@virginmedia Please can I have some help with fixing and issue with my remote and v6 TiVo box. Tried calling & put on hold forever & tried the in app help and the not so instant, messaging but never got beyond confirming I'm an account holder, thanks to the 1 reply a day!! 😩🤬

@virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

@virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

But my Complaint is the boxing 🥊 is pay per view overnight again is it possible to Persuade Bt sport to there’s fights in the evening like 1/2

@virginmedia John, I've tried raising formal complaints. Three times. Two of those complaints were closed as "resolved" without anyone contacting me. One time the "resolved" message even told me falsely that I had service again! As far as I know, the third has also been quietly closed.

@virginmedia I understand its linked to the address but it is your network so is your accountability. Nobody times their house move date or the area they're moving to to fit around their virgin media contract. It's just another way for you to squeeze money out of people.

@virginmedia They came back on 23/7 and there was a problem, meaning that a section of road needs to be temporarily closed off to complete the job - I was told a further 7.5 week delay. So I really thought that 21/9 was going to be the day - but no, another no-show, another postponement.

@virginmedia I've no doubt the broadband is very good and fast , the wi-fi is simply very unreliable any device even close to the hub. It is a relatively new problem.
