@virginmedia Was on a call with you for 35 minutes. Whilst my issue was resolved, during this call I was: - Disconnected by the first handler -put on hold for 25 minutes -sent around 3 departnents Oh and all 3 people I spoke to called me madam when I am not a woman. Am fuming!

@virginmedia The test is no help. I ran it on 4g on my phone but the point of calling out to you is internet is down so why would I run a test! Anyway test couldn’t find anything but it’s fallen over at least once every day. Best just just get an engineer to take a look

@virginmedia We had the tech come in today and looks like he was able to work out the issue. Appears that the old NTL junction boxes we had were at the ends of their life’s and he replaced them for us. Will keep an eye to make sure it stays stable now.

So I very cleverly set everything in my room to be “smart” which has been great. Until now. @virginmedia has gone down completely and doesn’t expect to be back on until tomorrow afternoon. I’ve now had to manually UNPLUG everything to turn it off 🤡

@TheChipThompson @virginmedia We binned it after repeated dropouts. They're the ******* worst and it's super expensive. They kept sending people out to "fix" it and it never worked. I'd recommend binning it if I were you.

@Netflixhelps It seems to be a universal problem on all the devices I have used. Netflix apps on PS4, Roku/NowTV sticks, and Virgin Media/Tevo box. The order of the seasons are in reverse and every episode behaves like the finale (recommending what to watch next at the end)
