@virginmedia Everything else working fine I think 🤔 it’s something to do with @YouTube app also dose the same thing on my @SonyUK smart tv vie Sony entertainment network and I found out this morning the app does some thing on @NOWTV box asking for add account on all 3 Devices

@virginmedia Lol deals been a virgin customer for 5 years my contract run out last week so they hiked the prices up £12 and said theres no deals on at the moment... but we can give you a £4 discount. Customer service is shit at virgin, when I said ok I'm thinking about leaving he said ok lol

@virginmedia Its affecting everything. I only use wireless cause I have no cable for wired connection. Dont expect your money on the 2nd👍🏼 our hub is just constantly flashing green and has been down over an hour and I've tried multiple things. Dont know why I used to big virgin up tbh

@virginmedia The advice given was call customer service on September 1st and ask for”transfer to voice over ip “ but as I’ve said can’t get through and I’ve had enough of sitting listening to terrible music for nearly 4 1/2 hours!!!

@virginmedia This is absolutely appalling. We are now over 3 days without broadband or TV services and no nearer to a resolution. The "we hope to fix it by" time just keeps moving. I've never had such bad service. Could you look into what is causing the delay at SK14 5ST

@MisfitsWorld20 @virginmedia Maybe it’s the area where you are in and just some temporary issue. LAN cable not working isn’t necessary virgin issue it could be your hardware too. Either way with virgin I use my own router it’s always better and leave virgin router in modem mode. Get 900+ D and 52 up LAN
