@virginmedia Here is an idea ; proactively acknowledge that WiFi connections down for over 12 hours and suggest that the next bill we all receive reflects the loss of ‘service’. Look forward to seeing that!

@virginmedia @Edo1991 U say down detector is third party but they are easier to actually report to than your actual company&even the @Independent are writing articles already. I suggest you tweet a response with reason&expected fixed time. Considering I dont know anyone that isnt having issues! Grrr

@virginmedia The TV took 3 hours to sort out but fixed now. The broadband was more annoying as I work from home, was off from 1030pm last night until about an hour ago today. Also the service status on your website doesn't work either! Not a good service for the price we pay each month 😩

@BangPopcorn @virginmedia Yeah it is a hassle to change after so long but it has become so slow the last few years and these long outages and poor customer service are the last straw.

@virginmedia John, I've tried raising formal complaints. Three times. Two of those complaints were closed as "resolved" without anyone contacting me. One time the "resolved" message even told me falsely that I had service again! As far as I know, the third has also been quietly closed.

@virginmedia I understand its linked to the address but it is your network so is your accountability. Nobody times their house move date or the area they're moving to to fit around their virgin media contract. It's just another way for you to squeeze money out of people.

@virginmedia They came back on 23/7 and there was a problem, meaning that a section of road needs to be temporarily closed off to complete the job - I was told a further 7.5 week delay. So I really thought that 21/9 was going to be the day - but no, another no-show, another postponement.

@virginmedia I've no doubt the broadband is very good and fast , the wi-fi is simply very unreliable any device even close to the hub. It is a relatively new problem.
