@virginmedia broadband and tv down in PO13. It appears to be nationwide as seeing tweets from all over the country. Also, your service status checker is telling me to order a new hub. I guess that this isn’t the problem?!

@virginmedia The thing that confuses me is like now it is working fine, but I don’t have the gaurentee or reassurance that it will stay up so I put of completing big tsk at work. Then in the evening it totally dies. I am on hold as we speak. Hold music isn’t to bad to be fair.

Joy of having high speed Internet to work from home but the service is down with @virginmedia, thankfully I have tethering with my @ThreeUK mobile contact. Else I'd be facing a hour drive to the office. Any news as to why its down Virgin, other that the 6pm estimated fix?

@virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

Virgin media. Waiting time 1 hours to speak to a staff member. As the previous day a staff member said they would call me back. Of course no call back ! No staff - why Obviously bad pay. Rates of pay seem to be a big issue in getting staff back to work in many companies.
