@virginmedia It has been quite possibly the worst experience of poor customer service I have ever experienced. I need someone to contact me, listen to what has happened and resolve this. The call I made last night was disgusting! I have never felt so devalued.

@southcoastbloke @Rams_Safety @foodie_reviews @SURErevolution @TCEmmaSavage @SusanBrooks_1 @paddiperkins @Simonephillips @DeliaCazzato @limetreecomms @brilliantfish We cancelled #VirginMedia on account of being ripped off. £60/month for broadband. We reverted an earlier cancellation 18 months ago, only for them to start a new 18month contract without our agreement, which we then couldn't cancel without penalty. Not impressed #SatChatUK

@virginmedia rescanned wifi for study as wifi service is bad there. Recommended a booster but says I can't order it online. I ring 03454641111 and there is no option for this or any option to speak to someone. Please help as this is where I work from. Thanks TG

@virginmedia You tweet that, while half the country can’t watch ther TV. Sums up @virginmedia attitude to customers. Advise them to call a shockingly bad customer service number. That can’t cope on a normal day.

Hi @virginmedia , I have used the text service , calling and online to sort out an issue . You should of disconnected the services from my old house one month ago but I’m still getting billed . Spoke last month and you said it was your error but nothing was done.

@virginmedia I cannot expand, there is 6 weeks worth of issues to discuss and last night, I was told the agents I have spoken to have not put notes on the system so that’s my fault, I am a liar and policy means you’ve done nothing wrong. I need someone to contact me.

@virginmedia Quite frankly after what I was told last night. I have no idea if any of my complaints have been logged. You resolved one complaint by offering something, then promptly charged me for it. You owe money.

Thanks Virgin media, been a loyal customer for years. Needed to lower my bill because of job loss, my bill increased from £106.00 to £128.00, said nothing they can to do help me so I contacted sky and got a better package for £81.00, so much for loyalty.

@virginmedia I've done that and it appears that because virgin have oversubscribed there is nothing that can be done. Please tell me how to make a formal complaint. Not only are you increasing prices, you're failing to provide a stable, satisfactory service.
