@virginmedia Its affecting everything. I only use wireless cause I have no cable for wired connection. Dont expect your money on the 2nd👍🏼 our hub is just constantly flashing green and has been down over an hour and I've tried multiple things. Dont know why I used to big virgin up tbh

@virginmedia Everything else working fine I think 🤔 it’s something to do with @YouTube app also dose the same thing on my @SonyUK smart tv vie Sony entertainment network and I found out this morning the app does some thing on @NOWTV box asking for add account on all 3 Devices

@virginmedia Estimate is 3pm, but its come back now, but being very slow so I'm using 4g instead. It's more than an inconvenience, every week the internet goes down for long periods of time and it's frustrating

@virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

I phoned @virginmedia this morning to cancel our service and the man asked if I was ‘young.’ I can confirm that patronising ‘young’ women and presuming they are incapable of making an informed decision is not an effective sales technique.

So @virginmedia are charging me £240 because they can't provide their service at the home I'm moving to. At the start they charged £50 set up fee even though I had to set it up myself, and now I've got to send back all equipment or be charged even more! Scumbag bastards.
