Hash&Salt (@HashandSalt) reported@MartinSLewis Always with Broadband providers. Virgin media ramp up the monthly fee alot when contract ends. Mine doubled to nearly £80 a month literally just for 500gb fibre, no phone line or TV package. Don't take first answer. It took me 3 or 4 calls to knock it back down to £40 odd a month
-
Andy T (@andrewtalbot72) reported@virginmedia @gblondon1 Good luck with that….!!! I did the same 18 months ago… after 4 months of Virgin messing up my bills I moved back to @skytv The call centres are simply the worst I’ve ever encountered A much better service imo…

-
Charmaine Rome (@eightieschick72) reported@virginmedia Sorted out. But it would have been nice if your customer service had checked outages first before spending an hour taking me through things that clearly wouldn’t have worked because an engineer had chopped through a live “in the area” and the whole area was down!
-
Anth (@anthslife) reported@virginmedia I’m getting slow speeds (1gig package) engineers have been working on the pole for a few weeks and I have a feeling it’s related.
