@virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

Hello @virginmedia I am so sick and tired of your mediocre service, yet again, I am stuck with no wifi. Why are you constructing work on a Saturday? Everyday I have a day off from work, you seem to be ‘sorting an issue out’ as it says on your website. Yet nothing is ever sorted!!
