He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

I called the pre-installs team again who have once again left a note for the area install manager to call. This note has been left several times, and of course - he doesn’t call. This is stuck.

101FXK101 (@EricBlair820643) reported@kcpollock They do the very same thing in Ireland. Except the music makes you irate. They expect you to silently acquiesce to their recording. So when I have to call them, I record them but do not tell them I’m recording the call. You can be left waiting for 1 hour. They will then raise the phones hand piece from the cradle and you have to go thru’ the entire press 1 if you’d like us to speak in your left ear, press 2 if you’d like us to speak in your right ear, press three if you’d like us to speak softly, press 4 if you’d like us to speak in both ears. They are always busy, even in little tiny Ireland. I cancelled Virgin media because the hung up on me three times. I told them that this is the very last time you’ll ever hang up on me. And I cancelled my subscription.
