    @virginmedia You've sent two emails 'Important update to your WiFi settings' in last 3 weeks. When will you finish updating? You say I have disabled one network. No, both networks. I used the official form to opt out but how do i know you have matched that form with my account?

    @virginmedia NP, The install was completed and currently the service is running but the cable that already existed from a previous contract 4 years ago with VM was deemed to need replacing at install due to both exposed cabling and excessive noise on the cable. VM have all this information

    @virginmedia And what are you doing about the your website not enabling customers to raise complaints ? I mean it's not like you a technology company is it ? I have contacted VM 3 times now (excluding the conversation at install) each time you promise to resolve the issue and then do nothing.

    @virginmedia The fix time was today at 13:00 and everyday is the same. @virginmedia is not reliable. I will take a step further, my complaints will escalate. Since the 17th without broadband for an outage in W14 that you are not able to fix.keep postponing the date to fix it. Ofcom will help
