    @virginmedia I am a new customer with intermittent signal. It is not good enough. 7 days ago I was told the manager would call me back within 4-6 hours. I am still waiting.

    @virginmedia waited in yesterday for the engineer to come sort my faulty WiFi. No show. Same with the lead that’s still lying outside in the street that is a trip hazard. Everyone needs to be aware how truly awful your internet service is!!

    @virginmedia is there any known problems with your WiFi hub ? The WiFi signal I receive is terrible constantly dropping out. I spend most of the time on 3G as it’s more reliable. I have rebooted all routers and boosters but noting seems to make the WiFi work

    @virginmedia i'm getting 5 to 10 calls a day telling me my Internet Is bad spam ..VM want £25.00 pound to change my number or £2.70 pm to block a number there as bad as the spammers ..VM ripping people OFF its there phone line

    @lambertnigel @virginmedia I have only been with virgin for since November last year. And I agree. I have the same issues with thr phone lines. If anyone gets through, then it's a miracle in itself

    @virginmedia why is it ever since I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 13 I have no signal I barely ever have 4G when it does it doesn’t ******* work! I paid you £120 to upgrade to a new phone and the signal is absolutely shocking it

    Once I thought the "router" functionality in a modem sucks is only a China problem. Unfortunately, Virgin Media hubs (cable modems) are also the same. After I switch the hub from router mode to modem mode and let my own Mikrotik router handle NAT, my life is bright again.

    @virginmedia Nothing has been advised at all... The problem is I haven't managed to speak to member of your team at all. I just want to speak to an actual human being. NOT an automated voice. This isn't helpful at all! It feels impossible to get any help from your customer service at all.
