Missed a call from @virginmedia told to call back on 150, when I did was told I could not be put through to complaints team and would have to wait until they called me and they would attempt two more times before giving up. What kind of customer service is this @richardbranson

@virginmedia That’s the problem, your team really are not! Last night for example, the headset was on the desk when I came through, then they cut me off whilst just doing a postcode search! I won’t carry on as this is pointless. I will be leaving you.

But my Complaint is the boxing 🥊 is pay per view overnight again is it possible to Persuade Bt sport to there’s fights in the evening like 1/2

@RDiz82 @virginmedia Wouldn’t waste your breath and time just use the money super market to get best deals. Virgin have done the same to me out the price up. So I asked to drop down to broadband only and guess what the price went up more than having all 3!! Also advertised online for £28 for 100M!

Called from @virginmedia to try and help... actually got to speak to someone! But then was transferred to an automated service and stuck in option hell!! Oh well I was hopeful for about 2 seconds!
