    @virginmedia It is no good stating what we already know - ‘We are aware of a problem and our engineers are working to resolve it’ BUT what is the problem AND what is the time scale for resuming service. Keep customers informed!

    @TheRegister looks as if @virginmedia have a major outage affecting most if not all of Hampshire and into Dorset. Status page says all is good but tweets to them indicates otherwise.

    @virginmedia It’s legacy a/c ie NTL. Seems to be Ethernet & router issues; I ran diagnostics. SA lady advised settings were wrong ie 5h wasn’t showing only 2.4( apparently fixed but still no email) internet on desk PC ie PC linked directly to router/hub

    @virginmedia I also want to know why the Wi-Fi Calling feature does not work when reception / signal is poor - never had this problem with any other provider!!! Just extremely poor

    @virginmedia Have lodged 2 complaints and asked someone to call us about this problem. Heard nothing all day and now stuck in an automated call loop. Please can someone call me and discuss as there's no way I'm paying for 2 months worth of service when I've had barely any use from it.
