@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

@virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

Utterly dismayed @virginmedia Total outage for 3 days whilst trying to work from home! Reason for this is improvements to services. How can this be an 'improvement' if the cost is no service at all for 3 days and counting? Good news is we will be refunded £8 a day. Wow!
