    @virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

    @virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

    @virginmedia On hold for about 20m & spoke to a helpful agent who said she couldn't cancel any of my services (I was upgrading also) she would put me through to another team. I then queued for another 20m, the call answered & then silence. After 5 more mins they cut me off! Help

    @andycampbell87 @virginmedia I just did it told Ofcom of the vast problems I was having since January last year. Engineers promised never sent nothing was getting fixed they breached there contract. So enough was enough. Was paying anymore for a service I was definitely not getting.
