    @sfc_rich @virginmedia You’re absolutely right. Cancelled my account in July yet they’re still billing me claiming they’ve no record of my phone call OR letter. Refuse to cancel my account unless I pay £101.50 which now has gone up to £148.50. #neverlisten #zerocustomerservice

    . @virginmedia genuinely have the worst customer service to ever deal with. The agents just tell you whatever you want to hear but don’t realise they’re contradicting themselves with everything that gets said

    @virginmedia I can't not wait until my broadband contract is up, its the worst Internet connection I have ever known it drops out 4 to 5 times a day. And when I contract your customer care team they are no help at all.

    @virginmedia I cancelled in July (which apparently you have no record of) so I contacted you in Sept when you threatened to cut my service off, that I wasn’t using anymore, and told you I’d cancelled. I’m not paying this!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

    @virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why I’m leaving. Very poor customer service.

    @virginmedia I “chatted” last week. Your only solution was me paying for a service I cancelled. I “chatted” yesterday to both departments that could apparently help. Neither could unless I paid for a service I cancelled. More chat? Which department this time??

    @virginmedia Yeah I did - and I used the ridiculous online assistant. However the problem is my wifi signal is really bad. But because they can’t see a problem their end they won’t help. Plus the queue to try get help is really bad. Your call is in a que because we’d rather employ telesales

    @virginmedia I have just spoken to collections team who told me they cannot deal with my issue. They passed me to cancellation team who said they cannot deal with it only collections can. The issue is that I cancelled in July but you have no record of my call or letter.

    @virginmedia 2/2 friend is an engineer he said oh you need a new router, spoke to someone on the phone who was not even willing to speak to me about that. Sick fed up of paying a lot of money for poor internet and noone is bothered as you keep getting my money.

    @virginmedia I was told I would get a free booster as the internet didn’t reach past two rooms due to ‘black spots’ .. I then got billed £100 and an extra £5 a month.. Nobody could help me over the phone so I raised a complaint & told I’d be called in 48 hours .. that was Monday!

    @virginmedia very disappointing service today. Switched from Sky due to poor internet for last 18 months. Had Virgin less than a week and already lost internet since 2oclock. Sky was slow but never did I have an outage like this #disappointing

    This is ridiculous now @virginmedia why does the Internet in denton always go down and not only that we pay high price to only get 60mbps but on ethernet its over 500mbps something is not right there? Come on fix these issues. #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia It was a powercut thst restarted the router, but of course because your routers are **** it takes about 30 minutes for them to restart and reconnect to the internet

    @wba007 @virginmedia Problem is mate that DD rules forbid VM refunding you. You have to perform an Indemnity or lose your dough. So VM are compliant by not refunding but in breach in so many other ways. DD rules don't just apply to systems. Processes and employees are responsible too 👍

    @virginmedia & nobody could help me so I got passed around for over an hr.. again told I’d get a call in 48 hrs.. nobody called. Yesterday I finally got a call but wasn’t able to take it ..they then emailed me saying they won’t assist me & closed complaint..but still not listened to the call
