    @virginmedia So absolutely no help from Virgin Media. My broadband is down. I go on line and it says there are no issues in SO50 6BP. I click on fox my broad band and of course it can’t because I have NO broadband!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia an explanation would be good. To be left Monday 30th, Tue 31st with no communication by you is not good enough. I need reassurance by your company that you know how to fix this! The customer shouldn’t have to be chasing the vendor - not good service, Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia Your lack of communication has and still is horrific. And i am fast losing confidence in @virginmedia - how can i plan a working day while having to chase the Supplier of my comms equipment. Issue was to be fixed at 8am, but now … who knows!😡

    @virginmedia I am with virgin media last 7 years and I always re contract once my 12 month contract end . This time I did 12 month re contract on 4/11/20 and I have email confirmation of that but I am disconnected since 18/11/20. Very bad customer service that I ever had .

    @virginmedia upload 0.5 Mbps (Vs. a 30Mbps + promise) since 13/11. No fix in sight in spite of @virginmedia having acknowledged our pb, at a time where having a decent internet service in your home is a matter of life & death.
