@Markford64LUFC @virginmedia If you care to look means they should reap people of? From 85 to 254? What kind of stupid and ignorant statement is that? Do you and everybody else have the same life problems or situations? You must be smarter than people who compiled that data. Nextttt man

  • Marcethemoose
    Marce The Moose (@Marcethemoose) reported

@virginmedia no broadband. Customer service says no engineer can do until Monday but we work from home. Also no email confirmation of appt on Monday. Are they even booked?

  • MHartleyJones
    Martin Jones (@MHartleyJones) reported

@virginmedia OK Thanks. A technician will be visiting us tomorrow, though I suspect that the fault is in your exchange switch. My point is that you should keep repairs and sales separate. A customer with a serious phone problem is unlikely to buy extra services at that time.

  • GetItQuietly
    Andy (@GetItQuietly) reported

@TempletonPeckJr @thetimes Oh, I remember that. Took up a free offer with the Times. The hoops I had to jump through to cancel it. Second only to Virgin Media.
