@virginmedia what is going on with your internet. Been with you since July + never known a service with so much down time. Went down yesterday, went down again today with a known issue and an engineer out to fix. Back an hour before it drops again and now there's no known issues

@abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what i’m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so it’s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

@virginmedia I can't not wait until my broadband contract is up, its the worst Internet connection I have ever known it drops out 4 to 5 times a day. And when I contract your customer care team they are no help at all.

@virginmedia Yeah I did - and I used the ridiculous online assistant. However the problem is my wifi signal is really bad. But because they can’t see a problem their end they won’t help. Plus the queue to try get help is really bad. Your call is in a que because we’d rather employ telesales

@virginmedia why it it that you can call me twice a day with some new deal? Why is it that no one in customer services believes me when I say my router is awful? I explain this to your telesales and they hang up. This is exactly why I’m leaving. Very poor customer service.

@virginmedia P2. My issue is that I’ve been receiving very poor and in some cases no broadband and WiFi in my home and I’ve been charged the full amount each month and now I’m in a position to renew my contact I’m being asked to pay even more each month for the same service, this is unfair.

Day one of switching from @virginmedia to @bt_uk and honestly I didn’t think a WiFi provider could get any worse than virgin until BT came at the 11th hour, argued about installing the cable and drilled a ridiculous hole in my walk. Great service 👍
