@BileysMullet @virginmedia We've had problems with utility warehouse and their solution always seems to be to pay to upgrade. Cant remember who we were with before that but we never had problems.

@LewisClayy @virginmedia She then put me through to customer services who she said will be able to process the order. 1/2 hour later they answered to be told that technical will need process the order and will have to put me through. I have to say @virginmedia I’m sick of BTS and Carly Rae Jepson now

@virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

@virginmedia The original install date was the 4th of March. It has now moved to the 29th. The external fibre needs to be pulled. Virgin was aware of all of this when signing up. This is quite complicated. I’d really like to speak to someone who can actually help.

@virginmedia broadband has been absolutely dire in the last few weeks. Phases of outage or sun 2mbps speeds. Anyone else experiencing similar in SE26 area? Remember it was around cold snap it got bad - maybe affected the infrastructure.
