@virginmedia @Edo1991 U say down detector is third party but they are easier to actually report to than your actual company&even the @Independent are writing articles already. I suggest you tweet a response with reason&expected fixed time. Considering I dont know anyone that isnt having issues! Grrr

@virginmedia Yes, you sent an engineer out a few weeks ago to fix our broadband. Which worked for 4 weeks. Now yet again it has become intermittent and finally stopped working completely yesterday. Despite 2 phone calls it still wasn’t fixed. And your staff are useless.

@virginmedia absolute joke! Been a loyal customer on and off for over 20 years and this recent cintract for 18 months - asked for an extra set top box they want 35 quid for an engineer to install even though its wifi! forget it I will go to sky!

Awesome news, @virginmedia isn’t working in Prestwich. On the plus side though once it’s not worked for 28 days continuously I’m eligible for 3 pence per day compensation, as long as I register a claim at least a year ahead of the outage
