@virginmedia(2). COMPLAINT He asked me how much new package was. Told him. He said to me I could keep my original package for £33 pm. I accepted with a thank you. Two days later I receive new contract. It’s not my original package. Maxit removed and Mixit Tv put in place. No HD..

@virginmedia I am absolutely disgusted right now! My internet has been so slow since the weekend (dial up in the 90’s was quicker!) I have text the number to number I was told to and I have messaged on the chat and NOTHING!

@virginmedia(4) COMPLAINT I have been offered no apology and I won’t name the guy who called me.I have cancelled my £30 tv offer so I’m left with no TV and broadband and have to start again searching. This is really bad business.This guy said I could have my original pkg for £33.

"this government has protected jobs" TM Lewin closing all stores, 600 jobs gone. Upper crust cutting 5,000 jobs. 18,000 jobs cut at British Airways. 3 easyjet hubs closing down, 2000 jobs gone. Virgin Media closing all their stores, 110+ jobs gone. Nice one Boris 👍 #PMQs

@virginmedia 3)COMPLAINT This new contract was immediately put in place, without my permission before end of Contract on 20/08. I immediately called Virgin.They took my complaint.This morning I have been sent a bill for £78!Your Virgin shops are closing so can’t talk to them

@virginmedia @richardbranson I have not heard from Virgin Media regarding my various tweets of complaint. I cannot wait to be disconnected on 21 August. I wonder how many other people have had despicable customer service. Billed £78. I don’t think so!

@Virginmedia 1 COMPLAINT Had Virgin for 1year. Contract fin next month. Called twice to see what offers I could be offered. On both calls was told nothing going. I cancelled Virgin quite happily. Obtained package with anor provider at £30 pm. Then received call from Virgin....

@virginmedia shocking service over the last few days. Broadband dipping in and out. 4 or 5 calls and now told booster that's only 6 months old is not supported. Still no better. Will call again tomorrow.

@virginmedia It doesn't seem to be a service issue, from reports online it seems to be a feature of the V6 box with many users having the same issue for the past few years. Every channel has different audio levels there is no consistency

Absolutely fed up of paying stupid prices for my @virginmedia internet to spend most of my time staring at a blank screen as the wifi is shocking. No wifi upstairs at all, even with boosters!!!! Even the virgin tv box disconnects all the time!!! Will be going else where.

@L_Judd92 @virginmedia Sounds horrendous! My experience of engineers has been they're all very sympathetic because they know I've had the trauma of trying to speak to a human who then refuses to acknowledge the problem is theirs. New router and problem solved until the next time.
