@virginmedia It’s a series link. The issue is you called the Friday preview show the exact same name as the event. That’s not a user error. That’s on you. If you do that you screw over everyone who pays to watch it. By 10pm all the results would be ruined. And I can’t watch a 3 hr event then.

@virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

@VodafoneUK Left last Friday now on @virginmedia mobile very happy 😃 you sales team did have the chance of keeping me as a customer but I had a much better offer from virgin mobile all about the prices you need to look at that so I won’t be giving you my number better luck next time

Hey @virginmedia how smart if you to name the Friday @ufc @btsportufc preview show the SAME as the event, meaning I woke up this morning to no event recording. The box thought that was it. I’m beyond pissed off. It’s the only thing I have your service for.

So, after having been signed up for @vmbusiness "mybill" system for a clients line, which isn't ours. VMB removed us from this system on the 25th of January.. and today, the 17th of February, signed us up again. I feel signing up your _customer_ to this service would work better.
