I’m not paying this!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Not one person from Virgin has contacted me in any way in that time, despite at least weekly promises like this one.

We got there eventually.. but not after multiple upsell tries and much frustration. It's like the poor person on the end of the chat only makes money when he upsells...

He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

According to their Service Status page, an issue does still exist but the fix time has not changed.
