    @virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

    Update to this shitshow! they apparently 'fixed' the issue and I did have connection... for 2 days. guess what? its broken. again. once again dont trust virgin media, they dont provide a reliable service in the slightest.

    @virginmedia Your worker admitted that I’d have no chance of getting in touch by phone, if trying to cancel my contract. I will left with no choice but to lie about moving house, then suddenly it wasn’t a problem. I’ll never sign up with you again.

    @virginmedia Hello! I am sure you do a great job, because you are front-facing. But ultimately your company provides a sub-standard service and hopes that I won’t be bothered to go through the hoops to cancel. All the web chats in the world won’t change that. I just want the internet to work.
