    @virginmedia @JDOriginals Na virgin custmer service in my experience is shocking, main issues I’ve had is with broadband and lack of communication or commitment to resolve the issues I still have promised me to rectify so I committed to another 18 months, still have slot off issues with broadband.

    @virginmedia Yep been through the support chat with Netflix, deleted and re downloaded apps, updated tv ect .. no faults or missing programs showing on there end of the system just mine.

    @virginmedia No known faults its not worked properly since day 1. I'll source my own WiFi 6 capable device seeing as you can't even do that for a service that requires it quite poor if I'm honest surely your engineers etc should know this stuff.
