    @virginmedia So absolutely no help from Virgin Media. My broadband is down. I go on line and it says there are no issues in SO50 6BP. I click on fox my broad band and of course it can’t because I have NO broadband!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @timolarch @VodafoneUK My husband had the same problem with Virgin Media after the death of his father. He was given the number of the ‘bereavement department’ and he phoned, assuming they would help. Instead the woman demanded his father’s PIN and said only he could cancel!

    Just tried to cancel my @virginmedia broadband. Put through to disconnects team twice who have hung up on me, twice. Good system for stopping cancellations I suppose. Yet more top quality virgin customer service!

    @virginmedia Mum has not got a mobile phone. You sent text message to her daughter. Your customer service advisor obviously lied to mum and some of your advisors need to learn to speak clearly and slowly and not talk over the customer.

    Why @virginmedia did it take 6 hours to downgrade our package to just broadband on your chat functionality. We got there eventually.. but not after multiple upsell tries and much frustration. It's like the poor person on the end of the chat only makes money when he upsells...

    2/2 @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @VMSolutions_ We have waited patiently for 48 hours for Virgin to fix. If you do not resolve today, we will get an electrician to repair and send Virgin the invoice. There is no customer service or H&S for your customers.

    @virginmedia I have not been able to connect to the Internet for well over 48 hours now, can't work, watch TV or even listen to the radio as no 4g or 5g signal at home. Not happy

    @virginmedia so not only do you cut off vunerabule 90year old lady cut off from all her friends and family. potentially putting her in harm's way, not having any emergency access. You then take away her phone number, cancel her account without contacting her.

    @virginmedia Yes I know the number. After hours of waiting, I sometimes finally get through, then your staff just put the phone down when they realise they can’t persuade me to stay. Same on the online chat and the text service. Let me guess, you won’t receive my cancellation letter either.

    @virginmedia Really thank you so much for the respond, I don't believe in miracles, I asked already my/our problem will be ignored anyway, nothing gonna change, we will be talking around and around and landing on termination, cancellation rules, where human understanding is finishing.

    No manager called me and then I received an email on 14/3 saying that "following our chat" @VirginMedia were going to resolve my complaint with a credit of £24 that I had agreed to, even though nobody called me, there was no chat, and I never agreed to anything. /4
