    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get hold of a ‘real’person for a week now with no success to cancel my internet! It’s an absolutely shocking service and the wifi is no better ( when it was working) so is there a real person replying on Twitter at all ?

    @virginmedia I have M500, but barely reach speeds of 250Mbps. It has now been 20Mbps for over three days. I have followed all online help guides and troubleshooting guides provided by Virgin and the community to no effect. Can I speak to somebody about this, please? Thank you.

    @virginmedia Really? It has only taken a month for you to respond on twitter. An official complaint also went unanswered. I have cancelled my contract in writing and will avoid @virginmedia in future. Your contempt for customers seems to be a deliberate strategy.

    @virginmedia Believe me. Ive tried on numerous occasions and got nowhere. You reconnected us for 15 minutes and then disconnected us again. You’ve shut down your online complaints form, your email and no one replies from your online chat so I assume you’re overwhelmed with complaints

    @Riskee_TV @virginmedia Download veries from 75-250 but i dont need that to stream, when i hit 15 upload which is still bad compared to what i normally get it lasts like 5 mins then dies, i cant stream with 8 up, its too low and not strong enough, ive been ripped off and cheated by virgin for 7 months
