    @virginmedia Customer service is still the poorest of all the media companies I see. Can't use live chat without it dropping out, can't phone because the menu system doesn't cover what you want to talk about. Do you even have an e mail address to contact. I have had enough!!!

    @virginmedia I cancelled in July (which apparently you have no record of) so I contacted you in Sept when you threatened to cut my service off, that I wasn’t using anymore, and told you I’d cancelled. I’m not paying this!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

    @virginmedia Yeah I did - and I used the ridiculous online assistant. However the problem is my wifi signal is really bad. But because they can’t see a problem their end they won’t help. Plus the queue to try get help is really bad. Your call is in a que because we’d rather employ telesales

    Love that my new Virgin Media account was automatically "opted in" to the functionality of letting any other customer use my WiFi Router as a hotspot 😬😬😬. Just me or is that a funny definition of "opt in"?
