Still get charged a month bill on 1 Mar & been told I'll both need to wait 45 days for my refund & that it will be credited the same day. Great help for budgeting & doesn't help that customer service chat couldn't understand the issue 🙄

I only had Virgin Media providing "to the property" fibre, my alternatives were BT and 60mbp/s outside of them prior. Hopefully as they grow they'll reach you too
