clear attempt to avoid me cancelling in my opinion!

    Pretty shoddy treatment from Virgin media. Had their top broadband but got better deal from sky, rang to cancel and they gave me a good deal to stay reducing my monthly bill by around £50. Staying as it is, today everything dropping out and now we’re on the 50 mbs not the 200mbs

    @virginmedia All WIFI. I don’t want to have to use wires, it’s 2022. Router downstairs sometimes says no internet or privacy issue, the booster upstairs just disconnects randomly. I have been on teams / ft and it just cuts me off

    I wonder what would happen if I hadn’t called today to check the status of my account? When would they process it? Would it been in another month’s time, charging me even more? Poor service from @virginmedia - very hard to close any account & really feels like money grabbing.

    @virginmedia But this is since Christmas? So not a one off. The frustration is its crap for 2 days solid then okay for 1 then poor for 3 and so on. Only thing consistent is the lack of consistency. You check and it says no reports...well there must be something throttling our connection?

    @virginmedia Virgin media are a bunch of knobs 😡🤬 Never go with virgin media. You will be paying way over the odds, customer service is diabolical and you CANNOT cancel, good luck getting In touch with someone whether it be by email, phonecall, WhatsApp. Getting a lawyer.
