    @virginmedia Yes outage was fixed after about 3 days. I had to wait for a new router. Was told this would be deducted automatically from my next bill

    @tom_will_banks @PlacesLeisure I had a similar issue with Virgin Media. Cancelled my subscription and randomly 4 months later they started taking money from my account. I got a refund but I just though how sneaky..

    @virginmedia Can you recheck. We are all getting different times for repair In Hamble. Some even said that they were told Thursday! Unacceptable, do we all get refunds for the down time?

    @virginmedia I had no internet for a number of days, I was told that for that reason, that would be deducted from my bill pro rata. The new hub was sent free and fixed the issue

    @virginmedia so, I have run the tests and it is saying I need to book an engineer but the rest of Hamble seems to be down too so it doesn’t seem it is just my issue. Can you please tell us honestly if there is an issue?

    @virginmedia what a load of crap this company is! Wi-Fi never ever works, it’s down more times than it is on. Get through to customer services after an hour and half for them to say it’s fixed (for the millionth time), then 5 mins later Wi-Fi isn’t working AGAIN! 😡😡😡

They've got nothing but praise for VM! It's one of the reasons I joined them for mobile. Mad how varied their customer service can be 🤔

    @virginmedia We have checked and as I said previously it said to book an engineer. However, the rest of the village says it out also so therefore, I presume it is a larger issue. How do we get this fixed?

    @virginmedia well I have more problems with your ‘goodselves’. My virgin is being cancelled (thank goodness) on 20 Aug 2020. So why have I had a bill of over £100 produced. My broadband outage has been rubbish. Please cancel this invoice and give me any due refund.

    @virginmedia Hi, I hope you can help. My SuperHub 3's power light has been showing red for the last few days. I can't see a way through the My Virginmedia website to get this resolved, it just keeps asking me to run tests/reboot the hub which hasn't worked.

    Appalling service from @virginmedia who have my account mixed up with someone else’s and are clearly breaching GDPR as I have access to someone else’s details . A total of 4.5 hrs on the phone over 3 weeks failed to sort the issue. @VirginMediaNews not sure who can help now.

    @virginmedia we have been customers for 5yrs and the Internet is shocking, everything I ring up I get fobbed off. Just send someone out to sort it out, the TV box doesn't work either, it's a waste of money! Crappie service from a crappie company
