    Just tried to cancel my @virginmedia broadband. Put through to disconnects team twice who have hung up on me, twice. Good system for stopping cancellations I suppose. Yet more top quality virgin customer service!

    @virginmedia Are you having a lot of trouble with wifi in PO5 area these days? Our wifi has either been down or really slow lately. Today it doesn’t work at all, which is very unfortunate when working from home.

    @BileysMullet @virginmedia We've had problems with utility warehouse and their solution always seems to be to pay to upgrade. Cant remember who we were with before that but we never had problems.

    @virginmedia me again. To be clear after you canceled my 90 year old mother's contract and cut her off without warning leaving her, isolated from emergency support and assistance, are you going to repay the credit of her account or adding theft to company policy. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Your lack of communication has and still is horrific. And i am fast losing confidence in @virginmedia - how can i plan a working day while having to chase the Supplier of my comms equipment. Issue was to be fixed at 8am, but now … who knows!😡

    @virginmedia I just showed you my email. It is not clear and then your agents are saying it doesn’t apply. Does it, or doesn’t it? If it does, I only want to cancel...the agent wouldn’t let me like I am allowed (in the email!).

    @virginmedia Just to confirm the customer services on the phone said the issue was your end not the router. This shouldn’t take 24hrs to sort for such a large provider

    @virginmedia we are now over 12 hours into this issue without any meaningful update Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. A prolonged outage without resolution or communication may breach this. Can you please update

    @TheGriftReport Virgin media have been ringing me a lot, I dont answer, as I can NEVER understand the call handler, theyre also very impatient and rude. I pay my bill via direct debit on time, everytime, so , unless I've a problem to report I simply dont put myself through it, too stressful.

    @virginmedia do you honestly expect customers to stay with you when you're gonna increase my package by £75 a month! I'm now switching to @skytv for the same package plus Disney+ for a cost of £81 a month. The best your lot could bring it down to was £128 Bye 👋🏼 #RipOff
