@virginmedia Yes I have used the connect app and it only works when I’m a meter from the router. I’m paying you for a service you can’t provide but you call me to say why don’t you upgrade to 300mb speeds when you can’t even give 10. Appalling

@virginmedia I do have a reference bit this is exactly the standard (or total lack) of service I have received for the last 4 weeks, hence the open complaint. Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

@virginmedia I have just spoken to collections team who told me they cannot deal with my issue. They passed me to cancellation team who said they cannot deal with it only collections can. The issue is that I cancelled in July but you have no record of my call or letter.

@virginmedia Yes I have reset it via the button on the back, I have reset it by unplugging it disconnecting wires. I have called your “help” centres to be told via automated msg that there’s a problem with my line and it has been remotely reset None of this has helped #virginmedia #useless
