    @virginmedia Let’s be honest it always says there’s no issue, but yes we checked it and it says nothing. It went off this morning at about 11 and in the past 15 mins it’s gone off 3 times

    @LewisClayy @virginmedia She then put me through to customer services who she said will be able to process the order. 1/2 hour later they answered to be told that technical will need process the order and will have to put me through. I have to say @virginmedia I’m sick of BTS and Carly Rae Jepson now

    @BileysMullet @virginmedia We've had problems with utility warehouse and their solution always seems to be to pay to upgrade. Cant remember who we were with before that but we never had problems.

    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia For the FOURTH time in 3 weeks my landline is not working..no dial tone. An email from Virgin says a fault in my area is now fixed...rubbish because my landline is STILL nor working. This Virgin service is useless and I think I'l, be moving everything over to Sky

    Looking to change our internet provider since @virginmedia can’t seem to identify the problem. Just had an engineer come out to say well you’re getting 300-400mbps you don’t need more than that.. Ok but we’re paying for 1000 with a speed guarantee of 568.. 👀

    @virginmedia Last night's game the same. Houston @ Boston ALCS Game 4 from BT Sport at 1am today. Big chunk at the end of the game cut off. I'm going to record on my own box and record the next programme after to get the games now. They really need to fix it, very annoying on demand. Cheers!
