@virginmedia I am a new customer with intermittent signal. It is not good enough. 7 days ago I was told the manager would call me back within 4-6 hours. I am still waiting.

@virginmedia can you sort out the internet in Leigh Park, Havant Po9 please? It’s constantly dropping out but when I run a service check it says it’s fine. It’s not fine. I pay over £60 per month and am struggling to WFH. Not just me, it’s regularly on local FB how bad it is.

@virginmedia what is going on with your internet. Been with you since July + never known a service with so much down time. Went down yesterday, went down again today with a known issue and an engineer out to fix. Back an hour before it drops again and now there's no known issues

@abhishekmah98 I wanted this sooo much. I used to be with Virgin media and used to get half of what you are getting right now, for much more money that what i’m paying now for gigabit! I live in a big house tho so it’s difficult trying to spread all the wifi signal around.

@virginmedia please look into my complaint. I renewed contract in January and was informed then and again by webchat that the price increase would not affect me. I have the webchat transcript to prove what the agent told me. I have had no joy with your complaints department.
