    @virginmedia I do have a reference bit this is exactly the standard (or total lack) of service I have received for the last 4 weeks, hence the open complaint. Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @goodthingsfdn All the money we pay for this awful broadband is a joke. Oh just get the plug in booster for an extra £5 a month this will help!!! 2m from the router and can’t even send this. 3G is better than virgin. Bring on toob 🕺🏻

    @virginmedia Wireless devices. Been going on all morning (this happens regularly but usually better after a reset - not today). Tried following the advice to check for problems in the local area, even that doesn’t work. Literally nothing more i can do.

    @virginmedia I have just spoken to collections team who told me they cannot deal with my issue. They passed me to cancellation team who said they cannot deal with it only collections can. The issue is that I cancelled in July but you have no record of my call or letter.

    @sfc_rich @virginmedia You’re absolutely right. Cancelled my account in July yet they’re still billing me claiming they’ve no record of my phone call OR letter. Refuse to cancel my account unless I pay £101.50 which now has gone up to £148.50. #neverlisten #zerocustomerservice

    @virginmedia Yes I have used the connect app and it only works when I’m a meter from the router. I’m paying you for a service you can’t provide but you call me to say why don’t you upgrade to 300mb speeds when you can’t even give 10. Appalling

    @virginmedia We have tried adding a new service and thinking of leaving as none of the others apply and there is no option to call for upgrading. Your automatic service is not helpful and it would be easier to just go through to speak to someone.

On matey question I flack through channels via virgin media no problem on any channel including the awful gb news however on Freeview all channels good Quality except the awful gb news which the worst of the lot a bit like the content I dot know about sky fst

    @virginmedia so I’ve been lied to again. Was told I’d have an engineer here today at 4pm to sort the issue with the wifi. Nobody turned up surprisingly so I called back and they’re trying to tell me there was no appointment, spent £100 on my phone bill due to no wifi for 5+days!

    @virginmedia I called Yodel but they can’t find my order with the reference number I provided. This is the same reference number in my email from Yodel. You are frustrating me with this back and forth. I will like to cancel the contract and refund me the full amount paid.
