    @virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

    @virginmedia An hour on hold and you hang up!! You install a tv box from the Jurassic period which is missing apps and channels!! Needs sorting please. And don’t blame a pandemic for your awful service, you were like it before!!

    @virginmedia Yes we checked. No-one would answer phone as you’re so busy with fault complaints. We paid for your top service, over £90 a month. We are now in the midst of moving to Sky because quite frankly, enough was enough with your dreadful service!

    @virginmedia The thing that confuses me is like now it is working fine, but I don’t have the gaurentee or reassurance that it will stay up so I put of completing big tsk at work. Then in the evening it totally dies. I am on hold as we speak. Hold music isn’t to bad to be fair.

    Keep seeing these adverts for @virginmedia for stream. I can't get a signal if I am more than 6 feet away from the router and the signal booster they sent out is useless won't be bothering with their new service as tge service I have now is rubbish

    @virginmedia also they took money from our account, which was way more than the agreed contract THEY agreed to, to keep our business. Literally going against what they agreed. Then said they would fix it, and never did…. What a shock #donttrustthem #lies

    @virginmedia That honestly isn't a problem. But I think they need to look carefully at the wording of emails because the one that was sent explicitly refers to an active change by the customer and raises the worry of fraud.

    @virginmedia I just did it now, yet we can’t watch TV. It’s all pixelated. No Wi-Fi Internet and therefore no on em demand service. There area is fine, you cannot provide the service we pay for. And accuse us of lying when we ask for what we pay for. It’s a disgrace
