    @virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

    @virginmedia Estimate is 3pm, but its come back now, but being very slow so I'm using 4g instead. It's more than an inconvenience, every week the internet goes down for long periods of time and it's frustrating

    @virginmedia Everything else working fine I think 🤔 it’s something to do with @YouTube app also dose the same thing on my @SonyUK smart tv vie Sony entertainment network and I found out this morning the app does some thing on @NOWTV box asking for add account on all 3 Devices

    @virginmedia internet has been down for over an hour. I've rebooted it several times, factory reseted the router twice and nothing is happening. Shameful that you charge the price you do when it isnt even working

    @virginmedia Its affecting everything. I only use wireless cause I have no cable for wired connection. Dont expect your money on the 2nd👍🏼 our hub is just constantly flashing green and has been down over an hour and I've tried multiple things. Dont know why I used to big virgin up tbh

    @virginmedia yet again, your company are overcharging, after cancelling our broadband (something we didn’t ask for), then reinstating at a higher rate. On the phone to Reece/Rees, he says WE have broken contract.

    @virginmedia Both, with the router in both WiFi and modem only mode it’s the router that’s giving this errors in its network log. My parents who live 6 doors away and other neighbours in the area are having the same problems constantly. It results in a intermittent connection.

    @NewCoNedward @virginmedia Only had one major issue with them in the 4 or 5 years I’ve been with them & tbf to them, it was something easily fixable at my end that once we were both on the same wavelength, they clicked on what the issue was & told me exactly what to do to resolve it

    @virginmedia We tried ringing to cancel on Dec 2nd but being 90 and suffering dementia she couldn’t remember her password but we told the Customer Service person at the time she wanted to cancel. Disgraceful and are you really sorry?

    @virginmedia NO, for 4 months we have been trying to get through, left on hold for over an hour then cut off EVERY TIME. Messaging service say the can’t help us and that we need to call. Please other send an engineer or cancel my account with no fees ASAP.
