Virgin media says you can only do test 3 times a day for faults lol. Say come back tommorow lol. A absolute joke their services is. They have the worst possible staff to clueless chickens.

@virginmedia It recovered the next day. TBH the stability of service, especially broadband, is poor. Seriously considering switching as I’d take stability over top speed every time

@virginmedia Our WiFi is rubbish have to keep using my 4G when you run tests it always says good signal everything just keeps buffering all the time. Getting fed up with it now!!! 😡😡

@virginmedia @richie_rich77 No Internet.... Again... mobile data poor so intermittent access to camera I need for my Mother. Internet on for 5 minutes, reboots, taking approx 10-15 minutes, comes back on for 5, then off again. This seems to be widespread across the country.
