    @lambertnigel @virginmedia I have only been with virgin for since November last year. And I agree. I have the same issues with thr phone lines. If anyone gets through, then it's a miracle in itself

    @virginmedia can you sort out the internet in Leigh Park, Havant Po9 please? It’s constantly dropping out but when I run a service check it says it’s fine. It’s not fine. I pay over £60 per month and am struggling to WFH. Not just me, it’s regularly on local FB how bad it is.

    @virginmedia I have had no problems and made no contact here’s the latest text Hi it's Virgin Media. A technician will be with you 14/05 8am-12pm. If your services start working, reply FIXED to cancel our visit. If not, see you then.

    @virginmedia I am a new customer with intermittent signal. It is not good enough. 7 days ago I was told the manager would call me back within 4-6 hours. I am still waiting.

    @virginmedia Appreciate suggestion .... going around in circles with this passed from pillar to post installation cancelled 3 times, but the main problem to this is agreed CONTRACT price keeps changing which is really upsetting us 🤨 what is one meant to do 🤔

    @virginmedia According to the app there wasn’t now there is but the problem is not the outage it’s the actual v6 box that has a hard drive problem you look up green screen dvr error message and you get told you need a new box and to contact virgin media

    @virginmedia That’s the business you are in, within a competitive market. Not sure a 25% monthly increase is justified tbqhwy - across all your customer base? If I increased my prices by 25% because of cost of living increases and investing in my infrastructure I’d lose customers as will you.

    @drnjshelton @virginmedia Likewise I was lumped on to an 02 sim as part of my virgin big package . The service is pathetic no signal constant excuses . And just put my sim mobile up from £25 to 29.50 or so . I will bite when my contract is up . Combined £90 watch virgin come grovelling then 👋👋👋

    @hopburnsblack @virginmedia I'm sorry to hear about the 4G dongle issues you've had, any issues with this would need to go through to our order management team on 0800 052 0800 then option 1. They are unfortunately open from 9am-17:00, I'm really sorry for this.
