@virginmedia Clearly my complaint was not linked as you had the nerve to send a complaint resolved letter. You were advised to contact me via email, which you have totally failed to do despite saying you have tried to contact us "on a number of occasions". The last letter we had was 20/08/19.

@virginmedia It’s a series link. The issue is you called the Friday preview show the exact same name as the event. That’s not a user error. That’s on you. If you do that you screw over everyone who pays to watch it. By 10pm all the results would be ruined. And I can’t watch a 3 hr event then.

@virginmedia Media service. It was an automated call reportedly from BT saying about dubious usage of our up address so we would lose internet in 24 hours press 1. I did not do that just hung up and messaged you.

@virginmedia @PHILLY_toes I had a similar issue with conflicting information over the phone. First they told me that I would get a new router on Friday because of the fault, then they said no everything is working - even though I have been complaining for months that it wasn't.

So I spoke to person A in retention and then after several redirects to person B in retention, & the former told me they couldn't contact the first because of that
