    @virginmedia The test is no help. I ran it on 4g on my phone but the point of calling out to you is internet is down so why would I run a test! Anyway test couldn’t find anything but it’s fallen over at least once every day. Best just just get an engineer to take a look

    @virginmedia I’ve called you multiple times and you didn’t care! I’ve passed my complaint to the ombudsman to see what they think of your lack of care. I was struggling financially which I made clear! I’d hate to see how you treat people more vulnerable!

    @virginmedia been on hold for over 35mins as broadband not working for the second day! Continuous poor broadband connection for years. The only way going to get a decent connection is to go elsewhere! Ridiculous. Very unhappy customer.

    @virginmedia over the last month we have had to put up with no phone lines for over a week, due to a **** up #virginmedia made, lost 1000s in business. Now no broadband for 2 days. Can't take care payments and to sign up to smart trade and pay additional fees. Shit firm avoid!!

    @virginmedia Phones up to be told we are a ‘low priority‘ case, nice to hear, still not working and told it won’t be fixed until next week. But asking me for £20 a month more now for the same service. Might have to give Sky a ring....

    @virginmedia @diegosanjh WTH every time someone reports an issue you refer to the service page. If it’s not in the service page does not mean there is no fault. Get your fingers out and sort your broadband out it’s a disgrace what we pay for and what we actually get

    @virginmedia To be honest I am sick of trying to fix it. We have had loads of trouble since the start. We are only getting 20meg. The TV is constantly loosing signal when watching Netflix. It is generally all round rubbish.

    @virginmedia We cannot receive BBC4 nor CBeebies on our Tivo box. A technician visited over a week ago he said it was the third in our area and Network Technicians would resolve the matter. So far they haven't. Can you advise please. We are not getting the service we pay for.
