@virginmedia Lol deals been a virgin customer for 5 years my contract run out last week so they hiked the prices up £12 and said theres no deals on at the moment... but we can give you a £4 discount. Customer service is shit at virgin, when I said ok I'm thinking about leaving he said ok lol

@virginmedia The advice given was call customer service on September 1st and ask for”transfer to voice over ip “ but as I’ve said can’t get through and I’ve had enough of sitting listening to terrible music for nearly 4 1/2 hours!!!

@virginmedia It is not a problem with my area, everywhere is said to work perfectly. My hub has been updating for 24hours+ (green arrows flashing). I had to buy more data to use internet on my phone which I want to be refunded too (wouldn’t have bought it if WiFi worked)

I think @virginmedia must think that people have nothing better to do in their life than being on hold to their customer service. I surely have better things to do / work to do that requires me to use the internet. 44 minutes on hold now

@virginmedia tried to get touch with anyone who could get me a refund for the poor service you provide, unsuccessfully. On the /ofcom page, I did not find any contact appart from 150 call.Please give me a phone number or an email address so that I can apply for a refund thank you

@virginmedia - worst customer service I’ve ever had. Our box stopped working in June. Two promised replacements - neither was ever sent. Now it seems we need to go through all the checks, again. That’ll be another half hour wasted. Then we’ll just go round again I expect…

@virginmedia No outage all green ticks all connected can go through the guide and settings abs everything but as soon as i press ok for the channel the channel failed code pops up. Reset everything to. Also a black square bottom right of screen on the guide page. Not really a fast setup.
