    @virginmedia We have tried adding a new service and thinking of leaving as none of the others apply and there is no option to call for upgrading. Your automatic service is not helpful and it would be easier to just go through to speak to someone.

    Woke up to a familiar site from @virginmedia Internet down, first time in the new house but it's painfully familiar!!! Not ideal when working at home, especially when one of you reports for the NHS. Of course status checker says no issues 🙄

    @virginmedia connection down again. No internet. Connecting to router etc, rebooted, reset, reinstalled drivers, reset ipconfig. But service status still saying everythings fine...clearly not 😔

    @virginmedia Yes I have used the connect app and it only works when I’m a meter from the router. I’m paying you for a service you can’t provide but you call me to say why don’t you upgrade to 300mb speeds when you can’t even give 10. Appalling

    @virginmedia It seems like nobody @ Virgin is willing to intervene and sort this out. As a result Virgin just keep setting install dates and cancelling. The cycle repeats over and over. Customer service don’t help, despite me calling everyday.

    @virginmedia wifi issues for over a week. Run test every day for it to just say there’s some issue in your area. When will this be fixed? Costing me money to commute somewhere where I can get wifi and disrupting my work.

    My internet is painfully slow tonight. Checked my router and it's not that, it's the internet itself. What is going on @virginmedia ? Your status says no faults but I can assure you there is. I am paying for 1GB bb and so far only reaching speeds of about 2.25 mb- explain??

    @virginmedia I just showed you my email. It is not clear and then your agents are saying it doesn’t apply. Does it, or doesn’t it? If it does, I only want to cancel...the agent wouldn’t let me like I am allowed (in the email!).

    @virginmedia I have just spoken to collections team who told me they cannot deal with my issue. They passed me to cancellation team who said they cannot deal with it only collections can. The issue is that I cancelled in July but you have no record of my call or letter.

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint previously, and then found out a week later that the complaint hadn’t been processed. I had to raise it again. It seems something deep-rooted is wrong with virgins customer service systems.

    @virginmedia waited in yesterday for the engineer to come sort my faulty WiFi. No show. Same with the lead that’s still lying outside in the street that is a trip hazard. Everyone needs to be aware how truly awful your internet service is!!

    Dear @virginmedia I’ve had no TV signal for almost a month. When I contacted you, I was twice left on hold for over an hour; when I finally spoke to someone, I was assured reception would be restored within 24hrs, that was two weeks ago!

    @LutzSchueler @virginmedia We’ve been waiting since January for VM fibre to be installed and the customer service has been shocking. I’ve raised 3 complaints emailed your office and still have not had the service installed. Next stop the communications ombudsman !!

    @LivThms @virginmedia That’s terrible. I find it quite unbelievable that @virginmedia will not accept this is a widespread problem and are not even admitting so, let alone try to resolve it for us all. How can we be expected to remain customers without the means to access our accounts?
