    I hope that @virginmedia will refund monies to my account for the poor broadband service I’ve had for last 2months. Only helpful people were the online help chat.

    I moaned when their bad so I should praise them when they are good. Thanks to @virginmedia for the excellent service in fixing my TV service the day after I reported a problem. Engineer (Chris) was a credit to you, knew the product inside out and sorted everything in no time.

    Good old @virginmedia broadband still amazingly rubbish. Funny how bad it gets when you cancel your tv subscription. And as for the customer service🤯I’m sorry I’m not fluent Indian 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Rebooting the hub does work for about a week but then the pixelation does come back Have had new cables inside home & split cable repaired outside but same issue Have requested new box but told nothing wrong with box But if cables are renewed 🤔🤔🤔 To me must be box

    @virginmedia @Tyson_Fury 2/2 like sky sport box office per per view is to much from both Broadcasters so for me it’s down the pub with my mate but Stupid o clock ⏰ is not possible for me get bt spots like sky sports I do like bt sport is doing good but this fight to much money and stupid o clock ⏰

    @virginmedia Congratulations Virgin Media. 1. You manage to disconnect my TV bundle early without telling me 2. You then disconnect again 4 hours later 3. You connect me to Fault Support thendisconnect me 4. on hold for a second time for 20 mins. This is why I’m going to Sky

    @virginmedia when you spend half hour on the phone trying to find out why my broadband has been terrible since removing the tv package, only to be told your phone is either to close or to far away from your router baffles me. Is there a perfect distance I have to stand 😡🤯😡😡

But my Complaint is the boxing 🥊 is pay per view overnight again is it possible to Persuade Bt sport to there’s fights in the evening like 1/2

    @virginmedia im still having issues with WiFi dropping, its dropped over 20 times this week. Unable to use phone, TV buffering, I was sent a WiFi booster but need another 2. It was confirmed over the last 3 weeks its dropped connection 220 times (confirmed by team member) help?
