    @sfc_rich @virginmedia You’re absolutely right. Cancelled my account in July yet they’re still billing me claiming they’ve no record of my phone call OR letter. Refuse to cancel my account unless I pay £101.50 which now has gone up to £148.50. #neverlisten #zerocustomerservice

    @virginmedia I have just spoken to collections team who told me they cannot deal with my issue. They passed me to cancellation team who said they cannot deal with it only collections can. The issue is that I cancelled in July but you have no record of my call or letter.

    @virginmedia I “chatted” last week. Your only solution was me paying for a service I cancelled. I “chatted” yesterday to both departments that could apparently help. Neither could unless I paid for a service I cancelled. More chat? Which department this time??

    @virginmedia I cancelled in July (which apparently you have no record of) so I contacted you in Sept when you threatened to cut my service off, that I wasn’t using anymore, and told you I’d cancelled. I’m not paying this!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

    @virginmedia So I won’t have 4+ months of grief, demands for an account that is cancelled and debt collectors letters for that account then? That’s a relief as your behaviour with my account has worn me down whilst grieving for my Dad but it’s not stopped you….

    @virginmedia I do have a reference bit this is exactly the standard (or total lack) of service I have received for the last 4 weeks, hence the open complaint. Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

    Seems @virginmedia is having issues again and my father can’t get into emails at the moment. So told him to leave it. He even complained about not getting any spam emails.

    @virginmedia I used this before and your review panel found that since you started work on a Friday and finished it by Monday, only two working days had been affected, so not a bean back (and nearly 4 days of no service!).

    @virginmedia I wasn't reaching out to you, just letting people know how you threatened me with court action via text message for return of your receiving equipment, when I still had three weeks of my contract to run. Piss poor by any measure and very aggressive. People need to be aware.

    @virginmedia The wifi was doing fine before there was a reported outage in our area. Since then we haven't moved anything other than to reboot the hub, which hasn't helped. The network isn't broadcasting at all from the router, even when we're right next to it
