    @virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

    @LewisClayy @virginmedia She then put me through to customer services who she said will be able to process the order. 1/2 hour later they answered to be told that technical will need process the order and will have to put me through.     @virginmedia Hi VM, I've complaining about my broadband being almost useless for weeks and weeks and kept being told there was nothing you could do as the congestion outage was being fixed on 28th. Yet today its exactly the same and thinkbroadband showing the same extreme latency
