    "this government has protected jobs" TM Lewin closing all stores, 600 jobs gone. Upper crust cutting 5,000 jobs. 18,000 jobs cut at British Airways. 3 easyjet hubs closing down, 2000 jobs gone. Virgin Media closing all their stores, 110+ jobs gone. Nice one Boris 👍 #PMQs

    @virginmedia Hi I’ve now got this sorted thank you. A a manager called be back after listening to the telephone call and apologised and agreed the way it was handled was disgraceful. However I know this was just one person letting the company down. Case closed with you. TY , have a nice day

    @virginmedia 3)COMPLAINT This new contract was immediately put in place, without my permission before end of Contract on 20/08. I immediately called Virgin.They took my complaint.This morning I have been sent a bill for £78!Your Virgin shops are closing so can’t talk to them

    @virginmedia(2). COMPLAINT He asked me how much new package was. Told him. He said to me I could keep my original package for £33 pm. I accepted with a thank you. Two days later I receive new contract. It’s not my original package. Maxit removed and Mixit Tv put in place. No HD..

    @antonpiatek @sxaTech @virginmedia @github Ditto. I use vm but switched dns ages back. I was using quad9 but had a few issues (reported) Andy some I didn’t report and went to google (all the data) . May return to q9 when I can verify

    @Virginmedia 1 COMPLAINT Had Virgin for 1year. Contract fin next month. Called twice to see what offers I could be offered. On both calls was told nothing going. I cancelled Virgin quite happily. Obtained package with anor provider at £30 pm. Then received call from Virgin....

    @virginmedia It’s a flawed system if you need to book an engineer to install your broad band you have to cancel an order first, set up a new order with a new box to book tech engineer and STILL not get a date promised. 2 x Virgin media boxes and NO Engineer! It’s poor

    @virginmedia The broadband is the issue, not the tv service, my TV is sky glass and runs off streaming therefore doesn’t work without broadband. Your engineers turned up, broke the wifi and then left us with no internet. Just poor.

    @virginmedia The box is continuing to reboot and we are passing 3hrs, it doesn’t look promising and it suggests contacting customer services if it hasn’t worked after 3hrs, so please advise?

    @virginmedia No upgrades, I removed sky sports etc. they are saying the last person never set up the contract even though they can see what I was offered. Claiming they need to start again but more expensive than was agreed. Surely some way of honouring this?
