    @virginmedia I have just spoken to collections team who told me they cannot deal with my issue. They passed me to cancellation team who said they cannot deal with it only collections can. The issue is that I cancelled in July but you have no record of my call or letter.

    @sfc_rich @virginmedia You’re absolutely right. Cancelled my account in July yet they’re still billing me claiming they’ve no record of my phone call OR letter. Refuse to cancel my account unless I pay £101.50 which now has gone up to £148.50. #neverlisten #zerocustomerservice

    @virginmedia Yes I have used the connect app and it only works when I’m a meter from the router. I’m paying you for a service you can’t provide but you call me to say why don’t you upgrade to 300mb speeds when you can’t even give 10. Appalling

    @virginmedia I do have a reference bit this is exactly the standard (or total lack) of service I have received for the last 4 weeks, hence the open complaint. Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

    @virginmedia I “chatted” last week. Your only solution was me paying for a service I cancelled. I “chatted” yesterday to both departments that could apparently help. Neither could unless I paid for a service I cancelled. More chat? Which department this time??

    @virginmedia About 14 days ago I kept being asked to reset my password. On the 3rd or 4th occasion I was locked out. The first Help Desk person said 'suspicious activity' and escalated the problem. The second person said that the address was not associated with the primary account holder 1/2

    @virginmedia @NetflixUK DO NOT USE VIRGIN. It has now been 2 months with no internet connection and no end in sight. Their main call centre is in India and they do not raise your complaint and are really good in leaving you on hold until you get cut off.

    @virginmedia BR5 area of Orpington the Broadband connection has been very unstable last 2 or 3 days and completely down today Seen one of your vans working in the area but they seem to be making the connection worse. Can’t check status online either

    @virginmedia I have looked on there, nothing has helped. I was told a few weeks ago that there was an issue that would be fixed but it hasn’t been
