@virginmedia My broadband has been down since thursday 7am spoke to customer service told me would be fixed by 6pm friday evening even got a text saying its fixed now customer service is saying it will be fixed on Monday 29th thats 4days without internet 😡😡😡

@virginmedia It would be great if someone from your cancellation team can call me. I would stay as a customer but currently I'm paying double the price that BT/Sky offer. Being left on hold for 45 mins then being cut off is a terrible customer experience.

@virginmedia Fixed. Problem due to the WiFi bands. Devices picking up slower 2.4Ghz instead of 5Ghz. After dividing them its now connected to specific network & it won’t try to reconnect/disconnect and this also resolves slow speeds over WiFi. Hub needed to be reconfigured by ur tech support
