As a result Virgin just keep setting install dates and cancelling. The cycle repeats over and over. Customer service don’t help, despite me calling everyday.

He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

I just need to dump the overpriced VM service as soon as possible.

I remember I used the Smart TV features once, never used it since, I press somethings it's instant not sat waiting to load.
