@virginmedia can you sort out the internet in Leigh Park, Havant Po9 please? It’s constantly dropping out but when I run a service check it says it’s fine. It’s not fine. I pay over £60 per month and am struggling to WFH. Not just me, it’s regularly on local FB how bad it is.

@virginmedia i'm getting 5 to 10 calls a day telling me my Internet Is bad spam ..VM want £25.00 pound to change my number or £2.70 pm to block a number there as bad as the spammers ..VM ripping people OFF its there phone line

@virginmedia I have not looked on my account but I will. Your service is a complete joke. Meanwhile I’m paying the top level price for internet speed! It’s unbelievable really. My monthly bill is £139. At least **** Turpin wore a mask when he robbed people. @richardbranson

@virginmedia I have twice called to discuss the price of my package & twice, after eventually speaking to someone, they attempt to transfer me to customer services but cut me off. I've been with Virgin for over a decade but I'm being penalised for my loyalty. Please help

@virginmedia waited in yesterday for the engineer to come sort my faulty WiFi. No show. Same with the lead that’s still lying outside in the street that is a trip hazard. Everyone needs to be aware how truly awful your internet service is!!

@virginmedia is there any known problems with your WiFi hub ? The WiFi signal I receive is terrible constantly dropping out. I spend most of the time on 3G as it’s more reliable. I have rebooted all routers and boosters but noting seems to make the WiFi work

@virginmedia Yep, telling me there’s an issue with my connection and to check back in 4 hours and if there’s and issue an engineer will be booked. Although the same message appeared Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. No engineers so far

@libertyglobal @VMO2News To the parent company and Virgin media. I have received an email from virgin media regarding my Father's account with you. And noticed you charge him for fibre broadband which he has never had. The counts as fraud in my book. Will speak to ofcom now.

@virginmedia Even with modem mode activated, just my PC connected, I'm still experiencing network dropouts, low speeds. At this point it's looking like I'm gonna ask for a full refund as this has been happening all month. Disappointed in your service.
